"You certainly had quite the adventure, didn't you?" Byleth said as he is holding hands with Yuri as they walk to Toad Town.
"Sure have. Things here in the Mushroom Kingdom is a lot more fun than I thought. First this whole time-traveling thing. And then on the way, we encounter the strange creatures we called pokemon. I never knew the outside of Fodlan would be more than meets the eye." Yuri said. "Perhaps I should find a pokemon I can use as my sparing Partner."
"I'm sure there's some out there. Maybe I should ask a friend of mine to help you with that."
"Thanks babe." Yuri smiled. "Say babe. I learn a bit about the Mushroom Kingdom medical levels. It's very advance... there's... something I want to do..."
"Hmm?" Byleth turn to his boyfriend.
"You know I always sneeze whenever I'm near horses?"
"Yeah, you said you always wanted to ride one but couldn't because of those animal allergies?"
"Yeah... if you know where i'm getting at-" Yuri paused.
"That you wanted to see if they have something that can get rid of those allergies?" Byleth finished as he asked.
"There we go. It would be nice... that way... I can live on one of my lifelong dreams. A long trail ride or pet a room full of friendly cats all afternoon. And if would be nice if you and I can go horseback riding on sunset."
"I would love that." Byleth smile as he see Toadley's clinic. "I know a place that can help."
"You do?" Yuri turn to him looking surprise.
"While I'm in smash. I often hear a lot of things. And Peach, Lucario, and Mario told me about Doctor Toadley. He's an amazing doctor. He can help. I'm also willing to pay for it." Byleth nodded
"No, I can't let you do that." Yuri shake his head.
"It's my choice Yuri. What kind of boyfriend would I be to you if I didn't help you with your dreams."
"Babe..." Yuri paused before he sigh and look happy. "Thank you." He smiled as he and Byleth head inside Toadley's clinic.

"Excuse me." Byleth approached the Toad in the counter with Yuri. "May we see Dr. Toadley?"
"Do you have an appointment with him?" She asked.
"No, but-"
"You come, I see. For your boyfriend I see." Toadley said behind the curtains. "Come in, you shall." then he return back to his room.
"Well, you heard the man. In you go." The Toad staff said as he and Yuri head to Toadley's office.
"Okay, how does he know what we were coming?" Yuri asked.
"They say he knows "everything" and he's psychic." Byleth answered
"What on earth is a psychic?" Yuri eyebrow as they arrived at Toadley's office.
"Welcome Byleth, to come here for my assistance." Toadley said to him. "Something that can help ease your boyfriend's pain, is it? I think it is."
"You're an... interesting... Doctor... But you are right." Yuri said as he and Byleth sitdown. "Tell me doc, do you know of a way to get rid of these allergies of mine? My allergies with animals."
"You wish to remove the allergies to playing with animals, is it? Not just there it seems. There are other questions you wish to ask me, do you not?" Toadley asked as Yuri look surprised.
"Okay, now I'm convinced of the tales I've heard of you. All right, it's more than just my allergies. It's also about my mother. My mother caught an illness, but lately her condition has grown worse. I try to visit whenever she asks to see me. Obviously, there are times when I can't go, but... I have to take all the time I can get, right? I never know which visit will be my final chance to see her."
"Yuri..." Byleth hold Yuri's hand.
"And you hope that the Mushroom Kingdom medicine can help remove your mother's illness, yes? I certainly think it's true. You love your mother, it's natural. Should I examine your mother's illness? I certainly will do. After you bring your mother here and give you a vaccine for your immune system." Toadley said.
"A Vaccine?" Yuri eyebrow.
"Forgotten you came from a different world I have? I must certainly have. A vaccine is are injections shots that your body's immune system recognizes and defends against illness and diseases. Is it safe? It certainly is."
"How much will this cost me?"
"For the vaccine will be 6000 coins. In currency for gold in your word. 6000 gold." Toadley answered
"That's sounds a lot." Yuri said. "Babe, I can't ask you to pay for this."
"It's okay, I can afford it." Byleth answered.
"How could you possible afford this?!"
"Being an Instructor of the Officer's Academy, and being a mercenary for my whole life got me some gold. Too much that I have no idea to spend. Like I said to you, I will pay for it. As well s medicine for your mother." Byleth smiled.
"Babe..." Yuri trailed off before smiled at his boyfriend. "Thank you."
"Should I prepare a Vaccine? I certainly must. But I offer suggestions. Why not bring your mother here as well?" That way, you can pay in full." Toadley said.
"Sounds like a plan. Some to think of it. Are you going to introduce me to your mom?" Byleth asked.
"Considering that if they have the medicine she needs. Of course. But it's also time that I introduce you to her." Yuri nodded. "We should head back to Fodlan. We can continue our date as well."
"Sounds like a plan." Byleth nodded. "Thank you Dr. Toadley."
"My pleasure to serve and heal the sick. If it my duty? Indeed it is." Toadley replied as Byleth and Yuri got up and then begin to leave the clinic.

"Okay, let's head back and I'll take you to where my mom is." Yuri said as he and Byleth head to a portal.
Back in Fodlan... in the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus...

