In Beacon Academy night. There was Beacon Dance. RWBY who was part of the whole Cross Tag Battle Roster are having a fun time before the upcoming Vytal Festival. Outside was Beacon Tower. There is one guard guarding the entrance of Beacon Tower. Suddenly from above him was a water Jellyfish and then strangle his neck before hit the pressure point. The Jellyfish drag the unconscious guard to the hedges. And on the inside of Beacon Tower were four guards patrolling. And above them were also water Jellyfish. The Water Jellyfishes dive attack the guards by attacking from behind, strangling them, then the water Jellyfishes wrap their heads on the guards and have them drown from the water within their bodies before hitting the pressure point and knocking them unconscious. Then they remove their heads from the guards and then let go of them. Just came inside was a young boy. wearing a mask that covers his eyes and a hood to hide his hair.
"Hehehe. So this is Beacon Tower, hmm? I must say, it's impressively designed." The boy said as he begin to look for the elevator and then press it. Then came the elevator and he went inside with the Water Jellyfishes. "Remember. There are guards here. Make sure they're unconscious. Oh. And patrol the area discreetly." He said as he hides, then the Water Jellyfishes charge in the room and attacked the remaining guards who were in there and knocked them out.
The boy had the elevator on open button and then once the groaning was done. The water jellyfishes dragged the unconscious guards into the elevator. Then the boy walk out of the elevator and arrived at the room with dozens of computer terminals as the Water jellyfishes stay with them in the elevator as it close on them and head down.
"My my. What an interesting place. The Doctor is so going to be jealous when I tell him this." He said while walking around and then found the seat with at the main front. "I'm guessing this is the main terminal." He said as take a seat and then begin typing. "Hmm... the technology of this continent is certainly advanced. But is it the same back in Crossbell? Let's see about that. But if it does take some time. I better have more "eyes." He said as he swirl his finger and then appeared are small water fishes appeared. "Scout the area. Inform me if there is anyone coming discreetly."
The water fishes then scattered and some are scouting upstairs and downstairs as he begin typing.
"Hmm... if it possible to download the "it" though? It isn't exactly the same with Zemuria, that's for sure. Still, let's see if "that" works." He said as he type in and sign in the terminal with an unknown account.
Then file loading into the terminal and then once it's full. Then appeared Ouroboros emblem with file loading. Then once it's done loading. The Emblem enlarges.
"Astral Code installment complete. Guess it's time to begin." He said with a grin on his face and typing. "Access to phase space. Begin searching the Cross Continental Transmit System whole domain. Secure entry from multiple routes. First, second and third protections, cleared. Successfully analyzing the logic key. Main Terminal final projection, breached..." As continue typing. The downloading was complete. It said Mission Complete. "Well look at that, it worked!" He smirked as the terminals in the room begin to turn on and then turn off. "Hehehe. I guess he has been working on that "project" for the past week. Perhaps it's similar and he already mastered it. Or that he's a fast learner. Either way, I'll find out eventually. Now to see how far the Astral Code reaches." He said as he begin typing.
He see that the Astral Code is loading and spreading throughout not just Vale, but also to Atlas, Mistral, and Vacuo.
"Hmm... It's going well. It's already spreading through the other towers and undetected either. Which means now, we can- Hmm?" Then in his eyes on one of the water fishes, there was Cinder Fall in disguise sneaking her way when she notice the unconscious guard. "Oh? Who's she? Some burglar? No... perhaps an agent."
Then the boy turn to the screen and it said Mission Complete. Before it disappeared and the screen return to normal without any trace of Ouroboros involvement.
"Well, it's done. Now that's complete. It's best to get out of here. Still. I should keep an eye on here and see what happens." He said as he snap his finger and the water fishes and jellyfishes disappeared and he conjured a small water fish. "Observe this location. Do not get spotted." He said as the Small water fish rise and levitate up to hide in plain sight.
Then the boy activated a mysterious circle and teleported away.
Somewhere else...
The boy teleported to a room where an Elderly man sitting in front of a large set of computer terminals.
"Doctor. I've return and mission was a success." The boy said as he remove his mask and hood as he reveal his face.
"Ahaha! My prize pupil! Well done. So how was it? How was Remnant's Cross Continental Transmit System?" The Doctor smirked with curiosity.
"I have to say. It was quite impressive. I see you have been working hard to enhance the Astral code to work on any other network outside the Orbal Network. The download of the Astral Code is complete. We have access to Remnent's database."
"Wonderful my prize pupil! You done an excellent job. I was worried that it might not able to work. Thank goodness I had you bring me some Atlas's technology."
"By bring, you mean stole. I'm not a thief you know. That's more of Bleublanc specialty." The boy sighed.
The doctor laughed. "I can't deny that. Still, I did discover that the Atlas technology code is different from the orbal technology code, and the technology code use by Professor E. Gadd... But thanks to the code research. I was able to enhance the astral code so we can process data without anyone noticing our involvement."
"Speaking of that. Doctor. You want to look into the Astral Code. I spotted some spy downloading something into the computer terminal I used." The boy said as he see the small water fish view that Cinder is uploading the virus.
"What?" He said as he begin to type in. "Oh? Interesting."
"What did you find?"
"It's a virus."
A virus?" The boy ask in suspicion.
"Yes. This virus is used to hack into technology. It seems that the spy downloaded the virus and spread it through Beacon Tower terminal. It allows the hacker to control communications, access others data if affected without them knowing, and control other parts related to the system." The Doctor explain.
"Which means that virus also spread through the Astral Code..."
"Perhaps but not true as well. It can only detect it. But can't assess the Astral Code." He smirked and typing something. "I must say, this is a well design virus. But unfortunately for them. I can overwhelm that virus at ease. Perhaps we may even use this virus of theirs to our advantage."
"So you're going to peak into people's privacy? You're so disrespectful to a person's privacy." The boy said with a flat face.
"Come now. I'm not going to do something so brass. I'm only interested in looking into some interesting data and technology. You know that."
"I suppose. All right. I'll leave it to you at that. Speaking off. I'm also curious about Atlas's technology so I'll stay here for the time being. In addition. I'll continue my training."
"Very well. Hehehe! Now that I can manipulate this virus to my whims without my involvement." The doctor smirked as he's typing. "Ooh."
"What is it?" The boy asked as they look into some of Atlas technology, such as scrolls, Dusts, etc, etc. And even secrets about the Maidens. "Ooh. Now, this is interesting. The Maiden of Remnent, hmm..."
"Not just that... Even this little machine here." The doctor smirked and see Penny Polendina.
"Oh my... We have a lot to research too. And... including my own project."
"Yes. I'm looking forward to that project." He smirked.
With Watts...
Watts was drinking his coffee when his Scoll alerted him. "Hmm?" Look into the scroll but then suddenly, something vanished. "Wha- What did I just see?" He begin to look into it but then found nothing. "Was this my imagination? No. it couldn't be... how can my scroll alerted me? Something is going on..."
My things are getting mysterious for Ouroboros. And it seems that boy is also a member of Ouroboros. I'm sure some of you might notice. Looks like the Black Queen Virus Cinder download is being overtaken by Ouroboro's Astral Code and use it for their own benefits. Looks like Cinder just made things easier for Ouroboros.
