Chapter 21: Differences in Life

"Huh…" Vortex said as he looked around the mostly empty room.

"What's wrong?" Jayjay asked as she anxiously looked at her boyfriend.

"Just strange. Apple should have jumped us to say hi by now." Vortex said inquisitively.

"True, but let's go focus…"

"Oh, its you two."

Jayjay and Vortex turned their attention to Verosika, wearing a bathrobe with the exposed parts of her flesh and hair damp with water.

"Verosika, where is everyone?" Vortex asked as he looked Verosika over. "And why are you just out of the shower?"

"I gave everyone the day off, and I showered after fucking NaruGAAAGHK!"

"YOU DID WHAT!" Jayjay shouted as she jumped Verosika mid-sentence and put the succubus into a choke hold.

Verosika started to turn red as she tapped the ground as Vortex sighed, pinching his nose.

'Should have brought Naruto with us instead of leaving him here where Verosika could sink her claws into him.' Vortex thought as he pulled Jayjay off of his employer.

"You… bitch…" Verosika said with heavy gasps, eyes bugging out as she crawled away, putting distance between her and the angered lycan.

"I'm gonna kill you!" Jayjay growled as Vortex lazily nodded.

"What is with all the shouting?"

"Oh, hey Naruto." Vortex said to the young Lycan.

Naruto was naked, with a towel wrapped around his waist.

'Oh, so that is what his fur pattern looks like.' Vortex thought as he let Jayjay go, who was calming down.

Naruto's forearm to his hands were white, his shins to his feet also white.

His fur was a light gray, but had darker gray on the edges, similar to Loona's fur pattern from what Vortex saw.

However, an interesting addition to Naruto's stomach gave him a unique look.

On his stomach, two tendrils of the darker gray stretched outward, and swirled around each other, looking similar to the Polymerization Yugioh card artwork.

Besides that, Naruto's fur was damp.

"Are you okay? Did she force you?" Jayjay asked Naruto as she looked him over.

"What?"

"DID VEROSIKA FORCE HERSELF ONTO YOU WITHOUT CONSENT!" Jayjay shouted, shaking Naruto by the shoulders.

"NO, consent was given!" Naruto shouted as his world started to shake.

Jayjay let Naruto go, allowing him to sway before collapsing, groaning as his eyes swirled in confusion.

"Why are you here, Tex?" Verosika asked, her cool coming back after collecting herself.

"Naruto wanted to know the differences between normal hellborn, sinner, and Lycan type hellhounds." Vortex answered, getting a nod from Verosika.

"But we got caught up talking to Loona so we ended up getting here late." Jayjay said, glancing at Naruto as he sat up.

"So, you guys know a person called Loona too?"

Jayjay knelt down, looking Naruto in the eyes, a sad expression on her face.

"No, Naruto, we were talking to YOUR Loona."

There was an awkward silence.

"I… I'm going to get dressed." Naruto said as he stood up, walking to the elevator.

"Same. Be right back." Verosika said as she got in the elevator with him.

"We will be in the game room!" Vortex announced as the doors to the elevator shut.

"You think he is going to be alright?" Jayjay asked in concern, knowing the face Naruto made at the news of the two of them visiting Loona.

It wasn't total betrayal, but it was concerned and sacred, blended and balanced perfectly.

"I don't know, I can't say anything, since we just met him." Vortex said as he hugged Jayjay, guiding her to the stairs. "Let's give him some space for now."

Meanwhile…

"Yes, Millie, I found out Naruto is okay." Loona said as she paid for groceries. "No, I don't know where specifically, but his new friends are looking out for him. Alright, I got to go."

Loona walked out of the store with two large bags of groceries.

"Phew, Blitz really needed all of this syrup… oh god I hope it isn't because of that bird dick." Loona said in disgust, shuddering as a mental image of Blitz and Stolas coated in pancake syrup.

Shuddering before shaking it off, Loona recovered as she put her headphones on, playing a song as she walked.

'I hope Naruto is fine.' She thought as she waited at a cross walk. 'I know he is in good hands, but I do feel bad.'

The cross walk light changed, so Loona and a few others crossed.

Reaching the other sidewalk, Loona walked for several more minutes.

"Hey Loona!"

Loona turned, her eyes narrowing slightly.

"Loona," the person said as they reached her, out of breath, smiling as they pointed at their face. "Do you remember me?"

