Movie 3: World's Strongest
Son Gohan prides himself on being a good child. He does his homework, completes his chores, listens to his parents, and puts maximum effort during training sessions with his dad and Piccolo. But this was probably the most reckless thing he's done in a while.
"Mr. Piccolo…" Recent thoughts about his teacher were a bit muddled due to prior events a few hours ago.
Three days ago, while his mother had left on a business trip, Oolong came to their house asking for help in gathering the Dragon Balls for some reason. He had agreed to help him out and told his dad that he could handle it by himself. Since his dad was far more lenient on things compared to his mother, Gohan didn't have to worry about hearing a 'no'. So, he and Oolong went out to gather the Dragon Balls for reasons he still wasn't sure about.
But the problem they eventually ran into was that someone else had also been collecting the Dragon Balls. So, Oolong decided it would be best to let whoever it was do the hard work for them, which is why it took three days. During their trek through Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains, they had finally caught up to the mysterious person collecting the mystical orbs. Only for them to get ambushed by a bunch of weird biomechanical creatures that looked a lot like the Saibamen those Saiyans used.
When he found himself overwhelmed, Piccolo appeared in the nick of time to save them. Only for…for…for… Gohan could barely remember what happened after that. The only thing he could remember was Oolong informing him that their quest had failed, and to not under any circumstance inform his mom about their trip.
That was a simple request that would be darn near impossible to carry out if he didn't get back home in time. His mother was a skeptic if he's ever seen one, and no amount of lying would save him from a harsh punishment if she found out he's been running around on a wild goose chase for three days without proper supervision. Thankfully his wounds from the ambush had healed enough to not catch her attention. His torn and dirty GI could be explained by saying that he was training with his dad, who he hoped would side with him.
As he descended towards his house, Gohan noticed that the lights weren't on. That was already setting off alarm bells in his head. Much to his mom's irritation, his dad had the habit of forgetting to turn off the lights sometimes. So, this was a case of his dad forgetting again or his mother was home.
He was praying it was the former.
Gohan carefully reached for the door handle but pulled back immediately. If his mother was home, then she'd likely expect him to open the door. His best bet was to sneak through his bedroom window, crawl into his bed, and act like he was asleep the whole time. He levitated off the ground to float around the house to reach his window. Gohan peered inside, seeing that the coast was clear. He carefully opened up the window and crawled inside of his room. After closing his window, Gohan decided to skip changing into his pajamas to avoid making too much noise. He'll just climb into his bed and sleep, even though his mother hates it when they sleep in dirty clothing.
Gohan backed up towards his bed until he felt his back hit something. He blinked for a few moments before looking up to see a pair of yellow spirals glowing through the darkness, their piercing gaze locked onto him. A despairing chill washed down his small frame. "Oh no…"
"Don't think you were a little too hard on him?" Goku asks his wife as he continues his morning exercise routine. Pushing himself vertically in a one-thumb push up set against their wooden floor. His wife is dressed in her uniform, several pots and pans filled with leftovers were levitating around her. Makima didn't turn to look at him as she sorted through the foods that needed to be refrigerated or frozen.
"I don't think I was hard enough." Makima counters.
"He was just out for three days, nothing big." Goku said with a soft grunt.
"Three days without proper supervision."
"He was with Oolong-"
"You know full well that I don't count that pig as an adult." Makima looks away to gaze at her husband. "If you had gone with him, then I wouldn't have had to punish him. He knows better than to not inform us of what he's doing if he leaves the house, especially if it ends up taking three days." She stressed that last part. The world around them was dangerous and as strong as their son was, she still worries about him running into something he can't beat. "He also refuses to tell us just what exactly he and Oolong went. His clothes were tattered, and he looked exhausted."
"Probably just fought off some animals. Either way, he's okay, right?" Goku stopped his exercise to flip onto his feet. Goku smiled at his wife with that bright smile she loved to gaze at. "As long as he's safe and alive, then everything's good."
Makima let out a small sigh. "Yes, that is true, darling. But he's still grounded for the week. He won't learn anything if we let him get off too easily."
"Hehe! Sure!"
After putting their leftover breakfast away, Makima strolled over to her husband. She wrapped her arms around his waist to press him against her body. "But not everything seems so bad. Now that Gohan is grounded and can't leave the house, that gives us the perfect chance to have our own…private time."
Goku felt his body growing hotter, a certain nether region was reacting to his wife's provocations. He held her close, almost like the positions of a romantic slow dance. "What kind of time?"
"After work today, I'll come home and prepare an outdoor bath like we used to do before Gohan was born. You, me, the cool night air, and the warm waters of the very small barrel." She purred slightly, lust shouting through her eyes.
"Oh! That sounds fun! Let's do that, yeah?" Goku's heartbeat was racing just at the thought of sex.
A erotic giggle left her throat. "I knew you'd love the sound of that, darling~!" The two share a passionate kiss.
"Ew…" Gohan muttered, pushing away from his door.
Gohan had been listening to their conversation, he was upset that his dad couldn't get his mother to let up on his punishment. Since he refused to explain about what happened the last three days, his mother grounded him for a week. Which means he has to finish a set amount of homework assignments (ones that are usually high school/college level) by the end of each day or she doubles it. There's also no going outside to explore the mountains or training with his dad until the punishment was done.
Knowing that he had no other choice but to get to work, Gohan moved to his desk to get started on his assigned material. He had to solve several advanced calculus equations and analyze twenty different poems for this day's workload. Oh well, it was nothing he couldn't handle right now. Putting pencil to paper, Gohan began to diligently complete his assignments.
…
…
…
SLAM!
