They were horrified to see Izuku's face filled with utter rage as blood begins flying everywhere with each punch that battered Katsuki.
Izuku: YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH! WHAT HELL I HAD TO GO THROUGH TO GET TO THIS DAMN POINT!

Izuku shatters his teeth and they were forced to watch as he continues to punch Katsuki even with the blood covering his torso.

Katsuki at this point was barely moving yet Izuku continues to punch through bone and flesh as he screams at the dying boy.
Izuku: EVER! AGAIN!
They hear the primal scream from Izuku as he kills Katsuki with a slam of both his fists that shattered his entire head, brains and blood splattered everywhere and the clip cuts off.
Naomasa: No, he's not in trouble. Through his phone we've confirmed his intentions to kill Izuku and even his girlfriends and kids for revenge. I do not condone murder, but if Izuku didn't kill him he and his friends would've all been in grave danger. It is not surprising however that he snapped like that. No, he's not going to be charged.
Inko was crying, and Toshinori was left in a state of regret as Mitsuki asks Naomasa about her daughter.
Naomasa: Both her arms were crushed and torn off. About every bone in her body was broken, and it appears she had died from internal decapitation that was rather swift. It is a tragedy...but they had it coming sooner or later.
They were left in somber silence...and Mitsuki was happy on the inside and Izuku from afar rejoiced, knowing another cant torment anyone any longer.
AFO: 'The All Might brat though...she's becoming unstable. That's a problem by itself. I'll have to personally deal with her myself if Toshinori won't correct him.'
Toshinori2: 'Yes she is not remorseful at all. She has to be corrected or else...'