"Yeah, of course I remember, Tundra." Loona said as she looked at the person before her. 'How could I forget. You were my bully.'

Hour later, M&M's House, backyard…

Millie was sweating profusely, her sweat soaking into her sports bra and shorts as she held her bandaged hands up.

"HYAAAAAA!" Millie cried out as she jumped into the air, spinning mid air before her leg slammed into the punching bag.

"GO MILLIE!" Moxxie cheered as she landed on her feet, a barrage of punches landing against the bag hard/fast enough to sound like a gatling gun.

Clenching her fist tighter, and with one final cry, Millie punched it one last time, a hole blowing out on the opposite side she punched, the sand spewing out and hitting the floor with a transparent dust cloud.

"WOOOOOOAH, that was awesome!" Moxxie stated as he walked up to Millie with a water bottle.

Millie smiled, accepting the water.

"Thanks, sweetie." She said, kissing her husband's cheek before drinking her water.

'She seems to be doing better.' Moxxie thought with a sigh of relief. 'Thank you, Loona. You brought Millie back from the brink of despair when you called us and told us Naruto was safe. Though I do wonder who these 'friends' are. I will talk to them when we meet.'

The news that Naruto was safe made Millie's day, and after a good nap, she woke up feeling refreshed, slightly nervous and anxious, but re-energized.

After a very hearty and healthy lunch, Millie had been exorcising ever since.

''To get my edge back' she said.' Moxxie thought as Millie removed the water bottle from her mouth and sighed audibly.

"We need to get another sandbag." Millie laughed as she took notice of the damage.

"Yeah, we will." Moxxie said as he pulled out his phone, only to get his arms grabbed and Millie shoving her tongue into Moxxie's mouth.

"After all that, I am feeling like doing a special exercise, Mox." Millie said seductively, which Moxxie smiled.

Blitz watched with over sized binoculars as the couple entered their house, shutting the doors, locking it.

"Now THIS is entertainment." Blitz said as he continued to watch with eagerness.

Dry Fuck Studios…

Naruto sat next to Verosika as Jayjay and Vortex sat on the opposite side.

'This is uncomfortable.' Jayjay thought, whimpering slightly.

Naruto and Verosika entered the game room, freshly dressed.

Naruto wearing his headband, a batman shirt, and cargo shorts.

Verosika wore a tube top, showing off her breasts, and a short skirt, riding up her things and flashing Jayjay and Vortex whenever she moved her legs.

"So… uh… you met Loona?" Naruto nervously said, his hands near his neck as he fiddled with the green jade necklace.

"Yeah, we called her last night and set up a time to talk to her." Vortex answered honestly. "Are you upset?"

"A little… but… I know you did it because you care, not out of malice." Naruto said as he shifted in his seat. "uhm… how was she?"

Jayjay smiled.

"Loona seemed to be doing well, didn't think it was her when we met her as Loona cut her hair short." Jayjay said playfully, making Naruto's eyes widen.

"Oh, she got a hair-cut. Did it look okay?"

"Yeah, it made her look cute." Jayjay said before she stood up. "But that isn't what we are here to talk about. You want to know what makes the three kinds of Hellhounds different, right?"

Naruto smiled as he nodded his head, not seeing the sad look on Verosika's face, her hand clenching before she scooted over and latched onto Naruto's arm, pulling it into her, making Naruto blush.

Jayjay cleared her throat to get their attention.

"So, what is the difference between the three kinds of Hellhounds." Jayjay said, a pair of teacher glasses appearing on her face, a chalk board appearing behind her.

She wrote three words on the board.

"First, Hellborn." She said as she circled the first word, which was Hellborn. "Simply put, they are Hellhounds born in hell, thus are native to Hell and can walk amongst all seven Rings."

"Okay…" Naruto said as he leaned forward, actively interested in this as it would help.

Jayjay wrote several more words, in a bulletin form.

Hellborn:

Usually 10-12 feet tall.

Slender, highly athletic and strong, but can gain more muscle they chose.

Colored sclera and white irises.

Males have Knots on their dicks.

Females usually have 2-4 kids when pregnant.

"What is a knot?" Naruto asked, confused as he was no dog expert.

Not as tall as Hellborn or Lycan-Turned.

Eye color doesn't follow the Hellhound standard, nor are they as muscled or athletic, depending on your sins.

Shape and look depend on who they were on Earth and the sins they committed.

Can't traverse any ring except the Ring of Pride's Pentagram City.

