12. Chapter 12

Authors disclaimer: I do not own One piece. Hey everyone sorry for the long update, as you already know that summer is deifnitely not my best season to write and get updates going. But now that fall is here and everything had cooled down now, I can get mor eupdates going and writing now. I will be focusing on this story for awhile, on the account how close I am of getting Luffy and the gang to Logue port town. As all I have left now is the Baratie to do and having Sanji join the crew.

Also no worries Nesumi will get whats coming to him in the next chater. Along with showing who will become part of Luffy's crew as well- so hope you all have fun and enjoy, and yes there is foreshadowing to happen in the future. As the person who requested th8is stor y and planning with me, is going to m ake the Baratie quite a huge fight to happen...but I will still double check with them, considering there is Don Krieg and Mihawk who appears in that episode and chapter.

Anyway, hope you all enjoy and have fun reading. Also yes, Fanfiction is purposely not keeping my index or bold letters when I copy and paste from google docs. So now, you have to do it on their website instead...and I am not doing that considering how many pages I write for these chapters.

Chapter 12: The Debt is repaid!

It is the middle of the night after leaving Usopp's island and home. Where we see the Straw hat pirates resting about and sleeping on the ship's deck. Usopp on the crow's nest, snoozing away on a beach chair with a snot bubble blowing in and out of his nose as he muttered and talked in his sleep.

Kuina is near the quarters of the ship, leaning against the wall with both arms crossed and snoozing up against the wall. Using the tip of her sword's scabbard to keep her upright. White above her is where Bellemere is sleeping, both arms crossed on top of the flat part of the steering wheel of the ship's controls, the Going Merry. As for Luffy, he can be seen on the Going merry's bow of the ship, resting on top of the goat's head and snoozing loudly and having his mouth wide open as he also had his straw hat covering half his face.

The fight with Captain Kuros was one that took a lot out of everyone, especially the stress behind keeping them from entering the city and rampaging inside the city too. Though Luffy, who was sleeping suddenly jerks awake as he hears distant sounds of, "Blip, b;ip, blip, blip, blip", from behind him.

Causing him to sit up and gently place the straw hat on his head and then look over his shoulder. The ringing of the transponder snail could be heard echoing in the soft night sky and seas. He let out a yawn and stood up carefully on the goat head, while slipping slightly against it when he reached the neck and hopped onto the deck. He rubbed his eyes trying to decipher where the noise was coming from. He lifted his head upwards to where Usopp was and saw the teen rolling onto his front and raising his butt in the air.

"Great Usopp doesn't need…to pay the food bill, he's the greatest captain…" Snored out the frizzled hair teen, making Luffy to tiredly smile and then look ahead of him to where Kuina and Bellemere will be. He then blinked his eyes and squinted them when he took note that the sound of the transponder snail was coming from bellemere? He let out another yawn and quickly threw his right arm forward and grabbed the edge of the railings and pulled himself towards the steering wheel and Bellemere- softly landing on top of the rail bars gently, then quietly placed both feet onto the floor and sat on the railing.

Luffy then hummed and spotted the transponder snail that's in Bellemere's right shirt pocket above her right breast. He got off the rail and approached over to the mother slash ex marine, to then move his hand forward gently and quietly as possible. Grabbing the transponder snail with his finger tips, brushing his palm lightly against Bellemere's boob, making her let out a soft sigh and turn her head as Luffy quickly yoinks the snail out and then looks at it.

He let out a curious hum and saw how it looked like a Fishman transponder snail? He heard it go off again, making him let youtube a soft eep and covers the snail so it wouldn't wake up Bellemere or Kuina below- as he then quickly threw his free arm towards the mast of the ship and pulled himself away from the steering wheel and onto the main deck, to then flew over onto the bow of the ship. Once there and landing with a soft tap of his sandal feet, Luffy stood upright and hummed softly as he turned his head over his shoulder again, then letting out a soft sigh seeing nobody woken up from it.

He then faced the snail and raised it up, taking note of its design and how it looked like an octopus shaped snail. It went off again and this time Luffy decided to go ahead and answer. He gently grabbed the shell and pulled it off from the snail, bringing the receiver up to his ears and saying. "Hello? Who is calling this early in the morning?" Luffy asked tiredly and let out a soft yawn.

Then a female voice came through making Luffy pause mid-yawn and blink his black eyes, "Wait…Who is this? Who's speaking and where's Bellemere?" The soft and frantic female voice said. Making Luffy pause and then feeling his brain clicking of who exactly this is and who it was that knows Bellemere's name, it must've been Nami!

"Oh, you must be Nami- Bellemere told us a lot about you and your sister Norjiko!" Luffy said with a big smile. Hearing the girl on the other end letting out a low huh, "Ah forgive me." Luffy then chuckled. "Name's Monkey D. Luffy, Captain of the Straw hats! Nice to finally hear you Nami!" He happily said with a chortle tone, having the girl on the other line tilt her head and stared down at the snail she was using to communicate.

The orange-haired girl then widens her eyes recalling the name and who Bellemere mentioned back on the island where Buggy Pirates had taken hostage and such. Making her look at her notes and papers of the details Bellemere gave of the boy's description, along with him being a rubberman. "Wait, Luffy? As in the Luffy who helped her fight off the Buggy Pirates that Luffy?!" She exclaimed softly and heard the boy chuckling on the other end.

"Yup! The one and only!" He said and then softened his voice and clasped a hand against his mouth, trying hard not to wake up his crew. "Eheh sorry, trying hard not to wake up my crew and Bellemere." He said and then snicker. "We've been quite tired and exhausted from fighting against Kuro and the Cat Pirates- from invading a city that belongs to our newest crew member Usopp." He informs Nami, as the girl widens her eyes and nearly lets out a gasp as she then says.

"Wait, you guys fought Kuros and the cat pirates?! I heard that they were the deadliest and most dangerous sea pirates of the East blue!" She exclaimed and held the transponder snail closer to her mouth. "How…how did you all beat them?! Not even Bellemere at the time would've fought them or faced them head on!"

Luffy hummed and chuckled, "Well Bellemere only knows about them from rumors and reports. She never actually fought them," Luffy said, not being rude about correcting Nami- but he figured he knew what the girl meant. "But yeah we defeated them and won. It got really annoying trying to keep up with Kuros speed however- but everything else went and worked smoothly. Especially Kaya who helped us out at the time, along withUsopp."

"Amazing…" Nami trailed off and blink her eyes. "Can you…you tell me how it went?" Nami asked and stared towards the map inside the room she's locked in and force to making navigation maps and routes for the Arlong pirates. Trying to pinpoint where Luffy ship is currently, "actually you said you came from Syrup island right?" She asked and approach the map.

Luffy let out a low whistle as he didn't know Nami was that perspective. "Yeah we did, we're heading semi-south-east right now. Why?" He asked curious if she has an idea where they are going and such. "I know Bellemere knows the location of your home island. So we should be heading there right now?"

Nami softly walks over to the large map on the wall, while then grabbing a marker and circling around Syrup island- then tracing a line of the direction Luffy mentioned and nodding and biting her lower lip. "Luffy, can you turn the wheel about 2 kilometers towards the west, aka left direction. You guys are a little off course."

"2 kilometers to the west got it." He replied and quickly threw his arm over towards the steering wheel, lightly grabbing one of the handles and began turning the wheel in the direction Nami had said. "Anywhere else?" He asked through the transponder snail, feeling the Going merry turning slowly in the directions.

"Probably a few more turns should do it." She replied back, having Luffy nodding his head and turning the wheel once more fully and saw the goat head facing in the direction Nami stated. "Is the bow of the ship facing towards the western star?" Nami asked and had Luffy looking upwards and then turn his head behind his shoulder.

"Yeah I see the north stare on my right, right now." He said and heard the girl letting out a good in confirmation. "How did you know I was facing the western star?" He asked with a curious smile letting a few fingers go off the handle bar, but then using two fingers to walk over towards the locking mechanism of the wheel and clicked it onto the wheel, so it would stay steady and head in the direction and pulled his arm back to himself.

