A woman was waiting in the corner, one night, as she was expecting a call. She was wearing a blue sleeveless shirt and denim pants.

"Asahi Sakurai… We should meet. Wait in the corner of 5th and Albright, and await my orders."

Asahi said, "I see. Who'd give me this message, at a time like this?"

The limo arrived, as a male voice said, "Get in." She stepped in, as she asked, "Yes, sir?"

She was given a new file, as a man in a suit said, "World Agency is on the cusp of greatness, now that AAW is dead. But now comes your first major mission… if you accept."

"I do, sir."

He leaned over, revealing to be a man in black hair and a beard. He said in a British accent, "So… Any Bad News to report, Miss Sakurai, Head of World Agency?"

It was Wade Barrett, former boss of AAW (after disbanding). Asahi said to Barrett, "No. None at all."

Barrett smirked, "Good. Then I believe it's time to fix this world… with a proper leader. Kazuto Iizuka says that he will not run for reelection. Find this person, and make them President. We found the perfect choice."

Asahi opened the dossier and said, "I never heard of her. You sure she's perfect?"

Wade Barrett chuckled, "Of course. From a rich family, too. Just make sure not to scare her away. Everything you need… is all there. We need a new President of Earth… or rather, this New World. She's his replacement."

Asahi looked at the file, and saw a photo of a girl in white hair.
This was The Gang's next target: Weiss Schnee.

The Gang – Superhero Rock Band, manned and helmed in New York. Manned by 9 members, they were once members of Alliance Across the World. During all this, they disbanded the faction, after name confusion. But all the while, they crossed paths with many a villain, from a twisted female robot with an obsessed stalker crush, and an ancient being powered by gems buried within the Japanese Volcano Mt. Fuji, to horrifying villains, including an undead zombie woman, hellbent on revenge on the man that killed her, a woman seeking pure endless despair, a serial killer (about as small as a child) wanting peace and quiet, a mafia boss who is actually a goddess, a psychotic ninja, a priest who's actually a woman, and worst of all – a vampire.

During their journeys, The Gang made newfound friends and allies, and even saved many countries and worlds, deep within the Moji Mikisa, a multiverse mixer created by a demon of unknown origin. Our heroes were able to purge the darkness, one-by-one, the forces of evil fell to their deadly and bizarre machinations. Until one day…

A psychotic priest named Ritsu Tainaka found a way to reach Heaven, something the late Enrico Pucci almost did, over a decade ago; and failed. Tainaka was able to unleash the beast known as the scourge of the Multiverse – Onigiri. Though, able to survive by the skin of their teeth, The Gang was able to stop the evil forces of Real Ninja and Stand Users within St. Dolphin Prison, only to realize that it was far too late. Onigiri had returned, and wrought doom and decadence into the worlds.

Soon, however, Steven Cooke was able to confront Onigiri, while the last surviving member of The Gang was able to purge the priest, once and for all, ending perhaps what would've been a massive reset to the universe. And then, in one epic showdown, Onigiri had won, but Steven Cooke's superior strength and power was no match for the iconist style of Hokuto Shinken, and its future successor, Steven Cooke. And in one mighty onslaught, The Man with the Heart Scar finally got his revenge on the one being known as "Onigiri".

Now, time had passed, and peace had been restored in this now-aptly dubbed "New World". And The Gang rebuilt their legacy, renaming their former faction as "World Agency". With The Gang finally back at full force, evil has finally been stopped… but not for long. Because something more sinister lurks within the shadows… as Onigiri is gone forever, but a new threat has emerged within the Multiverse, and The Gang is about to conquer perhaps their most difficult and nefarious mission ever, in their long history.

"That's great." A girl was riding the bus, as she was on a cellphone, "I know, I'm sorry you couldn't come. But I know you, Sis. It'll be great. Fighting crime, saving the world, jamming in sessions… Maybe I can teach my seniors a thing or two. No, I'm gonna be alright, Shiori. Just relax. And tell Mirai that I'll fend for myself. Once they introduce me to my new job, it'll be easy." She then asked, "Hm? The place? Oh… it's called…"

Outside the building of World Agency, Asahi Sakurai was with a girl with short blonde hair, as they were waiting by the entrance.

