Millie had… is… having a bizarre day.
If you had told her two days prior her son would be dowsed in water that de-aged you by a third of your life span, sealing away memories as if they didn't happen, then she would have called you insane.
While Verosika, Loona, and Jayjay swooned at how cute Naruto was in one form or another, Millie was not allowed to do it, despite how much she wanted to.

Because a fucking BOUNTY HUNTER had attacked them, demanding HER SON.
So, to say she wasn't taking the situation lightly was an understatement.
While Moxxie, Blitz, Loona, Verosika, Jayjay, and Vortex were relaxing, Millie was going through DFS, inspecting Everything.

Every window.

"Mills." Blitz said as she was in the bathroom, checking the window. "Why don't you go with your husband…"
"I'll take it easy when I'm dead, now fuck off." She snapped, her head glancing over her shoulder.
Blitz saw the fire of a lioness, willing to do anything to protect her young.
"Okay, good talk." Blitz said, snapping his fingers, doing finger guns as he slowly backed away.
Left to her work, Millie continued to inspect the house with OBSESSIVE attention to detail.
Meanwhile…
Naruto groaned as he tossed the WII remote on the couch.
"I lose again!" He stated, crossing his arms as Vortex chuckled, holding the other WII remote.
The two of them had been playing Mario Kart WII, since Naruto didn't know about the Nintendo Switch… or its existence.
Loona giggled and pinched his cheek.
"Come on, you can do it." She encouraged as she handed Naruto the controller.
Naruto blushed, taking it.
"Fi-Fine." He said as Vortex picked the next stage.
Off to the side, Jayjay and Verosika were sitting at the bar, watching the two males play games.
Both women were smiling as they watched.
"It seems ironic." Jayjay said melancholically as she stirred the ice in her drink with her finger.
"How so?" Verosika said as she took a drink of hers.
"Just… with finding out that my…" Jayjay said, her bitemark burning at the thought of Slater. "At the one who turned me… it just felt like I would go one a war path to find and kill him. But since you called and told me what happened…"
A somber, thankful smile graced her lips, turning to Verosika.
"It feels like I was reminded of what really matters." She said in a grateful tone.
Verosika smiled.
"You're welcome." She said to her friend. "But, does this mean…"
"No." Jayjay interrupted as Vortex and Naruto started their next race. "If I see him… I'm killing him."
Jayjay's glass cracked from her grip, but did not shatter.
Verosika stayed quiet.
The only sounds coming from Naruto and Vortex with the sound affects from their game.
"OH, COME ON!"
The two women's attention was pulled back to Naruto, having lost another race.
"It's okay." Loona said as she rubbed his head, only for him to stand.
He was biting his lip angrily as he glared at Vortex, who was smiling, trying not to laugh at Naruto's out burst.
Which became harder when Naruto crouched slightly, putting his hands together, before shifting his stance with his hands moving to his hip.
"KA…"
"Huh?"
"ME…"
Loona facepalmed, smiling.
"HA…"
"Oh, this is gonna be good."
"ME…"
There was a brief pause.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
Naruto's arms thrust forward…. And nothing happened.
Vortex's resistance broke. He howled with laughter at Naruto's confusion as he looked at his hands.
"Why? I usually do Kamehameha's in my dreams…" he stated in mass confusion. "Why didn't…"
The door to the room slammed open, cutting Vortex's laughter short, revealing Millie, panting in exhaustion, her hair frazzled and damp with bags under her eyes.
Her bandages were partially undone, showing some of her injuries were reopening.
She stomped over to the couch, and grabbed Naruto by his collar, making him go stiff as she single-handedly lifted him up, slung him over her shoulder and stomped out.
No one said a word.
No one questioned Millie.
None dared to.
They liked being alive.
Twenty Minutes Later…
'What is going on?' Naruto thought as he stared at the ceiling. 'She pulled me away from them… just for a nap?'
Millie had brought Naruto to the room she and Moxxie would be using, and once the door was shut, she jumped on the bed, wrapped her arms around him, and held onto him tightly.
However, she seemingly fell asleep instantly, but her grip didn't lighten.
'Why? Why does she care? I'm just in a coma, nothing bad is gonna happen to me?' Naruto thought as he tried to wiggle out of her grip… only to feel it tighten.
Like a Constrictor.
'I guess I'll stay.' Naruto thought, eyes deadpanning as the small imp rested.
Millie's face, unseen, was not peaceful.
It was scrunched with worry and panic.
Meanwhile…
Blitz and Moxxie sat at the Bar with Milky being the bartender.
"So, is it difficult?" Moxxie asked as he drank his juice, feeling it to early to get drunk.
"Is what difficult?" Blitz asked as he picked his teeth with the tiny umbrella his drink came with, the cup being an actual pineapple with rum and ice.
"Being here?" Moxxie said, gesturing to the bar of DFS. "I mean, it is the home of your Ex?"
"Oh, that's what you mean." Blitz said in deadpan, finishing his drink before he looked at Milky. "Hey, I want one of the melons, Jack Daniels of you have it."
"Right on." Milky replied with a wink.
She grabbed a small seedless watermelon, and cut it in half.
Grabbing an ice cream scooper, she scooped the inside of it out, putting it aside.
Grabbing an unopened bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey, she poured it into both halves of the watermelon, before she evenly added the inside back, allowing it and the melon to soak the beverage.
Milky handed it to Blitz, with a spoon and a straw, and placed the other half before Moxxie.
"Here you too are: My signature Jack on the Sand." She said, smiling as she said the name of the drink. "Call me if you need anymore assistance."
"Can I have another juice, please?" Moxxie asked as Blitz grabbed the spoon, eating the watermelon.
"You going to eat yours?" He asked Moxxie, his tail pointing at the second melon half.
"Uh, you can have it." Moxxie replied, nudging it closer to his boss as Milky placed another juice.
Moxxie thanked Milky, smiling as she walked away.
She was the ONLY other being in DFS, as Verosika wanted her best bartender to serve drinks.
'I might need one for a potential headache.' She had said, glancing at Blitz the night before.
Blitz sat in silence, eating his whiskey-soaked watermelon, occasionally drinking from the straw.
The two Imps sat in silence, the soft jazz playing was the only sound outside the sound of chewing.
A vibration eventually permeated the silence.
"Oh, it's mine." Moxxie said as he reached into his pocket.
Blitz stirred the remaining melon chunks in his whiskey, expecting to hear Moxxie start talking.
Only, he didn't HEAR Moxxie talking.
Glancing over, Blitz's eyes quirked in inquisitiveness as he saw Moxxie sweating profusely, shock written all over his face as his phone continued to ring.
"Uh, you gonna answer that?" Blitz asked, his tail pointing at the screen, nearly hitting the 'Answer' Button.
"No…" Moxxie immediately replied as he canceled the call. "It was nobody anyway."
"O~… Kay…" Blitz replied slowly, returning to his drink.
Moxxie was shuddering.
'How…' he thought as he deleted the phone call on his phone. 'How did he… he get my number.'
Skip…
"What's wrong with him?" Blitz asked, pointing at the tiny human at the table.
Naruto was eating his lunch silently, but his expression was of irritation.
"He kept losing at Mario Kart." Loona whispered to her adopted dad. "He is still bothered by it."
"Huh, what an idiot." Blitz said as he returned to eating.
Millie was sitting next to Naruto, not eating as much as her eyes darted from area to area, as if she expected danger to happen.
Moxxie sat opposite of Naruto, nervously eating.
Verosika sat across from Naruto and his parents with Jayjay, Vortex, and Milky.
"I want to continue racing until I beat you!" Naruto declared, pointing at Vortex, who smirked in response.
"No problem, kid." He replied.
He winced as Jayjay pulled his ear.
"Stop antagonizing him." She stated aggressively, turning to face Naruto, smiling brightly. "Don't worry about him, okay?"
Naruto was confused, red dusting his cheeks.
His heart beat fast as his eyes darted between Jayjay, Verosika, Milky, and Loona.
Puberty is a bitch.

