Chapter 83: The Moon and Stars
"Octavia… I am Asexual." Riser told her.
Octavia's eyes widened.
An uncomfortable silence entered the room as the two held hands.
This time, Riser's gentle grasp became a tight squeeze.
"My parents are the only ones who I told. They…" Riser took a sharp inhale, Octavia seeing the hurt on his face and in his eyes. "They didn't believe me when I informed them. So, I hid my sexuality, but the truth is: I am Asexual."
Octavia saw the shame wash over Riser's face and body language.
"During this trip, I have been keeping an eye on you, and saw how happy Gaara made you. I am happy you found someone who could do what I cannot. I know, the arranged marriage is unbreakable, but… when we do get married, I would not mind if you had another partner for sex." Riser explained, his voice starting to strain. "And if Gaara is who you choose, I will support you."
Octavia felt overwhelmed.
Her expectations had been betrayed, in a good way.
But it was difficult for her to wrap her head around it.
"You… you can't be serious… you don't mind if I put myself in the same situation as my father?" She asked him.
"Well, it would not be the exact same situation." Riser pointed out. "Sorry to say, but Stella and Stolas were not compatible. I know my short comings, and I want you to know them, so when we get married, we can be happy. Like I said, I understand that sex is important, so I don't mind helping, supporting, and caring about another person being involved."
Octavia's hands pressed against her temples, attempting to help her focus.
She felt like crying from how her feelings and emotions were spiraling.
Riser stood and wrapped his arms around her in a comforting hug.
"I am sorry, I know this is a lot to take in right now." He said softly. "I… I wish I could offer more, but this is all I can give. I want you happy."
Octavia's eyes welled in tears as she accepted his comfort… before her eyes widened in a scary realization that caused her to grip Riser's arms tightly.
"…"
"Excuse me?" riser asked, not having heard Octavia's mumbling in his chest.
"What if… what if I am pregnant with Gaara's child?" She spoke in a beginning to panic tone. "I like him and I know Queen Bee cast a spell, but what if it didn't work? The baby would be a human/demon hybrid… oh no…"
Riser watched Octavia beginning to hyperventilate and panic.
Channeling lime green magic into his hand, he pressed it against her stomach above her womb.
Octavia flinched as she felt a slight chilling sensation spread through her torso.
Several silent minutes passed before the sensation ended, Riser lowering his hand.
"Negative." He said in a professional tone. "You're not pregnant."
Octavia felt the weight off of her shoulders.
"That…" She said as she felt woozy.
So many ups and downs in her emotions was very draining.
"I think you've earned a nap." Riser said as he gently maneuvered Octavia to the bed, laying her down.
"But…" She chirped as he pulled up the blanket.
"We can talk more when we return to our home. It is a lot, and I bet you'd prefer some time to think things over." Riser said as he put his hand on her shoulder. "Especially with Gaara. From what I have seen, he still seems quite smitten."
Octavia felt heavy and at ease, an immense exhaustion settling in as her eyes closed.
Leaning down, Riser gently kissed her forehead.
Quietly, he left the shared room and headed toward one of the balconies.
He felt the cold air hit him as a particularly big wave crashed onto the beach where Queen Bee was sun bathing.
Riser took a deep breath, tasting the salt in the air… as his heart and shoulders felt an immense weight and pressure push down on him.
'Was this really the best timing? Did I scare her? Oh, man, I did fuck up.' He thought as his chest tightened as fear of losing Octavia was now a possibility.
He may not seek sexual intimacy, but intimacy was something Riser wanted.
Being who he was scared him because his happiness might be unachievable.
He was terrified of losing it.
Alone, atop Silicone Shores, Riser felt defeated.
Skip…
Naruto napped on one of the couches, Andromeda on top of him with Naruto's arms around her, keeping her from falling.
"Shit…" Gaara said as he, Fuu, and Shino looked at the two sleeping hounds. "This really is a mind fuck, isn't it?"
"You're telling me." Fuu said as she smiled, gently poking Naruto's cheek, not wanting to wake him. "To think, Naruto was hiding this from us."
"Well, it makes sense, with his safety at risk, now, with ours on his shoulders." Shino admitted, feeling guilt. "I mean, seeing him pull out his teeth made mine hurt."
"Oh, fuck, thanks for saying it out loud." Gaara stated, his own teeth aching at remembering Naruto ripping his own teeth out.