Gohan fell asleep after the first ten pages of calculus work. Getting home so late last night hadn't given him the proper amounts of sleep necessary for a boy his age. A slight drool spilled onto the paper as his mind wandered off into a dream-like wonderland.
Unknown to the Son Family, an insidious plot was brewing back in the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains. An ancient, yet refurbished, laboratory had been revived due to the wish made on the Dragon Balls prior. The lab assistant known as Kochin used the mystical orbs to rescue his master Dr. Wheelo from his frozen imprisonment underneath the freezing Earth. Now that the two were back in business, their plan of total and complete world domination could finally come into fruition. Their goal to remake the world in the image of Dr. Wheelo!
Unfortunately, Dr. Wheelo had lost his body decades ago, thus requiring alternative means to keep him alive. To truly complete the plan, they needed the body of the strongest man in the world.
Their plan in goading Muten Roshi into being the best capable host by kidnapping the renowned Bulma Briefs had worked, but unfortunately the old fossil was long past his prime. However, thanks to a slip of the tongue from Bulma, Kochin and Wheelo now know who their real target is…
…The strongest man in the world, Son Goku.
CRUNCH!
Gohan frowned as a wave of crumbs fell on his desk, looking up he found his Aunt Fami standing over him with a chocolate cookie in her hand. "Auntie!" Gohan whined. "I have to finish my work, or Mom is going to be upset! Can't you go outside and eat?"
"Nope. Your parents are having se-I mean-having some personal time." Fami quickly corrected herself. "So, I'm here to chill with you. Just don't mind me." She took another loud bite of her cookie. "Keep working."
Gohan stared at his aunt for a moment before turning back around to work.
CRUNCH!
Gohan paused again.
CRUNCH!
"Can you please chew quieter?"
"Sure."
CRU-NC-H!
"I said quieter, not slower!" Gohan cried, unaware of the small smile on his aunt's face. She always enjoyed toying with her adorable nephew. So, she'll give him a snack later to apologize for distracting him. She stood to leave until a loud voice echoed through the clearing.
"GOKU! GOKU, WE NEED TO-WOAH-AAAAAHHHHHH!"
"WAIT, MAKIMA!"
Gohan jumped from his desk. "That was Krillin and Oolong! Auntie, we need to check on them!"
As she followed him out of the room, Fami was very certain he wanted an excuse out of his punishment, but that wasn't her problem. She did act quickly to cover her nephew's eyes once they got outside to avoid him seeing his parents standing completely naked in the open.
Makima didn't bother covering any part of her body at the moment, instead she was focusing on the two that had interrupted her sensual time with Goku. Her hand slowly curled into a fist as she drained the air out of Krillin and Oolong's lungs. Her husband was trying to get her to calm down.
"W-wait, Makima! Calm down! They didn't mean to intrude! No need to kill them!" Goku exclaimed.
"I'm not killing them. I'm just ensuring they can't breathe anymore."
"I-I'm pretty sure that's the same thing as killing them…" Goku scratched his head.
"Mom! Dad!" Gohan's shout got the Control Devil to calm down a bit. She saw that Fami had covered her baby's eyes, giving her a peace of mind on that front. She snapped her fingers, drying away the soapy bubbles of the bath. Then their clothes moved to cover their bodies once more.
"Fine. You two have a chance to explain yourselves." Makima allowed. She stood in her loose white T-shirt that had a picture of a baby Gohan on the front and a pair of sweatpants.
Thankful that they could breathe once more, Krillin and Oolong hurried and explained the current situation to Goku and his family. Gohan was shrinking into himself as his mother's annoyed glare landed on him.
"Two weeks." Was all she said to him. It hurt even more when his dad didn't argue in his defense, which meant that he agreed with her. He was likely just as concerned since he didn't know everything that had happened either.
Goku crossed his arms. "If Bulma, Master Roshi, and Piccolo are in trouble, then I better get going too."
"Wait, Goku! It's clearly a trap!" Krillin exclaimed. "Charging in recklessly might not be the best option!"
"Then what else should I do? The longer we wait the more the others are going to be put in danger." Goku responded.
Makima hummed and tapped her chin. "I have an idea. If they're searching for the world's strongest, then it's understandable why they went for Roshi first. However, upon learning of my husband's victory over Piccolo five years ago, they'll surely target us next. They want my darling, so let's allow my darling to go walking onto their doorstep."
"So, your plan is to just let Goku do his thing?" Fami raised a brow.
"Exactly. While darling is distracting them, Krillin and I will sneak into their base to rescue the others." Makima finished explaining.
"M-me?!" Krillin stuttered.
"Yes, unless you don't want to rescue your teacher and friend?" Makima's guilt trip worked in convincing the monk.
Gohan spoke up. "Mom, can I-"
"No." She already knew what he was going to ask.
"B-but Mr. Piccolo and-"
"Whatever happened to him is something that we will deal with. You are still grounded for disobeying and lying to us." Makima looked over to Fami. "Keep him here in the house."
"Will do." Fami gave a thumbs up.
"I-I'll stay here too!" Oolong spoke up.
"I wasn't considering you for anything but suit yourself." Makima allowed. Oolong sighed in relief until she started speaking again. "But if I find even one pair of my underwear out of place when I get back, I'll know who to turn into bacon." As he looked into her eyes, Oolong knew that not even Goku would be able to stop her from going through with the threat. She was definitely still pissed about him dragging her son off into a dangerous adventure.
"Y-yes, ma'am!" Oolong exclaimed.
Goku turns to Makima. "Is that everything?"
"Yes, darling. Let's go stop another maniacal maniac." Makima responded.
