Chapter 14: Battle with the Witch
Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Tin Man continue to follow the yellow brick road and arrive at a dark forest with little to no light.
"I don't like this forest... It's dark a creepy..." Dorothy said.
"Of course I don't know, but I think it will get darker before it gets lighter." Scarecrow said.
"I just wonder what else we'll run into." Dorothy said.
"Wild animals, I'm certain." Tin Man said.
"You mean animals that eat straw?" Scarecrow asked.
"Some, but mostly lions, tigers, and bears." Tin Man said.
"Lions?" Dorothy asked.
"Tigers?" Scarecrow asked.
"And bears." Tin Man said.
"Oh, my..." Dorthy said.
"Should we wait for Arthur, Sora, and the others to keep up with us?" Scarecrow asked.
"I'm sure they will. We can wait here until they get here." Tin Man said.
"But I'm also worried about the Black Xetis and Heartless they mentioned..." Dorothy said.
Meanwhile, the party keeo moving across the yellow brick road through the wooded area and they later reach the dark forest and look around.
"Ugh, how did we end up HERE?" T.J. asked.
"I don't see Dorothy, Scarecrow, or Tin Man anywhere." Eilonwy said.
"I doubt they got far. We just gotta keep looking." Arthur said.
"But we also gotta look out for Gideon. Who knows what he has up his sleeve." Tod said.
The party begin moving through the dark forest, but then, Elf Heartless and Goblin Black Xetis appear and attack the party, only for them to defeat the enemies and keep moving through the dark forest while looking out for any enemies and they later come across a round area with fog, but as they keep moving, something comes out from the fog and confronts the party.
"What...?" Sora asked, as they see what looks like a Black Xeti that looks like a combination of an azure lion head with crimson eyes, black bear body with the Black Xeti symbol, and crimson tiger arms, claws, and tail.
"A lion?" Robin asked.
"Tiger?" Max asked.
"And bear?" P.J. asked.
"It's a Black Xeti!" Donald said, taking out his staff.
"We'd better take care of it!" Goofy said, taking out his shield.
"Get ready! It's coming!" Calla said.
The Black Xeti known as Dark Predator slashes at the party with its tiger claws followed by a giant bite with its lion head, but Arthur casts Quakra to deal good damage while Sora horizontal slashes with Kingdom Key followed by Ripple Drive and then casts Gravity, only for Dark Predator to pounce around and delivers a somersault slash with its tiger claws. Eilonwy unleashes three magic orbs from her tome followed by unleashing five more magic orbs and then casts Frostra while T.J. delivers diagonal slashes with his daggers followed by Razor Boomerang and throws it all over to deal damage, but Dark Predator retaliates with spin slashing with its tiger claws followed by biting with its lion head, only for Calla to cast Triple Blizzara followed by casting Aqua Blast. Dark Predator hides in the fog and pounces out of the fog while delivering a spinning tiger tail strike, only for Donald to cast Aero to protect the party and then shoots three magic blasts from his staff followed by casting Blizzara with Goofy double bashes with his shield followed by Tornado. Dark Predator retaliates with unleashing a giant roar to deal stunning damage to the party and then pounces around while striking with its tiger claws, but Max blocks with his shield and then vertical slashes with his sword followed by Blitz Strike while P.J. triple swings his hammer followed by Shoulder Tackle and delivers a charging strike. Dark Predator hides in the fog again and then pounces out of the fog while striking with is tiger claws followed by striking with its tiger tail, only for Robin to shoot five arrows followed by firing four more arrows and then uses Arrow Barrage while Tod triple strikes with his stick followed by Tackle and they finish off Dark Predator, who vanishes in black mist.
"That was annoying." Max said.
"C'mon, we still need to get through this dark forest." Robin said.
The party continue to keep moving through the dark forest while looking out for any more Black Xetis and Heartless, as well as looking out for Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Tin Man, but as they continue their trek through the dark forest, they hear a loud roar.
"Now what?" Sora asked, taking out his Keyblade.
"I think it came from over there!" Goofy said, pointing at a distance.
"Let's go." Arthur said.
The party keep moving through the dark forest and later arrive at a lakeside and come across a giant log, which they use as a bridge to help cross the lake and reach the other side and arrive at a forest trail, where they run into more Elf Heartless and Orc Black Xetis, only to defeat them and keep moving through the forest trail, as they come across a wooden bridge, which they use to cross to reach the other side and run into some fog, but as they keep moving, a dark orb comes at them, making them back off.
"Ugh, what?!" Max asked.
"So, you mouth-droolers defeated my pet! Not surprised really!" A voice said, as Gideon appears and with him is Pacifica.
"So, what? You're gonna take US on now, brat?" Calla asked.
"By the way, who's that with you?" Sora asked.
"Pacifica?! What're YOU doing with HIM?!" T.J. asked.
"That's none of your business, Freckles!" Pacifica said.
