Ippan: There's been an uprising of ghoul incidents in Tokyo and around Japan recently.
Izuku: It's hard to tell cause with quirks lying around it's a lot harder to detect them. Can you wait here? And I'll be back quickly Eri.
Eri: Ok!
Izuku heads down the alleyway and into a store across the street as they wait-
???: Well well~ Look what we have here~
Ippan: A-A ghoul!
She tries to run only for the ghoul to jump in front of her, blocking them in as she grins.
???: Mmmm...there's a lot of meat on you~ As expected of someone with a mutant quirk~ I might as well-
BONK*
She crumples onto the ground as Izuku knocks the ghoul out with a sledgehammer.
Izuku: AHAH! DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING DID YOU?!
Eri: Woah...
Eri had a look of awe in her eyes, seeing Izuku save her for the third time as Ippan gingerly steps back.
Ippan: I-Is she dead?
Izuku: Of course not. There's a police station nearby so might as well carry her there.
Ippan: What if she wakes up?
Izuku: I'm actually very strong compared to the average quirkless human. I caught her off guard, but unless I take her head clean off or crush her body entirely there's not much I can do. Ghouls may have skin like steel, but their organs are still susceptible to internal damage. It's like how bike helmets are designed to break instead of being rock solid.
Izuku: I'll carry her.

Naomasa:...
Izuku: For the last time I'm not a vigilante.
Naomasa: I know...but do you even know who you knocked out?
Izuku: Uh...no.
Naomasa: You know how ghouls are classified by the CCG right? Well, she would be an S.
Izuku:...
Naomasa: You're VERY lucky. She's known to be rather gluttonous when it comes to eating.
Izuku: So what's the problem?
Naomasa: She wants to talk to both me and you. Don't worry, she's held with RC suppressant cuffs. I do have questions to ask her of course.
???: LET ME SPEAK TO THEM-
Izuku and Naomasa barge into the room as the ghoul respectively sat down while still cuffed.
THUD*
Naomasa: What's your name?
Rize: Rize Kamishiro.
Izuku: Wait. Can I ask questions too?
Naomasa: *sigh* Izuku-
Izuku: Tell me, would you answer my questions or his?
Rize: Hmmm...I guess you. You're pretty cute after all~
Izuku tried really he's not to react to the flirting as they all settled down.

Rize: *smile* I am simply enjoying myself out here. And plus, there's a lot more people to eat.

Naomasa whispers into his ear as Izuku presses on.
Izuku: I hear you're on the run from the CCG. You know that the HPSC isn't on the best of terms with them right?
Rize: Why yes of course-
Izuku: What's the name of your father?
Rize:...
She gives out a name but it turned out to lie a lie as Izuku presses on.
Rize: If I told you, you could all be killed.
Izuku: I ain't a snitch.
Naomasa: Everything here will be kept confidential, even from the CCG. You are safe.
Later
Izuku:...Woah.
Naomasa: I have a lie detector quirk, and what you said is all true.
Rize: Now, are you going to take me to the CCG? It seems my request for refuge here won't be-
Naomasa: No.
She had a confused look on his face as the detective pondered on what to do.
Naomasa: The relationship between the CCG and HPSC is strained. However, if you truly want refuge, you will have to do something about that diet of yours.
Izuku: I can help. I know someone that can do something about that.
Rize: Really?
Naomasa:...
Izuku: I swear I'm not a villain.
Naomasa: Izuku...who is this that can help a ghoul?

AFO: You may call me All for One.
Naomasa:...Izuku you really are a problem child like Shota described you.
Toga: Oooooo a ghoul!!!
Toga checked Rize out, circling around her as AFO sat down.
AFO: *scoff* Unlike that big oaf I actually respect Tomura as a son even if he's not my own. And no, Izuku is not under my services. I'll respect his decision to live a quiet life.
Naomasa:...Uhuh.
He was rather dumbfounded as he studies Rize's body with many of his quirks with red sparks coming from his fingers.
AFO: I have worked with ghoul bodies. No not live bodies, just corpses from the CCG. Pulled some strings there. I think I can just...

Rize's body suddenly twists and turns before she was blown right into the wall by an unseen force.
Rize: My body it...feels different.
AFO: Feel free to leave anytime!
Tomura: You better be on the game 2 hours later.
Izuku: Don't worry I will.
Eri: His head is like a potato. What happened?
AFO: Injuries Eri. Injuries. Now run along. Enjoy your days.
Naomasa and Izuku leave with Eri and Rize as Ippan and Rei waited nearby anxiously.
Rei: Are you ok?
Izuku: I'm fine.
Naomasa: *dry* Fine for speaking with the so called number one villain. *sigh* Izuku...
Izuku: To be fair I met them all playing video games. We kinda hit it off right there.
Naomasa: Don't be getting into any trouble. That's all I'm gonna say. Oh and Izuku...Rize will be in your care.
He leaves and Izuku turns to a Rize who wraps an arm around his shoulder.
Rize: Looks like you have to take care of me now~
Izuku: Do you have any supplies or anything? Clothes? Essentials?
Toga: Blood?!
Izuku: Toga-
Toga: From now on I'm living with you!
Izuku:...Toga no-
Toga: Pretty please?!
She kept begging Izuku as she held suitcases and other things as he sighs.
Izuku: Do you have any money?
Toga: Plenty!
Izuku: Hmmm...food will be a problem.
Rei: Is it-
Izuku: I'm pretty sure All for One manipulated Rize's biology so she can eat regularly. Only problem is-

Rize devoured an entire sandwich loaf, and she looked really hungry as Izuku checks his phone.
Izuku: Her hunger is now directed towards human food. God damnit I'll have to spend a lot more on groceries now.
Rize: I can tone down on the eating just fine. I promise, I won't be causing a ruckus.
Izuku: You sure?
Rize: *nod* Certain.
Izuku:...How are you not fat?
BONK*
Rize looked slightly offended as she bonks his head with her fist.
Rize: I do a lot of physical activity you know.
Izuku: Like exercising. 'I see.'
Rize: And that was for knocking me out...*confused* how did you knock me out?
Izuku: Working out, heavy weapon, and catching you completely off guard. I did sprint to the police station nearby as fast as I could too before you woke up seconds later.
Rize: Hmph. You won't be doing that next time.
Toga: 'I get to live with Izuku now!!!'
Ippan and Rei chuckled as Izuku desperately tried to get the two under control with his words as time passes by.
