Here's a brand-new story for you guys, featuring the ship Uryu x Bambietta. This is going to be a what if about Uryu being the first to get to Bambietta and taking her back to Yhwach. The reason I made this because Im huge Uryu x Bambietta fan. I just think Uryu is the person Bambietta needs, as he could teach her his grandfather's philosophy and the traditional Quincy way. Also, I plan on adding my own world building to the Schatten Beriech.

I don't own Bleach.

"I can't believe out of the five of us, I'm the one that gets her ass kicked."

Bambietta Basterbine lay on the battlefield bloodied and bruised, she had just been beaten by the captain of squad 7, Sajin Komamura. The young Quincy couldn't believe that she was the first to be beaten, she could only imagine what her "friends" would say.

"Poor Bambi"

"You did this to yourself, you dumb bitch."

"All that talk about you being the strongest, and this is how you go out?"

"His Majesty will surely kill you now."

Wait a minute! She had been beaten, which meant she would be executed. She had to find somewhere to hide and fast.

"I-I have to get out of here," she said as she tried to move but couldn't. Bambietta had serious damage done to her ribs, making it hard for her to move, but that didn't matter as the girl was desperate to escape a fate called…death.

"T-There has to be a cave to hide in somewhere," she said as she crawled on top of a pile of rubble. Tears fell down her face as the pain she was going through was excruciating.

Suddenly, a shadow had materialized in front of her, scaring the poor girl, as she knew what this meant.

'Damnit, they found me!' She thought as a man came out of the shadows.

However, the person who was sent to get her was someone she didn't expect. The man who came from the shadows was his majesty's newly appointed successor.

'I-It's him!'

Uryu Ishida was sent to go get the sternritter's who had fallen in battle and bring them to the entrance of the silbern. He had just managed to knock out Cang Du and had brought him back to the silbern. He looked down to see his next objective, Bambietta Basterbine. The successor sighed as Bambietta was someone he thought was a psychopath who was given an insane ability; in fact, he had a run in with her after he was appointed to be the next king, and let's just say they didn't get along. Not wanting to keep Jugram waiting, he started to walk toward her, freaking the girl out.

"N-No stay away!" yelled Bambietta as she tried to crawl away.

"Calm down; I'm not going to hurt you; I'm just taking you back to get healed," Uryu said as he got closer.

'What is this idiot talking about? Doesn't he know what happens when you lose?' thought Bambietta. She then winced as her ribs hurt.

"Look, your hurt. Let me take you back to get healed. You'll die if you don't," said Uryu as he reached down to get her.

'Oh no!' she thought as she tried to swat his hand away, but it didn't do anything as she was weak. She looked up at Uryu. It was like the grim reaper was staring at her, preparing to take her to her death. "Stay away from me!"

Uryu was taken aback by the woman's hostility. 'Why is she so scared?' he thought as he reached for her again and picked her up. He made sure to be careful, as he could tell her ribs were cracked. The newly appointed prince then looked down to see Bambietta crying.

"Please don't take me back!" She said this as tears fell from her eyes and onto Uryu's uniform. She was starting to get woozy as her injuries were getting to her. Uryu felt pity and he didn't know why? All he had seen from Bambietta was her being a terrible person but the way she cried just tugged at his heart strings.

"I don't understand, aren't they going to heal you?" said Uryu as he gave her a confused look.

"N-No you idiot th-there g-going t-to k-ki….."

Bambietta started to pass out due to her injuries, and the last thing she saw was the grim reaper looking at her with those glasses. 'I'm going to die' she thought as she closed her eyes.

Uryu watched as the woman passed out. "What was she talking about?" he said to himself. Suddenly, a shadow revealed itself, and the newly appointed successor stepped in.

The Silbern-Medical Wing

Uryu walked into the infirmary and was greeted by a nurse.

"Lord Ishida, how may I…" she stopped as she noticed Uryu carrying Bambietta.

"Uh, Lord Ishida, you may want to take her to Lord Hashwalth," said the nurse.

"Why? she's injured?"

"W-Well because she lost."

"And?"

"Well, we don't really heal people during the war," explained the nurse.