"Pacifica's on MY side! The winnin' side! We're gonna have fun destroyin' you!" Gideon said.
"Is that right? No Black Xetis or Heartless? You're actually gonna take us on yourself?" Arthur asked.
"Not just me! Pazzy, let's take 'em on and DON'T fail me!" Gideon said.
"Yeah, I got it!" Pacifica said, taking out what looks like a purple and pink whip.
"Fine, you wanna fight? You two got one!" Robin said, as they prepare to fight.
"Hang on just a second!" A voice said, as someone appears and it's Bill.
"And who are YOU?!" Donald asked.
"Name's Bill! Bill Cipher! It's a pleasure to meet you 'heroes'!" Bill said, taking off his hat while bowing.
"So, what? You're fighting us too?" Calla asked.
"Well, not necessarily. I'm just here to make a little...change of scenery to help make the fight interesting." Bill said, casting a spell to transport the party, Gideon, Pacifica, and himself into what looks like a different realm, which is a red space. "Voila! You're now in Dimension B! A dimension of my making! In this mind-bending realm, Giddy's and Pazzy's attacks are 256 times more potent. They're more powerful!" Bill said.
"That means I could turn y'all into a pile of ash with a raise of an eyebrow!" Gideon said.
"Oh, yeah? Well, we'll take you on!" Sora said.
"It doesn't matter how powerful you are! We'll still fight with what we have!" Eilonwy said.
"Hahahaha! That's what I'd like to hear. I'll just stand by and watch you all fight to your hearts' content!" Bill said.
"Pazzy!" Gideon said.
"Yeah, yeah!" Pacifica said.
"Let the games begin!" Gideon said.
(Boss Theme: Squirming Evil)
Gideon unleashes orbs of darkness around him and sends them to attack the party, who dodge out of the way, only for Pacifica to deliver four strikes with her whip followed by three more strikes and then delivers a spinning lash attack while unleashing two ethereal dragons, but Arthur strikes back with two vertical slashes with Excalibur followed by Crescent Slash and then casts Quakra while Sora delivers four slashes with Kingdom Key followed by Ripple Drive. Gideon conjures a barrier of darkness around him and fires two beams of darkness while Pacifica unleashes three shards and ice and sends them at the party, only for Goofy to block the attacks with his shield and then uses Charge while Calla unleashes three magic music notes followed by casting Aqua Blast. Pacifica creates a magical wall to deflect attacks and then delivers vertical strikes with her whip followed by a multi lash attack and unleashes a giant rock spire while Gideon conjures purple and black bolts of lightning to strike down at the party, dealing damage, only for P.J. to take out a stone to heal and then uses Freezing Flail while Tod uses Bite. Pacifica retaliates with casting a slow spell to slow down the party and then unleashes waves of magic energy from her whip while Gideon shoots three dark shots, but Max blocks the attacks with his shield and then Cyclone while Eilonwy unleashes four magic blasts followed by casting Frostra. Gideon unleashes a giant purple and black fireball and throws it while Pacifica coats her whip with lightning magic and delivers a powerful strike while unleashing lightning, only for Robin to use Arrow Barrage and fires a flurry of arrows while Donald casts Fira followed by casting Earthra while T.J. delivers four slashes with his daggers followed by a somersault slash.
"I will NOT be held back by inscets!" Gideon yelled, conjuring dark magic blades and sends them to attack the party, dealing damage and also causing Arthur's arm to bleed and drop some blood.
Eilonwy casts Mend to heal the party and then unleashes four magic orbs from her tome followed by unleashing five more magic orbs and then casts Blazra to deal burning damage while Donald casts Gravity followed by casting Thunder, only for Pacifica to strike back with four strikes with her whip followed by conjuring two more ethereal dragons to strike at the party while Gideon fires three beams of darkness. Max triple slashes with his sword followed by a double shield bash and then uses Shield Boomerang while Calla creates two magic music whips and uses them to strike at the two, but Gideon unleashes dark spikes from the ground to deal damage followed by unleashing purple and black bolts of lightning while Pacifica creates another slow spell and then fires three more shards of ice. T.J. delivers diagonal slashes with his daggers followed by Stink Bombs and throws them to deal poisonous damage while P.J. delivers three heavy swings with his hammer followed by a downward hammer slam and then uses Shocking Sickle, but Gideon disappears and reappears while shooting a dark fireball. Goofy uses Tornado to strike at the two, only for Pacifica to strike back with four strikes with her whip followed by a multi lash attack and unleashes two rock spires while Gideon conjures more dark magic blades and sends them to attack, but Robin shoots five arrows followed by firing three more arrows and then uses Arrow Rain. Gideon unleashes more dark spikes from the ground followed by shooting dark shots while Pacifica delivers a whipping lightning attack, only for Tod to deliver three strikes with his stick followed by Skullbash while Sora vertical slashes with Kingdom Key and then uses Sonic Blade while Arthur delivers five slashes with Excalibur followed by casting Frostra.
