Hello everyone, welcome to my story. This is an idea I came up with a while ago. Originally, I intended it to be set in the Warhammer Fantasy universe, inspired by the Total War games I enjoy. However, I'm not as familiar with that setting, so I decided to use the Warhammer 40k universe instead. I want to clarify that English is not my primary language; I'm from South America. I started writing this story a while ago and am now translating it on this page. This is also my first attempt at writing a fanfic, so I'll do my best to write well. As I'm writing this, my story is still unfinished, and I'm continuing to work on it.

Now let's start. I do not have the rights to Warhammer or Loud house, Warhammer is from games workshop, and Loud house is from nickelodeon

chapter 1: Start a journey

In the United States, more specifically in the state of Michigan, there is a small town known as Royal Woods, a quiet and peaceful place, except for the neighbors who lived near 1216 Franklin Avenue, the Loud family's house was always noisy over trivial matters every day of the week. Those who lived nearby looked at them with disdain, others saw them as the reason why their house values had dropped so much and they couldn't move. Although it could be said that it was their status quo there.

It was Friday night, therefore it was time to rest and have fun, although the fun would be doing activities indoors at this moment, since a small storm had arrived accompanied by some lightning.

The Loud parents headed out, leaving their ten daughters and son to their own devices, despite the rain. Lori, the eldest, was in charge of keeping the peace and maintaining "order" in the house. At the moment, she was in her room chatting on the phone, while her sister Leni, who shared the room, was busy rummaging through her closet, sorting and organizing her clothes.

Just then, her eleven-year-old brother burst in, "Hey Lori..." he started to say, but was cut off mid-sentence.

"Lincoln, not now, can't you see I'm in the middle of something?" Lori replied irritably. "But..." he started to say, but was cut off once again.

"Besides, you know the rule, you're not allowed in my room,"

Lincoln simply walked away, ignoring his sister, looking a bit annoyed, then turned around to face the front.

"Oh, hi, sorry I didn't see you, as you can see, I'm busy," Lincoln said to the audience.

"It's Friday night and, as you've noticed, it's raining, there's not much to do. My younger sisters, Lola, Lana, and Luan, who's with them, are watching TV downstairs. I have no idea where Lucy is right now, I looked for her and couldn't find her, but I get the feeling she's in the pipes again," Lincoln said as he walked down the hallway. "Now, I'm sure you're wondering, what's going on, why did I go to see my older sister?... (Sigh) Ah, well, the thing is, there's another argument between sisters."

"I don't know the exact reason, I just know it's between Lynn and Luna. I don't like it when this happens, but what can I do? To be honest, I still remember that time when Lori and Leni fought over a dress, and I don't know what to do."

"You're probably wondering why I'm not in my room, right?" Lincoln looks around and makes a annoyed and slightly embarrassed face before answering, "Well, it's because Lynn is in it right now."

"How was it? Well, she seemed upset and I offered her my room. Well, she actually came and seemed like she wanted to be alone, so I did. You see, it's been a while since she slept over with me, and it wasn't a very... pleasant experience, but... what could I do? I mean, obviously I love my sister, but you know she can be..."

"Although I should be used to this by now. I mean, in this family, we go through a lot of things, this is just normal, right?"

That's what Lincoln said as he headed to his sister Lisa's room to see what she was up to, not that there was much to do, the TV was taken and Lincoln didn't want to go to his room because of his sister, he didn't want to deal with her right now, at least he wouldn't have to spend the night with her this time, that's what he hoped. Dirty laundry wasn't preferable either. "Hey Lisa, I came to see what you're doing?"

Lisa, Lincoln's little genius sister, was in the middle of an invention, running some tests, when she turned to see her brother. "You're bored and trying to see if you can be useful," said the little girl in a monotone tone.