Sneaking into Wheelo's laboratory was far easier than Krillin thought it would be. He and his best friend's wife located a weak point in the building's defenses, tore through it, and descended into the metallic base with silent footsteps. Krillin examined the interior, mesmerized by the high-tech equipment. "Man…this is like some sci-fi film."
"Yes, as one would expect from a man such as Dr. Wheelo." Makima hummed, her footsteps clicking along the metal. Krillin kept close to her side, not wishing to risk getting separated.
"You know about him? Already?"
"I searched through my memories just in case. He was a world-renowned scientist fifty years ago, but suddenly vanished off the face of the planet. Hearing that he wants the body of the strongest man in the world connects to his research of creating the 'perfect body'." Makima explained.
"The perfect body, huh? If that's the case, was it really smart to let Goku go on his own?" Krillin asked. His eyes were scanning all over, hoping to catch anything that might pop out at them. He really didn't want to deal with any freaky creations these scientists might have hidden in here.
"Darling can handle himself just fine. Feel out his energy, he's just fine." Makima was correct about that. Goku was handling his part of the plan without worry, they could tell he was locked in combat against Wheelo's creations.
"T-that's good. If their creations are focused on Goku, then that means they still don't know about us."
"No, they likely already know we're here." Makima refuted calmly. She stopped suddenly, confusing the monk.
"Why did you stop?" Krillin asked.
She pointed ahead at the darkness of the hallway. Stalking forward, a familiar green figure clad in purple clothing. However, his eyes were blood red, sickening foam poured from his mouth, and his head was covered by some golden crown.
"P-P-Piccolo?!" Krillin cried, stepping back.
Makima smiled a little too sweetly. "Oh, look at that? Looks like the dog's been put back on his leash." She removed her jacket, tossing it to the floor. "Krillin, stay back. He's mine."
"You don't have to tell me twice!"
Piccolo growled like a deranged animal. He dashed forward with an animalistic roar, swiping down his arm to tear the woman in front of him to pieces. Makima blocked his strike by crossing her arms, she buckled slightly under his pressure, but didn't show any fear. Instead, she looked unbelievably ecstatic. "It's a good thing Gohan isn't here, because he'd just get in the way." Her eyes were glowing with malicious intent. "I've been waiting to beat you down for what you did a year ago!"
Silently watching the chain of events unfold within his laboratory was none other than the brain-in-a-jar himself, Dr. Wheelo. The huge brainiac observed the two battles happening on the observation screens. The first was Son Goku who was doing battle against his Bio Men, the Saiyan showcased a terrifying mastery of martial arts that gave him the advantage in the 2v1 battle. Next was Son Makima who was facing off against their latest capture, the Demon King Piccolo. To his surprise, the wife of Goku was no slouch when it came to battle, especially those who match her in ability. It was unfortunate how much damage these battles were costing his lab, but it was a small price to pay for his plans.
"Dr. Wheelo!" His assistant, Dr. Kochin, a very elderly, gray-skinned man with a misshapen head and male pattern baldness; he also has a nearly toothless mouth. Dr. Kochin's main attire consists of a typical lab coat over a brown dress shirt, red tie with a silver clip, black dress pants, and brown dress shoes. He is also seen carrying a small, blue, drill-like cane.
"Yes, Kochin?"
"The woman, take a closer look at her eyes." Kochin enhanced the footage to freeze it on Makima's face. The two scientists took special note of her eyes, particularly the yellow spirals that burned within.
"I see! Yes, a Devil that she is!" Dr. Wheelo exclaimed.
Bulma, who was being held captive along with Roshi, was surprised to see them figure that out. "W-wait! You can tell she's a Devil just by her eyes?!"
"Could you not, girl? Any intellectual is capable of telling the difference between a human and a Devil." Dr. Wheelo's insult earned himself a glare from the rich businesswoman. "All Devils, especially ones that resemble humans, have telltale signs that give away their identity. Horns, teeth, head shape, triggers, their senses, and eyes. Things like that are clues of their true biological natures."
"To think a Devil of all things would be sneaking into our lab. Oh, I've always loved dissecting those abominations!" Kochin giggled. "Perhaps a Devil such as she could serve as a vessel as well, Dr. Wheelo?"
"No, Kochin. There's something about her that reminds me of something. She's not a normal Devil, that is for sure. For now, we'll stick to gaining the body of Son Goku."
"Understood."
"In any case, send our other recent capture to deal with Son Goku."
"Yes, Dr. Wheelo!"
Bulma stared worryingly at the screens, praying that her friends would get here soon. She hated being stuck with these creepy old men!
Goku finishes off the last of the Bio Men that had attacked him. His Kaioken granted him the small boost needed to completely turn the battle to his favor. He dropped the dead body on the ground with a soft thud. Now that these guys were beaten, he just needed to keep going until he reached Bulma and the others. "Hopefully Makima and Krillin managed to find them-" He jumped back to avoid an incendiary bullet blowing up the space in front of him.
Sprinting around the chamber, Goku avoided each bullet that tried to blow him to pieces. He flipped through the next explosion to turn and fire a blast. It connected to the KI he sensed and stopped the bullets being rained down on him.
Revealing themselves through the smoke was his sister-in-law, War. She's dressed in military-esque snow gear, and a multitude of guns were strapped to her back. War's eyes were blood red, much like Piccolo's, with a golden crown stuck to her head.
"What the heck?! War?!" Goku was surprised to see her. "Why are you attacking me?!" Then he paused. "Wait, nevermind, you always attack me."
She didn't say a word to him. War pointed her four-pronged gun to release a simultaneous ballista round of rockets at the Saiyan. Goku dashed forward, ducking under the rockets, and struck forward. His fist was blocked by her gun, then she pushed it to redirect his arm out of the way to twirl it back up for a smash down into his back. Goku bounced off the ground, then reached for her legs to pull her down. He pushed himself into the air and fired two balls of KI down at War, exploding the ground on contact.
