Bye bye! Here is my Young Prince's Adventure-story's new chapter. See you in the next chapter.
Adrien walked his mother with in the forest, and stopped to watch in the sky flying birds.
The birds flew far from the forest, whose of trees was falling day by day yet more, frostbitten leaf into the ground.
"The weather keeps getting colder," Adrien said.
"I know, Adrien. Come on now," Rose said.
Adrien left to follow his mother.
Adrien, and Rose were this morning left their cave in search of food, and Adrien, and Rose had seen that their to the deer herd belong to the other members did the same.
As a result, Adrien and his mother had seen other deer in their herd, and Adrien was at times watched of a few of a male-deer horns, as they walked on.
"Adrien, it's almost that time of year, when the grass is not visible. Then we have to eat some other food," Rose said stopping in front of one of the trees.
"What we eat, when there's no grass to be seen?" Adrien asked.
"Let me show you," Rose leaned her front legs against the trunk of the tree in front of her, and grabbed the trunk of that tree with her teeth, pulling the bark off the trunk of the tree, and placing it to the ground, right at Adrien's feet to the front. "That tree bark is the food in question".
"Looks dry," Adrien said, and eyeing the bark of the tree suspiciously.
"How do you know, that you don't like it, if you don't even taste it? It's almost that time of year, when you can't be picky about food. Another food that we can currently eat, has roots, which have to be dug into visible stones, trees, and bushes from among", Rose said.
Adrien ate the bark of that tree, which he had just received from his mother:
"It's dry, but it doesn't taste bad," Adrien said. "How can food be dug up in the places you just mentioned?"
"I'll show it to you now," Rose said, digging the rocks aside with one foreleg, for the rocks in question were near the roots of a nearby tree, and when he finished digging, he saw the roots that he, and Adrien ate.
When Adrien had eaten enough, he looked at his mother, who seemed to be thinking of something:
"Mom, what are you thinking?"
"Well, taking bark from under tree trunks is easy, but taking bark from high up can be difficult. As a result, we may have to hike long distances, when we're looking for food," Rose said. "A male-deer can reach up to take the bark from a tree a little higher, like a famele-deer, because the male-deer is a bit taller, like a female-deer. Well, taking bark from under tree trunks is easy for you for your models fawns, but taking the bark from above the trees is difficult for the fawns, until the fawns grow large enough to take the bark from the top of the trunk."
"I see. Mom, what are the squirrels doing over there?" Adrien asked after seeing the squirrels putting acorns, seeds, and cones into a hole in the ground, which the squirrels had previously dug into the ground, and then the squirrels pushed dirt over that hole.
"They store food for the future, for the cold season, so they can use the food caches if needed," Rose said.
"I understand. Why don't we do that?" Adrien asked.
"Well, food will be very scarce in the season after autumn, which is a very cold time. Or rather, food will be scarce, so we cannot store food in certain places. That's why hiking in the forest is for us for deer the only way to find food. But it can be dangerous, because we may encounter hunters, wolves, or other predators every season of the year in the course of, when we walk in the forest. It's my job to protect you, so stay close to me, while we're looking for food, Adrien," Rose said.
"Okay, mom," Adrien said.
"You have a good boy, Rose," The red-eyed female-deer said as she walked past Rose, then stopped in front of Rose and looked at Adrien with a smile. Her belly was bigger, like Rose's stomach.
"Thank you. Adrien, this is my friend Tara, I've told you about before," Rose said as Adrien looked at Tara curiously. "Tara, how is the little one?"
"The little one is fine. I saw his dad recently," Tara said.
"Mom, why father-deer doesn't spend much time with his family?" Adrien asked thinking about his father.
Adrien had recently seen others, Adrien's age fawns their with the mothers of the fawns, but their deer's fawns fathers were rarely with their families.
"Well, usually some father-deer sees their family wandering around in the forest exercising, sharpening their antlers by rubbing their antlers against tree trunks, and then they explore the forest for safety. Some male-deer think, that the female-deer has to raise the fawns, so the male-deer rarely see their families, but some male-deer take care of the fawns, if their wives can't," Rose said. "It's your father's job to keep everything, the animals that live in our forest are safe, which is one of The Great Prince of the Forest's the prince's duties. But that doesn't mean, lest your dad doesn't love you. He was happy about your birth, and announced your birth to the other members of the deer-herd living in our forest at a meeting, but Joe was reportedly not seen at that meeting, but Joe claimed to have forgotten it, but I think Joe is still mad at your father, because your father scarred Joe's cheek a long time ago. Sometimes there is too much bitterness."
Rose had heard about it from Julius, when Julius had come to Rose's cave last night to see Rose shortly after, when Adrien had fallen asleep.
"Really?" Adrien asked curiously.
"Yes, Adrien," Rose said, and walked Adrien, and forward with Tara.
The leaves of the trees fell from the branches of the trees, and floated with the wind, before they floated to the surface of the water of a nearby river, slowly moving forward with the waves of the river.