Naruto snorted in his sleep, his tired eyes forcing themselves open, seeing his friends around him and his baby.
"Huh, wassup…" He said, clearing his throat as he sat up, carefully adjusting Andromeda.
"Nothing, just watching you sleep." Fuu admitted with a cheeky smile.
"Creepy." Naruto bluntly stated.
"Naruto. I have a question that has I wanna have an answer too." Shino said, sounding serious.
"Okay, go on."
"Did a giant dog really attack our school the night of the Homecoming Dance?" Shino asked as he stared at Naruto. "Because I remember Hinata and Kiba's little prank being shooting you with dog blood and a dead dog skin, you running away that night, then you were adopted. Hinata and Kiba were frantic and constantly saying a big dog attacked, but it was too stupid to believe… until now, anyway."
Naruto tilted his head.
"Oh, right, you did mention that. Yeah, that happened." Naruto admitted. "I don't know how it did specifically, but there was this giant mutated dog and one of its tails slashed my neck open and tossed me into the English building. Next thing I knew, I woke up in Hell, like this."
He gestured to himself.
"Do you regret it? Being with Loona is what made these events happen, so…" Fuu said while trying to be sensitive.
Naruto didn't answer with words.
He looked down, seeing his nappy child in his arms, and he couldn't help but smile.
"No, I would never regret this." He said warmly.
"I guess the dude who ripped his teeth out would live without regrets, am I right?" Gaara said as he gently nudged Naruto's shoulder. "But now we have to live with this magic in us that will probably kill us if we EVER talk about this to anyone."
Naruto paused.
"I might have a way around that… but it is a permanent thing." Naruto said cautiously.
"And that would be… what?" Shino asked curiously leaning in.
"The same thing Loona did…" Naruto said as he revealed his left shoulder, showing off the bitemark. "I could turn you all into Lycans if I bit you…"
The silence was… awkward to put it lightly.
Fuu and Shino looked at each other and then Gaara.
The human trio were not completely turned off by the idea.
It sounded fun.
But with what Naruto and Loona explained, with Marchosias and how Lucifer committed genocide.
It definitely made one pause and think first.
"I think we need time to go over that before making a decision." Shino said slowly, Fuu and Gaara nodding with him. "Not that it wouldn't be cool, but I still got family, man."
"Me, not so much family, but I have a lot of friends who I would like to still see, ya' know?" Fuu replied, feeling a bit bad.
"Siblings and my dad… I don't think they'd take it well if I just… disappeared." Gaara said as he blushed.
While initially put off by the demonic news, Gaara did feel like he could make the transition from human to demon, but not for selfless reasons.
A very PERVERTED reason named Octavia.
"Oh, yeah, I nearly forgot, Hinata and Kiba are in Hell, and they got the jump on me a few months back." Naruto said, his face scrunching with how much he hated the fact they were able to do so.
"Oh, lord, what do they look like?" Fuu asked, interested.
"Kiba looks like a bull terrier while Hinata looks like a rabbit with succubus features. Sinner bodies, like those two, reflect who they were and what happened when they died." Naruto explained. "Both probably died of boner pills and erotic asphyxiation."
"True that." The three humans agreed.
"So, how DID they beat you? I mean, the comments were Pissed~" Fuu said.
"What comments?" Naruto asked in UTTER confusion, head tilted as Gaara quirked an eyebrow while Shino looked at her like her head was on fire.
Fuu looks at the audience.
"You know who."
"… anyway, to answer your question, they took a hostage, and I am not one to let senseless death be on my hands, so I didn't do anything while they attacked me." Naruto admitted, scratching his head. "Yeah, I know, it's stupid, but I don't want people who aren't involved hurt…"
"I don't think you handled it badly, just the writing was bad." Gaara admitted.
"Wha…" Naruto started to ask, but stopped himself. "Anyway, Gaara, how is your family? Last I heard, Kankuro was released?"
"Oh, yeah, him and his partner were released." Gaara told Naruto, smiling. "They don't have any plans yet, but Temari and Shikamaru bet who would propose to the other first."
"Nice, how is Temari?"
"Happy."
Naruto smiled before he looked down.
Andromeda was awake, and staring at him with a panicked, hurt expression… as a nasty smell wafted from her.
"Hold on, gotta change her." Naruto said as he stood up, walking past his friends to go to the bedroom. "Be right back."