War blew through the smoke, unharmed by his attack to strike him with her tonfas. Goku hissed as spikes extended out of the melee weapons, slicing up his arm. War punches in the stomach twice, then bats him away with a side swipe. He recovers quickly and flashes forward with a knee to her chest. Goku pieces her up with a four-strike combo across her torso. When she attempted to retaliate with her tonfas, he blew them to pieces with a burst of KI.
She spun through the air, sliding across the metal floor, while Goku placed his hands to his side. "Ka! Me! Ha! Me! HAAAA!" His signature attack barreled towards the Horseman, illuminating the chamber in a bright blue glow.
War grabs one of the Bio Men's corpses, transforming it into a shield to block the blast. Afterwards she lunges the shield at the Saiyan, who manages to duck underneath it, then grab it before the shield could fly away. With a hard spin, the shield was flung back at the Devil at dangerous speeds. She pushed out her hand, manipulating the weapon to shift back into its original state.
Goku furrows his brows. "As much as I like fighting you, War, I don't have time for this!"
"Then move."
Goku is shoved out of the way by a familiar pink-haired woman. Fami pointed her hand at her little sister. War lunged forward fatalistic intent, brandishing a sword to strike through her sister's chest.
Materializing over Fami's hand was a sharp mouth-like energy construct. She closed her fist tightly. Suddenly, the top of War's head was severed as if something had bitten it clean off. Her body dropped to the ground like an anchor.
"There. Done." Fami dispelled her ability.
"I don't think you have to go that far, Fami." Goku frowned.
She rolled her eyes. "She was under mind control, so I simply nipped the bud quicker. She's also not dead. Give it a second."
True to Fami's words, War's head started to regenerate from the wound inflicted. A second later, the War Devil was crawling back to her feet. Soft groans were heard as the two landed to check on their sister.
"Hey, War, you okay?" Goku asked.
"Fuck off."
"Yeah, she's fine." The Saiyan smiled.
"Good, then I guess we should go, yes?" Fami pointed at the exit.
Goku nodded, then he remembered something. "Hey, weren't you supposed to be watching Gohan?"
Fami took out a lollipop. "Piccolo is also mind controlled, so Gohan's making sure Makima doesn't kill him."
"Ah! I see! Everything should be fine then! Let's hurry!"
Makima and Piccolo clashed in a fierce struggle of dominance, their fists connecting in a numerous stalemate. She redirected his punch to jab his nose in an act to knock him back. He stumbled slightly before blocking another strike, then grabbed her and slammed her into a row of machinery. Explosions occurred throughout the hallway, lighting up the dark corridor. Piccolo crossed his arms to block Makima's oncoming attack after she emerged from the flaming wreckage. When the force pushed him back, she snapped her fingers, ordering the air around the Namekian to constrict in a tight box around his head.
Piccolo fell to his knees as he struggled to breathe in the trap Makima had created. His eyes were still that of a drug addict, making him look far more pathetic than even she would've liked. She wrapped a chain around his neck to keep him in place. "Oddly enough, I'm getting no satisfaction out of beating you like this. Perhaps it's because you're not of proper mind right now, so you're unable to fight properly. Oh well."
"U-uh, Makima! Don't you think you should snap Piccolo out of his craze!" Krillin spoke up.
She shrugged. "I suppose so." Makima raised her fingers to undo the mind control the Namekian was under, but gasped when his eyes shined for a moment. Makima ducked back to avoid his eye-lasers before they could drill two holes through her skull. This moment of distraction allowed Piccolo to break himself free of her trap.
"Tch! Should've used a stronger burst." Makima said. Before she could re-engage him in another bout of combat, a smaller figure stomped down between them.
"STOP!" Gohan, dressed in his purple GI with a gray cloak around his neck, yelled. He turned to his very disappointed mother. "Mom! Mr. Piccolo is-"
"Under mind control, yes." Makima rolled her eyes. "Now move."
"Why-gah!" Gohan cried after Piccolo smacked him out of the way. He spiraled across the floor until Krillin moved to catch him in his arms.
"The only reason I allowed that was because I'm annoyed with him." Makima pointed her finger gun at Piccolo. "Bang."
The golden crown on his head exploded to pieces, freeing the Namekian from its control. Piccolo grunts slightly, dazed from his mental prisonment. Makima ignores him in favor of strolling over to her child, who refuses to meet her gaze. "Gohan."
"Y-yes, Mother?" He only calls her this when he knows he's in trouble.
"Three weeks."
"Oh…" Gohan groaned.
"I will also be putting your aunt on a diet." Makima adds. "Since you're here anyway, just stick to Krillin's side, okay?"
"Yes, Mom!" Gohan exclaimed.
"Gohan? Makima?" Piccolo's voice cuts in. He stumbles over to them, still trying to get his mind straight. "What the hell is going on?"
"Mr. Piccolo!" Gohan runs up and hugs his teacher, confusing the warrior.
"I'll explain on the way. Follow me." Makima responds. She sprints towards the main lab with the others following closely behind.
Goku, Fami, and War arrive in the main lab first, where the three could see Bulma and Roshi being held prisoner. "Bulma!" Goku shouts, running towards her. Fami and War noticed the electrical barrier blocking the way, but decided not to say anything. They simply enjoy the sight of Goku getting electrocuted briefly.
"Are you okay, brother-in-law?" Fami asked.
"O-ow…! Why didn't you tell me that was there?!" Goku cries.
