Monkey D. Luffy stared at Diamond Tiara. She just challenged him to a Davy Back Fight. It's a competition where two pirate crews compete in competitions, whichever wins a match can choose a member of the opposite crew to join their crew. This can only be reversed by another Davy Back Fight. But there was one problem for the Straw Hats Pirates, none of them knew that.

"Why," he asked, sticking a finger in his nose.

"It'll be fun," said Diamond Tiara. It was a trick, any smart person would say no.

"Oh, okay." Luffy was not smart. He walked off the table.

Nami ran to his side. "Wait! You can't trust her! We don't know anything about her. This could all be a trap."

"But she said it'll be fun."

"Hey, Nami. Back off, the captain gets the final say in these games." Diamond Tiara had a smug smile as she said this.

"Really?!" Luffy smiled with stars in his eyes. He ran to Diamon Tiara. The rest of the crew didn't interfere, Nami was the only one with a chance at stopping Luffy. "How do you play the game?"

"Fire these pistols in the air." She dug into her back and brought two flintlock pistols out. Don't worry about where she kept them. They aimed them in the air and shot them. "Now there's no going back. So how many crew members do you want to lose?"

"What?!" The Straw Hat Pirates yelled.

Chapter 2: Unexpected Challenge! Will Luffy lose his entire crew?

I stared at the crew as they glared at me. Luffy wasn't glaring, he looked confused. "I don't want to lose anyone."

"Oh, good. I only have one coin." I reached into my neck and pulled out a hundred-berry coin. "Let's just do one round. I dedicate this game to Davey Jones' Locker." I threw the coin into the sea.

"Can you explain the game?!" The entire crew shouted, it was almost impressive.

"Oh, you don't know? I thought you were joking."

"Why?!" They did it again, I started thinking they rehearsed these reactions.

"Well..." I couldn't come up with an answer. "Eh, whatever." They fell on their heads. Wow, that's way less funny in words.

"Come on, Luffy. We don't have to deal with these mind games." Slingshot tried to get out of the game.

"No, you can't." The old man Crocus came up. Where has he been? "Once you fire the pistols, there's no going back. You have to play a game or you'll lose credibility as a pirate."

"why didn't you mention it?!" The crew was mean, they didn't care about using their indoor voice. Well, we were outside.

"I thought you all knew."

"We didn't!" This gag was going too far, the writer was getting lazy.

"Whelp, tough luck. Because we need to do a game." I pointed to Luffy. "You get to pick. What game do you want to play? Make it a one-on-one."

Luffy was looking pretty angry. I had no idea why. "You tricked me. Now you want to take my friends. I'll fight you!" Great, this made it much easier. I sucked at games.

"Great, pick your challeng-"

He punched me in the face. I was launched into the Red Line, embedding my silhouette into it. That wasn't against the rules, but it still hurt. On the inside, the punch didn't do any damage.

I fell out of the hole and onto the floor. I had a brisk pace walking back. When I got back they were shocked. I said one thing, "Nice punch." I cracked my neck. "I almost felt it."

"Oh my god, she got up after Luffy punched her. Is she even human?" Nami and Slingshot were scared, everyone else was angry, except for Luffy.

"Wow, you're pretty strong." Luffy was smiling. "Want to join my crew?" Wait, what?

Nami punched him in the head. "Did you forget what you were fighting about?! She wants to steal the crew?!"

Luffy had a bruise growing on his head. "What?! She does?!"

"You already forgot?!" I yelled this with everyone else. This kid was a lot dumber than I thought.

"You know what. I will join your crew. But on one condition."

"What?" Luffy was standing again, the bruise was still there. It was like a second head.

"Make me captain."

"Absolutely not." Luffy had a blank face. It contrasted the huge bruise perfectly.

"Then let's make it a game. Whoever wins the fight becomes captain. To make it interesting, you can add your own condition if you win. Whoever wins will also become the pirate king or queen when we find the One Piece."

Luffy tilted his head, he may even be using his brain. In all the minutes I've known him, he's never done that. It looked like it was hurting. "When I win, I get all of your food."

"Why is that what you think of?!"

"I don't have any food."

"I meant the stuff that Sanji makes you. Because you're a girl."

Sanji kicked him in the head. "Pick something else! I'm not letting you take any food I make for her." They talked like I had already lost, they must truly believe in their captain. That was weird, nobody even liked my old captain. He lit a cigarette and took a drag from it. "Besides, nobody goes hungry on my ship."

"Okay." Luffy's bruise had another bump on it. It was a strange image. "I don't want anything else. Let's start the fight."

"Shut up!" The green guy hit him that time.

"Why did you hit him," Nami asked.

"Everyone else was, I thought that was what we were doing."

"Whatever," Nami sighed. She then walked towards me, she had a menacing aura. "Because I know what we should get when Luffy wins." Her eyes became a berry symbol.

"I don't have any money." I got nervous, it was like my old captain was nearby.

"I can lend it to you, for 300% interest. Let's say one hundred million berries if he wins."

"But I just threw the last of my money in the ocean!"

"Then if you lose, you'll owe me 300 million berries. So don't lose." She wanted me to, she was drooling at the thought.

"Okay, if I win I become your captain. If you win, I join your crew, and give you 300 million berries."

"Yeah." Luffy got up with a third bruise.

"Wait!" Slingshot hit him with a hammer, and Luffy hit the ground again. I was starting to think they didn't like him. He pointed at me. "Why should you join us?! You never gave us a single reason to trust you!"

"Well, you got me. By all accounts, it doesn't make sense." I pointed at Luffy. "You should've asked the guy you just gave four consecutive concussions." He wasn't moving, another bump was forming on the third one.

"AHHH!" The crew yelled. Slingshot started shaking him.

"Get up Luffy. If you don't, you won't become the pirate king."

Luffy got up, hitting Slingshot, this knocked him out, and for some reason the bruises moved to him. "AHHH!" The crew yelled. Luffy started shaking him.

"Get up Usopp," That's his name? "If you don't." He stopped. "Wait, what are we doing?"

"You forgot again!" I screamed with them again. Hey, it was pretty fun.

"Oh, right a fight." He grinned, and cracked his knuckles. "Are we starting now?"

I waited for an interruption, but none came. "Yes, we can start." I took my cloak, revealing what I was wearing.

Bandages, or as some may say, medical tape covered every inch of my body under my neck. They were extremely stretchy, waterproof, and never needed to be changed. They were invented by some nerd in the government. They were able to let me get hurt as much as I want without falling to pieces. If I did take them off, I'd be all over the place.

Sanji saw me and got a nosebleed, he passed out from blood loss. The crew repeated what they did with Luffy and Usopp, it was not as funny the third time.

"How about we start the fight?" This was going for far too long, it needed to end at some point.

We walked into an open field. Luffy was itching for a fight, he was practically vibrating. I put my fists up. We launched at each other, meeting in the middle.
