Rent a Girlfriend Story Ideas!
Hi! Been a while, so I recently watched Rent a Girlfriend and I don't really like it. I feel like Kazuya is too immature, Chizuru should have not started this whole thing and well I don't really like any character besides Sumi. I have three ideas on a story that I think would be better but I would like your opinion on which one it should be!
Option #1: Kazuya Kinoshita is a radio host of a popular radio show with his friends Kenji and Misako. He recently breaks up with his girlfriend of 1 month Mami, but doesn't fret over it because he didn't feel a strong connection. One day he wins a contest he didn't know he entered and it's a free date with a diamond rental girlfriend! What could possibly go wrong?
Option 2: A couple months after the movie, Kazuya gets an offer to have an internship with a popular film company who were impressed with his producing skills. He grows closer with Mizuhara as their interests align, making it even harder to keep up this ruse with Ruka. Also, he strays away from his family as he believes all his Grandma cares about is Chizuru and nothing he does will please her or them. He also makes new friends thanks to his internship and begins to change…
Option 3: Getting a phone call from his old high school friend, Kazuya reminisces on the days where he used to be a musician and loved to rap and make videos. Before all the pressure got to him about college, he remembers how much fun he had and begins to do it again. How will this change his life? (Kazuya will be kinda like Kid Cudi!)