"Because it was funny." War rolled her eyes. She steps forward to slice the barrier's generator apart but a bullet whistles past her head. War shifts her eyes to the source to see Kochin standing menacingly across the lab.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you, War Devil." Kochin warns.
War narrows her eyes at the scientist. "So, you're the bastard that ambushed me and controlled me. You have no idea the kind of shame you've brought upon me!"
"Yes, yes, you Devils and your sense of superiority over us humans." Kochin mocks.
Goku glares at him. "Let Bulma and Roshi go!"
"No can do, strongest in the world. These two are going to make fabulous Bio Warriors, or at least, the girl's brain will be good for it." Kochin chuckles darkly.
"EWWW!" Bulma cries. "Goku! Get me out of here!"
"I'm afraid none of you will be leaving here alive." Dr. Wheelo speaks up, gaining the trio's attention. The Saiyan and Devils were disgusted to see a massive brain sitting in the wall.
"What the hell are you?!" War demands.
"This, you impudent moron, is the great Dr. Wheelo!" Kochin declared.
"An evil scientist that tried to take over the world fifty years ago, and he wants to use Goku's body to accomplish it now!" Bulma yelled.
"Evil is such an ignorant way of putting it! We simply wish to help the world improve by remodeling it Dr. Wheelo's image! We were unable to accomplish the task fifty years ago due to the catastrophic blizzard, but thanks to the Dragon Balls our science can finally bear fruit!" Kochin declares.
"Son Goku, I want your body!" Dr. Wheelo declared.
BANG!
BOOM!
Smoke filled the lab after the explosion decimated the far left wall. A red-headed woman walked through the smoke, glaring at the brain in the wall. "I'm afraid that I will not be allowing you to do such a thing. My darling's body belongs to me." Makima declared. Krillin, Gohan, and Piccolo joined her side, standing against the evil scientists.
"Makima! Gohan! Krillin! Piccolo!" Goku exclaimed.
"Dad!"
"Goku!"
"Hmph. Seems you guys were going to start the party without us." Piccolo huffed.
"Out of the way green man, these two are mine for what they did to me!" War yelled.
"Then get in line, because I have some choice words myself!" Piccolo yelled back.
Dr. Wheelo and Kochin didn't look worried at all by the number of enemies standing before them. "It would seem we are outnumbered, Dr. Wheelo."
"Yes, we are, Kochin."
"It's a good thing that I recently upgraded your exo-skeleton, Dr. Wheelo!"
Suddenly, the container holding the brain began to emit a ton of smoke, almost blinding everyone in the chamber. A red light illuminated through the white puffy clouds, which was the only warning they were given. "EVERYONE, MOVE!" Piccolo roared.
A giant crimson beam tore through the lab, narrowly missing the heroes in its destructive path. The walls it destroyed were sizzling for a moment before exploding violently enough to create shockwaves through the lab.
Emerging from the wall was Dr. Wheelo's exo-skeleton body. A big scorpion-like metal body that houses his brain within a glass container. His brain is about double the size of a human head. He features a mouth with a single red eye above it, two claws, two toed feet, and a massive tail. "This exo-skeleton is nothing more than a placeholder for my true body! Son Goku, I shall tear your brain from your skull if that's what it'll take to possess you! The rest of you shall become the first wave of my newly all powerful Bio Warriors! The age of Dr. Wheelo shall begin today!"
"YOU WISH, ASSHOLE!" War, Piccolo, Goku, and Makima emerged from the blockade of dust. A force field erected itself around Wheelo, preventing the four from reaching him. Electrical shocks shot forth, striking the four of them, and blowing them each into the metal floor.
Kochin laughed maniacally as he unleashed a torrent of bullets from his machine gun arm. Fami and Krillin easily dodged out of the way of his attacks. Gohan charged forward with a furious shout, plunging his fist into Kochin's body. The old man folded over with Gohan smirking at his victory.
Until Kochin grabbed his arm and smashed him into the floor. "Foolish, boy! Did you really think I'd be that easy to beat?! Just like my master, I, too, possess a powerful exo-skeleton!" He transformed his machine gun arm into a cannon. "You'll be the first to die, kid!" An explosion of energy rippled the floor, blasting Gohan across the lab.
Krillin descended with a flurry of kicks that knocked Kochin back. He dashed forward to continue his assault, but a barrier of energy appeared in his way. Krillin screamed as the barrier sent a painful shock through his body, he flew back and rolled across the ground.
Kochin grinned until he felt crumbs falling on his head. Looking up, he saw Fami standing over him. She munched on her cookie, then pointed to the side. "Pay attention."
"Wha-"
"HYAAAH!" Gohan's leg struck his ribs, blasting him into the decimated wall. He pulled back his arms and released a barrage of KI blasts in hopes of obliterating the evil scientist. Gohan stopped his onslaught to survey the damage.
Suddenly, a wave of KI blew through the smoke, forcing aunt and nephew to dodge. The two turned back to the metallic footsteps coming through the wreckage. What they saw of Kochin could no longer classify him as 'human'. Gohan's attack had completely vaporized his skin and clothes, leaving the exo-skeleton to be revealed. He looked like one of those terminator robots Gohan saw from that one movie.
"Huh? He really wasn't lying about the skeleton." Fami frowned.
"HA HA HA HA HA! Science shall not fail today! Long live, Dr. Wheelo!" Kochin shouted, almost robotically. He pointed his cannon forward and fired off explosive rounds that disrupted the area of their battle.
Krillin pushed himself off the floor, recovering from his static shock. "Krillin!" He turned to see Bulma waving at him. "Hurry up and get us out of here!"