"Isn't this great, Miki? Today's the day we open doors for new talent." Asahi said to her, "And yes, we needed more employment, since The Agency is adding more clientele."

Miki Naoki said, "Yeah… Provided that they don't sink, after shoddy decisions."

"Miss Kane will be fine… I'll introduce you to her, someday."

"So, she was that woman that invigorated your idea to build this new agency?"

"Not really. But she gave me some much needed pep to stop Oka Kazamatsuri."

Meet Asahi Sakurai, former pop idol and leader of The Gang's newest firm – World Agency. World Agency opened its doors, after the end of Onigiri's evil grip on the AU Worlds, aka The New World, created by Homura Akemi (though, they do not know it's her doing).
Asahi was responsible for ending Euphoria, manned by Oka Kazamatsuri, a rogue female ninja that went psychotic. Her whereabouts are unknown, but The Gang believes she's dead.

Asahi was prepared, as she waited. Miki asked, "Why are you standing out here, anyway?"

"I'm waiting for the newest employees!"

"What kind?"

"Temps."

A bus arrived, as a girl in a white shirt and blue skirt appeared. She has long red hair done in pigtails. She stepped out, and she said, "Are you World Agency?"

Asahi said, "Uh, yes… This is World Agency."

She bowed and said, "Good day. My name is Riho. As of today, I wish to serve you and your fellow employees, only for part-time services, since I'm still in high school." She smiled, "I know the school year doesn't start until next month, but I gotta blow off some of my Summer Activities."

Asahi and Miki were confused, as Asahi said, "Uhhh… Okay?" She smiled, "Miss Riho, I'm Asahi Sakurai, the leader of World Agency. And this is Miki Naoki, a C-Squad Agent."

This is Miki Naoki, an agent of World Agency and one of the newest members. She used to be a villain, when she was brainwashed by the vampire, MIO. Miki currently works in Casa de Munecas, outside W.A. Hours. Before all this, she was one of four high school students, trapped in a school building, during a zombie attack.

Asahi asked, "How about we walk and talk? I'll show you around."

They walked together, as Miki was worried, "I'm not liking this girl… Who is she?"

The doors closed, as the bus drove off.

Episode 1 Chapter 1: Meet Riho!

"So, everything is all up to code. This is where we handle all our activities, including band practice and sparring." Asahi said, showing Riho around the office, "And as you see here, we're all packed with so many people, but it's just us and outsiders."

Riho asked, "Outsiders?"

Miki said, "Some of us are not in The Gang. We even have outside helpers."

Asahi said, "Okay… but I warn you…" She went to the elevator, and said, "It tends to get wild."

They stepped in, as they rode the elevator up.

Kim whined, "Jason!" A boy in dark hair said, wearing an orange and blue shirt and jeans, "Nah, hang on. Kim, he's right. He knows what he's doing. But Jace Be not allowed to use weapons. Yet."

January said, "That's not always true. Don't believe anything in movies or TV."

Mundy said, "Besides, you don't discriminate the LGBT World, January."

"Of course not! March and Feb used to date, but it was the drugs that got them. I'm clean-living, and I'm one of April's faves."

Kim said, "About what I said… I need to know more about all of your lifestyles, before I can confirm."

January glared, "How long were you in jail?"

"How can you tell?" A woman in red hair, with a side ponytail, responded.

"Well, it's this way… We're open for business, and we're getting cheaper jobs, for weeks."

"Who cares?" Mizuki barked, "Malory was grubby and greedy. I'm glad she retired. Besides, learned her lesson about the Mech-Sisters scandal, trying to take over AAW, all for money."

Cassandra nodded, "Indeed. Here's hoping I never act like that."