Uryu couldn't believe what he was hearing. What kind of military doesn't heal their soldiers?

"I'm lost. Didn't I go retrieve Cang Du and BG9 so they can get healed and get back to fighting?" said Uryu as he remembered dropping them off near the entrance of the silbern.

"No, they were taken back to Lord Hashwalth's for judgement, "explained the nurse.

'Judement? what the hell is that' he thought. Uryu then shook his head and asked "Then what do you guys do?"

"Well, we just take care of the bodies and watch the kids," answered the nurse.

Uryu looked behind the nurse to see kids cuddled up in bed, they looked scared as they heard the battle outside.

'I didn't know there were children here' thought Uryu. What was Yhwach thinking about bringing the silbern here to the serietei. The prince then looked at the nurse. "So, what do I do with her?" he said as he held Bambietta.

"As I said before, my Lord, take her to Lord Hashwalth," said the nurse.

Uryu looked at Bambietta. The poor girl was trying to breathe, but it looked like she was struggling as she was wheezing. "Look, she needs medical attention immediately, so let me put her on a bed," said Uryu.

"B-But my lord."

Uryu didn't care as he walked past her and put her on a bed.

"P-Please don't let me die," mumbled Bambietta as she was laid down on the bed. Uryu felt his heart ping. Yeah, this woman was evil, but he couldn't let her die,but what could he do…wait a minute, he had forgotten about his schrift.

"I'm not going to let you die" said Uryu. He then looked at the nurse. "Hey, bring me a dead soldat and make sure it doesn't have broken ribs"

"What for my lo-"

"Get it," said Uryu with a stern voice.

The nurse quickly ran over, got a dead soldat and put it next to Uryu. 'Ok, let's try this' thought the prince as he concentrated on Bambietta's ribs.

*DOOM*

And just like that, Bambietta started to breathe normally, making Uryu breathe a sigh of relief. 'It worked' he thought.

The nurse looked shocked at the scene. What did he do?

"My lord, what did you do?"

Uryu then got up. "I used my schrift the Antithesis, it switches the place and state of two things."

The prince could see the nurse looking at him confusedly, so he continued. "I switched the dead soldats ribs with Bambietta's, so she could breathe better as they were causing internal bleeding."

The nurse then nodded, as she understood what he was saying. "Very well, I guess you want us to watch her."

"Obviously, she needs to rest. Why don't they offer medical attention to the soldiers here?" Questioned Uryu.

The nurse sighed. "Because one of the rules for the war is that if you lose, you die."

"That's insane, why would we kill our own allies?" said Uryu. I guess that explains what she meant by judgment.

As the nurse was about to respond, a soldat appeared.

"Lord Ishida, I'm here to escort you to the execution grounds."

'The execution grounds!?' thought Uryu. The prince then nodded as he followed the messenger, maybe he would get an answer there.

Silbern-Execution Grounds

Uryu walked into the room and was greeted by Cang Du and BG9 tied to what looked like polls. Even though BG9 was a robot the prince could tell he was scared. However, Cang Du looked calm.

"I had my doubts, but I see why his majesty chose you to be his successor," said Cang Du.

Uryu walked towards the iron Quincy. 'And why is that?"

"You managed to one-shot me in my voltstanding and to my knowledge, you didn't even use Blut Arterie," said Cang Du.

"For someone who is about to be executed, you seem calm," observed Uryu.

"Because I accept my fate, I realized I failed his majesty and will gladly accept my death by his hands," explained the Iron Quincy.

'These people are zealots' thought the prince. He then looked at BG9, who looked at Uryu with red eyes, signifying anger.

"I wasn't beaten yet gemischt, I was recovering, and you disrupted my rebuilding process," said BG9.

"Enough, BG9, we lost, and now we will accept our fate," Cang Du said.

"Where's Basterbine I sensed her fight, and I know she lost," said BG9.

"She's in the medical wing, getting healed," explained Uryu.

"I'm pretty sure you were ordered to bring her to the entrance of the Silbern"

Uryu's eyes widened as he recognized that voice. "Hashwalth, I didn't know you were here," said the successor as he turned around.