Naruto shifted in his seat, crossing his legs.
"No problem." He replied softly.

Loona pulled out the grimoire, and with a small application of magic, the Imps jumped through the portal to the human world.
The moment the portal closed, Loona felt Verosika's hand touch her hip.
"Well, now that he is out of the way…" Verosika whispered, her voice full of thirst.
Loona licked her lips.
"Let's go to my room." Verosika whispered, pulling Loona toward the elevator as Jayjay and Vortex went to the game room with Naruto.
The moment the elevator door closed, Verosika was on Loona, kissing her passionately.
"That little bastard is so cute, right." Verosika asked Loona, cupping the hellhounds breasts.

"Hey, don't forget me!" Moxxie screamed as he ran down the pavement to catch up with his wife and boss.

"Don't…" Millie said, her axe at Blitz's throat. "Touch me…"
"Hold the fuck up!" Blitz said, taking three steps away angrily, Moxxie running into Blitz, making both hit the ground.

Millie had a crazed look in her eyes, like she was about to snap.

She felt so exhausted, mentally drained, and over all tired.
"Millie…" Moxxie said calmly approaching her, nearly pissing himself when her angry gaze landed on him. "I am sorry…"
He touched her hand, grabbing her axe, but not taking it from her.
Moxxie looked Millie in the eye, seeing tears swelling, about to fall in his wife's eyes.
"I am sorry I didn't notice your struggle earlier…" He apologized. "You're right, I am taking this to lightly… I thought that moving into the studio for the week duration would be fine enough, but I didn't think of it."
Millie sniffled, dropping her axe and hugged her husband.
Their tails entwined as Millie just hugged Moxxie.
Blitz walked away, but stayed close by, lighting a cigar.
'Well, guess we aren't killing anyone else today.' He thought as he smoked.
Verosika's Bedroom…
Loona collapsed on top of Verosika, her breast in the formers face, both gasping for air, with very satisfied smiles.
Pulling off of Verosika, Loona lay beside her.

"Sorry, sir. I keep blocking, but they somehow keep calling!" Moxxie stated in a panic as he blocked the caller.

We traverse a toxic wasteland, go up the street of broken crack pipes and dead hookers to a Luigi's mansion looking mansion.
The owner sat in his study, crushing the phone in his hand.
"Get me another phone." He ordered, his thick accent scaring his worker.
"Yes, sir."
The man turned in his swivel chair, looking upward toward his massive family portrait.
'Moxxie…' He thought with an angry scowl as he looked at the adorable, young imp.