"Arlong has me navigating a lot for his pirate crew…nothing but a nasty pirate if you ask me. Causing trouble and danger wherever he goes." Nami stated softly and clutched her fingers against the table's edge. "I've been locked up in this room for so long…for so many years- doing nothing but navigating his pirate crew and being forced to sail with him to cause more havoc across the east blue…" She growled lightly, having Luffy to soften his expression.

Nami though shook her head, "but…I wouldn't say it is all bad…Hacchin has been taking good care of me. Making sure I am fed and well cared for, for Bellemere's sake." Nami said sftly and gently sniffled, "sorry."

"It's alright, Bellemre told us a lot of the pain and suffering you're all having. So it's okay to let out a few tears." Luffy said softly and flick a finger against his straw hat, seeing the morning sun beginning to break the horizon. Having him smile and gently raise an arm over his forehead to shield his eyes for a moment and then turn away from the sun as the diamond sparkles of the sea water glisten in the rising sun. "Honestly and I know I shouldn't say this, but all pirates behave that way and can't really control how their behavior is and such." Luffy stated and gently scratch his chin.

"Sure I shouldn't really say that since I am a pirate too- but." He then heard Nami sigh and hearing the slight despair…but also giggled from the girl, as Bellemere had told her this before.

"The choice of being free and doing things their own way. I know, I know…we can't pick and choose how people react or behave in the world. We just sometime have to work around it and figure out the best cause." Nami said and then gently faces away from the map of the wall and gently rests herself against the edge of the table. PRessing her tight small yellow shorts against the edge, while crossing one arm across her short pink shirt that is exposing her navel and stomach. "Bellemere has been telling me stories about you and Kuina's adventures recently. So I…kind of have an idea how you all behave."

Namie then hummed and faced the window, "So about that story of how you guys defeated Captain Kuro and his pirate crew?" She asked and smiled when Luffy let out a small chuckle and softly said he almost forgot.

"Sure! Let's see how I should begin? Well then," Luffy chuckled out and began moving over to the Going merry's goat head and sat down crossed leg and everything and began telling Nami everything that had transpired on the island. How they first met up with Usopp and Kaya, a rich girl who lives in a huge mansion and part of this family business who's family is really kind and generous- always looking out to help people and aid them in their cause and such. Then explaining and saying how Kaya, after an incident with her family who tragically passed away and such was bedridden and had build up an illness that caused her to be bed ridden from all the stress and turmoil of losing her family.

Then went on and said how Usopp, who Luffy himself knew Usopp's Father because of Shanks the red hair pirate group. Which had Nami widening her eyes and gasping from Luffy saying that, nearly asking how he knew that infamous Pirate? Laughing and giggling when Luffy went on and told him how Shanks at the time, would spend a lot on his own home island-spending time at the bar and hanging out with him and his friend who watches over him who runs the bar. Laughing and snickering with Nami, as he told her of Shanks antics and such along with his pirate crew and how goofy and silly they could be, but also cool and brave as well.

Even quickly and briefly told Nami how he got his devil fruit powers as…he embarrassingly snicker and chuckled softly hearing Nami snorting as she said. "Well, I kind of threw a tantrum and got mad at him, for letting these bandits ridicule him and such. That I uhh…" then look away sheepishly from the snail, who is also trying it's best not to laugh. "Accidentally grabbed his devil fruit he kept inside a chest and ate it. Give me the gum-gum powers." He then blanched and stuck his tongue out. "Trust me, Devil fruit does not taste good whatsoever- I would advise not eating them."

"I know, they also curse you and make you unable to swim at all in all sorts of water and such." Nami paused and looked to the side. "Actually, is it all water or just salt water?" Nami asked and then heard Luffy softly groan and then gently pinch the bridge of his nose, having Nami to hum and hear him saying.

"It's all water…not just seawater. I should know I um…stupidly tried swimming in a lake, thinking that it wouldn't bother me since it wasn't sea water. But…err yeah, not recommended." He laughed and had Nami snickering on the other end and open her eyes. "Anyway, so after we met up with Kaya and learned of Kuros identity from her butler. We went ahead and devised a plan with Usopp and Kaya of how we could handle and take on the pirate gang." He resumed telling the story and went into much detail he could have the battle and fight with everyone.

Having Nami asking certain questions here and there during his stories, to even asking how Bellemere did and if she was alright and doing okay in the battle. Letting soft breathes when she heard Luffy, saying how Bellemere did great and nearly burst into laughter when Luffy exclaimed. "We even did a combo attack, where she wanted to use a machine gun onto my body and have the bullets go flying at the Pirates that were trying to climb up a hill!" Luffy snickered and laughed, "Granted, I still don't like bullets hitting me but it was cool to see those bullets go flying at the pirates and take out a good chunk of them."

"What about the Hypnotis? You said he was chasing Kaya into the forest earlier and such?" Nami asked and listened to Luffy humming in confirmation and went into detail of how Bellemere, Usopp and Kaya despite her fever returning and her body starting to burn up and such. Quickly devised a plan to stop him and allowed both Usopp and Bellemere to disarm the man of his chakram weapons, to then Kaya knocking him out with a finishing blow and practically saving herself. "Oh wow…that's, that's incredible and she did this while she was still ill?!" Nami exclaimed.

"Yup, it was awesome how she came up with the plan at that moment too. All the while me and Kuina were dealing with Kuros and his Cat burglar brothers." Luffy said and then heard the seagulls cawing above him and having him lift his head up. "Ah Seagulls! That means we're almost arriving on the island!" He said and faced forward and could see in the far distance of the island.

"Luffy…" Nami suddenly said and was above a whisper, having him shift his eyes at the snail. "...did you really helped Bellemere get treasure and such to…to pay off Arlongs debt?" Nami asked with a shaky tone in her voice, now gripping and holding the receiver of the transponder snail tightly and feeling her heart racing as she waited for him to reply. "If so…what if, what if Arlong doesn't take it- or worse…raise the price even more." She said with a trembling voice.

This had Luffy humming and stared at the transponder snail receiver for a brief moment. As he knows what he said about how they can't really control pirates and their behavior- can also see where Nami is coming from. And considering Bellemere told him, Kuina and Usopp- who needed to be caught up on the situation. About the Arlong Pirates?

The man is quite known to never keep his word or likes to make excuses to jack the price up whenever Bellemere goes out and searches for treasure, while coming back and ready to repay the debt. Only for Arlong to raise it up because how slow Bellemere was of repaying the debt on a strict schedule. "...What day is it?" Luffy suddenly asked, hoping to thanks to him and Kuina, they had somehow managed to shorten the time that the debt is needed to be repaid.

Nami hummed and looked around for a calendar, "Uhh give me a sec. I have maps everywhere." She responded back and Luffy, who could hear her moving and such laughed softly and chuckled. Hearing the girl letting out low cussing, "Fuck, shit- why did I not tidy up this room!" she muttered under her breath getting Luffy to shake his head and then smiled when he felt Kuina approaching behind him. Looking confused with her blue eyes, Luffy turns to her, whispering out how it's Nami he is speaking too. Having Kuina to lift her head in awe and then lean close to listen in on what's happening on the other end.

"Dammit…" Nami growled though suddenly paused and went silent for a minute as she tore off a map. "...why do I still have this?" She softly said and crumbled it up and threw it away. "Sorry about the cussing Luffy, I uhh…yeah." Nami chuckled softly as she fumbled about in her room to finding the calendar. "Trying to figure out where I put that damn thing." Nami stated softly as Luff nodded and let her know it was alright.

"Ah there it is!" Nami said and found the calendar, and moved some maps away from it and hummed and stared at it. As she began placing a finger on each date that had passed since the last payment. To then widening her eyes and gasping loudly and in disbelief- making Luffy and Kuia, who is now joined by Usopp who is listening on the other side of Kuffy. Heard the girl go silent for a moment and they all got a little worried if something was wrong?

"Nami everything alright?" Luffy asked and tried tilting his head to the right, but yelp as he bopped foreheads with Usopp- which in turn caused Luffy to then bop into Kuina forehead as all three hissed and groan from the sudden impact, to then Kuina and Luffy glaring towards Usopp, who chuckled sheepishly and raised his hands up in defense apologizing to the two.