The party manage to push Gideon and Pacifica back, but Gideon stops while taking out a vial and uses it to take Arthur's blood.
"Argh! Y'all just keep gettin' on my nerves!" Gideon said.
"Bill, you said this place is supposed to make us 256 times more powerful!" Pacifica said.
"I did say that." Bill said.
"Are you guys stupid or something? Maybe since we're in here too, we're just 256 times more powerful." Calla said.
"Hahahaha! She's right! That's the point!" Bill said.
"Didn't ya morons realize this was a game? Ya win this time, but next time, we'll git serious!" Gideon said.
"Why wait?! Let's get serious now!" T.J. yelled, charging to strike at Gideon, who holds the boy with telekinesis.
"Believe, me Detweiler, I'd LOVE to destroy ya, just like yer pathetic friends, but we're on a tight schedule!" Gideon said, throwing T.J. back.
"Well, I, for one, think I've been entertained long enough!" Bill said, casting his spell to send everyone back to the dark forest.
"Time fer us to git goin'. We'll see each other again! I promise you! Bill, Paz! Let's go!" Gideon said, creating a dark portal and disappears in it.
"Pacifica..." T.J. said.
"Later, losers." Pacifica said, going for the dark portal before it disappears.
"Until we meet again, Heroes of Light! Remember, reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram! Buy gold! BYYYYYE!" Bill said, disappearing.
"Just what was all that about?" Robin asked.
"They were serious in that fight, but they left?" Sora asked.
"We'll deal with them again later. We gotta find Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Tin Man." Arthur said.
"Artie's right! Let's continue." P.J. said and they nod.
The party continue moving through the dark forest while dealing with more Black Xetis and Heartless in their way and later arrive at a different section of the dark forest.
"C'mon, put 'em up! Who wants to fight me first, huh?! I'll fight ya with one paw behind my back!" A voice said.
"Who said that?" Goofy asked, looking around.
"It came from that way!" Tod said.
"C'mon!" Sora said.
Meanwhile, Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Tin Man confront a lion, who gets into a boxing stance.
"Um, excuse me, Mr. Lion, we're not looking for any trouble. Can you please let us go?" Dorothy asked.
"Why should I, huh?! Ya scared, huh?! C'mon, put up a fight, why don'tcha!" The lion said, but Toto barks at him. "Ya want a piece of me, shortstack?!" The Lion asked, going for Toto.
"Leave him alone!" Dorothy yelled, slapping Lion's nose, making him cry and whimper.
"Why'd you do that? I didn't hurt him." Lion said.
"No, but you were going to." Scarecrow said.
"It's one thing to pick on us, but going for a dog?" Tin Man asked.
"Well, I don't deserve it." Lion said, still crying.
"My, what a fuss you're making. When you go around picking on those weaker than you..." Dorothy stops talking.
"It seems like you're a corward." Scarecrow said.
"Now, Scarecrow." Tin Man said.
"No, he's right. I am a coward. I don't have any courage. I even scare myself." Lion said.
"Do you think the Wizard can help him too?" Scarecrow asked.
"I think it's a good idea. We'd be helping him. Say, Mr. Lion, come with us. We're going to Emerald City to see the Wizard of Oz to give Tin Man a heart and Scarecrow a brain. He'd might give you some courage." Dorothy said.
"Well, I suppose I'll come along. You wouldn't feel degraded of being around a cowardly lion?" Lion asked.
"Of course not!" Scarecrow said.
Later, the party arrive and they find Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Tin Man.
"There you guys are!" Sora said.
"We've been looking for you!" Eilonwy said.
"You're safe!" Dorothy cheered.
"I knew you'd come find us." Scarecrow said.
"So, what happened?" Arthur asked.
"We were just going through this forest, then we found Mr. Lion." Tin Man said, showing Lion, who hides behind a tree.
"What's his problem?" Donald asked, crossing his arms.
"Oh, he's a little shy." Dorothy said.
"A shy lion? Okay, I guess." Calla said.
"He's coming with us, so the Wizard can give him some courage." Scarecrow said.
"In that case, we should introduce ourselves. Hi, I'm Sora." Sora introduced.
"My name's Arthur. These're Eilonwy, T.J., Calla, Donald, Goofy, Max, P.J., Robin, and Tod." Arthur introduced.
"Um, it's nice to meet you." Lion said.
"Can you come outta hiding? We're not gonna hurt you." T.J. said.
"Besides, we're helping Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Tin Man too." Robin said.
"Well, okay. I trust you." Lion said, coming out.
"So, ready to continue?" Arthur asked and they nod.
"Let's find a way outta here." P.J. said.
The party keep moving through the dark forest while fighting off more Dark Predator Black Xetis and later arrive at a dark forest clearing, where they fight off Orc Black Xetis and Elf Heartless and keep moving through the forest clearing and later, they find what looks like a small light hole and go for it.