"Here we are." Yuri said as he brought Byleth to his family home in the western part of Faerghus. The town was poor to say the least.
'This poor town...' Byleth express sadness with the state of the town as Yuri got his key and then open.
"Mom, i'm home. And I brought a guest with me." Yuri called out as he and Byleth enter the house.
"Oh, welcome home." Said a woman's voice as Yuri follow the voice to the room and there in Bed was a woman who deeply resemble Yuri. but she look a little sick. "Who's the guest you brought?"
"Come in." Yuri said as Byleth enter the room.
"Oh my... aren't you a handsome fellow." Yuri's mother giggled. "Who are you?"
"Hello, my name is Byleth Eisner." Byleth introduce himself with a smile. "And you must be Yuri's mom. I can see where Yuri get his looks."
Yuri's mother giggled. "Why thank you. I never expected Yuri would bring home a friend here, let alone someone handsome as you. My name is Lavinda."
"How are you feeling mom? Feeling the same?" Yuri asked as he sit in a chair next to his mother as Byleth sit down next to him.
"The same, yes. But i'm quite all right. What brought this surprise visit? Did you receive my letter?"
"If you're talking about the one you sent recently, no. I haven't just yet. I been going all around lately." Yuri answered. "I have a lot to talk about. Have you heard the news recently?"
"News? Which one you're referring too?" Lavinda asked.
"Well, actually, we can talk about that another time. I'm here because I want to introduce you to my boyfriend, Byleth."
"Your boyfriend? This is sudden. Since when did you got yourself a boyfriend without telling me?"
"We dated about four months now. Times flew fast. I thought that you should meet him. Do you have a problem with our relationship?" Yuri asked as he clench his thighs.
"Of course not, Yuri." Lavinda smiled as she shake her head. "I wanted you to be happy. Even if it means that you're gay."
"Actually, I'm bi. Same with Byleth."
"Regardless, I can tell Byleth look like a promising young man. Just promise me you won't cause him trouble."
Yuri smiled as he nodded. "Of course. Thank you mom. Hearing your blessing of our relationship give me joy." Then he just remember his visit. "Oh, we're getting off track here. I wanted to talk to you about something. There's a doctor in a nation called the Mushroom Kingdom who's happy to check your condition and give your medicine."
"The Mushroom Kingdom? That's rather an odd name. Also, what are you talking about?" Lavinda asked.
"Well, it's related to the news that's been going on in Garreg Mach. News about going outside of Fodlan's borders. There's a portal that leads to a rabblerousing mansion. There's a portal that takes anyone to the Mushroom Kingdom. I been there myself and it's a lovely kingdom. During my travels and on a date. Byleth told me about a doctor name Dr. Toadley and I told him about your concision, hoping that he can give you the medicine for your illness."
"Yuri, you didn't..."
"I did. Is it so wrong for me to not see you in good health?" Yuri asked.
"No... but... even if they have the medicine, it's hard to afford them." Lavinda pointed out.
"That's why i'm willing to pay for it." Byleth said.
"You? No, I couldn't possibly ask you to do that..."
"But I want to. Yuri told me about you. And, and while I'm happy to meet you, I also want to see you be in good health. Yuri loves and adores you. He always think about you and wanted you to be in good health. And I want that as well. I don't care how much it cost. I'm more than willing to pay for your treatment."
"Even for a stranger like me?" Lavinda asked.
Byleth nodded "Even for a stranger like you."
"I see..." Lavinda smiled before turning to her son. "You certainly found yourself a good man, Yuri."
"I know. The goddess smiles upon me." Yuri said with a smug on his face. "Still..." Yuri turn to his boyfriend. "Thank you, Babe."
"All right, you convince me. I'll go. But, how can we get to this doctor you speak off?"
"With this." Yuri pulled out a block with the warp pipe.
"A... blocked?" Lavina blicked. "Yuri, have you gone crazy?"
"What made you think-" Yuri sighed. "Never mind." He said as he press some buttons and then he hit the blocked, toss it in by the door and then appeared a Warp Pipe.
"Oh my!"
"Okay, let's go." Yuri said as he help pick up his mother with Yuri's help. Then he and Byleth jump into the warp Pipe as the Warp Pipe disappeared once they used it.

"Oh my..." Lavinda gasped as she see the clinic and Toad Town. "How in the world-"
"I'll explain everything. Let's visit the doctor, shall we?" Yuri said and then he takes his mom into Toadley's clinic.

Inside Toadley's clinic...