Nami felt tears breaking through the corner of her eyes as she continued staring at the calendar. Her breath hitching in her throat, feeling the tears rolling down and streaming against her cheeks. "...Nami?" Luffy asked again, hoping that they weren't too late for the deadline. The girl shook her head and sniffed, as she raised a hand to her mouth and then began falling onto her knees, dropping the Transponder snail onto the floor- this had Luffy, Kuina and Usopp expression turning serious wondering if something was wrong? "Nami you…"

"...you…You're two days early." Nami finally gasped out and had everyone widening their eyes as she began hiccuping and crying, not out of sadness or fear, but true unbridled relief and disbelief. "You all made it…you all made it…you all made it!" She repeated over and over as she threw her head down and bang her forehead against the floor, tears now fully running down each side of her cheek and hitting the floor below her. "You all made it, you all made it…thank you, thank you, thank you…" She hiccuped and began crying, letting out all the emotions and sadness and hurt from her body. "Thank you…thank you, thank you…" she repeated over and over.

This had Kuina, Luffy and Usopp to pull away from the transponder snail, then turned to look at one another and smiled, feeling proud and quite joyous that they had managed to reach Nami's island just in time before the deadline! Amazed and filled with excitement and relief that they were able to get Bellemere not only the treasure and Berries to repay Arlong, but also manage to do it two days before the deadline! They turned back to the transponder snail and heard Nami crying louder and happier, as the snail itself was also crying in disbelief that these Straw hat pirates were able to reach the island in time.

This had everyone turning their heads over to Bellemere who had woken up and approach them, as she kind of freaked out earlier about not having the transponder snail in her pocket. But when she look over the railing of the steering wheel and saw the three teens gathered in one place, began walking down the steps and heading over towards the trio, while then hearing what sounded like Nami crying and speaking through the transponder snail. Her instinct was to avoid and shout at the trio of what they did to make Nami cry, only to freeze in place before speaking up and hearing Nami saying, "You made it before the deadline…" Nami repeated once more, taking in a huge breath of air, "Thank you…thank you, thank you so much."

Thus it had Bellemere staring wide-eyed and even felt her own tears beginning to break through the corner of her eyes, watching the teens turn their heads and smiling towards her and watching her raise a hand and cover her mouth as Liffu smiled brightly and said. "Prepare the money Bellemere! We're going to save your island and get your daughter back!"

It will be a couple of hours before they will arrive at the shores of the island, Usopp who is on the crows nest had his telescope out and looking towards the horizon and spotting the island ot so far away now. "Land ho!" He announced while laughing, "I always wanted to say that!" He then looked over the crow's nest railing and looked down. "The island is only a few minutes away, everyone." He then began climbing down the ladder of the crows nest, as he can hear Luffy getting excited and quickly leaps over from the steering wheel part of the boat, whipping his arm forward to grab onto the Going Merry's goat horns and pull over to it and landing on the head.

Kuina opened the door from the cabin, stretching out her limbs and wearing new pair of clothing as she was wearing a yellow and blue small tube top that goes down to her abs, exposing her stomach and navel, while wearing sleek black tights pants hugging her curves nicely, while adjusting her sword around her belt buckle and grinned. "Right, I know we are going to repay a debt, but you can never be careful if we're going to go into a fight." She said and approached the main deck of the ship seeing Usopp grunting as he felt his hands slipping from the ladder and falling onto his ass. "These are Fishmen we're dealing with…Pirate ones at that." Kuinasaid and helped Usopp up and saw him dusting himself off and began trembling a bit.

"Y-yeah!" He stutters out and has Kuina tilting her head confusingly at him. "I-I heard stories that they are really powerful and stronger than your typical humans! Especially those who even have Devil fruit users!" He exclaimed and then turned to Luffy. "And since our Captain is a Devil fruit user, no doubt they will try and shove him into the water and k-k-kill…ow!" He suddenly said as Kuina rolled her eyes and quickly bopped him on the head.

"Relax, nothing is going to happen to Luffy." She said and saw Usopp glaring at her with bit tears in the corner of his eyes. "Not when I'm around, I am sure to hell Luffy will be safe. Along with everyone else." She said by quickly adding that last part- feeling a slight blush crossing her face, but then glared openly as Usopp argued back.

"Oh yeah?! Then who will be protecting you huh!? What if they grab you and drag you in the water huh, and drown you!" He yelled and flinched when Kuina whipped her attention at him and was ready to argue, but they both then heard Luffy laughing and chuckling at how lively his crew was. Causing Kuina and Usopp to turn towards him and hear him saying.

"Well then I will just kick their asses and make sure both you and Kuina are safe! Just because I can't enter water- doesn't mean I can still grab you guys out of the water with my arms." He exclaimed while raising and pumping one arm. Making Kuina and Usopp relax a bit and then smiling.

"T…That's true," Usopp then raises his head and smugly states, "way of thinking ahead Luffy! OF course your way of thinking is nothing compared to the great Captain Usopp, the greatest warrior of the seven seas! HAHAHAHA."

Kuina deadpan and had him freeze in mid laughter as she crossed her arms and said. "Uh huh, so Greatest Warrior of the seven seas, what about that sudden moment of fear and scaredy cat behavior from earlier? Hmm?" She then leans forward and saw him sweating bullets and trying to clear his throat. This had Bellemere who is piloting the ship to shake her head and move her eyes upwards enjoying the amusement of everyone and their high energy.

"Well-well it is called acting! Yeah, I was pretending to be scared and fooling you two thinking I was worried. Hahahaha! I mean," he then looked away as Kuina raised a brow and pursed her lips to the side. "What moron like the Great Usopp, strongest warrior of the seven seas, is afraid of anything like the Fishmen?" He said while laughing and had Kuina sighing and placing two fingers on her forehead and lowering her head slightly to then shake it.

"Is it too late to overboard him?" Kuina asked towards Luffy, making Usopp gasp and fling his limbs upwards in a shock and defensive crane stance. Getting Luffy to laugh boastfully- enjoying his friends' antics and their behavior, this even had Bellemere laughing and snickering at the statement and just rolled her eyes. Focusing her attention to her home island and smiling to herself while thinking out loud. "Ya know, I have no doubt Nami will be in good hands with you all." She suddenly said, making everyone in front of her turn their attention towards her. Seeing the Ex-marine slash mother having a fond smile. "You all have great personalities and seem to get along immediately with one another. Despite only just meeting for the first time."

She then looks down at the trio who look up at her and smiles, "Nami is definitely going to be in good hands," then winks. "She is a very astute Navigator and with her on your crew no doubt that your journey to the Grand line will be a joyous one." She then laughed and chuckled seeing the blue sea waters slowly starting to turn more turquoise and green in coloring as they arrived near the docks of the island. Seagulls flying high above the sky, swooping down and landing onto the docks and wooden floorboards. "Grandline is very deadly and dangerous, a lot of Pirates and Marines who have gone there- have lost their lives and such. Not a whole lot of them dare explore the world beyond the grandline and live to tell the tale."

She then looks back to them all, "But with Nami as your navigator as well her being wicked smart too." She joked. "She will be a great addition to your team Luffy." She said and saw him grinning widely and folding his hands behind his neck and hat. "Now, all we gotta do is pray that Arlong will accept the debt."

Usopp gulped as he knew pirates can be tricky and scary, especially one like Arlong. "By…By the way um, I know Arlong and his pirates are fishman. But-" He then moved both arms out and apart as he asks Bellemere. "S…all Fishman bad? When I was growing up I don't generally hear good things about them?" He asked and then look to Luffy and Kuina.

"Don't look at me," Kuina raised her hands and chuckled softly. "This is my first time hearing about Fishmen honestly, so I couldn't tell ya."

Luffy nodded and crossed his arms, "same. I never met one in person before. Uncle Garp had me live with some mountain bandits and left me there on the island with the mayor and such." He then hummed and placed a hand on his chin. "Although, I think Shanks has told me about them before? My memory might be fuzzy however."

Bellemere was about to speak but snorted when Kuina eyes widen and look to Luffy asking, "oh wait? Aren't Mermaids part of the Fishman species?" She asked and had Luffy looking at her and closed his eyes in thought. "If so, then I would love to see a Mermaid in person!" She grinned and laughed. "I heard they can be really beautiful and pretty."