Meanwhile in what looks like a dark and evil on a tall mountain over an open valley, the Wicked Witch of the West is watching the party through a crystal ball in her chamber, as they escape the dark forest.
"So, they managed to escape. They refused to take my warning! All the worse for them!" The Wicked Witch said.
"I'll let you teach 'em a lesson! My role was to have fun with 'em and I got what I wanted!" Gideon said.
"Oh, thank you, my dearie! Once I get my hands on those ruby slippers, I'll be the most powerful in Oz! I'll be more than a match for those brats!" The Wicked Witch said.
"Make things interestin'." Gideon said.
Later, the party manage to escape from the dark forest and arrive at a meadow full of flowers.
"Finally outta that stupid forest." Max said.
"We may be out, but who knows what other dangers we'll run into." Eilonwy said.
"Eillie's right. We have to be ready for anything." Calla said.
"Hey, look at that! Look at that!" Tod said, pointing at something from a distance and it's a bright green city standing at the end of the yellow brick road.
"This has to be it!" Sora said.
"So that's Emerald City." Robin said.
"Oh, it looks so beautiful!" Dorothy said.
"Well, come on! Let's hurry!" Tin Man said.
"Last one there's a Black Xety!" T.J. said, running off.
"Get back here!" Donald yelled, running after the boy.
The party make their way through the meadow to reach Emerald City, but then, something appears around the meadow and it's a cloud of poison, making the party stop.
"What's that?" Lion asked.
"Poison! Back off!" P.J. said.
"Something's trying to stop us." Arthur said, as something rises from the ground and it's a giant Black Xeti that looks like a black and purple flower with crimson eyes, razor crimson petals, black thorns all over, and the Black Xeti symbol on its bulb.
"AAAAAAAHHHH! Monster!" Lion screamed, running away.
"Lion, wait!" Scarecrow called.
"Dorothy..." Sora stops talking.
"Please be careful." Dorothy said.
"Artie!" Sora said.
"Yep! Let's do it!" Arthur said.
(Boss Theme: Shrouding Dark Cloud)
The Black Xeti known as Toxic Blossom unleashes poison bombs from its bulb at the party, who dodge out of the way, as Arthur delivers four slashes with Excalibur followed by three diagonal slashes and then casts Blazra to deal great burning damage while Sora double vertical slashes with Kingdom Key followed by a spin slash and then casts Fira to deal more great burning damage, only for Toxic Blossom to spread a poison cloud all over the meadow. Donald shoots three magic bullets from his staff followed by casting Fira to deal more great burning damage and then casts Thunder while Goofy delivers horizontal bashes with his shield followed by Discus and throws his shield, but Toxic Blossom unleashes vines to attack the party, only for Max to use Cyclone and strikes at the vines and the Black Xeti. Toxic Blossom uses its vines to try and infect the party with poison, but T.J. uses Divide to create two clones and they use Dagger-Nado and they deliver spin slashes with their daggers to deal damage while Robin uses Arrow Bombs and shoots three arrow bombs, only for Toxic Blossom to unleash more poison bombs and spreads more poison clouds to try and poison the party. Calla uses her lyre to unleash four magic music blasts followed by unleashing five more magic music waves and then casts Triple Fira to deal very good burning damage while P.J. delivers four heavy swings with his hammer followed by Blazing Bow and shoots a fiery arrow to deal burning damage as well, but Toxic Blossom unleashes small petals to rain down at the party. Eilonwy unleashes magic blades and sends them to strike at the Black Xeti, who retaliates with unleashing more vines to try and infect them with more poison, only for Tod to deliver four strikes with his stick followed by Tackle, but Toxic Blossom rains down more petals to deal damage to the party.
The party avoid Toxic Blossom's attacks, only for Toxic Blossom to spin its razor petals to deal damage to the party, who dodge out of the way, as Tod uses Growl while Robin shoots five arrows followed by firing three more arrows and then uses Cyclone Arrow and spins while fing many arrows, only for Toxic Blossom to spread more poison clouds to try and deal poison damage and then rains down poison bombs. P.J. delivers two heavy spin swings with his hammer followed by Shocking Sickle and swings his sickle while unleashing lightning while Max delivers vertical slashes with his sword followed by a spinning shield bash and then uses Blitz Strike, but Toxic Blossom uses its vines to try and infect the party with poison. Goofy delivers three bashes with his shield followed by an upper shield bash and then uses Tornado while Donald shoots three magic blasts from his staff followed by unleashing five magic pillars and then casts Earthra, only for Toxic Blossom to unleash more small petals to bring down poison at the party, who dodge out of the way, but Toxic Blossom delivers spinning attacks with its razor petals. Calla uses her lyre to unleash magic music whips to deliver lashing strikes followed by casting Whirlwinds, but Toxic Blossom spreads more poison clouds to deal poison damage, only for T.J. to use Razor Boomerang and throws it all over to deal damage to the giant Black Xeti. Toxic Blossom tries to trap the party in vines and rains down more petals to deal poison damage, but Eilonwy unleashes five magic orbs from her tome followed by unleashing four more magic orbs and then casts Volt, only for Toxic Blossom to attack with its vines followed by spinning its razor petals, but Sora uses Sonic Blade while Arthur uses Holy Blade and they finish off Toxic Blossom.