"I believed I sent that soldat to escort you here," said Jugram. He then narrowed his eyes. "You know it was his majesty who told me to tell you to retrieve the fallen."

"Since there were no soldats at the entrance, I figured I'd bring her to the medical wing myself. I didn't know you had plans to execute them," explained Uryu.

"You still disobeyed an order, you should have waited for a soldat to appear."

Uryu sighed. "Look, I'll explain myself to his majesty when he awakens."

The sternritter grandmaster had been suspicious of Uryu ever since he got here, and Yhwach was too, as this whole successor thing had been a ploy to make the other sternritters watch him.

Jugram sighed and said, "Very well, if that's what you want." The sternritter Grandmaster then got his sword and went over to where Cang Du and BG9 were.

"Wait a minute, why kill them wouldn't they be useful alive?" questioned Uryu.

"Because they have fulfilled their purpose and are now deemed unnecessary," explained Jugram, but he could still see confusion on Uryu's face, so he continued.

"All those who are given his majesty's soul will have their powers absorbed by his majesty upon death. All the knowledge and skills their souls possessed become part of his majesty's own power. It is up to his majesty to decide what is and not needed to achieve his goal" explained the sternritter grandmaster. He then walked towards Uryu. "You too have drunk his majesty's blood and had a schrift engraved on your soul. There is no way to escape it. His majesty must continue to absorb souls, or else he will revert into a state that he was in before he gave power to anyone."

Uryu stared wide eyed at what Jugram told him. He had sold his soul.

Hashwalth noticed his face and said, "Are you having regrets, Lord Ishida?"

"N-No in fact, I'm grateful," said Uryu.

"Grateful?"

The prince then smiled. 'Yes, I'm grateful for his majesty giving me power, and if my soul goes to him when I die, then so be it; I will be more than happy to give myself to his goal."

Jugram narrowed his eyes as he knew this was bullshit, he needed someone to watch him, but almost all the sternrittter were busy during the war, and he couldn't get a Schutzstaffel member to watch him. The sternritter grandmaster sighed as he turned around to face Cang Du and BG9.

"The judgment of the defeated shall now commence," said Jugram as he raised his sword. He then looked at Cang Du and brought his blade down to his neck.

*CLANG*

To Uryu's and Jugram's shock, the blade was blocked by Cang Du's schrift "The Iron."

"I will not be killed by anyone other than his majesty" said Cang Du as half of his body was made into iron.

"I see you were fortunate to block the blade of judgment. However, the life that was spared by your good fortune... will now be removed with the same amount of misfortune," said Jugram.

As he said that, Cang Du could see a scale above Jugram. "The scale is tipping," said the sternritter grandmaster as he swung his sword again and sliced Cang Du's neck off, making blood splatter on the wall. Jugram then brought his attention to BG9.

"Wait, I could still serve his majesty, we may have lost, but we were revived by the release of our voltstanding's." pleaded the robot.

But Jugram didn't care as he swung his sword and sliced the robot's head off, making oil go everywhere. He then looked at the two soldats posted by the door. "Take them out of here," he ordered as he sheathed his sword.

Uryu watched the soldats carry Cang Du's and BG9's bodies. 'I didn't know you guys', and I know you were zealots, but I still hate to see my people getting killed,' he thought.

?

Bambietta opened her eyes and was shocked to see that she was still on the battlefield. It was like she was never picked up. However, she was still injured and couldn't move that well.

"Was it a nightmare?" she said to herself. As she tried to move, she was interrupted by a familiar voice.

"Poor Bambi"

Bambietta's eyes widened as she knew that voice. "GiGi," she said as she turned her head to see her friend's.

"Well, you're right, she's still alive," said Meninas.

"What do we do? His majesty is going to kill her," said Candice as she gave Bambietta a look of pity.

Giselle gave Bambietta a sadistic smile. "I have an idea."

"Oh no, you're not going to do what I think you're going to do," said Candice.

'Wait a minute, there not talking about...' thought Bambietta

"What choice do we have? Go ahead, Gigi, do it," said Liltotto as she ate her ice pop.