"Aren't Mermaid's sirens though? TTricking seafarers and killing them into the ocean with their siren songs?" Usopp said and crossed his arms. "As well, aren't they also supposed to be very ugly and disgusting because people mistake them to be sea lions or-guh!" He grunted as Kuina's face turned a bit red in anger and thwack him with her scabbard, making him wince and shout. "The hell is that for?! I was being realistic!"

"You're realism isn't needed here, scaredy cat." Kuina argued back and then both got against each other's forehead.

"Oh yeah! Well fantasies aren't welcome here either hunter! I never heard of a Pirate hunter having so many fantasies in their heads in my life, but you've proven to me that it can be possible!"

"And so what- what does that have anything to do with my profession huh!" Kuina argued back having Luffy sweatdrop and chuckled sheepishly, but began boasting in laughter as the two were now pinching each other's cheeks and pulling on them. Making Bellemere laugh loudly as well, definitely not a quiet moment with them. Definitely knowing Nami will be a-okay with these guys.

"Alright, alright you two settle down, settle down." She called out and watch Usopp and Kuina yelp when they let go of their cheeks, and had them bit swollen and red as they winced over to the ex-marine. "You both are in the right okay? Mermaids do exist, and yes people mistake sea lions to mermaids. But you have nothing to worry about them singing songs or lulling sailors, pirates and whatnot into their deaths and such." Bellemere said and then saw the two giving her a suspicion look and lowering their brows wondering if shes telling the truth. "What..?"

"Are you just saying that because you want us to stop arguing over each other's opinions? Or have you actually seen a Mermaid?" They both asked in unison and saw Bellemere blinking her eyes and then slowly shifted her gaze sideways ,trying to come up with a reasonable excuse and heard Luffy just laughing even louder as the mother was desperately trying to respond to their question.

"Well-" She then cleared her throat. "I just do okay! Don't question a Marine who has years of experience!" She stated back and flinched when Kuina and Usopp had knowing grins and began shaking their heads and began walking in separate directions ready to weigh anchor and such. "HEY I AM TELLING THE TRUTH!" Bellemere shouted and groaned as they just waved her off playfully just letting her believe her own lies as they went and began docking the boat.

"Luffy, you believe me right?" Bellemere asked the captain, who turned and looked up at her.

"Heh, Honestly I don't know who to believe! But considering Shanks has told me about mermaids before during my childhood, then sure!" He chuckled and saw her glaring at him. "And I am not saying that to make you feel good." He quickly added white waving his hands in a defensive manner. "I am just…"

"Trying to be fair as Captain," Bllemere sighed when seeing where Luffy was coming from. "Good point, good point." She added knowing Luffy had to be fair with everyone and mentally keep himself from bias and not boost certain crew members ego. "Anyway, Luffy can you go and grab the treasure?"

"Yes ma'am!" Luffy exclaimed and rushed towards the door that will lead to the cabin of the ship.

"Kuina tied down Going merry as tightly as possible, so it won't be carried off into the sea." Bellemere added and saw Kuina saluting to her and began walking over to the sides of the ship and began tying down ropes and sandbags against the ship making sure to drop them down into the shores of the beach to keep the ship from moving. "Usopp you got the anchor?" Bellemere asked and turned towards the boy.

She saw him picking the anchor up and fumbling his way over to the port side of Going Merry while then throwing it aside and hearing a loud splash of water, and then the rope connecting to the anchor tightened up. He then spun around and saluted to Bellemere, "Ancho deploy! We can now go ashore!" He exclaimed and aw Bellemere nodding her head as she goes and grabs a locking mechanism to keep the steering wheel in place, while then laughing as she heard the cabin door being kicked open and then large tan bags being tossed out and crashing onto the deck of the ship with cling and clatter- form Luffy bringing the treasure up from their treasure hold and tossing them onto the deck for everyone to grab a bag and carry it.

"Alright everyone grab a bag and let's carry it to Arlong!" Luffy exclaimed and hops over the railing bars and lands onto the main deck of the ship, grabbing one bag. Watching Kuina and Usopp running over and grabbing one bag as well. Then watching Bellemere happily hopping and leaping over the railing bars herself, to then running over towards the side of Going Merry, grabbing a large plank of wood that will allow them to leave off the ship by forming a ramp and then walks over to the last bag and picks it up. "Alright everyone, follow me." She then points towards the exaggerated and tall looking yellow building with multiple floors, towering over the entire island with the Pirate flag on top of it showing the Pirate symbol of Arlongs crew, with large brick looking gates that lead out into the ocean and into the large complex building and yard.

"That is where Arlong and his crew live." Bellemere said with disdain in her voice, hearing Usopp gulping at the sheer size of the building and complex in itself look highly dangerous. "As you can see, they already claim this island as their own and have been living here for nearly a decade now." She said and threw the treasure bag over her shoulder and began walking forward. Cold determined eyes etch across her face, remembering the cries and fears of the people of the island when Arlong first arrived and how he demanded everyone and anyone of all ages including children- having to pay tax fees to him and his crew, or else they would be killed or taken out into the ocean. A young Nami crying voice echoed in her head as she replayed the scene of them taking the young girl away from her and how desperate Bellemere was of trying to get her back, almost costing her life.

Luffy looked to Bellemere's back as they began walking down the ramp and stepping onto the docks, he could sense the tension from the mother and how immediately her stature and aura felt once they stepped onto the island. He was a little worried she might try something drastic again in order to save Nami. He knows they arrived before the deadline, but like she said- you can never be too prepared when it comes to pirates. As they began walking and stepping foot onto the concrete roads and such, they all stopped and looked upwards and forward hearing a shout. "Bellemere is that you!?" It was a elderly voice and man, who look shocked and surprised to seeing the mother coming back along with other people too- he frantically began rushing and running his way over, nearly tripping over some wheelcarts and watermelons that were on the cause some of the residents to open their windows and peeking out and widening their eyes at the sight of a Pirate ship in the distance and seeing the familiar hair color of Bellemere down at the docks. They too began rushing and scrambling their way down out of their houses and nearly tripping and bursting through their doors and started heading down to the docks.

Everyone stared at the people who were rushing and making their way down to the dock sin order to greet Bellemere- having the teens to look to one another and with Kina shrugging and whispering out how Bellemere has been trying to repay Arlong debt, making Luffy and Usopp to nod and face forward once more staying quiet as the old man reach over to Bellemere panting and breathing heavily, hanging off his knees while then looking up to her. "Bellemere, why are you back?! The debt isn't due till two more days, let alone the amount of money you have to pay."

"I know, I know," Bellemere said and chuckled softly, "but this time it's all different and thanks to these brave Pirates." She turned her head over to the teens who smiled and waved slightly at them. "I was…able to get enough money to not only pay Arlong back, but free our island." She said, though the expressions on everyone's faces were priceless and they all turned to the teenagers, who sweatdropped slightly and laughed softly when one of the mothers exclaimed.

"Um…" She began while raising a finger, "no offense Bellemere- but asking for pirates to help pay off other pirates…isn't that kind of putting the island at more risk?" She said and crossed her arms, while a hefty fat looking man nodded while stroking his large beard.

"Yeah, it's bad enough we have to deal with Arlong and his crew. But now we are going to be in more debt by having another pirate crew helping us?"

Then an old man with white hair and wearing glasses as well as wearing scholarly looking clothing said, "Not only that but there are just a bunch of kids. Why did you involve children into the mix,have you gone insane!" He exclaimed and shouted, making Luffy, Usopp and Kuina to let out low signs of annoyance but they can't blame them. Like Bellemere said, they've been imprisoned for nearly a decade, ten years no less- who would they trust and believe in anyone anymore?

Then another voice rang out but this was full of hope and joy, "Bellemere!" A female voice rang out from the top of the hill and waved her arms high into the air. Having everyone looking towards her and Bellemere smiling brightly seeing her second daughter, "It's good to see you again!" She shouted and began running down the hill and rushing her way over to her adoptive mother. Her light violet hair bouncing and blowing as she ran down the hill, blue symbol like tattoo drawn across her bare shoulders, torso and cleavage could be seen on her soft light tan skin- wearing a light-sleeveless tank top as her breasts bounced and jiggled freely within the top, while supporting a tight blue looking jeans as she reach down the bottom of the hill and onto the cobblestone docks of the pier with her black slippers clapping against the surface.

