Today was no ordinary day at UA. At this moment, in the dorms, Deku, Todoroki and Sato were hard at work, preparing food for a birthday celebration, more precisely All Might's birthday. While the former #1 hero hardly thought much of his birthday anymore, he was still grateful that the students of UA took time out of their days to celebrate, and it gave him something to hope for. Deku and Todoroki especially enjoyed celebrating because All Might was almost like a second father to them. Being that Deku had never known his real father and that Todoroki had a rocky relationship with hers, they welcomed this. Speaking of welcoming, Sato welcomed the help:
"Hey, thanks for helpin' me out with the food, you two! I always love when people chip in with stuff like this!"
Deku smiled. "You're welcome, Sato! Helping people out makes me feel happy!"
"Actually, I'm still surprised that you can cook regular food!" said Todoroki.
"It's kind of a more recent thing for me, actually," said Sato. "Havin' learned all I can about baking, I realized that now that I'm growing up, I should learn how to cook regular food too because someday, I'm gonna have my own house, and I can't always go out to eat."
Todoroki smiled and put a hand on Sato's shoulder. "Plus, you might have a beautiful wife who wants to enjoy your delicious food."
Sato chuckled and blushed. "Aw, Todoroki!"
"ALL RIGHT, WHAT FOOL CUT THE CHIVES!?"
Deku, Todoroki and Sato looked over to Kacchan, who was holding some poorly-cut chives. Then, Todoroki bit her lower lip as she tried to stifle laughter. She ended up covering her mouth as the urge to laugh got stronger. Finally, she could no longer contain herself, and she burst out into full-blown laughter, much to Kacchan's confusion:
"WHY THE CRAP ARE YA LAUGHIN', ICYHOT!? YOU SHAMED YOUR SISTER!"
"Bakugo, those aren't even real chives!" said Todoroki.
"Huh?"
Kacchan looked more closely at the chives and rubbed them around in his thumb and index finger, discovering that they were in fact rubber. He expressed his opinion thusly:
"WHAT THE CRAP!?"
Hearing this, Deku burst out laughing as well, and Sato followed suit.
"Oh Kacchan, you got punked!" said Deku.
"I can't believe she got ya!" said Sato.
Soon, other students within earshot burst out laughing too, and Kacchan clasped his hands over his ears.
"I HATE THIS."
Todoroki walked over and proceeded to cut some real chives. She then put her hands on Kacchan's shoulders.
"Now, what was the nice blond boy saying about me shaming my sister?"
"SHUT UP, YOU ICYHOT BITCH!"
"OK, you just earned yourself a huggle, you bad boy!"
Todoroki huggled Kacchan, much to his chagrin. Meanwhile, some of the girls expressed their approval:
"OH MY DAMN CHERRY BLOSSOMS!*" exclaimed Ashido. "They look so CUTE together!"
Hagakure bounced around. "I know, right!?"
Tsu put her index finger up to her chin. "Actually, Bakugo's not so bad when he's getting a hug."
"OH, SHUT UP, FROG LEGS!" yelled Bakugo.
Tsu let out a shriek at the mention of 'frog legs', prompting Uraraka to calm her down. Meanwhile, Deku smiled as he saw his girlfriend getting along with his best friend, while Kacchan lamented every moment of his existence.