Toxic Blossom starts to collaspe, as it starts to wilt and then disappears in black mist, as Arthur and Eilonwy obtain Hypno magic while Sora and Donald obtain Sleep magic.
"Done." Robin said, as Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion arrive back.
"Wow. You defeated another monster." Scarecrow said.
"No matter how many Black Xetis arrive, we'll always beat 'em." Max said.
"C'mon, Emerald City is just ahead." Calla said, as they move through the meadow.
Back at the Witch's lair, they watch the party defeat Toxic Blossom and keep moving.
"Curse it! Curse it all! Wretched brats!" The Wicked Witch yelled.
"They're close to Emerald City! They can't git off easily!" Gideon said.
"They won't! I'll FORCE them to come here!" The Wicked Witch said, calling forth a group of flying monkeys that are wearing small fezes and vests. "Hear me, my darlings! Catch that girl, Dorothy and bring her to me! Fly, my pretties! Fly out and GET HER!" The Wicked Witch commanded, as the flying monkeys fly out of the castle.
Meanwhile, the party keep moving through the meadow to follow the yellow brick road and later, they finally reach the end of the yellow brick road and manage to reach a gate, leading to Emerald City.
"We're finally here." Dorothy said.
"This place looks amazin' up close." Goofy said.
"What're we waiting for? Let's go inside." Arthur said, as they go for the gate.
"Huh? What's that?" Tod asked.
"Now what?" P.J. asked, looking up to see a swarm of flying monkeys coming down to confront the party.
"Now we have FLYING monkeys?!" Doanld asked.
"Aww, c'mon! Give us a break..." T.J. said, as the flying monkeys confront the party.
"Take a hike!" Sora said, taking out his Keyblade.
"We don't have time for this!" Calla said, taking out her lyre.
"We'll have to deal with them before meeting with the Wizard." Eilonwy said, taking out her tome.
"Let's get this over with." Arthur said.
The flying monkeys fly around while attacking with their fists, but Sora casts Sleep to make the flying monkeys fall asleep and then vertical slashes with Kingdom Key followed by diagonal slashes and then uses Ripple Drive while Arthur delivers three aerial slashes with Excalibur followed by two flipping slashes and then casts Volt, but the flying monkeys swarm the party and deliver flying kicks to attack. Eilonwy casts Attract to pull the flying monkeys toward her and then casts Gale to blow them away while Donald unleashes three magic pillars followed by casting Thunder, only for the flying monkeys to keep flying while delivering flying punches, but Scarecrow delivers four strikes with his pitchfork while Tin Manaerial swings his axe. The flying monkeys keep swarming while delivering punches and kicks, only for Goofy to use Rocket while Max aerial slashes with his sword followed by Shield Boomerang and throws his shield, but the flying monkeys deliver aerial whip attacks with their tails, only for T.J. to use Dagger-Nado and spin slashes with his daggers. The flying monkeys deliver multi kicks to attack the party, only for Calla to unleash three magic music waves followed by casting Whirlwinds while P.J. takes out a boulder and throws it, as it explodes, but the flying monkeys keep flying and attacking with their fists, only for Tod to deliver a dashing strike and attacks with his stick while Robin uses Arrow Barrage and fires many arrows.
More flying monkeys appear and swarm the party, who try to fight them off, but the flying monkeys keep attacking.
"Ugh, there's no end to them!" Sora said.
"Go away already!" Tin Man yelled.
Just then, they hear a scream.
"That was Dorothy!" Arthur said, as they see the flying monkeys flying off while taking Dorothy and Toto with them.
"Please help me!" Dorothy cried, as the flying monkeys are leaving.
"They're taking Dorothy!" P.J. said.
"Give her back, you flying knuckle-draggers!" Calla yelled, as they run after the flying monkeys.
"We gotta follow after 'em!" Goofy said, as they follow.
The party chase after the flying monkeys to get to Dorothy and they later come across a wooden bridge with a sign that says 'Entering Winkie Country. Turn back!'
"Do we have to go in there...?" Lion asked scared.
"We have to if we wanna help Dorothy." Max said.
"We're not standing around. Let's go." Eilonwy said.
"Right. Here we go." Sora said, as they cross the wooden bridge.
The party arrive in Winkie Country, which is an evil forest with dead trees and dark skies, as they keep going after the flying monkeys, but then, more Dark Predator Black Xetis appear and attack, but Arthur and Sora defeat them and keep moving through Winkie Country.