When she got close to Bellemere she immediately spread her arms out and hugged the woman, nearly having them fall down but Bellemere managed to keep her balance and drop the treasure, hugging the girl back and wrapping her arms around her and smiling greatly. They then pull away and Nojiko light blue eyes sparkle, "it's been a long time since your last visit." She exclaimed and took a step back.

"I know, I know," Bellemere said, trying hard not to tear up or get emotional. "Sorry that it took longer this time around, I kind of got side tracked and well busy." She joked and then cleared her throat. "Oh right, let me introduce everyone." She turned to the side and pointed towards the crew. "Nojiko, everyone this is the Straw hat pirates. The one with the frizzy hair and no offense, big nose there is Usopp." She introduced asUsopp laughed and waved off the big nose comment and stretched out his overall straps. "The girl on the right there in Kuina, a Pirate hunter." Bellemere points to Kuina, who happily nodded her head and smiled at everyone. "And the Captain of the crew and one who ate the Gum-Gum fruit i Luffy"

"Yo!" Luffy said with a big smile and waving to everyone. Bellemere then turned back to everyone and smiled, as she then giggled when Luffy continued speaking. "We heard a lot from Bellemere and how she's been trying to repay a debt and money to Arlong, in order to save the island as well as Nami." He said having everyone there blinking their eyes and widening them. "And well, when Kuina and I first met her back on an island which was being overrun by Buggy pirates- we helped her out and stopped them from terrorizing the people there."

This had Nojiko widening her eyes and nearly gasping as she shook her head and faced the boy and girl, "Wait, that was you two who fought the Buggy Pirates!" She exclaimed, having everyone there to stare back confusingly. "Someone hand me a newspaper!" Nojiko said while turning her head over her shoulders, seeing one of the city folks yelping and scrambling about. Who grabbed a folded up newspaper that was in their pocket and tossed it over to her. She grabbed it in midair and quickly and skillfully unfolded it to where the news report was, and then faced it towards Luffy, Bellemere, Kuina and Usopp. "They said that MArines were the one that defeated and captured the Buggy pirates from the island. But the mayor of the town insisted that it wasn't the case…was it really you guys and Bellemere?"

Bellemere took the paper and quickly scanned it, "Y-yeah that was us." She said and look up from the papers. "I mean I can understand why the media will lie and say the marines did it." She cleared her throat, also knowing she was using ehr status to keep herself from being identified as stealing and hoarding treasures at the time. "But it really was us." She confirmed their suspicion as the mayor then grabbed another newspaper and unfolded.

"Then…the one about the cat pirates back on Syrup island? Was that also you guys." He asked and this time Usopp stepped forward to clarify it.

"I can attest to that as it was me and everyone here, who had planned a surprise attack against the Cat Pirates invasion and wanted to destroy my home." He then turned and smiled at Luffy and the two women. "If it wasn't for them believing me and helping me protect my home. I would never in my million years of living be able to see my home safe and sound from dangerous pirates." He chuckled and smiled. "Let me guess, Kaya had something to do with the report?" He asked, making everyone widening their eyes of how the boy knows even Kaya. "Heh, we go way back and are very close friends." Nojiko smiled and let out a low whistle as she heard all this and then turned to the mayor. "Well then Mayor, I believe we have nothing to worry about needing to pay these guys off." She laughed and had the man chuckled lightly, while still muttering he is still going be wary. "So, Gum-gum fruit huh?" She suddenly said and faced the straw hat teen. "Can you demonstrate it?" She asked curiously while raising a finger to her chin. Kuinannudge Luffy with a smirk.

"Go on Captain, it is not everyday you see a Devil fruit user in the East blue." Said the swordswoman, as she took a couple steps away even Usopp laughed and chuckled as he too took steps away from Luffy. With Bellemere beaming and nodding to the captain to demonstrate his power.

"Heh sure!" Luffy exclaimed happily as he turned around and walked back onto the docks, just focusing his attention towards one of the boulders out in the water- he took a deep breath and exhaled, then gave a shit eating grin. "Gum-Gum!" He cried out and then threw arm backwards and let it extend out- causing everyone to scramble and letting out yelps when his fist flew between them and making an opening for him. "PISTOL!" he then threw the fist forward and everyone watch with anticipation as his arm then flew forward and stretched quite far and long before landing directly onto the boulder and erupting it and shattering it into million of pieces and thwacking his arm back to his body, lifting his one leg up and then slammed it down.

He then turned and smiled at everyone, who were bugged, eye and mouth gaping, while Nojiko was just smiling and clapping her hands. "WOW!" She exclaimed and closed her eyes. "That is impressive, that could be very handy when or if Arlong decides to fight and such!" She said, causing the mayor to quickly shake his head and shouted.

"You insane Nojiko!? We're not going to put these teens in danger just to benefit our safety and freedom!" He growled out and stomped over to Nojiko, who rolled her eyes and shook her head. "Don't you roll your eyes at me missy, I am mayor of this town and."

Nojiko then turned her attention to him and exclaimed back, "Who let Arlong get away with his deed, let alone not even bothering to call the Marines for help!" Then placed a finger on ehr forehead. "Also can we also not forget, that said MArine- a corrupted one, is also siding and teaming with Arlong and letting him get away with things." She said and this had Bellemere widening her eyes.

"Wait what?!" She asked and got close to Nojiko and gently grabbed her forearms and had her daughter looking at her. "When did this happen? And what marine, is allowing Arlong to get away…" she then clicks her tongue as Nojiko hardens her expression. Already knowing exactly who it is that's doing this.

"His name is Nezumi- Captain of the sixteenth branch of the Marines." Nojiko stated and watched Kuina and Luffy groan irritably, while Usopp looked confused and worried about what or why they did that? But also a shame to hear a Marine officer is letting Arlong get away with his actions.

"Great, it's Captain Morgan all over again." Kina huffed and shook her head, surprising everyone when they heard this, as Kuina looked at them while leaning her head back softly. "Yeah, Morgan had basically caused trouble on an island I used to visit. Causing people and everyone there to be scared and worried, to even to his own crew members. That if anyone disobeyed him and did not respect him. They would get killed and or shot, or sent to prison." She said and groaned. "I should know, when I was there- I protected a little girl and her mother from his son's behavior and was roped up and placed out in the overbearing sun for nearly thirty days without food and water..

"That…that's horrible!" Nojiko said and then turned her eyes towards Luffy, seeing Kuina smiling brightly and having a faint blush on her face, when the boy thumbs to himself and said.

"Yeah, but when Koy and I arrived on the island we rescued Kuina and defeated Morgan and returned peace back to the island. While having the marines soldiers re establish trust back to the people there as well." Luffy then paused and looked up in thought. "I wonder how Koby is doing?" Luffy thought out loud and had Nojhiko staring wide eyed at Luffy, hearing the citizen behind her murmuring and talking to one another about the group's deeds and such.

Nojiko eyes couldn't help but stare at the teen, who looks towards Usopp and fills in blanks and such for the boy of his and Kuina adventures, alongside Bellemere. She couldn't believe what she was hearing and how this single person managed to not defeat a corrupted Captain who is well known among the marines, and help save Kuina and the island. But he has also help her mother defeat the Buggy pirates and save those people from their tyranny, but also help Usopp

S village form being attacked and destroyed by the Cat pirates as well?! Just who is this boy?

Her musing got out of her thoughts whenBellemere than said, "Oh right!" Bellemere laughed and had Usopp and everyone literally almost shouting what when she said, "Thanks to Luffy as well. We also found Treasure island!" She exclaimed and had Nojiko nearly collapsing and falling off balance, but quickly righted herself and shook her head. "Yeah! It existed and thanks to Luffy, we found huge load of treasure on the island that can definitely repay and pay off Arlong debt and able to not buy the island back but also freeing Nami."

"Treasure Island actually existed!?" Usopp yelled out and then grabbed Luffy red vest comically having the black hair teen eyes shaking violently. "WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THIS!?"