Just then, Giselle started to walk towards Bambietta. Then explosive Quincy could see a sadistic grin on her face. Oh fuck, Bambietta knew what this meant.

"Wait, no, please, not that, Gigi," pleaded Bambietta, but it was too late as Gisselle got on top of her and strangled her. The reishi throwing sternritter could see her life flash before her eyes. Why would her friends do something like this? Bambietta's eyes were starting to close as she breathed her final breath.

'Someone, please save me' she thought as she closed her eyes one final time.

The Silbern-Medical Wing

"Hey, wake up, are you ok?" said a voice.

Bambietta opened her eyes to see Uryu staring at her with a concerned look. "W-what?" she said as she regained consciousness.

"You're in the infirmary," said Uryu.

Bambietta stood up from the bed and looked down to see that her uniform was cut up from the middle, showing her cleavage.

"Gaaaaah!" she yelled as she covered herself up with her arms. She then angrily looked at the newly appointed successor. "Where am I!? Why is my uniform all cut up?! You better not have looked, or I'll kill you!" she yelled as her face was as red as a tomato.

Uryu sighed. "Relax, I didn't look, and as I said before, I took you to the infirmary and replaced your broken ribs."

Bambietta gave Uryu a confused look. "What do you mean you replaced my ribs?"

"I used my antithesis to swap your broken ribs with ribs that weren't damaged, and by the way, you're welcome," explained the successor.

Bambietta growled. She hated Uryu ever since she met him in the hallway after the announcement. That's right, these two Quincy's had met each other before.

Flashback

Bambietta walked down the hallway, as she was in a pissed off mood. The wandenreich was going into chaos as the announcement of a new successor made the sternritter upset. Uryu Ishida, what was so special about him? He was just a gemischt from the world of the living. As she turned the corner, she came face-to-face with a soldat.

"You!"

The soldat then pointed at himself. "M-Me"

Bambietta sighed. "Yeah, you, dumbass. I'm upset, so come to my room," demanded the femritter.

The soldat just stood there, not knowing what to do. Bambietta was known for bringing men back to her room; that's sounds good right? No, it's not good as most men that go to her room don't come back.

"I-I don't know Lady Basterbine."

Bambietta gave a mean look at the soldat. "Are you defying an order, soldat," she then summoned a ball of reishi. "Do you know what happens to soldats who don't obey orders?" she said as she aimed the ball at the soldats head.

The soldat was saying prayers as he knew he was going to die in just a couple minutes. Just then, a voice spoke up.

"Leave him alone; he doesn't want to go with you."

Bambietta turned around to see Uryu Ishida. 'Great, he's here,' she thought.

"Stay out of this, Ishida," said Bambietta as she put away her ball of reishi.

"I can't when you're abusing your power to sleep with your subordinates."

Bambietta then turned red with a mixture of anger and embarrassment. "I don't sleep with them; I just kill them, you ass!" yelled the femritter as she stomped her feet.

"You don't have to yell; I'm right here," said Uryu.

"Shut up! What I do to my subordinates is none of your business!" yelled Bambietta.

"I mean, it kind of is, I am the prince, now" said Uryu as he adjusted his glasses. Now he wouldn't usually flex his new title like this, but he was willing to do it for the sake of this soldat.

Bambietta was nearing her limit; she had never been this angry, and when that happens, things go BOOM. Who did this rookie think he was? She didn't care if he was the "prince." No one tells her what to do. "I'm going to wipe your glasses off your damn face if you don't leave!" growled the femritter.

However, Uryu wasn't intimidated as he watched the female Quincy have a temper tantrum. "Are you done with your little tantrum?" said Uryu.

*BOOM*

Suddenly, a hole appeared in the wall next to the soldat scaring the ever-loving shit out of him. "I'm warning you, that's going to be your face if you don't leave."

"Fighting is forbidden among stenritter" Uryu said as he adjusted his glasses.

"Oh, shut up, you weren't a sternritter a few hours ago, so don't lecture me about anything you dork!" yelled Bambietta. She then looked back at the soldat and said, "Come on, I need relief."

But as she said that, the soldat disappeared, making a *DOOM* sound, and in his place was Uryu.