"Okay, you caught me," said Lincoln, somewhat perplexed. "I wanted to talk to Lori so she could do something about Luna and Lynn, but she seems too busy on her phone," he said, sounding annoyed. "And you, aren't you going to try to do something to stop this fight? Hasn't anything else occurred to you besides that fighting system?" Lincoln asked.

"I know what's going on, but trust me, it's better not to interfere. Besides, I'm very busy with something important right now." This made her older brother look at what Lisa was doing. It seemed like some kind of advanced computer connected to a device that looked like a needle. Looking closer, Lincoln could see that it appeared to be a laser device.

"And what is that...?" he asked her. "It's something I've been working on for a long time. Look, it's supposed to be a secret. I was going to demonstrate it in a few weeks, maybe when it was ready and safe. But since you helped too, I don't see any harm in showing you."

"Really, how...?" Lincoln asked, confused. "Well, remember that just a few days ago, on Wednesday to be exact, you and Lana helped me put a small lightning rod on the roof of the house?"

"Oh, I remember now, so that's what it was for! And by the way, what is it?"

"A teleporter"

"Really? Awesome! Are you going to test it now? Will it work? And how is that lightning rod going to help?" Lincoln asked excitedly, now bombarding his sister with questions, as she tried to respond.

"First, if I test it now, although I said it was almost ready, a small test won't hurt. Second, I need a lot of energy, the kind that only a lightning bolt can provide, which is why tonight is perfect." To illustrate her point, the rumbling sound of thunder was heard above the house.

This woke up the little sister who was sleeping in her crib and she began to stir, Lincoln noticed and went to see how she was doing. "Oh, calm down little one, there's nothing to fear," he said while holding her in his arms. "See, I'm here," he said as he tried to soothe her. Meanwhile, Lisa, who was making the final adjustments to her invention, turned around to see her brother making their little sister Lily laugh. Although she didn't show it, or wouldn't admit it, she liked seeing her older brother being responsible and affectionate with their little sister Lily.

"Ready. I need you to bring something for the test, something small that we won't miss," said Lisa, holding Lily in her arms. Lincoln obeyed and quickly went straight to the kitchen, quickly grabbing a green apple and returning upstairs to Lisa's room, unaware that three of his sisters who were watching TV saw him, and curiosity grew to see what was happening. Upstairs, Lincoln handed over the apple and after calming down Lily, returned her to her crib. "So, I wanted to ask you, how does your invention work?"

"As you can see on this computer, certain codes are entered, such as locations, time, and more. You see that device connected to the computer? If you noticed, it's a laser beam that will teleport the object in question. Just aim and shoot, and the way it transports is by dividing millions of cells, which will then reassemble elsewhere. And as I explained before, in order for it to work, it needs a lot of energy, like that of a lightning bolt. I must admit, it wouldn't have been possible without certain plans obtained from the government, not entirely legally, but it's a sample of how our government needs to improve its cyber security."

Lisa always spoke quickly and in a monotone way. But the last part, it seemed to grab Lincoln's attention.

"...Wait, what?"

"Nothing, just ignore the end, it's not important or valuable... But remember, if federal agents or the CIA show up, you know nothing and don't mention me!"

"...Ok..."

"It's for our family's sake," Lisa said, reverting to her monotone demeanor as she positioned the apple under the laser. "Now, I'm aware you may have missed a few details, but I've just given you a simplified overview of my invention's complexity."

"Actually, you made me think of Back to the Future," Lincoln said, now with a hint of humor. "You know, the lightning bolt and that explanation you gave about the teleporter's functionality, it sounds like something straight out of Star Trek, doesn't it?" Lincoln said, trying to recall.

"So, that's what you're working on secretly?"

"Ahh!" Lincoln yelped, turning around, only to see his sister Lucy, with Lana, Lola, and Luan standing behind her. "So that's what you needed help with, the lightning rod. I thought you wanted to get into the cable," Lana said.

"Hahaha, your face was priceless, Linky!" Luan said, laughing. "

"How long have you guys been standing there?" Lincoln asked.