"I kind of forgot, it slipped out of my mind when we were helping you!" Luffy's voice shook and trembled as well, vibrating from the shaking and then felt his head rolling downwards and then stretched down to the ground. "Everything is spinning…" he mused out, getting some laughter and snickers from Kuina and Bellemere, even Nojiko had to laugh at the boy's antics. Then paused and looked at Bellemere with a smile.

"Then if that's true…and seeing how you're here early as well. Then that means?" She asked slowly and tentatively, as Bellemere looked at her and placed a firm grip on the girl's bare shoulder and nodded. "…we…we can save Nami can we? We…we will be able to do it this time right?"

Bellemere smiled softly and did her best not to get teary eyed or get emotional. It been a whole decade since she began heading out trying to collect treasure and bellies to pay off Arlong debt, and thanks to the Straw hat pirates. She was able to do so and even arriving to her home island in time too. "Yes…Yes we will be able to save Nami and the island from Arlong's hold." She said to Nojiko and then turned to Luffy, Usopp and Kuina, who all stared over at her and smiled. "Thanks to them…"

The Mayor, however not wanting to ruin the touching moment, had to clear his throat and crossed his arms while saying, "Much that is good and all, but what should we do about Nezume? He will no doubt."

"No doubt what Mayor?" Came the man's voice, causing everyone to turn around and facing the direction of the corrupted Mariner- who smugly began walking down the hill and onto the cobblestones that formed the dock. "I have to say I got a bit curious why everyone suddenly went quiet all of the sudden in the village." He began saying and spreading his arms outward, laughing and chuckling. "And then seeing everyone all gathered around the docks. Only to see that Bellemere had come back!" He chortled and shook his head, as he then clapped his hands together and folded them. "My, my, my it's been awhile Bellemere-" he started saying while getting in front of the large crowd and facing the woman.

Who glared back at him and furrowed her brows, while Nojiko sighed roughly and shook her head softly whispering out 'here we go again'. Luffy, Usopp and Kuina blink their eyes as the frizzy haired teen leans in and asks. "Who's that?" he asked Kuina, who whispered back and crossed her arms causing her cleavage to form some when doing so.

"That must be Nezumi everyone was talking about. Who is working with Arlong." She replied and had Luffy hardening his eyes, prepared for anything he might do or cause trouble for Bellemere. The man stopped a couple footsteps from Bellemere and turned his attention to the large bags that were on the ground, no doubt being the gold and treasures Bellemere had gone and collected over the years to pay off Arlong.

"I take it these are the treasures you've found to pay off Arlong's debt?" He said and saw Bellemere just gritting her teeth. He laughed softly and practically formed his lips outward in a mug and insulting manner while lifting his head upwards. "My, you definitely have gotten a lot over the years. It might just be enough to pay off Arlong." He said and then grabbed a notepad from his back pocket and was ready to add in the billing. "Let's…"

"You damn well know you don't need to add the total up!" Bellemere shouted suddenly and got close to him. "I know exactly the amount of money I need to pay Arlong and no snot snooze, smug bastard like you who is still working with the marines. Will tell me otherwise!" She thrust both arms down and caused her breasts within her outfit to bounce softly. "For fuck sake, Nezume, why are you siding alongside Pirates?! Causing harm and danger to these innocent people!"

"Better watch that tone of yours woman," He snarled back and had her step back and click her tongue. "Considering you yourself are working with pirates right now, having them help you steal and gather treasure from others and such." He laughed, causing her to widen her eyes and ready to defend Luffy and the others. "Please, Pirates are known to plunder, pillage and destroy cities and livelihoods all in the namesake of treasure, booze and notoriety. And considering I have no idea who these…" He then turn towards Luffy and his crew, making Kuina to glare and grab the hilt of her sword, while Usopp harden his expression.

But Luffy stayed neutral about the insult, "vermin. I can't exactly trust that you got these treasures in a fair and square manner." He laughed and then turned towards the townsfolk. "I mean seriously everyone, are you going to trust Bellemere's words? Trust these no name-"

"Straw hat pirates." Luffy interjected and crossed his arms, causing Nezumi to blink his eyes and turn to him. "Our name is the Straw hat Pirates. And I am their captain, Luffy D. Monkey," He then grinned and smiled brightly. "I am going to become King of the Pirates!" He exclaimed having the man stare confusingly towards him for a moment. Having the hoodie of his to slide backwards a bit, revealing his marine cao. While his large whisker-like mustache twitched upwards and then shook his head. "If you're going to insult us properly, then you need to know our pirate name!"

This earned a snort from Nojiko as she quickly covered her mouth from laughing at Luffy's bold claim and announcing his pirate crew's name. Then laughing even more as Usopp looked quite freaked out and swiftly turned to the teenager and waved his arms frantically, "L-L-Luffy you nuts! Don't go saying our Pirate name to a marine officer you want-"

"That's right," Kuina smirked and stepped forward, getting Usopp to squeal in fright and throwing his arms and one leg into the air. "If you want to insult properly and know who the pirates are that helped Bellemere get the money. Then properly call us by our name, and not some vermin." She grinned and had her eyes gleaming. "Then again, it is an honor to be called vermin by the Marines."

This had Luffy laughing and folding his hands behind his neck and tilting to the side, while Usopp just had his eyes closed and shaking his head with waterfall tears streaming down his face. Getting Bellemere to smile at them and chuckled, while turning to Nezimo and crossing her arms. "Well there you have it- and yes, I don't care if I did have pirates help me get the gold and treasure." She said firmly and hardened her expression. "With their help, I was able to gather the treasure a lot faster than I would have, if I did it by myself."

She then darkened her eyes and grit her teeth, "and I am in deep gratitude for them helping me." She said and had Nezui to stare warily at the woman and then shifted his gaze over to the villagers who were whispering and muttering to themselves. All the while seemingly won over by Bellemere's determination of trusting the Straw hats for helping her out.

Nojiko then chimed in and gently placed an arm on Bellemere's right shoulder, having the mother hum and then grinned with a mischievous smile when Nojiko said. "NOT only that- but if they were despicable prates, like you say they are? Why would they even bother helping an ex=marine out and bring her back here with the money hm? If all Pirates were scum, they would've imprisoned her and forced her to be their slave or whatnot- taking the gold and sailing off with the money." The light blue hair girl said and then crossed her arms, pushing her bosoms upwards and exposing more of her navel.

"If you ask me, it doesn't seem like ALL pirates are that bad." She then turns to the crew and smirks. "I trust them 100 percent, and since they also told us what they've done as well?" She closed her eyes and looked back at Nezumi and firmly said, "I say we can trust Bellemere's judgment about them and that these treasure bags are enough to pay Arlong's debt." This had the man clicking his tongue and shifting his eyes over to the villagers and people who seemed to be getting hopes in their systems, as they began speaking and seemingly having a brighter understanding of the straw hats helping out Bellemere and freeing their home from a pirate tyranny.

"Also," Luffy this time spoke up and walked closer to the man and leaned his head forward as close as possible, having a wicked grin. "Since Bellemere quit her job and is technically an ex-marine- you honestly cannot cause her any trouble with her job being fired and such." He then chuckled and crossed his arms. "Sure you probably could say she's a pirate now, and they will probably go after her- but." He then rubbed a hand onto his chin and looked down in thought. "Would it matter if she did an awesome deed to free people from dangerous pirates and then leave their island to keep the peace?" He suggested, knowing how banishment works, considering when he and Kuina helped Koby to get into the marines' back where Morigan ruled over an iron fist. The Marine officers were grateful for them, but by law and regulations of the justice system. He and Kuina had to leave the island and never return again despite them technically being heroes there. But since they were pirates, it would just cause problems and circumstances to happen if they were to stay.

Bellemere blinked her eyes and widened them when Luffy said all that, not realizing that would be the case for her. She did technically work with pirates and sailed with them to get treasure and such, and considering she is an ex-marine? Her status wouldn't matter anymore and will automatically be seen as a Pirate in the end. But….it didn't feel bad at all when she thought about it, and she did have fun with the teenagers while sailing with them… She shook her head figuring to worry about that some other time, getting Nojiko to notice her behavior and softly smile under her expression, then looking over at Luffy.