"I call dibs on holding her when you return." Fuu called out as Naruto left.
Meanwhile…
In the hot tub, Loona, Jayjay, and Verosika were found.
In their hands, mimosas in hand as the warm water bathed their bodies.
Yet, there was an awkward silence between the three women.
Particularly… the fact that Loona and Verosika had banged Vortex while Jayjay fucked Naruto.
Awkward… not the correct word, yet it was so perfect.
"So…" the succubus said as she pulled her cup from her lips. "Are we… going to talk about it?"
"About what?" Jayjay asked nervously.
She may have hidden it in front of Naruto and Vortex, but Jayjay was HORRIFIED that she had sex with Naruto.
Not that she didn't enjoy herself or care about Naruto.
More so the fact, the two of them saw each other as family, and they crossed a line family should not cross.
"About last night." Verosika confirmed.
The three women looked at each other as if daring one of them to say something.
Loona sighed in defeat.
"I'll say it. It was fun, it was hot, and I orgasmed." Loona stated, breaking the already thin ice.
Jayjay sank into the water, leaving the top of her head out with her ears flap on her head in embarrassment.
"Shit, someone finally said it." Verosika said with a massive sigh of relief. "I thought I was gonna be a freak if I was the only one. Yeah, Jayjay, Vortex was good last night, you should be proud."
Jayjay's face blushed even deeper shade of red that it turned her blue fur purple.
Verosika and Loona leaned in, looking intently at the Lycan.
"Well?"
"Well, what?" Jayjay asked meekly.
"How was Naruto?"
Jayjay submerged herself underwater completely.
"I think we'll take that as he did good enough." Loona whispered.
Verosika nodded.
They patiently waited for Jayjay to return to the surface, drinking their mimosas, getting refills.
After about two minutes, Jayjay resurfaced, gasping for air.
"It was good… but it was immoral!" She stated with aggressive bluntness.
"How so?" Verosika asked, handing Jayjay a refill.
Jayjay accepted and drank the champagne/orange juice entirely in one go.
"I see Naruto as my little brother!" Jayjay exclaimed. "SO… we just…"
Steam burst from Jayjay's face.
"It's not right."
Loona and Verosika put a hand on each of Jayjay's shoulders as the older hound shuddered while trying to stay calm.
"Sorry, we didn't mean to push." Loona apologized.
"No, no, it's fine, Naruto was satisfying, but it wasn't love. It was…"
"Pure, adulterated sex!" All three women said in perfect unison.
The tension started to ease, allowing them to laugh at this.
"While it was good, I agree, having sex is one thing, but it is much more fulfilling when it is done with love." Verosika spoke honestly.
"Never thought I'd hear a succubus say that." Jayjay chuckled.
Verosika pouted, sending Loona and Jayjay into a giggling fit.
Meanwhile…
Vortex was fishing with Stolas and Blitz.
"So, Lord Stolas." Vortex asked as he rebaited his fishing rod. "How is the single life treating you?"
"What do you mean?" Stolas asked with a chuckle, his arm around Blitz's shoulder.
"Oh, my apologies." Vortex stumbled.
"Not necessary, you didn't know." Blitz said as he cast out his line. "This time Imma get a BIG FISH for Andy."
Vortex chuckled.
"Does the public know about this?" Vortex asked, remembering the time he had dated Bee.
While they loved each other VERY much, they had decided to keep it out of the public eye, until they got more comfortable.
Well, that was the plan if they did not break up.
"Not yet," Stolas said solemnly. "With the divorce still being fresh, we feel it is better to keep it more secret for a little while."
"Yeah, that sounds like a perfect plan, Stol."
The three men jumped as Queen Bee flew up on her insectoid wings.
"Oh, Satan…" Blitz gasped, holding his chest.
"Hey." Vortex said, waving at her.
"What do you mean, your Highness?" Stolas asked as Bee hovered over the edge and landed.
"You know Ozzie, right?" She asked, knowing it was a dumb question to ask the Prince.
"Yes, I know him."
"Well, he is in love with an imp…" Bee blurted out… before her eyes widened in realization of what she had just done.
Stolas and Blitz were grabbed by the Sin's arms, pulled in close, and subjected to seeing a serious, panicked, and threatening look in the Sin's eyes.