Two people were sparring. One was a huge male with brown hair and a beard, while another was a woman with long blonde hair with a dyed blue patch on her left side. She landed a swift right kick, but he blocked the attack. "Too slow."

"Times changed. Now, I fight for more exercise."

"Yeah, right."

She landed a right, but he ducked. He said, "Face facts!"

They continued to spar, until they were tired.

They walked off, as they saw Mizuki and Cassandra head off. Mizuki said, "Ah, hey there."

Peter smirked, "Hey, babe." Farra stated, "Why aren't you training?"

Cassandra said, "We are. Just needed some maintenance for Mizuki. Besides, we have gotten stronger, since last time."

He said, "One hopes. But our job's never done."

They walked together, meeting with the rest of the team.

They arrived at the main office, as Asahi was waiting, "So, you guys are finished, eh?"

Mizuki bowed, "Apologies. But I was in need of repairs."

Peter said, "Sparring." Farra added, "Same."

Cassandra bowed, "I was with Mizuki."

Asahi pouted, "You guys need to have your schedules fixed." Miki said, "Wow… She's strict."

Mundy asked, "OI, love. What's all this then?"

Asahi said, "Everyone's here, so… I want all of you to pay attention. We're expanding our faction, to welcome a new recruit. Only, she'll visit us for the summer."

Riho appeared, and The Gang was in shock and awe. Riho bowed and said, "Good day, The Gang. It's such an honor. My name's Riho."

Asahi said, "Miss Riho here will be our part-time recruit. Once she graduates high school, she's more than welcome to join us as a permanent recruit."

Peter sighed, "Just what we needed…. More girls."

Farra stated, "Well, we have plenty of boys here. Still…"

Jace added, "Plus, she's wicked hot." Kim nudged her elbow at his side, and he sobbed, "Ugh! Sorry, babe…" Kim huffed, "Hmph!"

January stared at her, "Riho? She looks familiar."

Mundy said, "Welcome aboard, Riho. Name's Mundy, but me real name's Oscar." He offered her a handshake, and Riho said, "Thank you. But I won't stay too long, on account that I haven't much time to waste. Miss Sakurai, perhaps it'd be better if I show off my abilities on the field?"

Asahi said, "I don't see why not."

Farra asked, "Well, how about NO, because I have two questions. ONE: I don't like a showoff."

"Not a question." Asahi barked.

Farra added, "And TWO: … … … Where's Steven?"

They all paused, as Asahi asked, "Hm? Steven Cooke's not here? Oh, right… He's on assignment." She paused and whimpered, "Oops… What if he–?"

Farra roared, "STUPID! WHY DID YOU SENT HIM THERE?"

Cassandra pleaded, "He might never return! He's our leader!"

Peter huffed, "Albeit, you lead this company. He's field agent leader."

Asahi responded, "My apologies… I'll do what I can to find him. Only, it's tough to say where he is now. Don't worry, guys. The mission I sent him to is super hard, and he's in God Tier."

Jace snuffed, "Hmph! Tiers are for queers."

Asahi said to him, "Regardless, he's our #1 agent. The 11 of us work together, since the Florida trip. Asahi Sakurai's no slouch! I may be leader, but someone has to whip ourselves into shape."

Miki asked, "Where exactly is he?"

They were at her office, as she was viewing the monitor. Asahi said, "Central City. Long ago, there was a zombie attack, but was cured by us. Now, it's peaceful, until danger came along. From what we learn, remnants of our past enemies have reemerged. DNC, Honnouji Forces, Adult Party, etc. Steven Cooke is known to mop out hordes of them in one blow."

Kim said, "Like Luffy?"

"Sort of." Asahi said, "Anyways, these remnant–, *shudder* Pardon. Remnants of these evil factions have joined together for one invasion. And from my retrospective, the horde is slowly diminishing."

Riho asked, "All that from one person?"

Farra stated, "That's typical for Steven Cooke. Always the hero. He usually brags, but sometimes I wanna throttle his neck!" She grinned, "Of course, he'll hear from me with these hands!" She said to Riho, "Kidding. I don't do that anymore. Times have changed."