"What the hell!" Yelled Bambietta as she fell back to the floor. As she recovered, she saw Uryu's hand sticking out.

'What the hell is he doing!?' thought Bambietta as she blushed. The explosive Quincy then slapped his hand away and yelled, "I don't need your help getting up!" Shen then got up and dusted herself off.

Uryu sighed. "Look, I was just trying to help you, and besides, you shouldn't be treating your subordinates like that"

"Whatever, where is that soldat anyway?"

"I switched places with him, so he's where I was," explained Uryu

Bambietta looked down the hallway to see the soldat staring at her in confusion.

"So that's your schrift? The ability to switch places with people, how lame," Bambietta said with a smirk.

Uryu just stared at her and turned around, not caring for her insult. He had enough of this brat.

"W-WHAT? HEY COME BACK? I INSULTED YOU!" Yelled the explosive Quincy. She then started running towards the prince. Uryu could hear the footsteps from behind and sighed as he turned around.

"Look, will you please ca- "

The prince didn't get to finish as Bambietta tripped and fell on him.

"OOF!"

When the two opened their eyes, they found their lips touching each other's.

"BWAHH!" Bambietta cried as she got off the prince. "Y-you pervert!" she said as she wiped her mouth. She didn't like that her first kiss was with this dork.

"P-Pervert!" yelled Uryu as he got up. He then started to dust himself off before looking at the person who stole his first kiss. "You were the one who tackled me on the ground."

"I didn't tackle you; I tripped, and this wouldn't have happened if you hadn't walked away from me!" argued Bambietta.

Just then, a blonde-haired girl appeared using hirenkyaku. "Hey Bambi do yo-"the blond haired woman stopped as she noticed that Bambietta and the successor boy had red faces.

"What do you want, Liltotto?" questioned Bambietta.

The blonde woman, who was now named Liltotto, answered, "Just wondering if you want to hang out."

Bambietta took a deep breath to calm down before saying, "Sure." She then looked at Uryu and gave him a dirty look before turning back around and leaving with Liltotto.

Uryu watched as Bambietta and Liltotto walked down the hall. 'God, what a brat. I hope I never have to see her again,' he thought.

Flashback end

"So, I guess you are useful after all," said Bambietta as she covered herself up with a blanket.

"Yes, that means I am useful," Uryu said as he rolled his eyes.

"So why am I still alive?" asked Bambietta.

"Because I didn't know you were supposed to be executed, and I brought you here instead of the entrance of the Silbern," answered Uryu.

Bambietta looked down at her blanket. "So, am I going to be executed soon or what?"

"I'm going to have a talk with his majesty about this rule of sternritter dying when they lose," said Uryu. He then put his hand on Bambietta's and said, "I now understand why you were scared."

Bambietta looked at Uryu with a shocked expression but then blushed as she realized that his hand was on top of hers. 'W-why would he do that, and who says I'm scared?!' she thought.

Bambietta growled. She didn't need Uryu's help, she wasn't a weak damsel in distress. "I didn't need your help, and I wasn't scared!" she yelled.

Uryu raised his brow. He saved her from death, and this is the thanks he gets? "You sure about that because when I went to get you, you were crying, begging me not to bring you back to his majesty."

Bambietta glared at the prince. "I wasn't crying."

"You were"

"Was not"

"Were"

"WAS NOT!"

"Were"

Bambietta growled. She wanted to get out of this room, so she started to slowly get out of bed but was stopped by Uryu.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Getting away from you" spat sternriter E.

"I wouldn't do that."

"Oh, shut up. You replaced my broken ribs, so I can move fine." Bambietta said as she stepped on the ground.

"That's not what I meant."

"Well, what did you mean, you dork!" growled Bambietta, but she stopped as she saw Uryu blushing.

"I meant your uniform is still torn up, and I-I can see y-your.." He couldn't finish his statement, so he just pointed at Bambietta's chest.

The reishi throwing sternritter looked down to see that some of her chest was showing, but this time you could see a lot more due to Bambietta standing up.

"WAAAAAAAAH, DON'T LOOK!" She yelled as she summoned Reishi in her hands and aimed at the ground, but before she could, Uryu had used hirenkyaku and grabbed her.