In the Wicked Witch's castle, Dorothy is now in the Witch's chamber.
"Well, what an unexpected pleasure. It's very kind of you to visit my loneliness." The Wicked Witch said, holding Toto.
"Please, give me back my dog!" Dorothy begged.
"All in good time, my pretty! First, the slippers!" The Wicked Witch said.
"But Glinda told me not to." Dorothy said.
"Okay, how 'bout this; I'll give yer stupid mutt a nice l'il bath in a river and drown it!" Gideon said, taking Toto.
"NO! Please don't! You can have the slippers!" Dorothy said.
"Good girl! I knew you'd see reason!" The Wicked Witch said, going for the ruby slippers, but as she touches them, electric sparks hurt the witch herself.
"Now what?" Gideon asked.
"Gah! Fool that I am! I should have realized from the start! The slippers will never come off, as long as she's alive!" The Wicked Witch said.
"Well, why didn't ya say so? Let's kill her!" Gideon said, unleashing dark blades.
"No, dear! I shall do it myself!" The Wicked Witch said, taking a bronze hourglass full of red sand and flips it around to make the red sand go down. This is how much longer you'll live, girl! Trust me, it won't be long enough for you!" The Wicked Witch said, leaving.
"Wanna know the best part? Once yer as good as gone, I'll gladly take yer heart! It'll have much use fer me!" Gideon said, leaving.
"Oh, I'm so frightened... Arthur, Sora, please hurry..." Dorothy said, crying.
The party continue moving through Winkie Country while fighting off more Black Xetis and Heartless in their way and arrive at a riverside and cross a broken bridge, taking them to the other side and later arrive at a rocky mountain and start climbing, as they see the giant dark castle.
"Gawrsh, that's one big castle." Goofy said.
"No doubt about it. This has to be the Wicked Witch's lair." Robin said.
"And Dorothy's gotta be in there." Tod said.
"We need to get her out of there." Tin Man said.
"C'mon, let's hurry!" Donald said.
"We have to be careful. No doubt we'll run into more Black Xetis and Heartless." Eilonwy said.
The party make their way across the rocky mountains to reach the castle, but as they arrive at the castle entrance, they see green-skinned guards standing outside while looking out for intruders, so they hide behind a huge rock.
"Now what?" Calla asked.
"We should take 'em on." Sora said.
"Yeah!" T.J. said.
"Wait, I have an idea." Scarecrow said.
"And what's that, Strawface?" Donald asked.
"Well, we could find another way into the castle." Scarecrow said.
"I don't think it's a good idea... Maybe we should..." Lion was cut off.
"Do you want to be brave or not? This is your chance." Robin said.
"We're all in this together." Arthur said.
"You're right. Let's go save Dorothy." Lion said.
"Hey, look!" Tod said, looking at rocky steps.
"Maybe we can use these." P.J. said.
"Let's do it." Sora said.
The party use the rocky steps to get to the alternate route to the castle, only find more green-skinned guards, so Sora and Donald use their sleep magic to make the guards sleep, allowing them to move past the guards and go into the castle and enter it, as they find more guards.
"This could get tricky..." Max said.
"Not a problem. Cunning is my specialty." Robin said, sneaking through past the guards and shoots arrows from behind to defeat them.
"Nice work, Rob." T.J. said.
"Now, let's find Dorothy." Eilonwy said and they nod.
The party begin moving through the Witch's castle to find Dorothy and go deep into the castle's interior, but they start hearing barking.
"That's Toto!" Tod said.
"He's gotta be somewhere in the castle." Goofy said.
The party keep moving through the castle while finding Toto and they arrive at a door and Arthur opens it to find Dorothy's basket with Toto in it.
"Are you okay, Toto?" Arthur asked, as Toto barks.
"Do you know where Dorothy is?" Sora asked, as Toto starts moving.
"Follow the dog!" T.J. said, as they go after Toto.
The party follow Toto upstairs through the castle and they later find a wooden door, as Toto starts barking while scratching the door.
"Dorothy's in there?" Sora asked.
"Yes! I'm in here! The Witch locked me in! Please hurry! The hourglass is almost empty!" Dorothy said through the door.
"Sora, your Keyblade!" T.J. said.
"Yeah!" Sora said, using his Keyblade to unlock the door, freeing the Kansas girl.
"Thank you! Thank you!" Dorothy cheered, hugging everyone.
"Let's get out of here!" Calla said, as Donald destroys the hourglass.
"Oh, going so soon, my pretties?" A voice asked, as they see the Wicked Witch.
"That's right and we're taking Dorothy with us!" Robin said.
"Take a hike, ya hag!" Max yelled.
"Oh, but the fun has just begun!" The Wicked Witch said.
"Fun's over!" Arthur yelled.
"But we'll play a nice game called 'Whack the Witch'!" Sora said.