"Okay, that sounds simple, but…" Naruto started to ask before he went silent from a glare Jayjay sent him.

She circled the final word before writing more.

Lycan-Turned:

6-10 feet tall.

Sclera color depends on the color of their original human form, but their irises become white.

Their hair color depends on what their natural hair color was in their original form.

Their body type depends on their original human form, but becomes more athletic and muscled depending on them.

Biggest difference is that Lycan-Turned keep their human genitalia, so males don't have retractable penises or the knots.

Female Lycan-Turned can only have one child at a time, and rarely twins.

Naturally adept at magic, highly athletic, and high endurance.

Can travel between all seven Rings.

"Okay, those are some good differences…" Naruto said as he looked at the differences. "So, I guess from what you told me about the Lycan genocide last night, I have to pass off as a Sinner Demon?"

"Yes," Verosika said as she leaned into him, head on his shoulder. "We wouldn't want you to die to soon, well, it is a good thing you are with us, especially with Halloween approaching."

Jayjay and Vortex nodded in agreement.

"What happens on Halloween?" Naruto asked curiously.

Verosika, Vortex, and Jayjay stared at Naruto.

"Seriously, did Loona not tell you anything?" Jayjay asked, shaking her head. "Stupid question. But to answer yours…"

Verosika shuddered as Vortex's tail didn't sway anymore, edging closer to his legs, as if it was going between them.

"Every year, on Halloween," Jayjay said cautiously and sternly, her eyes showing no jokes and fear. "Angels called Exterminators come down from Heaven, and slaughter Sinners who live within Pentagram city, where we are now. That is why we call it the Scariest Night of the Year, Extermination Day."

Naruto felt fear.

The words Jayjay spoke were not spoken in a creepy way, spoken normally in a warning tone, but they put fear into Naruto.

Every hair bristled, raising as a chill ran through his body.

It was as if he had experienced it, but Naruto knew he never did, but fear flooded him.

He could feel Death looming and hiding in those words.

'It… it's that bad…' Naruto thought as he realized he was on his knees, chill sweat covering him. 'How did I…'

"Naruto, here, I got you…" Vortex said as he carefully grabbed Naruto's arm and helped him back into the couch.

"What happened?" Naruto asked, wiping his forehead of sweat.

"It is normal." Jayjay said reassuringly. "I did the same when Vortex explained it to me."

"I can say it is like this," Vortex explained. "An innate fear, dwelling within all demons. You inherited this fear from Loona, who also fears the Extermination. The Exterminators don't discriminate. Their job is to kill Sinner demons, but if you are in their way, trying to stop them or run away, they will hunt you. Loona taught you this fear, and for a good reason."

'Loona… she is protecting me even though she isn't here.' Naruto thought, clutching his necklace.

"However, you don't have to worry about the Extermination, Naruto." Verosika said in an attempt to comfort him. "We won't even be here when it happens."

"Huh?"

"We have a way to the Human World, so before the Extermination starts, we will be safe in the human world…"

Skip, few hours later…

"Looney, I'm home!" Blitz said as he entered, carrying a bag of fast food in hand. "I brought food!"

"Alright, I'll be out in a moment." Loona called out from her room dully.

Blitz nodded, opening the bag and pulling out his meal, putting Loona's on the table with a fork and napkin next to it as he headed to his room.

"it's on the table." Blitz said as Loona exited her room.

Nodding, Loona grabbed her food and returned to her room.

Wearing shorts and a shirt, no underwear, Loona sat on her bed, listening to music on her phone, looking at the wall blankly.

Gripping her fork in anger, Loona scowled.

'Tundra…'

Flashback…

Loona (Age 13) sat alone in the cafeteria.

She wore baggy sweats and sweatshirt, it's hood covering Loona's head as she had it up.

Puberty was being a bitch, Loona's heat being intense, but she was usually left alone, so she had control… somewhat.

Unlike many of her… peers, Loona's physical growth was not as noticeable as the others, whose breasts and hips were becoming more pronounced every day.

'I wish that I had a friend.' She thought miserably as she ate her sandwich. 'I… I don't want to be bullied or… or alone anymore.'

Loona jumped as a hand slammed down on the table.

"So, you are eating garbage again, eh, Loona~"

"Oh… uh… hello… Tundra…" Loona mumbled before she took another bite of her sandwich, avoiding Tundra's gaze.

Tundra was an Intersex hellborn imp.