He looked over to see that Fami and Gohan were handling themselves just fine. The monk hurried to his captured friends. "Right! I'm coming!"
On the other end of the lab, Dr. Wheelo's red optic blast devastated another section of the lab. Piccolo barely avoided the attack, then rushed in with a kick to knock the metal overlord back. Raising his hands to his head, Piccolo cried out. "Explosive Demon Wave!" The KI attack collided with the exo-skeleton. He raised his arms for a hammer strike but Wheelo's metal claw smashed him through a wall. Wheelo opened his claw and blew the Namekian away with a huge KI blast.
War released a torrent of rockets that blew up the floor beneath Wheelo. He would've fallen through if it wasn't for the jet-boosters on his feet, keeping him in the air. What he hadn't expected was for oil to splatter on him from the busted pipes of his lab. She aims her gun and fires off a round of incendiary bullets into his body. Oil and flames collided in a bright explosion that knocked Wheelo further through the secret base. War smirked until a metal claw shot out of the smoke to grab her. She evaded the first one, but the second one managed to catch her. She screamed when his claw erupted with crimson energy, blowing her far across the lab.
Makima barreled towards him, evading his attempts to swipe her out of the air. She lowered herself down to strike his legs, setting him off balance. Several chains wrapped around his arms, forcing his exo-skeleton to go against his commands. She raised the madman in the air, spun him around, and slammed him down like a sledgehammer. Wheelo went crashing through a multitude of floors due to the impact. But he didn't stay down for long, and Makima learned that when Wheelo came barreling through the floor like a rocket. He smashed her through the ceiling and didn't stop until he burst through the lab entirely.
As Makima went falling down into the frozen tundra, he pointed his optic blast to incarnate her, but a red streak smashed into him, knocking the scientist aside. Wheelo grunted slightly to see a Kaioken enhanced Goku floating across from him. "This ends now!" Goku declared.
"I couldn't agree more! Your body belongs to me!" Dr. Wheelo declares once more.
"Kaioken times three!" Goku roars, his crimson aura increasing in mass. He vanished from sight for a moment, then crashed his leg against the glass of Wheelo's head. The scientists barreled towards the ground, but Goku appeared behind him for a powerful blow that sent him flying upwards. Goku rushes in, pushing his body even further to lay a flurry of destructive blows against Wheelo's exo-skeleton. The metal bent against his onslaught until an electrical force shocked him hard enough to send him flying downwards.
Wheelo turned around, extending both of his claw cannons down at the Saiyan. "Die, Son Goku! I'll piece your body back together after blowing you apart!" Two bright hot beams exploded forth, illuminating the icy tundra.
"Oh no!" Goku gasped and acted quickly by cupping his hands. "Ka! Me! Ha! Me…!" Right as Wheelo's beam was about to engulf him, Goku unleashed his own. "HAAAAAAA!" Red and blue mixed together, clashing against the searing double beam. The very air was quaking from the intensity of their beam clash.
While Goku struggled to hold his ground, Wheelo activated his boosters to propel himself forward at a speed Goku wasn't prepared for. The Saiyan let out a gasp before receiving the hundred-ton force of Wheelo's body slam. Goku spiraled furiously through the air, crashing against the glacier across from the lab, his body dragging against the ice until he stopped right at the edge of a cliff.
Dr. Wheelo laughed victoriously. "HA HA HA HA HA HA! And that, fools, is the power of my science!"
BLAST!
"Gah!" He was knocked down into the snow. He stood from the crater to see Makima, Piccolo, and War had recovered from his previous attacks. Though each one was looking pretty damaged, their wills had yet to be broken.
"There's one thing you should learn about us, brainiac!" War grunted.
"And what is that?!" Wheelo questioned.
"We don't give up until we're dead!" Piccolo roared.
Chains exploded from beneath Wheelo's feet, wrapping around his body to trap him. "And you're overdue for a meeting with death!" Makima declared.
While those three were battling Wheelo, Goku slowly climbed back to his feet. "Man…it's no use, this guy's far tougher than we thought. Looks like I'll have to resort to it, after all…" He raised his hands to the sky. "The ground, the seas, the skies, and everything alive throughout the Earth…! Please, give me just a bit of your energy!"
Roshi and Krillin stand side-to-side, prepping their joint attack. "Krillin, let's do it!"
"Right!"
"Ka! Me! Ha! Me! HAAAA!" Master and student fired off a combined Kamehameha at Kochin. The mad scientist matched their attack with his own, initiating a beam clash against one another. The two pushed harder, their signature attack was clearly winning the struggle. Until Kochin activated another feature of his exo-skeleton, lasers fired out of his eyes to pierce through the Turtle School. Krillin and Roshi were forced to abandon their joint attack to avoid getting skewered.
Kochin leaped into the air, unloading a storm burst of energy onto the two martial artists. His smile vanished when the smoke cleared to reveal Fami using her abilities to swallow his blasts. She then flicked her wrist, and her construct vomited his own volley right back at him. Kochin was blown into the ceiling, bouncing off the metal and into the shattered glass of the observation screen.
Gohan was about to join in until he heard a loud explosion occur behind him. The boy turned around to see his mother get blown through the ceiling by Dr. Wheelo, and his father give chase to assist her. "Auntie Fami! Krillin! Mom and the others need help!"
Fami tilted her head side to side. "Hmm…fine. Gohan, we'll go help them." She looked over to Krillin and Roshi. "Can you two handle him?"
Roshi got into a stance. "I may be old, but this fossil can still give a good whoopin!"
"This guy isn't that tough, just tricky and durable! We'll wear him down!" Krillin responded.
"Good." Fami felt a bit reassured. She turned to her nephew. "Let's move."
"Right!"