Toadley examines Lavinda through medical and then use his orb while Yuri and Byleth waited by leading on the wall.
"Aha! You have the Flu!" Toadley said.
"A... Flu?" Lavinda title her head.
"What's the flu?" Yuri asked.
"A Flu is a common illness. A viral infection that attacks your respiratory system, your nose, throat and lungs." Toadley answered.
"She has something that dangerous?!" Yuri exclaimed. "Wait, what exactly do you mean common?!"
"It's common here in the Mushroom Kingdom because it happen before. But thanks to research and creating the medicine. The Flu can be cured. The cause of the flu was by a bird, pigs or a human. But as how it appeared. From either a bird or a pig while in birth without knowing. Those who eat the bird or pig got infected. And it spread through when they breathe in tiny airborne droplets from the coughs, sneezes or talk by someone who has the flu."
"So that's how it works..." Yuri rub his hair. "Could the plague that happen 15 years ago be related?"
"Now for your treatment." Toadley hop off the stool, approached his deck and then begin writing a prescription. "Take this to the counter, you certainly must. The counter will give you the medicine you seek." He said as he hand Yuri the prescription as Yuri takes it.
"Got it. Let's go mom." Yuri said a she help his mother up and then head out of Toadley's office.
"Wait!" Toadley said ad cause them to turn. "Forgotten you have? You most certainly do. Forgetting to get the vaccine for allergies?"
"Oh shoot, I forgot! Babe, can you take mother for me?" Yuri said.
"Allergies shot?" Lavinda asked.
"I'll explained as he take's Yuri's mother out of Toadley's office, explain about the allergy shot, and then head to the counter. "Excuse me, I have the prescription for Dr. Toadley?" He hand over the prescription to the Toad in the counter.
"Hmhm. Got it. Be right back." She said as she begin to head to the medicine area. Waited for a few seconds and then came back and brought out a box of medicine. "Okay, here you go. Here's the Instructions on your Flu. You need to take these pills daily. Take on in the morning, and one in the evening in each day. During those days when you take them at the right time, you'll feel a whole lot better. Also don't forget to get some rest and drink plenty of water. And considering it's evening, it won't count, so you're going to have to take it tomorrow."
"I understand. Thank you." Lavinda nodded.
"Okay, i'm back." Yuri said. "Got the medicine?"
"Yes. I just need to take these pills daily. One in the morning and one at the evening. I can't today since it's evening."
"I see. Okay, let's take you home." Yuri smiled.

Six days later...
(Fire Emblem Three Houses ost - Somewhere to Belong)
"Mom. I'm home." Yuri said as he enter the house and then see his mother reading a book and looking a lot better then before. "Mom, you're okay!"
"Yes. I'm a lot better thanks to the medicine." Lavinda said as she got up. "It's a miracle I'm cured of the flu. Thank you, Byleth and the Goddess so much for what you done for me." She said as she hug her son
"No Mom... Byleth and the Goddess was the one who help you..." Yuri hug back. "I didn't do anything."
"Don't be like that. You did help me. I'm so lucky to have a son like you."
"Oh Mom... I'm just glad you recovered... if only we had this kind of medical level... things would have been different here in Fodlan."
"I know... I hope someday... the world will learn this knowledge... and more will be healed. But only time will tell." Lavinda look at her son's face with a smile.
"Yeah." Yuri touch his mother's warm hands. "I hope someday... the medical knowledge of the Mushroom Kingdom can be shared here in Fodlan."
"I hope so too. So how's Byleth doing?"
"He's doing all- oh shoot, today is our date! Sorry Mom, I gotta go!"
Lavinda giggled as she let go of her son. "Have fun."
"I will, later Mom." Yuri said as he ran out of the house and lock it.
"I hope that one day... you'll find happiness with him... my son." Lavinda smiled.
With Byleth...
Byleth was waiting at the entrance of Garreg Mach Town with two horses behind him. Then he heard footsteps and see Yuri.
"There you are. How's your mom?" Byleth asked.
"She's recovered, thanks to the medicine Dr. Toadley gave her." Yuri smiled. "I never felt so happy to see my mom recovered. And I have you to thank for babe. I swear, I'll find a way to repay you for that."
"There's no need for that Yuri."
"I always repay what's owed. It's how I sleep at night. Come on. Let's go for a ride." Yuri said as he approached the horse as Byleth nodded.
Both of them place their right foot on the stirrups then begin to mount on their horses, got the rein.
"I'm honestly surprised that the vaccine work... I can finally ride a horse. I'll be sure to continue practicing my riding skills. Shall we?" Yuri turn to Byleth who nodded. Then they both got the horses to move and go for a long ride. The long ride eventually takes them to a nice view of the mountain surrounded by nature.
"Here we are... beautiful, isn't it?" Byleth smiled.
"And with the long ride... it was a dream come true." Yuri smiled as he begin to dismount along with Byleth, tie the horse to the nearby branch and stare at the scenery. "Babe. Do you hope that Fodlan will get some medicine from the Mushroom Kingdom?" he asked as he lean his head to Byleth's shoulder
"I hope so. Fodlan would become a more happier place, living in peace like this." Byleth answered
"Yeah..." Yuri look at the scenery still. "Hey, babe..."
"Hmm? What is it?"
"Thank you... Thank you and Sothis for allowing everyone to see the outside world." Yuri then wrap his arms around Byleth. "I love you."
Byleth look surprised but smiled as he wrap his arms around Yuri's waist. "I love you too." He said as he lean in for a kiss.
Yuri accepted Byleth's warm lips and kiss him back. Soon deepen the kiss as their lips move as one.
Aww... Byleth and Yuri are a perfect fit for each other. And now we finally met Yuri's mom. I'm glad she's got better thanks to Doctor Toadley.
