"Yes, let's clear the way for the first one," Mina launches fireballs to blast away the monster bees. One of them lunges out of the trees to aim for Sonic's head but he ducks and kicks the bee into a tree.
Sonic uses a chain of Homing Attacks to clear out a group of mutant bees. Mina leaps on top of a bee and slams her foot onto its head sending it crashing onto the ground. Suddenly huge mutant beetles appear to ram into them as they weave and dodge their charges.
"Spike," Mina transforms into a pink spiky ball to perform a Spin Dash along with Sonic cutting down incoming dark beetles turning them into piles of gore.
They managed to arrive at the first dark tower as Mina lobs a fireball for her Hyper-go-on energy cancels out the dark magic and makes the tower explodes.
"One down and three more to go," Mina said as they speed through the rainforest for they are swarmed by bees and beetles. Sonic and Mina use a Double Boost to ram through the hordes of enemies to kill them off with them reaching the second tower.
Mina destroys the second tower to head off but gets caught in a sticky web. "Oh no," Sonic said as a bunch of large spiders begin to appear wanting to eat them. More Mutant Boars started to appear as they tackle Mina to knock her into a tree.