"Hm, seems like Luffy really impacted Bellemere a lot during their travels together. Makes me even more curious about him and what it is that's…attractive about him?" She won't lie, Luffy is exerting this kind of presence about him that wants you to be close to him, giving off this…courage this, undeniable happiness that makes you want to believe in him and that what he says or does- he can or could actually do it and beat the impossible and make it into possibilities.

The man let out a huff and shook his head as Luffy took a couple steps away from Nesumi and watched as the man chuckled. "Alright fine, I will let it slide for now- but don't think this is over." He said and then looked at Bellemere with a snide smile. "After all- like I say and always hold true, Pirates are always sneaky bastards. So don't get yer hopes up if Arlong doesn't accept the treasure." He cackled and then turned his back on them. "Follow me then, I will personally take you to Arlong." The man then clicks his tongue and shouts to one of the people. "Go let Arlong know she's here."

Causing one of the villagers to let out a small yelp and quickly turn around and head off towards the large building where Arlong was living at, alongside where Nami is being kept at. Luffy, Bellemere, Kuina and Usopp went ahead and grabbed the bags of treasure, with the frizzy haired teen whining out and whimpering softly. "Oh man…I hope they aren't that scary looking. I mean we're talking about Fishman here!"

"Would You knock it off? Could always go back to the ship and be a coward there if you want." Kuina retorted towards him but smiled, when she saw him sighing but despite his knees shaking and rattling of his bones. He still put a brave face on and glared ahead.

"No yer right, we're doing this for Bellemere and her daughters! The whole island is counting on us to free them with this money…" he then gulped and lifted a hand to his lips. "I'm just…afraid we will have to get into a fight with them."

"So! It will be fun!" Luffy chuckled out and had Usopp deadpanning him. "If it comes to fighting, then we will just show Arlong how strong we are and free the island that way." Luffy then sighed and settled his nerves. Knowing he doesn't want to put his crew into danger, Kuros Pirate crew was somewhat a wake up call to how dangerous some of these pirates could be. He has no fear of dying or being killed but when it comes to protecting his crew? Especially now Usopp is added onto the team- he will take Shanks word to heart as he focuses on the building up ahead.

"When you have a pirate crew, Luffy, it is the captain's job to make sure everyone comes out safe and alive. They become your family and close partners when you set sail the seven seas and away form civilizations and such. You must rely on them and they rely on you for making the tough choices and decisions for what is best for the crew and everyone's health."

"I will be sure that everyone makes it out okay." Luffy suddenly said, having Usopp and Kuina looking at him with slightly wide eyed expressions, then looking at one another and smiling confidently. This also had Bellemere who was walking behind Luffy to smile as well- she can feel Luffy's determination radiating off from him and how his vow there impacted hard to her. He truly does care for everyone around him, especially towards his friends. She faced forward and nodded slightly, getting courage running through her veins as she was determined to keep that promise for Luffy and make sure nobody got hurt.

At Arlongs campus, we can see a shark fishman laying on a beach chair wearing what look to be a tropical looking t-shirt that barely covers up his massive muscles and ass body, his sword shaped nose sticking outward with sharpness surrounding the tip. His blue scales and skin glistening from the sunlight, as he is wearing green shorts and sandals. His fellow crew mates- one being a very heavy muscle bound looking fishman with gray skin and wearing black t-shirt and shorts, with two small buns for his black hair, while a bright red sun like tattoo is on his right chest and sides. Is moving about and lacing trays of food and drinks on some of the marbled tables and umbrella tables in the surrounding pool that connects out into the ocean.

Another member who had blonde hair and blue fishman scale like skin, was doing some shadow boxing in the air- flexing his muscles and tensing them when doing so, making sure not to tear off his blue sleeveless coat, while also doing some roundhouse kicks here and there, practicing his moves and close range combat.

While on the other side a couple distance away from Arlong and his crew, there was Nami- looking miserable and keeping her head down as she was working on some more papers and maps. Wearing a tight forming white t-shirt, with blue stripes going across the cover chest and exposing her stomach and abs, along with her bare shoulders and arm. Showing the dark blue tattoo she got for joining the Arlong pirates- a reminder of who she belongs to and works for. Wearing tan jeans that reach and stop above her knee caps, her eyes showing little to no emotions as she is forced to work on another map and directions for the crew to evade and such. Especially one ship called "Baratie", a pirate ship restaurant out somewhere in the East blue.

She gently rubbed one hand across her forehead and adjusted her orange bangs from her eyes, then looked up towards the sun. Softly sighing inwardly, while then humming and hearing catering of drinks being placed in front of her. Makingher look down and smile seeing it was refreshments and sandwiches made by the one Pirate she can…honestly trust more than any other crew members in Arlong's crew, "Thanks Hacchin." She said and looked up at the pink octopus man- who smiled brightly and nodded his head as his wild star shaped white hair bounced freely as he lifted two of his arms and gave Nami peace symbols.

"Sure thin Nami-chan," He said and sat down next to her and watched the girl happily eating the meal he brought and chuckled brightly. "So is it true?" he whispered softly, "This Luffy captain helped Bellemere and got her the needed treasures to repay Arlong?" He asked, and saw the girl placing the drink down and nodding her head.

"Yeah, he said they will be arriving to the island from 2 hours ago when I last called." She said and lok down at the unfinished map she's working on and smiled. "He…and his crew told me everything they went through and what kind of trials they all faced, in order to even reach here and get to the island back safely." The girl did her best not to tear up and as she quickly wiped her eyes and chuckled. "I…honestly did not want to believe him, but considering Bellemere did tell me about him and Kuina when they were up against the Buffy pirates."

Hacchin laughed softly and nodded as he folded four of his arms onto the table top. "Yeah, I would be a little suspicious if someone told me that kind of stuff, but seeing how Bellemere is with him and sailing with him? I would definitely believe him." He laughed and leaned his upper body back and wiggled his funnel mouth. "And from the sounds of it- he is quite the chipper and full of energy." He snickered and had Nami snickering as well.

"Yeah he did, didn't he?" Nami laughed and looked at Hacchin, "but treasure island, battling Kuros cat pirates…it was really all too much to handle let alone believe him." She said and stared down at the map and grinned. "But when I heard Bellemere's voice and how even she was happy and excited, all the while getting into the story telling." The girl then shook her head and gently leaned on the table, squishing her breasts when doing so and resting a hand on her right cheek and facing the gates. "It sounded like she was having a lot of fun with the crew, never heard her be so happy in my life before. She was always worried and concerned about my health and such- it made her really panic at times and sometimes even forget too well." she then lightly flick her hand forward from her cheek and laugh. "Collect the money needed for the debt."

Hacchin nodded and chuckled, "Yeah, I would be too if I had a daughter like you." He said and got Nami to smile and blush softly.

"Aww…wait?" She then blinked her eyes and playfully leer at him, "don't you already technically have one? But not blood related name Cammie?" She asked and had Hacchin laughing boastfully and shaking his shoulders.

"Indeed I do! And yup that is her name, she can be a little accident prone sometime. But she means well," he winked. "I usually have a star dish friend of mine watch over her and make sure she doesn't get into any kind of trouble, or get eaten by large king of the seas monsters and whatnot back in the Grandline." He then hummed and unfolded two of his arms, while using one hand to stroke his chin and the other rubbing his hair. "Ya know, thinking about it, you and Cammie should be around the same age. If you ever want to visit Fishman island, you should meet her!" He laughed and then rubbed Nami's head lightly, making her laugh and slapping him away.

"Hey easy with the suction cups, remember what happen last time?" She joked and crossed her arms at him, making him raise his third and fourth arms upwards and laughing sheepishly. "I ain't like you guys where my hair can easily slip off. Us human hair isn't exactly the same as Fishman hair." She chuckled but then she and Hacchin hummed and blink their eyes when they heard footsteps coming towards the gate in a hasty fashion. Causing the two of them to look over towards the open gate and seeing someone from the village rushing their way over, to briefly pause and hang off their knees- panting and breathing heavily, to then lightly raise a hand up and a finger informing them to give him a moment to catch his breath. Then raised his upper body upwards and bent it back slightly, to then walking over to the side of the gate and then ringing a bell hanging off from it.