The two would have escaped the lab if it weren't for the barrier erected by Kochin to keep them contained. "As if I'll allow you to help your friends! You're all going to die here!" He turned to the main computer which was still somehow functional. "In fact...! I'll make sure of it!" Kochin pressed several keys on the keyboard.
BEEP!
SELF-DESTRUCT SEQUENCE: INITIATED!
"EHHH?!" Bulma, who was hiding, screeched. "A self-destruct sequence?!"
"A little safe ensure policy in case the lab was ever compromised. We can always build a new one, and certainly there will still be some pieces of your bodies remaining to use for our Bio Warriors!" Kochin explained.
"Are you insane, you'll be blown apart too!" Krillin yelled.
"Not unless I kill you all first, and even then, Dr. Wheelo's victory is still greatly assured!"
A loud shockwave outside of the lab almost caused them to fall over. It was clear that the battle happening outside was growing extremely hectic. Gohan growled wishing he could go help his parents, teacher, and aunt. "Darn it! We have to get out there and help them!"
"Calm down, Gohan. Our plan hasn't changed." Fami said. She turned to the field, placing her hands against the energy. The static coursing through her body was nothing as she consumed a portion of it, then pulled the force field apart, wide enough for them to fit through.
"WHAT?!" Kochin exclaimed.
"I'm the Famine Devil." Fami allowed herself to smirk. "Something like this isn't going to be enough to stop me." She motioned to her nephew. "Gohan, let's move!"
"Not so fast!" Kochin tried to blast them, but Krillin intercepted him with a kick. The doctor spiraled across the room.
"Get moving!" Krillin yelled to his allies.
"On it!" Gohan and Fami escaped through the hole. As it closed behind them, the two took off through the giant hole Wheelo made. With them gone, the battle down here was now left to the humans.
"Fools! Your numbers mean nothing against Dr. Wheelo's might!" Kochin exclaimed. He blocked a strike from Krillin, but it left him open for Roshi to kick him into the floor. The monk grabbed him by the legs, spun him around, and then flung him across the decimated lab.
"Brag as much as you like, but if anyone is underestimating anyone it's you!" Krillin exclaimed.
"What?!"
"If you think you're aware of how strong Goku is, then it should be obvious that his chances of losing are far lower than his chances of winning! If anyone can pull it off its him!" Roshi added.
"Goku's the strongest for a reason! He doesn't give up, no matter how impossible the odds are! And even then, he has all of us supporting him too! There's no way we're gonna lose here!" Krillin continued on.
"Even if your words are true, this lab's explosion will still be far too big for you all to have any chance to escape! Our victory is assured!" Kochin declared.
"I wouldn't be so sure about that!" Bulma's voice sliced through his hot air. The three turned to the computer to see Bulma messy with its systems. "If this thing has a self-destruct system, then there's definitely an override somewhere! Maybe kidnapping the smartest woman on the planet wasn't such a smart move!"
"Damn you! Die!" Kochin fired at her, but his attack was stopped by Krillin. The monk dashed forward, slugging the machine across his face. Roshi appeared behind Kochin, kicking him into the air for Krillin to smack him back down. As Kochin bounced, the two converged on top of him, a blur of fists pounded against his metal frame.
"Get off of me!" Kochin roared; a torrent of blasts forced them back. He pointed his cannon to fire explosive rounds at the master and student. Each explosion covered his field of vision in smokey clouds, but the cyborg couldn't care less about that. He just kept firing, hoping that his enemies would perish in the explosions.
"HYAH!" Roshi shouts as he barrels through the smoke to attack Kochin.
"You stupid old man! You should've stayed in your bygone era!" The madman laughs as he fires upon Roshi, expecting him to be riddled with holes. However, to his shock, the bullets harmlessly phase through him. "What?!"
"An afterimage! The oldest trick in the book!" Roshi announces. The smoke cleared to reveal the Turtle Hermit in his buff form, vibrating between his palms was his strongest move! "Now, for my Full-Power Kamehameha!" He pushes forward, unleashing the powerful beam right at the cyborg.
Kochin wasn't dumb enough to try and tank that move. The damage he's taken from the battle so far would ensure that move would kill him. He leaped into the air, completely avoiding the attack. "You missed, old man!"
"Now, Krillin!"
"Huh?!"
"Destructo Disk!"
There was nothing Kochin could do as the golden razor disk sliced through his body, cutting him into two pieces. Sparks danced all over him as he came to the realization of what just happened. The last thing his eyes would ever take in would be Krillin's victorious glee. "Please win, Dr. Wheelo!"
BOOM!
Krillin and Roshi covered their faces when Kochin's body parts exploded violently. His remains scattered amongst the floor, nothing but burnt junk. "Alright! We got him!" Krillin cheered.
"But we still have more problems to deal with." Roshi reminds him.
"Right! The self-destruct is still going on!"
BEEP!
SELF-DESTRUCT SEQUENCE TERMINATED!
"Phew! No need to worry about that anymore, boys!" Bulma stood proudly. "Those two really liked bragging about their smarts, but that sequence was pretty easy to figure out. It wouldn't have been simple if you two weren't distracting him."
"Then that's two problems handled. All that's left is…" The three humans nodded to each other and took off to escape the lab.
Makima struggled to hold Wheelo in place with her chains. It wasn't like his soul was powerful, but the bastard's suit had a mind of its own. Controlling technology wasn't necessarily her skillset, and it was something she planned to change if they survive all of this.
Wheelo's cannons blew apart her chains, throwing her across the snow. He dashed towards her with a raised claw. "No Devil, horseman or otherwise, will stand in the way of science!" Before he could bring it down to crush her, someone stopped his attack. "What?!"
