"Aren't you going to open it?" Tikki's voice rose with excitement as Marinette set the mystery package on the table.
"I thought you were the patient Kwami, Tikki," Adrien asked, as Marinette poured hot chocolate into mugs. "I usually am, but there's a delicious smell coming from the box!"
"Okay, okay, I'm here," Marinette slid the cup of cocoa to Adrien, then sat down on her stool, pulling the package towards her. "To Marinette and Adrien, from your friends in the USA," she read on the package.
Carefully, she opened it and shook out the contents. "Candy!" Tikki cried. "Its American candy!"
"I recognize these," Adrien pointed to some Reese's and Hersey bars. "but what's the striped candy that looks like corn?" Marinette gazed a list in the box. "I think its candy corn. Here, let's all try a piece."
Marinette and Adrien weren't fans, but Tikki was one happy Kwami as she sat with the candy between her hands. "You kinda look like squirrel," Adrien joked, and Marinette grabbed his arm. "Ooh, what a good costume that would make!"
"You'll never dress me as a squirrel!" Plagg flew out of wherever he had been napping. "I'm Count Dracula!" "Oh, and did he eat cheese?" Adrien asked. "I'm sure he did, and Leo's throwing a special party for us Kwami's!"
"He's so nice," Marinette looked at Adrien. "We need to think of a awesome Christmas gift for him when the time comes." "Maybe you should give him some candy corn," Tikki suggested.
Marinette smiled. "Maybe, little one. Though I have a feeling the candy corn won't last till Christmas, gift or not!"
