Darry Curtis mpreg :)/Vent fic/Modern allegory for enlightenment

Ponyboy wakes up starving in the middle of the night, and finds an unwelcome guest in the kitchen when he goes for a snack.

"Okay, so, if you speak in the box I should be able to hear you!" Sodapop was excited, and he had hope. Even if it didn't work today, it might work tomorrow. But, until then, he had a slight mess to clean up. He took a moment to stare at the pile of packages and… he should probably sort them and put manuals with the correct device.

"I'll go with him," Darry offered before their mom could refuse Sodapop his request. "We can go get Steve and come back, we'll be really fast!" Darry added, eyes darting towards their father hopefully. Both Curtis parents were thoughtful.

Ponyboy and Johnny save a little colored girl from bullies. *Warning: An ethnic slur is used.*

"Just helpin' Johnny. Go lay down with Soda 'fore he wakes up too." Ponyboy answered when he took the flashlight out of his mouth, passing it to Johnny to hold at a specific angle as he moved to remove the glass. It wasn't deep, and it was possible that Ponyboy wouldn't have needed the tweezers. Better safe than sorry.

"I dunno, just… woke up here? Don't remember what happened before though." Ponyboy shrugged again. He didn't like the headache he would get if he tried, so he stopped trying when Johnny shoved him.

Soda said he'd grow out of it, but after Mark Jennings decides they'll be buddies, Pony begins to understand that he's not just a late bloomer after all. [Mark/Pony]

Ponyboy has an eating disorder.

Ponyboy hurts Johnny out of anger.

Aftermath of the book, takes place a year after the book ends. “When I stepped out into the bright sunlight from the darkness of the movie house, I had only one thing on my mind: Darry was gonna kill me.”

Welcome to my one-shot series! The whole gang will be mentioned throughout these stories, but we're focusing on the relationship between Darry and his girlfriend because Darry is underrated and I think he deserves someone special. All sorts of themes and genres will be in these stories as well, not just pure fluff.

Johnny and Dallas catch a train

If the Curtis brothers had a little sister who wanted to be treated like all the rest of the gang. They all loved her more than anything. But life did not always treat her well.

A life hangs in the balance, and it's the cherry on top after a week of vertigo and tears and praying they'd all be somewhat complete again. Ponyboy gets hurt instead of Johnny, and it blossoms into a war - the fight of their lives, with the blaze for the battleground and the scars as their legacy.

One day after his DX shift, Soda and Pony get jumped on their way home. The officers classist mindsets nearly lead to the death of Ponyboy and Darry has quite the bone to pick with them.

Pony Curtis was never meant to be touched. After all, the socs never went after the girl greasers. Right? (or How The Outsiders might've unfolded if Ponyboy was a girl instead.)