"DON'T YOU DARE TELL ANYONE! OZZIE TOLD ME THAT IN CONFIDENCE, SO YOU TELL ANYONE I TOLD YOU, I'LL KILL YOU!" Bee threatened.
"I understand, your majesty." Blitz said, making the 'zipped mouth' Motion.
"I promise." Stolas replied.
Both men started to sweat as the Sin kept the pressure.
"Okay." She said upon releasing them.
"You haven't changed a bit." Vortex laughed as he cast his fishing line.
Bee pouted, using one hand to playfully bat his shoulder.
Millie and Moxxie…
Moxxie strummed his guitar.
"~Oh, what a thrill
When the crimson starts to spill
And my Millie goes in for the kill~"
Moxxie looked at Millie lovingly.
"~She takes away my breath
She's the angel of death for me
Oh, Millie!~"
Millie leaned in, chin in hand as she batted a romantic eye at him.
"~She's my queen
It's like a dream
When I hear her victims start to scream~"
The door to the room opened, revealing Naruto and Andromeda, who silently walked up to the two imps, who acknowledged their presence as Naruto sat down, smiling.
"~In and out of the sack
She's the maniac~ for me
Oh, Millie!~"
Andromeda reached out for her grandmother, which Millie saw and took the babe in her arms.
"~When the blood starts dripping down the walls
(Drip, drip, drip!)~"
Millie bopped Andromeda's nose with each 'Drip' which confused the poor babe.
"~And the bodies start to fall
(Thud!)~"
Naruto leaned into his chair, watching his parents and child smiling with love and affection, making his chest swell in pride.
"~My heart skips a beat
When my Millie's guns a-blazing in the heat
(Bang, bang, bang!)~"
Millie lifted Andromeda up under her arms, moving her up and down with each 'Bang' making her laugh.
"~My assassin love
She makes the murdering fun for me
Oh, la-da-dee!~"
Millie held Andromeda up, shifting over to Moxxie.
"~Of all the Imps in Hell
It's for her/him that I fell
Oh, Millie~~"
Both imps kissed Andromeda's cheeks, making her giggle as she tapped their faces, smiling brightly as her grandparents gave her attention.
'Hm…' Naruto sighed as he looked away from this wholesome moment. 'Reminds me… now should be a good time.'
Pulling out his phone and going to his shared group text between himself, Loona, and Verosika, he sent them a quick text message to meet him on the beach.
"Mom, dad, can you guys watch Andy for a bit?" Naruto asked as he stood up, hand in his pocket, fingers touching what was within said pocket.
"No problem." Moxxie said as he put his guitar aside and held Andy, who grabbed some of Moxxie's hair and pulled. "Ow."
Millie laughed at this as Naruto left the room.
Heading out toward the beach, Naruto walked alone, staring out at the vast living world ocean.
He wouldn't consider himself scared of water per say, but if he couldn't see the bottom… then he was gripped with fear.
Naruto walked along the shore line, the water coming up and brushing his feet.
It was past noon with the sun getting ready to set.
"Naruto…"
The hound turned to see Verosika and Loona, wearing their bathing suits.
Arousal was definitely welcome, and no, Naruto did not hide it.
"Thank you for coming." Naruto said, a bit nervous as he took his left hand out of his pocket, but left his right hand in his pocket.
"For what? A skinny dip?" Verosika joked, bumping hips with Loona, both smirking. "Because you didn't need to ask for privacy for that."
"No… I asked you here for something else…" Naruto said as he scratched his chin.
His organs were oily and squeamish.
'Come on, man, you can do this…' Naruto thought as he closed the distance between himself and Loona and Verosika. "Loona, Verosika… my Moon, my Star."
Loona and Verosika gave Naruto their full attention.
'It has been a while since he called us that.' Both thought as Naruto stood before them.
"Ah… fuck it…" Naruto said as he pulled his right hand out of his pocket, holding a small box, as he took a knee.
Verosika and Loona's eyes widened as their hearts skipped several beats as Naruto opened the box.
Within the box was two rings.
One ring was a COLD silver ring with a wolf chasing a dark emerald gemstone.
The other ring was a WARM gold ring that has shapes of a music sheet with music notes that are covered in pink gemstones.
"Loona, Verosika, my Precious Moon and Star, will you marry me?" Naruto asked sheepishly with a nervous smile.
Chapter 83, DONE!