Gohan growled fiercely, his eyes glowing red. "STAY AWAY FROM MY MOOOOM!" A ferocious burst of power surged forth, blowing Wheelo across the snowy mountain.
"Gohan!" Makima gasped.
"Are you okay, Mom?!" Gohan asked, clearly concerned.
"I'm fine, son." She softly rubs his cheek, making him blush.
"W-where's Dad?!" He asked next.
"He's-"
BOOM!
"HRAAAAAAAAH!" Dr. Wheelo emerged from the crevice he was buried in; a sinister red aura melted the snow around him. This increase in power was clearly in response to his anger. "I am Dr. Wheelo! I will not be outdone by a child!" He points his cannons at the two and fires a destructive beam.
Makima moves to block the attack, but War jumps in the way, constructing a shield to tank the attack. However, her chosen defensive weapon was starting to break from the pressure. "Move! Before this thing breaks!"
The Control Devil grabs her son and flies out of the way as the beam engulfs War completely. She's blown away towards another far side of the tundra. "Auntie War!" Gohan cries.
"That isn't strong enough to kill her! Focus on the battle!" Piccolo exclaims as he and Fami join the Sons. "Where the hell is Goku?!"
Dr. Wheelo stomped towards them, determined to slaughter them like animals. But he stopped when his scanners picked up an increase of energy. Turning to the source, his optics widened at the sight of Son Goku charging the Spirit Bomb. "What in the world?! How is he generating so much energy?!"
"The planet."
"What?!" Wheelo turns to Makima. "What are you talking about?!"
"You wish to rule the planet, right? Well too bad, because the world is fighting to reject you." Makima explains. Even though he was just a brain in a robotic body, the doctor could feel the pure energy of the Spirit Bomb. Their anger and spite at his disgusting actions were clear as day. Makima's words rang true, the planet truly was rejecting him.
"If that's the case…then…!" Dr. Wheelo blasts off into the sky. "I'LL SIMPLY DESTROY THIS BLASTED WORLD!"
Makima intercepted him, blocking off his path to the outer atmosphere. "Over my dead body!"
"That can be arranged!" He tried to fire, but Fami kicked his cannon to the side. Then Piccolo crashed into his back to flip him over. Gohan raced around, building up power in his fist, and brought down the hammer on Wheelo's glass casing.
Wheelo recovered quickly, swinging his arms to blow his enemies away. Though he felt the space around him constricting like a shrinking body. He realized that Makima was crushing the space of his suit, attempting to crush his brain. Wheelo's exo-skeleton activated its optic blast to stop her desperate move.
Gohan and Piccolo fired off dual-Masenkos, blowing him through the air. Fami brought down her constructed jaws on the scientist to crush him into bits. But Wheelo fights back, releasing a devastating explosive wave that blows the four of them away. "ENOUGH! I will not allow you all to stand in my way any further!"
"HEY!" Wheelo turned to see Goku standing confidently with the Spirit Bomb floating above his palm. "You wanted the planet, right?!"
Dr. Wheelo growled. "I wanted a body, the perfect body fit for ruling this pathetic world!" He points his cannons at the Saiyan, and fires in hopes of killing him for good. "But I'm sick and tired of it now! All of you can go to hell!"
"Then let's see what this 'pathetic' world thinks!" Goku threw his ultimate attack right at Wheelo. "GOOO!"
It wasn't even a struggle like last time. Wheelo's attack stood no chance against the Spirit Bomb, the ball of pure energy raced towards him. All the mad doctor could do was scream as the Spirit Bomb engulfs him entirely. All of his negative energy was erased completely, alongside his brain and exo-skeleton.
Dr. Wheelo's twisted ambitions came to an end.
"Hey! Over here! I found him!"
Goku slowly blinks awake, hearing the sounds of his friends and family. Goku sits up, shaking the snow off his head as his son embraces him. The Earthly Saiyan returns the hug, chuckling softly. "So, it's over?"
"It's over, darling." Makima smiles.
"Hm? Where's Piccolo and War?" Goku looked around for the two lone wolves.
"As soon as they were certain the battle was over, they left." Makima answers. "Piccolo says he'll come visit tomorrow, and War said that we can 'fuck off'." She covered her son's ears before giving that last message.
"Those two never change, that's for sure." Roshi laughs.
"You certainly don't either." Bulma smirks. "The world's greatest pervert!" Her joke earned some laughter at the old man's expense.
Gohan turned to his mother. "S-so, Mom, can you-"
"I'll let you hang out with Piccolo tomorrow as a reprieve for everything that happened today." Makima said.
"Yes-"
"But you're still grounded."
"Oh man…" Gohan pouts, causing another round of laughter.
"Chin up, son! Your Mom is gonna make us a celebration dinner, right?" Goku's statement was definitely a plea for an excuse to pig out.
Rolling her eyes, Makima nodded her head. "Fine, one feast."
"ALRIGHT!" Goku, Gohan, and Fami cheer, jumping into the air. The others watch on with smiles of their own at the gluttonous trio. Our heroes take off from the freezing tundra, ready for some nice relaxation and warm food to fill their bellies.
Movie End
NOTE: I hope you guys enjoyed this one. I summarized the parts that really wouldn't have changed at all. This is something I'll be doing for most of the films if I feel like it's not important for me to cover it. Also, I'm just not the biggest fan of this film.
If you're wondering how War got caught, it's similar to Piccolo. She got caught unawares and brain washed.
Fami can practically eat anything. Think of her similar to Upchuck from Ben 10.
Our next film will be the end of the...non-Super Saiyan portion of the Z Films.
Next Movie - Lord Slug
