During the War in Hyrule,The Great Warrior was killed. His Son gave his daughter to his brother while his wife fled with their son. The Twin's Father sacrificed himself to buy them some time.
Many Years Later,Ganondorf meets with the Wizard,Agahnim and figure a way to keep Link from foiling his goal. At the Village,Link returns to his Uncle,who had been feeling worried something might happen to him. That Night,Onox,who was sent by Agahnim, attacked the village,killing Link's Uncle. He fled to the castle to warn Zelda. By the time he got there,Ganondorf's army attack the Castle & captures Zelda. Link follows them to Agahnim's castle where he freed her. They fled to the woods where Zelda tells Link that they will not stop until they kill him & take her. They go to the Village where they met Sahasrahla,the elder & descendant of the seven wise men. He tasks them to find pedants of Courage,Power,& Wisdom.
Link & Zelda retrieved the pedants & took them to Sahasrahla,who reveals that Link's Great Uncle was the Hero of Time that died trying to defeat Ganondorf & each Triforce were hidden in three pedants. Zelda reveals that She was there when the Hero of Time die since she was given eternal. They are soon confronted by Ganondorf & Onox. Zelda transforms into Sheik & fights with Onox. Link battles with Ganondorf while Agahnim took the Pedants and fled with Onox & the captured Zelda. Link defeats Ganondorf by knocking him into the ocean.
Link pursues them to Agahnim's castle where he battles with Onox. Zelda transforms into Sheik & freed herself to help Link by knocking Onox into a pool of magma. After they stopped him from using the Pedants, Agahnim transforms into a Bat like Creature. Link battles with him,but gets overpowered. As Link retrieves his bow,Zelda tosses the arrow, allowing Link to fire at Agahnim's heart,killing him.
Zelda uses the Triforce to restore the fallen world. The People of Hyrule applauds as Link & Zelda shared a kiss.
Mid-Credits:
Ganondorf survive the fall & meets with Master Hand,who assures him that there will be reinforcements from each world.