"Long enough," Lucy said, with a knowing smile. "And don't worry, whatever happens in this room, stays in this room."

"Fine, I want to see it in action, there's nothing else to do, TV is boring," Lola said.

"Alright, I see you're all aware of my brilliant invention, so let's get moving. My calculations indicate a lightning bolt will strike shortly, I'll just enter the coordinates."

"So, what's everyone doing here, anyway?"

Everyone turned to look at their sister Luna, who still seemed a bit tense from the argument with Lynn.

"Oh, Luna, I figured you'd be in your room," Luan said, with a hint of nervousness in her voice.

Luna turned to face her, about to respond, when, as if the universe enjoyed sowing chaos, someone else entered the room - Lynn.

"What's all this..." Lynn's voice trailed off when she spotted Luna in the room.

"Just what I needed," Luna said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "I'm the one who should be saying that," Lynn shot back, her tone equally irritated.

"You?... But I got here first!"

The other siblings, witnessing the exchange, instinctively took a step back, the atmosphere in the room growing increasingly tense. Yet, Lisa seemed oblivious to the tension, remaining focused on her computer as she made the final adjustments.

While a domestic tempest raged within the Loud home, a more ominous storm was brewing in the dark sky, where lightning bolts were accumulating.

"Wasn't destroying my instruments enough for you?"

"'Is that what started it?'" Lincoln thought to himself.

"Are you kidding me?... You're the one who broke my lucky bat!"

"But what's your problem? I'm the one who always gets my things left in the garage."

As the argument escalated, the sisters around them grew nervous, even Lisa stopped for a moment to look.

Lincoln knew he wasn't the most courageous, but he figured he ought to step in - they were his sisters, and he had a responsibility to try and calm things down.

"Hey, come on girls, maybe you should..."

"Stay out of it," they snapped simultaneously, their eyes locked in a fierce glare.

It was then that Lori appeared, ready to put an end to the dispute.

"Enough, both of you! Stop this instant and go to your rooms right now," she commanded in a strict and authoritative voice. It looked like she had finally caught on to what was going on, much to Lincoln's and his other sisters' relief.

But this didn't do much to calm the storm, "I want an apology," Luna hissed, her voice barely above a whisper, but crackling with anger.

"You should, it's your fault my lucky bat got broken," Lynn responded, also in a low tone, but with anger.

"You little superstitious fool, you're going to pay for this, you hear me?" Luna said, now raising her voice.

Lincoln was fearful, but he felt compelled to intervene (perhaps the presence of his older sister Lori gave him the courage to do so), yet he couldn't shake off the feeling that he would later regret his actions.

The universe is a mystery, sometimes it's unremarkable, just a routine day, and other times strange coincidences occur that make it seem like a higher power is orchestrating everything for its own amusement, or out of malice. As the domestic storm escalated, the tempest outside reached its climax. When the lightning struck, one bolt hitting the lightning rod and electrifying the house, Lisa was caught off guard. Lincoln, who had attempted to mediate between his two sisters, was brusquely shoved aside by the pair. "Stay out of it!"

That's what they both said, pushing their brother hard, causing him to collide with Lisa, who in turn collided with the computer, accidentally pressing the command with an incomplete or incorrect location, and also pressing the power button. Lincoln fell, pushing the laser into position, pointing it at his head.

It all happened in an instant, the house lights flickered wildly, a faint blue ray hit Lincoln, he experienced a sensation unlike anything he had ever felt, and then he let out a blood-curdling scream.

The sisters, united in shock, witnessed their brother's disappearance, Lynn and Luna's feud forgotten in the face of the horrific scene unfolding before them. As he disintegrated into thin air, the last sound they heard was a blood-curdling, distorted scream, and then Lincoln Loud was gone.

And that was the first chapter. I know the way Lincoln travels isn't very original, but it was what occurred to me at the time.