Their body was very feminine, hour glass figure and breasts, but she had short masculine hair cut with male dominant clothing as they had a dick.

"Aw, what's wrong, LOO-na~" Tundra asked in a false masculine tone as they touched Loona's face in an uncomfortable way. "You still hungry?"

Loona was dragged outside to the back of her school, struggling as Tundra arrived at the dumpsters.

"Yo, we got everything ready." One of Tundra's goons said as they opened up one of the dumpsters, holding the lock as the other cover door was locked.

The one they held open had a small junk broken out.

"Hey, Loona, if you're still hungry," Tundra said with a smirk as they looked at her. "Enjoy the buffet in there!"

Loona blinked, mid air and facing the rancid trash inside.

"NO!" She screamed as she entered, landing in the disgusting bin.

The door was slammed shut and locked.

Loona shot up to her feet, her head hitting the cover doors, hearing laughter from the outside as the smell started to overwhelm her sense of smell, beginning to taste it on her tongue.

"LET ME OUT, PLEASE!" Loona shouted, seeing light peaking through the small opening, roughly as big as her fist. "PLEASE!"

"You thirsty?" Loona heard Tundra say after they hit the dumpster. "Here, have a drink, on us!"

Loona got a face full of sewage, jumping back into the trash as the water flooded into the dumpster.

Loona's screams echoed within the dumpster, hurting her ears as she tried to break the plastic doors open, but couldn't budge them due to members of Tundra's little gang sitting on them.

"Please…" Loona whimpered in tears. "PLEASE… let me out… Tundra…"

"Well, if you want out Loona," Tundra said, smacking the dumpster several times with their hands. "You're going to have to bark like a dog, beg like one too."

The sound of water splashing was heard from within.

"Oh, boss, she is crying." One of the goons said as they had their ears close.

"Oh, yeah?"

Tundra carefully put their ear close to the dumpster.

"Oh-ho-ho yeah, she is cry…"

Loona's hand punctured through the dumpster's metal, and in the same motion grabbed Tundra's dick.

The imps screamed and fled, the noise they were making being loud enough to get the attention of the teachers.

Tundra could not flee as Loona broke through the dumpster completely, the sewage water emptying itself from said dumpster as Loona pushed Tundra to the ground, getting a face, nose, and mouth full of the putrid water.

"YOU BASTARD!" Loona screamed in tears, her red eyes darkening as she released Tundra's junk, getting on top of them.

A sickening crunch was heard as Loona punched them in the face.

"WHAT IS GOING ON!"

Loona roared as she continued to punch Tundra, the sewage water no longer moving as it was all over the pavement.

"YOU ARE A FREAK OF HELL NATURE THAT SHOULD CRAWL BACK INTO YOUR MOTHER'S CUNT TO BE UNBORN!" Loona screamed as she raised her hands above Tundra's swollen face, grasping her hands together. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

With a vicious sledgehammer to the face, the teachers grabbed Loona, pulling her off of the unconscious Tundra.

"I'M NOT DONE!" Loona screamed, clawing the person holding her, her focus solely on Tundra. "I'M GOING TO KILL THAT THING!"

"LOONA, CALM DOWN!" the principal shouted, having heard the commotion and arrived to see what was going on.

"FUCK YOU, OLD HAG!" Loona shouted, her anger not subsiding. "TUNDRA… TUNDRA…. THEY…"

A muzzle was slipped over Loona's mouth, limiting her ability to converse before she was forced to leave.

Flashback End…

'Thus, I earned the title of 'Bitch'.' Loona thought as she ate her food, looking out her window. 'Naruto, what would you think of me when I tell you about my past…'

A heavy guilt began to creep into Loona's soul, but Loona shook her head.

'No, I won't… he will come to me when he is ready.' Loona thought as she tapped her cheeks. 'Everything will be okay.'

Skip, October 29th, Dry Fuck Studios…

Naruto focused deeply as his magic covered him.

"Did I do it correctly?" He asked, not opening his eyes.

"Yeah, I say you did." Verosika said as she smiled.

Naruto opened his eyes and looked in the mirror.

"This…. This is…" Naruto said as he touched his face, eyes watering. "This is me…"

Indeed, Naruto was seeing his Human Disguise.

He looked exactly as he once did as a human.

Smiling, Naruto couldn't help but feel nostalgic.

"Now, you are going to take some time to get use to it." Verosika said as she hugged Naruto, her breasts smooshing against his arm. "That way, magic consumption is lessened and the risk of it dropping while we are in the human world can become nonexistent."

