Aizawa kicks at him though Tomura backs away.

Tomura: I can see why Izuku favors you the most.

Aizawa: You...know Izuku?

Tomura: No he's not a villain. He's far too heroic for that. You can say he's...a good friend that has helped me a lot in life.

Aizawa:...You aren't bothering to kill me.

Tomura: A hero has to know how to work together as a team. To adapt, and to overcome any obstacle in their way. I've always hated the idea of heroes. It sickens me...but the idea is there, and I will admit, I like those who aren't hypocrites and actually help others. Like you.

Tomura: These villains are just gonna rough your students up a bit. No, we aren't going to kill them, but they need to know what it's like out there. She was frozen in place, her arms and head flailing about as she yells for help though after some minutes she couldn't anymore.
Toru: C-Can s-someone help me?

Toru: I-I'm scared.

Villain: Hey kid...I can barely move. That boy...what kind of hero is he?

Toru: I'm...wondering the same thing.

A villain with a lion quirk was frozen too, his body temperature lowering dangerously as the ice never melted and their breathes grew faint.

Villain: Don't be scared kid.

Toru: You're...

Villain: I'm kinda sad too. I'm leaving behind a wife and two children. Should've stopped being a villain but...it's the only way to provide for them.

Toru: I...I'm sorry.

Villain: Don't be sorry. I enjoyed all those days as a family. Wished things could be better. And don't be scared.

Toru: M-My family I- what will they do w-without me?

Villain: Don't know. They'll probably miss you like mine.
Villain: We...might not make it but...at least it's nice knowing you.

Toru: Same...at least...my family loves me along with my friends...

Their bodies froze, and their breath grew faint as they smile at each other.

Villain2: You alright?

Momo: You...y-you're helping me?

Villain2: I'm not here to kill or anything. Being a hero is tough, and you need to know your way around villains. The girly hothead though...

Momo froze in horror, seeing Denki's face burnt by some explosions while his head was half crushed by a Boulder.

Momo: *sick* O-Oh god.

Villain2: I'm really sorry. But the rockslide took out a lot of us and even your classmate.

She suddenly barfs, feeling sick at the sight when the villain suddenly crumples to the ground and quickly covers himself in rocks.

Katsumi: HEY PONYTAIL! HAVE YOU SEEN ANY OTHER VILLAIN?!

Momo: N-No.

Katsumi: Ah...looks like I taken them all out.

She looks at Denki's corpse before scoffing and blasts her way to the center as Momo sits down while shaking.

Villain2: She's more of a villain than I am.

Momo: I...can see that.

Villain2: Name's Ryu. What about you?

Momo:...Momo. Momo Yaoyorozu

Villain2: Rich folks...you got guts for being a hero.

Momo: I...don't know if I should be one.

Villain2: If you're not confident then quit. There's no shame in being a normal person you know.

Momo:...I guess so. Maybe there's other ways of helping people.

Villain3: Shit! He's not breathing!

Mineta went down with the sunken ship, the whirlpool trapping everyone...only problem was he can't swim, and Izumi only left the ship while leaving him there. The villains upon seeing the boy drowning after 12 minutes quickly swam to rescue him, but it was clear he was gone already despite their attempts at CPR.

Villain4: *sigh* God damnit. I didn't sign up for these kids to kill themselves.

He clenches his fist, angry at what they had done as he promises himself to do whatever it takes to stop them and change things.

Tomura: 3 of your students and many villains died due to the carelessness of the Todorokis, Bakugous, and that all might brat.

Tomura: Tell me, what will it take for things to change? For those kids to be punished? What will it take for this society to change?

All Might punches his Nomu into the sky but was clearly exhausted and injured as Kurogiri opens a portal.

Tomura: It seems I got the answer I need. That means I don't have to go easy on them anymore.

Tomura answered coldly, ignoring Aizawa's bewildered stares as he disappears with his assistant along with the other villains that are still alive.
