Responses to questions and statements:

-TK0421: Leia and Mothma would do exactly that and be confused as to why she would refused cause for the Empire and all that.

-Knowing the future would be her most valuable asset. But she will be forced to learn proper tactics and strategy for when canon goes off the rails and she can't use it reliably anymore. But it will help boost her standing with the populace and of the Imperial military.

-Palpatine would for sure do that!

-Your ideas sound really good, dude. She would for sure do the things you said and seek a peace, just not in a way that's humiliating and demeaning for the Imperial remnants. Make it clear that they're still a force to be reckon it and that they're no pushover. Make the New Republic think twice before starting another war. Love like the Imperial Dream

-NewGuest123: For sure, dude. Every species out there is going to look after their own interests first and fore most. Even the species that are on the council are going to be looking after their own races first. So, I think it's only fair for Mankind to do the same.

-The First Contact was casualties should have been in the couple of thousands at least. I can accept actual deaths being in the hundreds but including the number of wounded? Thousands at minimum.

-Agreed, as much as it pains my inner human supremist.

-Nothing would make me take on a Xenomorph or Tyranid. NOTHING! No sane person would.

-40k is just straight up horror man. I love it, but nothing would make me like in it. Same thing with the SCP universe.

-Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the snippet. I was reading the story and thought to myself, "what if reinforcements arrived." Cue me thinking of what would happen if the Legion of the Damned showed up along with Celestine escorting him to meet the Emperor. Space Marines are indeed awesome.

-Austin: Yeah, Legion of the Damned showing up to save the day as they do with Saint Celestine thrown in to help guide our boy Krieg to meet the big E himself. I can already see him struggling to keep calm while screaming in panic. "Oh my Emperor, I'm going to meet the Emperor." If I ever do decide to do the story, I don't know if I will make it the TTS version of the Emperor like you suggested, though it would definitely be funny. I already have an idea as to how I will have the conversation go between the Emperor and Krieg and the TTS version wouldn't really fit with what I have in mind.

-Again, all wonderful ideas dud. Keep up the good work!

-KingDiamond55: Pretty much, the cult will steadily grow over the course of the story until a significant chunk of both the intelligent and feral human population become a part of it.

-Again, I'm still thinking on when to add UNSC tech. But for now, I think it would make most sense if I introduce it in an epilogue after the whole Human vs Ape conflict.

-Having another Spartan would definitely help considering humanity is much more on the backfoot. They'll for sure work together, but I'm thinking on having them separate from each other for most of the story as there are a lot of places they'll need to be.

-AdmiralDan09: Thank you very much! I'm glad that you like my AU idea of Death Korps of Justice. Still hoping for an update on that fic. If I ever do decide to write it, the inhabitants will probably interact with other Imperial forces and characters and learn why Krieg is the way he is. Maybe I'll even have the team interact with other Death Korps Kriegsman.

-Your idea is great man. I would be down to read it if you ever decide to do it. I also think it would be neat to see a SI as a forerunner monitor arriving in a time period like the middle ages or Roman Empire period and just helping them to advance.

Memory is the key (Mass Effect fanfic)

Summary: Cerberus spent billions of dollars to bring Commander Shepard back from the dead. Recreating everything exactly how it was before from the length of his hair at the time of his death to the scars he gained during his years of service. Unfortunately, they messed up on the most important part. His memory.

"Miranda?" Wilson yelped in confusion. "But you were-"

He didn't get a chance to finish his sentence as he was shot dead by the aforementioned woman. With her staring coldly at him with barely restrained fury as he corpse fell to the ground.

"Dead?" She finished as she shot his body two more times for good measure.

"What the hell are you doing?!" Jacob demanded as he checked to find a pulse on Wilson's body to no avail.

"My job." Miranda responded coldly. "Wilson betrayed us all." She revealed before her eyes turned to the man beside Jacob.

"Oh good, you're here." The director of Project Lazarus greeted politely. "Come on, my boss wants to see you."

Just before she turned around, she saw the confused look on the first human Spectre and the nervous gaze on the Cerberus operative beside him. Causing her to stop in her tracks as she look at them with uncertainty.

"What is it?" She asked Jacob with confusion at just what exactly was the problem.

"Uh yeah, Miranda," Jacob began nervously. "There's something I need to tell you..."

A bad feeling suddenly spawned in her. "Alright.." She said hesitantly.

"It's just-well..." The former Alliance Marine stammered as his gaze shifted from Shepard back to her and then to the floor. Before Miranda could tell Jacob to get on with it and spit it out, the man that she spent the last several years of her life trying to bring back to life spoke for the first time since he entered the room.

What he said next made her widened her eyes and her heart miss several beats. Sweat instantly began pouring down her back as she internally prayed to whatever deity was listening that this wasn't happening.

However, it was in fact happening. As the N7 repeated his question.

"I'm sorry, but... who am I?"

Author's note: So, yeah. Like many of my ideas, this just came to me one day and wouldn't go away until I wrote this snippet. So, hope you all enjoy.

As always, thanks for taking the time to check my ideas out and I will see you all next time. And remember... stay frosty, gents.
