Ham-Ham Hamish
Summary: It was probably the fact that he killed a Princess which lead him here. (Part of the Meadow Woods series.)
He ran as fast as he could running up the hill and over the fallen trees. He ran and ran until he couldn't run anymore and then he paused and stopped at the sight. His father was there and he knew in his heart he had ran no father because the man he once saw as his father was there, standing tall and frowning at the sight off him. Armed with a rifle and three hounds standing beside him with seven men beside him and Ham-Ham took a turn down the track and ran the other way running as fast as possible.
He was doom.
He was in trouble because this is the last thing he needed to have his father hurting him down and hating him for a crime he didn't commit. Granted, he didn't help stop it much less moan over it, so in a sick twister sense he did cause this as well. Which, is why he fled as fast as possible as much as his legs could carry him and his age much less his height he couldn't out run them for long and soon found himself nearly falling into the river before him. He was able to stop himself and paused before taking a duck into the murky waters before him. Something was off outside of the obvious and then an idea occurred to him. And, he could explain to his father why he killed the woman who had done nothing, but raised him. Maybe he could explain to his sins and get out of here with freedom and his life.
The sound of soaring water rushed under behind him. Gulping down his fear he turned his head to face the man who had done nothing, but shelter and feed him and let he found himself frowning at the sight of the man before him.
"Boy, you've done it now," said his father.
He didn't feel as if he had done a lot of things. He helped killed his mother and he did't like that ida which haunted him and made a twist in his gut.
"Now, come back home. So, we can explain this situation and save yar before the cops get to yar," said his father, but the boy didn't respond to fearful to scared to answer back, to scared to move.
"I know yar didn't mean to boy.
His father wasn't lying. He really didn't mean to do it, than again he didn't do it i the first place he was just as shock when that huntress placed that device on the wall just as shock and just as saddened as his father looked.
"I didn't kill them."
"One of them isn't dead boy," said the father.
"Is it mum?"he hoped and the father shook his head.
"Nay, boy it isn't mum," said the father.
Maybe it was fear that stopped the boy from crying, but either way he did not shed a tear making the strangers around the pair take this as a suspicious messages.
"It's her though. She's alive. Instead of mum," hissed out Ham-Ham.
"The kid alive boy not my wife and yar alive as well," said the father. "I lost something, but I don't want to lose yar as will."
"But father I didn't do it."
"Over there I heard speaking," said a hunter as his horse went neigh.
"Ted we've got to go their hunters man. They'll kill us, you and the boy if we stay here anymore."
"The lad right boy come on."
Ham-Ham nodded his head and dashed after his father, following after the man he ran down the hill and into the city.