"OW!" She punched Jace in the arm, "Of course, this guy's soft."

Jace cried, "What'd I ever do to you?"

Kim sobbed, "Leave him alone. He went through hell!"

Asahi shouted, "FOCUS!" She said, "I need volunteers to head to Central City. Since most of us are powerful, some of you will stay and watch Riho. I know she's new to the line of work, but we're going to give her every bit of experience we can. Everyone prep up, expect for Peter & Farra. I'd like to have a word with them, alone."

Peter & Farra stayed, as the others left. He asked, "Okay? What's up?"

Asahi showed them the dossier, "Keep this to yourself, until Steven Cooke returns. It's about Kazuto."

Farra said, "We know him. He's President of Earth. The best than Joe Biden." She added, "What? I didn't vote for Trump. At all!"

Asahi explained, "Not anymore. Kazuto Iizuka's done. He won't run for reelection."

Farra asked, "WHAT? Why?"

Asahi said, "He's bored, I believe? Anyways, Wade Barrett came to me and offered me a job to recruit this woman to Earth's White House. When I said Remnant, I was… well… skeptical."

She placed the dossier down and said, "I know what Enrico Pucci did was horrible, but the New World, it needs a proper leader. And many worlds fused because of him."

While Homura Akemi created the Moji Mikisa, The Gang still believes Enrico Pucci, a priest from 2011, was the cause of all this. After all, he unleashed his Stand, Made in Heaven, and created a new universe. Only the Priest was used as a puppet.

Peter asked, "Weiss Schnee… Never heard of her. What is she like?"

"Ex-heiress to Schnee Dust Company in Atlas. The company went out of business, after a freak flash flood that destroyed the land. No survivors. And I mean it literally – There was no one around in the flood."

Farra smirked, "Total evacuation. Nice." She asked, "So, how's Princess going to be our President? Anything she can do that Iizuka can't?"

Asahi said, "Read it."

She read the files, and she was stunned. Peter read on and said, "Amazing… So, from what I read, Schnee's actually–."

"SHE'S A FUCKING HUNTRESS?!" Farra yelled. Asahi shushed her, "DUDE! Indoor voice!"

Peter barked, "Yeah, Farra! Besides, this isn't Archer's building, you know!"

Farra complained, "A Huntress?! She's a Huntress from another world? It says here she's from Remnant. But there's no Remnant in our New World."

Asahi said, "That's what I thought. But Mr. Barrett told me more about it. As of now, Miss Schnee is in refuge, in a country called Vacuo."

"Vaccum-Yo?" Peter asked, "The hell does that mean?"

"Well, let's just move on. As soon as Steven Cooke is recovered, we'll plan out how to recruit Miss Schnee into our Earth Presidency ranks. After all, we did help Kazuto Iizuka become President, and stopped Helen Barksdale from terrorizing the free planet."

"I did it…" Farra barked. "You losers weren't even around, during his time."

"She's got a point." Peter explained, "But how are we to convince Weiss Schnee to run for office?"

Asahi stated, "We have time. And we only have one year before Earth Elections. We do Central City first, then we locate Schnee. But as I said, we'll need everyone on this. Including Steven Cooke… wherever he is…"

Peter & Farra nodded in agreement.

The others were showing Riho to their training grounds, in the lower levels. It was a huge training field.

Kim smiled, "You're gonna love this. This was made to have a full roomy experience."

Cassandra said, "This used to be a gym, but we still play basketball."

Riho blushed, "OOOOH! I love basketball! I was a star of my school's basketball team, after my upgrades. So, what do you do for training?"

"Spar and such." January said, "We also have a shooting range, for myself, Mundy, and the high ranking officers." Mundy added, "Of course, only January and I use guns. Everyone else, they only use their skills."

Kim thought, "Wait… Upgrades?"

Jason smiled, "I'm curious to know Miss Riho's skills, as well."

Miki said, "That can be arranged. Can Riho spar with any of us?"