"Stop, there are people here!" he yelled.

Bambietta then looked around to see the nurses and kids looking at her in fear. Now the explosive Quincy didn't care much for the nurses, but she wasn't a total monster to kill kids.

The femritter scoffed as she grabbed the blanket from the bed and wrapped it around her. She then went up to Uryu and threatened him. "You tell anyone about this, and I'll kill you!"

Uryu just rolled his eyes, pissing the femritter off. "You know you don't need to wrap yourself in that blanket because I….."

"I knew it; you are a pervert" interrupted Bambietta.

Uryu grew a tic mark on his forehead. "I'm not a pervert!"

Bambietta smirked as she finally found something to piss Uryu off. "Yes, you are."

"No, I am not."

"Yes, you are."

"No, I am not!"

The nurses just watched the scene in amusement as it reminded them of romance movies that had been brought from the world of the living, while the kids just watched in confusion.

"That's it, I'm done," said a frustrated Uryu. He then walked to the drawer that was next to the bed that Bambietta laid in and got out a new uniform. "Here," he said as he sat the uniform on the bed.

Bambietta looked at the uniform and was impressed, as it was just like her old one before it was torn up. "Where did you get this?" She asked this because her old uniform was customized for her.

"I made it"

"You made this?"

"Yes, you've been out for hours, and I had nothing to do, so I made this for you, I guessed your measurements, so i hope it fits"

Bambietta didn't know what to think, as kindness like this was not common in the wandenreich. "Well, it looks terrible," pouted Bambietta.

Uryu sighed as he rubbed his temples. He had never met a more irritating woman than Bambietta.

Bambietta smirked as she saw Uryu being agitated. She didn't know why, but she loved to piss him off.

"Excuse me, Lady Basterbine."

Bambietta looked to her right to see a little girl looking at her in wonder, like she was seeing a hero. The femritter was not good with kids as she was mostly annoyed with them.

"Yes?"

"Is it true you have to be chosen to be a sternritter?" asked the girl.

Uryu was interested in Bambietta's answer.

"Yes," answered the explosive Quincy.

The girl looked sad at that answer, making Bambietta sigh.

"However, if you prove your strength, a sternritter could recommend you to his Majesty," said Bambietta.

The girl then gave a smile to Bambietta, as if her dream of being a sternritter could happen. "Thank you, lady Basterbine. After we deal with these Shinigami, I'll join the soldat program and work to be a sternritter." She then looked at Uryu and bowed, "My prince." The girl then turned around and ran away.

"So are sternritter's like heroes here?" asked Uryu.

"Yep, being a sternritter is the highest honor among the wandenriech," answered Bambiettta.

'I can't believe this place honors psychopaths as heroes,' thought the successor. His thoughts were interrupted as Bambietta got off the bed with the blanket wrapped around her.

"I'm going to get changed, and don't peek, you pervert," said Bambietta.

"I'm not a pervert!" yelled Uryu.

Just then, a messenger quincy showed up using Hirenkyaku. 'Prince Ishida, Lady Basterbine, your presence is required in his majesty's throne room."

Bambietta could feel the walls closing in. How could she have forgotten that his majesty knew she was alive.

Yhwach's throne room

Uryu and Bambietta opened the door to see Yhwach sitting on his throne with a disappointed look on his face. They also noticed that Jugram was there too.

Uryu sighed. "I guess he's not happy with me."

Bambietta then looked at him. "What are you talking about?"

"He's mad that I didn't follow his orders and didn't bring you to the entrance of the Silbern," explained the prince. He then started to walk, but as he did, he noticed that Bambietta wasn't following him, so he turned around.

Bambietta just stood there, frozen. She felt like the walls were closing in on her as the grim reaper sat on the throne, looking at her. 'Am I going to die?' thought the explosive Quincy.

But then suddenly, a hand was put on her shoulder.

"Hey"

Bambietta snapped out of her thoughts as Uryu looked at her.

"Don't worry, everything will be okay."

Bambietta's worries completely left her, and she felt a warm sensation in her stomach. 'W-What's going on? It's like when he said that I just felt instantly better,' she thought.

