Lincoln just kept looking around at the awe inspiring buildings, flying angels and all of them looked to be a friendly face no matter what they looked like and the big billboards that they had with angels on top of them. He was looking with Charlie like kids at a candy store and Vaggie kept the small smile that she had.
"Here we are..." Sera said taking them to what looked like a government building; they went inside and Lincoln then noticed that Emily had been spending the journey excitedly telling him; what she could show him in Heaven. Lincoln not wanting to be rude then smiled up at her.
Then outside a room they came across Adam with his arms folding grumbling and an unmasked Exorcist that looked like Amity from the Owl House. The visitors from Hell then became tense and frowned with Emily being confused.
"There was a little... Misunderstanding when Lincoln was found in Hell... Adam and Lute are here to apologise... Aren't you?" Sera explained with a smile and then said the last part with a warning look to Adam and Lute.
"Yeah... Sorry... I overreacted and attacked... Pease enjoy my humblest apologies and stuff..." Lute then forced herself to say as Adam then groaned.
"Yeah... Me too... Didn't expect it to go down like that... No hard feelings?" Adam asked with a fake smile and Emily frowned still confused as Lincoln, Charlie and Vaggie gave them looks.
"Thank you." Charlie said politely as Vaggie could scoff and they then entered the meeting room and sat down a the table. Two chairs for Sera and Emily on one side and three for their visitors.
Emily not understanding what could have happened in Hell; wanted to lighten the mood. "You know... After we get this meeting done... We could introduce you Lincoln to your family in Heaven..." Emily then suggested with a smile as she then popped up a holographic screen of a tree.
"Emily... Please..." Sera pleaded as Lincoln was tkaen aback as this never crossed his mind.
"Thanks Emily; I don't think that it's necessary..." Lincoln said as Emily then chuckled.
"I insist Lincoln; we have here a Family Tree app! It's what ascended souls in Heaven can use to look up their family line and by touching a member of their family tree... It can state if they are dead and up here in Heaven as well as give directions as to how they can find them!" Emily then explained then said as she then typed up Lincoln's full name and found his tree. "See... We can see your entire family line and it even goes back to Adam and Eve! There's you and your siblings with them connected to... Huh..." Emily then said pointing to it as the visitors were impressed but Emily stopped upon seeing something. "I... I think it's glitching somehow Sera... I never thought that tech could do that in Heaven..." Emily said confused as Sera looked to her sister.
"What do you mean Emily?" Sera asked as Emily looked at it and then zoomed in to show that Lincoln had four lines connecting him to Lynn Sr, Rita, Charlie and Vaggie. The visitors then stared knowing what this meant. Sera then sighed as Emily took a look.
"This is connecting Lincoln to you both as if you were his biological parents along with his biological parents... I would understand if you were being his caretakers as it showed up as adopted parents for him but no... So weird..." Emily said as Lincoln sighed with Charlie and Vaggie nodding.
Lincoln then stood up as Emily then noticed saying "no need to leave Lincoln; I am sure that we can fix this right now..." Lincoln then used his magic to reveal his angel form as Sera took this in already knowing but Emily then gave out a shocked shriek. Emily then stared at Lincoln for a minute with her mouth wide open as Sera just sighed.
"Lincoln... What happened... Was there any Hell magic used on you..." Emily asked flying up to him as fast as she could so that she could check on him closely. "You do look like now that you could actually be Charlie's son..." Emily commented as Charlie and Vaggie coughed.
"He actually is now... His soul hs been changed; he is now permanently half human and the other half is of angel and a bit of sinner demon. He is Vaggie and I's son." Charlie then spoke up saying as Emily took this in.
"Yeah... I tripped into the pentagram when I was helping Lucy and her friends do her little ritual... Got sent to Hell and infused with energy from Charlie and Vaggie; Vaggie got part of it when she tried to push Charlie out of it." Lincoln then explained to Emily as she took this in. "Can you please give me some space now..." Lincoln said as Emily then went back.
"But... But... Surely..." Emily muttered in shock as Sera sighed.
"I have seen the tests done on Lincoln for myself as Lucifer showed me. It's because of this situation that we have come here about Lincoln's placement." Sera then told Emily as she was still taking this in.
"Do you mean like allowing Charlie and Vaggie to visit Lincoln up here in Heaven?" Emily asked as Lincoln gave a sigh and Charlie and Vaggie gave her a look. Lincoln wondered how Emily was going to take this...
"Emily...Heaven is nice but... Hell is becoming more and more like home... Plus Charlie has been showing me how to use and control my powers... For the time being right now at least... I want to stay in Hell..." Lincoln then said as Emily's mouth was wide open with her eyes wide.
"We are on Lincoln on this; he's our kid and sorry but I don't appreciate Heaven trying to take him away again..." Vaggie then said firmly as Charlie nodded with her girlfriend.
"What... Lincoln wants... To Stay in... Hell... Hellish Hell... How can I watch over him as his guardian angel if he goes down there... How can I protect him if... So many demons and dangers down there..." Emily was now stammering and the visitors looked sorry for her but were steadfast in their mindset. Sera then went up to Emily and took her into an embrace.
"Emily... How about you take some time to yourself..." Sera told her gently as Emily then floated out of the door as it then closed behind her. "Sorry about that... She has been worried sick about your disappearance Lincoln; for as she said... You were the first human child she was allowed to act as a guardian angel to..." Sera then said as Lincoln looked at the door with a look of pity.
"So... You have any complaints of me staying with my Hell family?" Lincoln then asked as Charlie and Vaggie perked up at Lincoln saying that.
"I have some reservations but... If we check up on you to make sure that things are going well..." Sera then said as the 'Hell family' grinned at that. "Plus... Lucifer did send a message about your... Hotel project that you might want to discuss?" Sera asked looking sceptically as Charlie's eyes widened. Lincoln then nudged her with his elbow as she then got out her drawings and plans.
"Oh... This will take a while..." Sera said sighing thinking that Lucifer's daughter was being naïve about the idea of sinners redeeming themselves but Heaven does owe her enough for her to hear this idea out.
Emily couldn't believe this; Lincoln actually turned up with the princess of Hell safe and sound to Heaven! Yet he won't be staying past the visit and wants to go to Hell! Hell. Hell. Hell. She was honestly tempted to try and have him locked in a room until he reconsiders for his own good but to pry him from his new parents who biologically had as much a right to him as the Louds.
What can she do?
Would she lose him forever if he went back to Hell?
The plans to watch him grow up and wait until the day they could be full friends when he passes on and gets to Heaven. It wouldn't even be that long for her for when you're a thousands of years old Heaven angel; a human's lifespan wasn't that long.
"I should at least plan out what to do with them when the meeting is done... So much that Lincoln would love to do here that... It... Could... Drag... The... Day... Out..." Emily said and started speaking slowly as inspiration struck. "Who says that their visit has to be rushed... Perhaps I can convince Charlie and Vaggie to want to stay here longer as well..." Emily then said to herself becoming excited at her new plan. Having the Family Tree hologram in front her again she said to herself "let's see who is in Vaggie's family that I can have her be reunited with..."