Mizuki said, "Well, Cassie and I are tired out, after repairs. Plus, Peter & Farra did a little training. Okay, Riho. Who do you want to spar with?"

Riho looked at them, as she analyzed. She said, "I'll go with your weakest. After all, to experience your training regime, work your way up. I choose you." She pointed at Kim.

Kim said, "I'm new here, but–."

"That's okay, Kim Cheonsa." Riho bowed.

Kim gasped, "Wait… How did you even know my name?" The others were startled. Riho responded to her, "I happen to know you guys. Not just in the news, but in person." She pointed at each of them, "I already know Miki Naoki, but also… January Marciano… Oscar Gooden… Mizuki Takase… Jason Brighton… Cassandra Martinez… and Kim Cheonsa."

Mundy whispered, "Wow… She's amazing…"

Mizuki scanned her and whispered, "No…" She thought, "She's a…"

Kim bowed and said, "Well, I did admire your uncanny presence, but no one calls me weak!" She stated, "My accomplishments are small, but I saved the multiverse." She added, "And with Steven."

Riho prepared to fight, "Yeah? How did you survive the hell of Prison Life? It must be rather tough."

"I was pardoned. Plus, my father cared, because what he did was wrong. That's why he left his seat in the National Diet. But I still love him, more than my friends. So, don't you dare call me weak!"

Riho & Kim stared, and then they exchanged punches. They blocked all their attacks, as Riho cried, "Amazing. I never knew you were this violent."

Kim sobbed, "I'm not." She shoved her away, and she materialized a weapon. It was a Bo Staff. "But I'm not good at hand-to-hand combat." She whispered, "Someone taught me to fight for my friends… and I have that." She swung her staff and said, "So now… I'm going to prove myself!"

Riho dodged her attack and said, "Impressive. Looks like I got a trick of my own." She held up a light sword, and she responded, "Equipped with blade, we are evenly matched."

Kim growled, "Damn! She's got a plasma sword!"

January gasped, "Whoa! Futuristic weaponry!"

Miki gasped, "Wait a minute…"

Jason cheered, "Kick her ass, Kim!"

Kim swung hard. Riho avoided the strike, and slashed down on Kim. She blocked the attack, and spun her staff around. She landed a jab to the chest, but Riho avoided it. She flipped back, and she smiled, "This is such fun." Kim roared, "HOLD STILL!"

They continued, as Mundy was stunned, "Holy… Her body's flexible. Like she can avoid attacks."

Cassandra was impressed, as she remarked, "This girl is amazing."

Mizuki was shocked. "Aren't we missing the point here?"

Riho and Kim clashed, as Kim smirked, "Not bad… for a rookie."
Riho added, "Look who's talking."

They broke out, as sparks flew. Kim panted, and Riho held herself. Mizuki called, "That's enough, ladies!"

Miki smiled, "Riho, that's amazing! You really had some offense."

Riho blushed, "Oh, stop. I am not that experienced."

Mizuki asked, "Uh, may I ask you one thing?"

Riho smiled, "Sure. Go ahead."

She, Mundy, Kim, and January asked her, "Are you… an android?"

Riho answered, "Yes."

They were shocked, except for Cassandra, "Thought so." She smiled, "You're an android. And I believe that you'll make a great edition. I'm an android, too."

Mundy said, "Apparently, she's not wrong." January said, "And yes, so am I."

Riho asked, "Nobody asked you. But I get it. Some of you are robots, right? I am honored to team with you, even ex-criminals."

January, Jason, & Kim pouted, "Thanks…"

Riho responded, "At least you guys aren't what some people say… Discriminating us Androids."

Mizuki pleaded, "We're not, I can confirm. We're all equal."

Mundy added, "We, uh… sometimes have issues to one another."

Jason said, "And we still work as a team."

Riho smiled, "Yeah? Well, I'm happy to learn about you guys, once I graduate. Once I do, I wanna work full-time."

Kim asked, "One question… How can an android be on a basketball team?"