"I told you I'll fix you and fix you I SHALL!" The Wicked Witch yelled.
(Boss Theme: Squirming Evil)
The Wicked Witch begins firing magic blasts at the party, who dodge out of the way, only for the Wicked Witch to create two fireballs and throws them to deal burning damage, but Arthur blocks the fireballs and then strikes back with three diagonal slashes with Excalibur followed by Arcane Blast and unleashes two magic orbs and strikes and then casts Quakra while Sora triple vertical slashes with Kingdom Key followed by a roundhouse slash and then uses Ripple Drive. The Wicked Witch teleports in red smoke and then reappears while unleashing black smoke to try and scare away the party, only for Donald to cast Blizzara followed by casting Gravity while Eilonwy unleashes magic blades and then casts Gale, but the Wicked Witch shoots more magic blasts. Tod uses Bite to strike at the witch while Scarecrow delivers three strikes with his pitchfork, only for the Wicked Witch to shoot more fireballs at the party, only for Goofy to block with his shield and then uses Charge while Tin Man double swings his axe while Lion delivers a slow strike with his mallet. The Wicked Witch disappears in red smoke again and disappears while conjuring lightning to strike at the party, only for P.J. to deliver two heavy swings with his hammer followed by a slamming hammer strike and then uses Shoulder Tackle while Calla casts Triple Blizzara to deal freezing damage, only for the Wicked Witch to unleash more black smoke to keep the party back. T.J. delivers four slashes with his daggers followed by three diagonal slashes and then uses Trick Slash and disappears while slashing while Max horizontal slashes with his sword followed by two roundhouse slashes and then uses Shield Missile, but the Wicked Witch creates five magic bolts and then unleashes more lightning, only for Robin to use Arrow Barrage and fires many arrows.
"How DARE you! Meet your end!" The Wicked Witch yelled, as she's about to cast another spell.
"Tin Man, give me your axe!" Scarecrow said, as Tin Man does so.
Scarecrow uses Tin Man's axe to cut a rope, making a chandelier fall on the hag, dealing some damage.
"You'll PAY for that!" The Wicked Witch yelled.
The Wicked Witch vanishes in red smoke again and reappears while conjuring a spell to create a twister to deal damage to the party, but Eilonwy casts Mend to heal the group and then unleashes five magic orbs from her tome followed by unleashing three more magic orbs and then casts Volt while Tod triple strikes with his stick followed by a vertical strike with his stick and then uses Tackle while Tin Man swings his axe. The Wicked Witch retaliates with conjuring more fireballs followed by conjuring three magic blasts, only for Donald to cast Aero to protect the party and then casts Thunder followed by casting Earthra while P.J. uses Freezing Flail and delivers a spinning flail attack while dealing freezing damage while Lion delivers a whacking attack with his mallet. The Wicked Witch gets away from the party again and shoots more magic blasts followed by sending out more black smoke and then unleashes lightning, but Scarecrow multi strikes with his pitchfork while T.J. uses Razor Boomerang and throws it all over to deal damage, only for the Wicked Witch to conjure another twister. Robin retaliates with Windmill Bow and delivers a spinning bow strike while Calla unleashes five magic music notes followed by unleashing four more magic music notes and then casts Whirlwinds, but the Wicked Witch vanishes in red smoke and creates pillars of flames to deal burning damage, only for Goofy to use Turbo and rides on his shield to attack. The Wicked Witch backs away from the party and creates two magic orbs and sends them to attack, only for Max to block them with his shield and then uses Cyclone and spin strikes with his sword and shield while Arthur delivers five slashes with Excalibur followed by Blaze Slash and delivers a burning slash while Sora uses Strike Raid and throws his Keyblade four times.
"Argh! You fools are VERY annoying!" The Wicked Witch yelled, unleashing beams of ice.
"Leave my friends ALONE!" The Lion yelled, unleashing a roar and charges at the hag, dealing damage.
"That's it! NO MORE playing around!" The Wicked Witch yelled.
The Wicked Witch creates two giant twisters and then summons a giant fireball and sends it to deal excellent burning damage, but Lion delivers a giant swing attack with his mallet while Tin Man double attacks with his axe while Scarecrow throws his pitchfork, only for the Wicked Witch to vanish in red smoke and reappears while firing six magic blasts to try and destroy the party, who avoid the attacks, as Tod uses Skullbash while Robin uses Arrow Rain. The Wicked Witch conjures more lightning to strike down at the party followed by firing more beams of ice, only for P.J. to deliver three spin swings with his hammer followed by Shocking Sickle and swings his sickle while dealing lightning damage while Max vertical slashes with his sword followed by Shield Boomerang. The Wicked Witch retaliates with unleashing more black smoke followed by unleashing more magic blasts and magic orbs and then unleashes more pillars of flames, only for Goofy to deliver three bashes with his shield followed by Tornado while Donald shoots three magic bullets from his staff followed by shooting three magic beams and then casts Fira. The Wicked Witch vanishes in red smoke and then shoots more fireballs followed by unleashing three twisters to attack the party, who dodge, as T.J. uses Divide to create two clones and then use Dagger-Nado and deliver spin strikes with their daggers while Calla uses her lyre to unleash three magic music blasts followed by casting Geo Impact to unleash rocks to strike. The Wicked Witch retaliates with unleashing six magic blasts followed by unleashing magic orbs to attack the party, who avoid the attacks, only for the hag to conjure more lightning, but Eilonwy unleashes five magic blasts from her tome followed by unleashing two more magic blasts and then casts Blazra, only for the Wicked Witch to shoot more fireballs followed by unleashing beams of ice, but Sora uses Sonic Blade while Arthur uses Holy Blade and they finish off the Wicked Witch, as they push her back.