The two then walked to the throne and kneeled. Bambietta could feel her heart beating a million beats per second, as she was scared.

"My son, is there a reason you have disobeyed my orders," said Yhwach.

Uryu gulped before saying, "It was a mistake, your majesty, I didn't know she was meant to be executed."

The Quincy King looked at Bambietta, making the female sternritter uneasy. "Then why isn't she dead right now? I believe Jugram told you the reason why she must die"

Bambietta could feel her throat close, like someone was choking her. It also didn't help that she was feeling nauseous. 'The presence of his majesty is so strong that I feel sick just being near him,' she thought.

"Well, your majesty, since we were going to the royal palace, I figured we could bring Basterbine with us," explained Uryu.

Jugram narrowed his eyes. 'Who do you think you are?' thought the sternritter grandmaster.

Yhwach looked at Bambietta before looking back at his successor. "And why would I do that? she has already failed me and fulfilled her purpose."

"Because her schrift is useful and could bring us a step closer to fulfilling our goal, your majesty," explained Uryu.

"That's not your decision to make, Uryu" said the Quincy king.

"I know you're majesty but I only ask you this because I want to succeed in our mission in crushing the Shinigami" said Uryu.

Yhwach thought about what he said, and it was true that Bambietta could be a useful asset at the royal palace. "Fine"

Bambietta felt like her soul returned to her body as she felt relieved. 'I'm going to live,' she thought. She almost started to cry but wiped her tears in a hurry, as she didn't want the Quincy King to see. However, this moment would end as Yhwach spoke.

"Basterbine, come here."

Bambietta took a deep breath before getting up and walking over to the Quincy King.

"Kneel before me"

Bambietta kneeled again. 'This reminds me of when I got my schrift' she thought.

Just then, Yhwach put his hand on her head and proceeded to give her power. Bambietta could feel the spirit energy surge through her. She felt brand new, like she was on top of the world. Once he was done, he looked Bambietta in the eye.

"I'm giving you one more chance; do not fail me again," Yhwach warned. He then sat back more on his throne. "Now leave me all of you."

Uryu, Bambietta, and Jugram left the throne room to leave Yhwach alone to think. Bambietta gave a smile as she walked down the hallway. She felt like she was on top of the world due to her new strength, and it was thanks to Uryu. So, she swallowed her pride.

"Hey, thanks, Ishida," said Bambietta with a blush on her face.

Uryu turned around and smiled. "Don't mention it"

Maybe she wasn't so bad.

Bambietta felt weird when she saw Uryu's smile as the warm feeling came back. "Don't look at me like that," she said as she turned around.

Jugram rolled his eyes, as he didn't care about the conversation taking place in front of him. Thank God he was near his room. The sternritter grandmaster had four hours to spare before he had to go meet with the Schutzstaffel to plan the siege on the royal palace. Jugram didn't want to admit it, but he was tired and needed to lay down. He wasn't worried about his majesty, considering the Schutzstaffel were on their way to him, but he was worried about Uryu Ishida. He needed someone to watch him.

Eventually, Jugram got to his room, and as he put his hand on the door, he looked at Uryu and Bambietta. "Basterbine, since you have the prince to thank for your survival how about you repay him by being his bodyguard until we depart to the royal palace."

Uryu's eyes widened, but Bambietta had a more... expressive response. "WHAT, I HAVE TO BE HIS BODYGUARD!" she yelled.

"Yes. That means wherever he goes, you go," said Jugram as he looked at Uryu.

'Bastard, now I can't look around and investigate' thought Uryu.

Jugram smirked before opening the door and going inside, leaving the two Quincy's alone.

Authors note:

Well, there you go, the prologue of my uryu x Bambietta story. As I said before, this story will be a romantic story with ecchi in it. Now there will be a lemon at the end of the story, but don't worry, I will warn you so you can skip it. So, I decided to give Bambietta an upgrade, she's not exactly Schutzstaffel level, but close. Also, how do you like the idea of Bambietta being a bodyguard for Uryu. Anyway, please leave a review, as I would like to improve.