Riho said, "Well, when I was first made, I had no strength, so I didn't participate in any clubs. So, Mirai added a Strength Inhibitor to my circuitry. Now, I can compete in sports. Basketball's my one true love."

Miki said, "I see… So, you started out as weak, until the company that made you upgraded you."

Kim replied, "No wonder she mentioned upgrades. And you choose me, because…"

Riho said, "I'm still new to this line of work, but I want to work my way up, and maybe meet the strongest of all of you. But today, it's proven… I still need work, to surpass you, Kim Cheonsa. You're excellent in combat skills, and–."

Jason laughed, "In other words, you admit defeat! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! What a loser!"

Kim whined, "Jason, don't be so mean!" Mizuki barked, "Yeah, Jace! Don't forget, you're new here, too!"

January and Miki raised their hands and said, "As do us…"

January & Miki have had more experience than Jason & Kim.

Kim said to Riho, "If you ever want a rematch, let me know. I'm still learning, but I have a chance to redeem myself, since I was in prison."

Riho smiled, "Thanks."

Mundy then said, "And out of all the sparring sessions with Kim, this android beaut's the only one who's ever lost."

Kim sparred with The Gang and her fellow World Agency allies, and lost every single time.

That afternoon, Cassandra, Mundy, Jason, & Kim were heading to Central City, in Mundy's truck. Asahi said to the others, "While they're gone, retrieving Steven, I want to let you know, before we brief you, our friend–." She got a phone call and said, "Hello? Who's this?"

Her eyes widened, and she cried, "No… … … Where are you?"

Peter asked, "What's wrong?"

The others were shocked, as Riho was worried, "Did something happen?" She asked, "Is this Steven Cooke?"

Asahi nodded, "Yes. Now, shut up!" She cried, "What the hell's wrong with you? WHERE ARE YOU AT? We were all worried about you!" She paused and said, "No… Okay, we'll be right over!"

Farra was stunned, "Steven…"

Miki asked, "Is he in trouble?"

Asahi said, "I don't know. But Mundy took the jeep, so that means…"

Peter said, "We know. And we have enough room for all of us."

Asahi ordered, "I'll take Miki, Riho, & January to my truck. The rest of you, take the BattleVan!"

Peter, Farra, & Mizuki said, "Right!"

Asahi cried, "Now… WORLD AGENCY! LET'S GO!" They dashed off, as Asahi said, "Sorry, the line needs work."

Farra called, "Stick to the original phrase."

Mundy was driving, as Kim got the call from Asahi. She said, "Guys, Steven Cooke's there. And I think he's in trouble."

Mundy said, "Not a moment to lose! Central City, here we come!"

All three vehicles headed to Central City. Mundy's jeep is a 4x4 green and orange jeep, Asahi's truck is a two-seated pickup truck, with the back seats on the end, and the BattleVan is a huge modified Transporter Van, which doubles as The Gang's tour van.

Asahi winked at the 4th wall, "It's also a flying machine." Mizuki barked, "HEY! I'm driving it!"

As World Agency heads off, what of Steven Cooke?

At Central City, bodies were strewn everywhere. A man in a red shirt and pants was in the middle of the street. He had brown hair, and also had a faint scar on his chest, in the shape of a heart. He looked around and said, "Alright… Who's next?"

Steven said, as he called out, "I know your remnants of the injustice are after me, but why should I care, because you wanted to end me? I'm not at fault here…"

"Naturally…" a woman in black hair said, wearing a black outfit and an eyepatch. She hovered down, as a few of her minions were burned alive. "Besides… I wanted to see the man… that ended the nightmare."

"And you only watched… just to step in, after Onigiri kicked, didn't you?"

"Yes. Besides, I'd love to see this world burn… but under my jurisdiction."

He glared, as he cracked his knuckles, "Very well. Steven Cooke was supposed to meet with his friends. But I'll give you a chance to walk away from the Divine Justice that I will unleash. Injustice falls to you… Cinder Fall!"