"That's it! Now you BURN!" The Wicked Witch shouted, conjuring another spell.
"NO!" Dorothy cried, as she finds a glass full of water and throws it at the witch, who starts melting.
"ARGH! YOU CURSED BRATS! LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE! I'M MELTING! I'M MELTING! OOOOH, WHAT A WORLD! WHAT A WORLD! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT GOOD CHILDREN LIKE YOU WOULD DESTROY MY BEAUTIFUL WICKEDNESS?! OOOOOH, LOOK OUT! I'M GOING!" The Wicked Witch cried, as she melts, leaving her robe and hat remaining, as Arthur and Eilonwy obtain Hydro magic while Sora and Donald obtain Water magic.
"What a drama queen..." T.J. said, rolling his eyes.
"So, that's it." Arthur said.
"She's gone..." Dorothy said, as the guards cheer at the party for defeating the witch.
"Gee, they seem really happy." Goofy said.
"Guess even they hate that hag." Calla said.
"Well, at least we did them a favor." Eilonwy said, as one of the guards give Dorothy the Witch's broomstick.
"For us...?" Dorothy asked, taking the broomstick.
"Um, thanks. You guys should be better off with the Witch gone." Sora said, grinning.
Just then, something appears in the Witch'es chambers and it's a Keyhole, so Sora uses his Keyblade to lock the Keyhole, saving Oz from the darkness.
"Least that's taken care of." Arthur said, as a cyan Light Crystal piece appears.
"Let's grab it quick." P.J. said.
As Arthur is about to take the cyan Light Crystal piece, Gideon manages to take it.
"And that makes ANOTHER Light Crystal piece fer us! Thank you!" Gideon said, taking the Wicked Witch's robe and hat.
"That's OURS! Give it back!" Arthur yelled.
"Fergit it! It's OURS!" Gideon yelled, but Arthur charges at the evil boy, who disappears in darkness before Arthur can strike.
"We lost him! This whomps!" T.J. said.
"I really HATE that stupid brat!" Calla said.
"At least we defeated the Wicked Witch and sealed the Keyhole." Goofy said.
"That's what matters, at least." Donald said.
"Besides, we'll deal with Gideon again when we see him." Robin said.
"You're right. Let's get out of here and head for Emerald City." Eilonwy said, as they leave the castle.
The party later return to the gate leading to Emerald City.
"Well, this is it. Your final destination." Sora said.
"Now you'll be able to see the Wizard and get your wishes granted." Max said.
"Thank you. All of you." Dorothy said.
"Aren't you guys coming with us to see the Wizard?" Scarecrow asked.
"Thanks, but you guys wanna see him more." Calla said.
"Besides, we promised to get Dorothy here safely and we did." T.J. said.
"With the Wicked Witch gone, no more trouble." P.J. said.
"I guess this is it then." Lion said.
"I think I'm gonna cry." Tin Man said, starting to cry.
"Don't do that, Tin Man, you'll rust again." Eilonwy said.
"Hope you gusy get what you wanted. Scarecrow, you'll finally get a brain, Tin Man, you'll finally get a heart, Lion you'll have courage, and Dorothy, you'll finally get back home." Sora said.
"You guys also proved yourselves. Scarecrow, even without a brain, you came up with plans back at the castle. Tin Man, even if without a heart, you still care for your friends' safety. Lion, even without courage, you were still willing to stay with us to face danger, even against the Witch herself. At the end of the day, don't let things you lack amek you feel nothing. You have something great about yourselves." Arthur said.
"Thank you." Scarecrow said.
"We'll never forget you." Tin Man said.
"I'll never forget you guys." Lion said.
"We'll miss you all." Dorothy said.
"Same here." Sora said.
"Good luck with meetin' the Wizard." Goofy said, as they go into Emerald City.
"Well, about time for us to get going too." Robin said.
"Yeah." Sora said.
"Let's find the Gummi ships and keep moving on our journey." Arthur said, as they make their way for the Gummi ship and prepare to leave Oz.