Naruto went silent.

"What's wrong?" Verosika asked, worried she stepped over a boundary.

"Is… is it really okay to leave everyone here to die while all of us go to the human world?" Naruto asked in guilt as he ended his human disguise while he sat down.

It had been several days, and each one that ends made the Extermination Day come closer.

"Naruto, it is going to be okay." Verosika said as she hugged him, pulling his head into her chest. "We will be safe and everyone else will do what they can to survive."

Naruto didn't make any movements, just enjoying the moment.

Verosika smiled, but it felt hollow.

'I know… you are worried for you foster parents and her.' Verosika thought as she played with Naruto's hair. 'You are just so full of love. I… I want a piece of your heart… hopefully, I can be in there with her.'

Verosika kissed Naruto's head, causing Naruto to chuckle.

"What?" Verosika asked, giggling at Naruto's chuckling.

"Your hair is tickling my nose." He admitted, blowing it away.

"Oh, yeah?"

Verosika pushed Naruto on the floor, jumping on top of him.

"NO~" Naruto yelped before a wide grin spread across his face as Verosika's hands landed on his arm pits. "AHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, STOP GHAAAHGHAGAHHAAAHGAHAGHHAHHHAAA!"

Verosika was relentless, laughing as she did.

"STAR, STOP!"

Hearing that nickname, Verosika stopped, laying on top of him with her head on his chest, Naruto's arms wrapping around her as he calmed down.

"Feel better?" Verosika asked Naruto.

"Yeah, much better, My Star."

Verosika smiled and kissed Naruto's cheek, making his heart skip several beats.

Most were good, but few were bad with guilt.

'Loona…' Naruto thought as he got up, the sun light becoming burnt orange as the sun started to set.

"Na, Ver, it's time for dinner." Milky called from the hall.

"Well, let's go get our portion before it is all gone." Naruto said as he took Verosika's hand.

Flashback…

"Well, let's go get our portion before it is all gone." Blitz said as he took Verosika's hand.

End Flashback…

Verosika's eyes widened, holding Naruto's hand as she stopped.

"Verosika?"

"Naruto…"

"Yes, I am here."

Verosika felt nervous.

'Okay… okay, think…' Verosika thought rapidly as Naruto looked at her with concern. 'Yes, we have had sex… a few times… he is really good… but… I know he likes anime, games, art, yatta, yatta, yatta. But he makes me feel… worth something… he listens to me. He isn't against helping me or doing something for nothing…'

"Verosika, are you okay?" Naruto asked as he saw her pink skin become a deeper shake of red-pink. "Are you feeling sick?"

"Naruto…"

"Yes…"

Verosika saw the concern and unconditional love within his eyes.

'You… you just can't help but feel loved if you are friends with Naruto.' Verosika told herself. 'I… I feel loved… oh god… I am…'

"Verosika?"

"If… if it doesn't work out with the other hound…" Verosika said, taking a pause to bite her lip, looking him in the eyes, shuffling her feet under his gaze.

Naruto was taken aback.

Verosika looked vulnerable.

Her posture and face showed someone who was so nervous and emotionally vulnerable.

'Oh, no what is going to…'

"If it doesn't work out with the other hound, would you be against the two of us dating?" Verosika stated quickly, her heart beat thumping loudly in her ears.

Chapter 21, DONE!

Well, Naruto is now in a tough spot, but with Verosika telling him she loves him, it will probably be difficult moving forward.

Or, maybe not.

Naruto's fur pattern is white hands and paws, with Loona's fur pattern for the rest, with a light gray instead of white fur, then on his stomach are the spiral/whirlpool design.

I had a hard time with Loona's backstory, but with the help of Darklord331, we came up with something that could work for Loona's 'I snapped and closed myself off' portion of her life.

Tundra may be brought back into the story, and if you want to see them again, I would like some ideas.

Also, a big difference between Naruto and Loona's past with bullying, Loona actively attacked her bully, Naruto tolerated it and got some smug remarks in, but never lost his cool and attacked Hinata and Kiba. Many people wanted him to.

I went back and moved the Millie training scene, altered some of the words since I realized a day had not passed. Loona found out where Naruto was the same day she called. So, only an hour has passed. I also added a scene with Loona actually calling Millie before she ran into Tundra.

Hopefully these additions/changes make the chapter better.