Arlong sighed lightly as he sat up and stared over towards the man who rang the bell, he stood up from the lawnchair and tossed the newspaper down onto it. Where it showed headlines of the Cat pirates being defeated and taken to jail by the marines. "What is it and you have permission to enter." Arlong yawned out boredly and stretched out his arms and watched the human enter the lot of Arlong's base and tremble slightly but quickly overcame it and bravely puff his chest out.

"Bellemere…Bellemere is back!" He announced, causing Nami to widen her eyes and nearly getting out of her seat. "She came with some pirates called the Straw hats- who helped her get the rest of the payment due to the island!" He exclaimed, having Arlong to blink his eyes and lightly grinding his shark teeth a bit. He turned towards the outside wall of their base and saw the calendar.. The gray skin fishman hummed after placing the snacks down and walking over a few steps forward.

"Are you sure? She's rather early, and working with pirates called Straw hats?" He then crossed his arms and shook his head. "Never heard of them let alone, how do we know she isn't lying?" He said and had Nami gritting her teeth ready to speak but Arlong spoke up.

"Because a mother will do anything to protect their children." He snickered and turned to Nami who froze and looked away, intimidated by his gaze. Thinking he may know she was speaking to Bellemere in private. "Plus, it will be interesting to see who these Straw hat pirates look like." He said and then looked to the man, "as for the treasure. How many bags did she bring with her?"

The man gulped lightly and thought it over from what he could see and recall, "Um, I believe about…six bags? Was kind of hard to see as everyone went over and greeted her." The man said and had Arlong nodding in understanding, though six bags?

"She must've gotten a big haul this time around? Any other day it is usually about two bags or three at best. Heh, maybe she tricked these Straw hats to give whatever treasure they had on hand and gave it to her and told them of her sob story." He thought to himself and cackled inwardly as he then threw an arm up. "Alright fine, let them come- I am interested to seeing just how much money she even managed to get this time."

The man nodded and quickly turned around and ran off to catch up to the approaching group to let them know they were allowed to enter. As Arlong walked back to his beach chair and pulled up the newspaper and hummed as he caught sight of the news article of the Cat prates being defeated and swiftly scan over the details and information about it- even though he knows the Marines would be lying and saying how they handled it- but took note of one of the reporters message saying, "We got some deep insider information from one of the residence and wealthy family member name Kaya, in private that the ones who defeated the Cat Pirates and their captain Kuros- Pirates called "The Straw hats", we didn't get much information from her as she jst smiled and left us spinning our hands in wonder who these pirates are? We will report and make another news article of our findings when we print out our next issue."

"Straw hat pirates huh…so they are real?" He hummed and then sat down and look over the newsletter again and began looking over the information and details the report had about the injuries and such done to the Cat pirates. Widening his eyes as they went into detail of some of the injuries or even getting information from the crew member who went and kept repeating the same word, 'Devil fruit user' and 'swordswoman'. Having Arlong smirking and chuckling to himself finding this very intriguing now.

"Interesting, so if I were to guess the captain is the Devil fruit user while his first mate is a swordswoman eh? Does Bellemere really think she could beat my pirate crew with a devil fruit user, when she knows they lose the ability to swim?" IT was dumb and idiotic of the bitch he thought, thinking she could beat him in his own environment with a devil fruit user. Must be feeling cocky and proud too- although he went back to the thought of the man saying how Bellemere had six bags worth of treasure though. HAving the fishman hum to himself and stroke his chin, having Nami eye him from her seat and felt a sweatdrop forming around her forehead.

A fishman suddenly leaps over the gates and landed onto the concrete ground and started walking over to the gang, having his fish fin going from the top of his head and down to the back of his neck, being the scout of the Arlong pirates., his red lips ajar and exposing his moderate tone muscles through his purple tropical shirt. "Arlong reporting in and I scouted out what that human told us about Bellemere coming."

Arlong hummed and lifted his gaze up from the newspaper and then nodded his head to tell him to proceed. "He was telling the truth, Bellemere does indeed have six bags worth of treasure. Carrying them here as we speak being guided by Nezumi- as well there are three people I have never seen before." He began saying and had Arlong lowering his eyelids a bit and waited for him to describe them. "A frizzy hair man wearing a bandanna and brown overalls, with a very large nose. A blue short-haired girl with striking blue eyes carrying a sword, and another young man wearing a straw hat on his head, while wearing a red vest and blue jean shorts."

"The Straw hat pirates." Arlong openly said and had his fellow crewmates to look at him and then to the paper in his hand. This had Nami smiling and looking very hopeful at hearing how Bellemere is arriving shortly with six actual bags of treasure and Luffy and his crew being right there with her! She looks towards Arlong, hoping that he won't break his promise or deal with Bellemere.

Hacchin happily got up from his seat and walked over to his captain. "That is great news then sir! Bellemere seems to have worked really hard this time to get the treasure, while being helped and aided by Pirates." He then chuckled sheepishly. "Which is kinda weird for a marine member to do, but guess it shows how determined she truly is." The octopus man said with a happy smile as Arlong looked at him and then stared over towards the ocean waters and such. He knows Hacchin had been letting Nami stay in touch with Bellemere throughout the years and such. And even had grown attached to the humans quite well when spending time with Nami and making sure she is okay and well taken care of.

It does sicken him greatly of how much Hacchin seems to really enjoy his time with Nami, along with speaking with Bellemere behind his back. But he just let it go and basically chalked it up as Hacchin just being him, Fishmen aren't well respected or introduced well to the human side of society. If anything there's always been bad blood between them, ever since that incident years ago along with becoming slaves and breaking free from their 'master's as they said. Arlong huff lightly as he then turned his gaze towards the gate entrance and saw a large crowd seemingly following behind the four as for mention people who are bringing the treasure over. He spotted Nezumi with that hoodie of his and those giant whiskers as well,

The man entered the compound first and saluted Arlong, "Sir, Bellemere is here and has brought the money payment for the island." He said with a bit of a sneer in his tone and glaring over at the shark man. "Is there anything you want me to do? Cause, I honestly don't think you should truly accept her offer." He said and turned his gaze over at Nami, who growled out and slammed her hands onto the table.

"The hell you don't! You just want to keep an iron grip on these poor people and keep taking their money over and over! Of course you would want-" Nami yelled out and flinched when Arlong looked at her and shouted.

"Enough! We know where your heart is, Nami, we don't need a stupid speech from you." He snarled out and had the girl glare towards him, watching him chuckle and laugh as he then faced back to Nesumi. "As for your suggestion." He then crossed his arms and cracked his neck. "Let them come, I am curious what type of treasures Bellemere had brought this time around. I'll be the judge over the amount." He said and had Nezumi sneering but couldn't do anything about it and just bows.

After a few minutes went by and prepared himself to greet Bellemere and these so called 'Straw hat pirates'. He watched the braided hair woman finally arriving, carrying large bags of treasure with her alongside a blue hair girl wielding a sword, a frizzy long nose boy in overalls and their Captain. Wearing a straw hat and red vest, all of whom carried two bags each of the treasure and entered the compound and complex.

Nami is locked onto the straw hat pirates and widening her eyes, her eyes locking onto Luffy and was honestly shocked and surprised to see that he is basically around her age?! No tone muscles to be seen, just an average height teenager with black spiky hair- she then looks over to the girl who looks like she's ready to get into a fight spotting the sword around her hip. But also average looking too while the frizzy hair one…well he looks like a coward to her.

She faced her gaze back to Luffy as she blinked her eyes again "That's the captain? He doesn't look any older than me! Let alone, he doesn't look that strong either…did he and his crew really beat Kuros and Buggy?" She thought to herself as the four went ahead and dropped the bag of treasures in front of them as Bellemere lifted her head and glared towards Arlong.

"Arlong, I am back." Bellemere announced and took a side step. "And I brought all the treasures to come and repay that debt of yours." She continued and then threw an arm forward. "Not only that but I also managed to get back before the pay is due to. You better keep your word and honor your promise!" She said with a hiss in her tone and saw Arlong scoffing lightly and then raised his nose into the air.

"We'll see about that. Hacchin grabbed the bags and inspected them." He commanded and saw Hacchin happily saluting and began walking over towards Bellemere and the straw hats, Luffy letting out a low whistle and grinning widely when he saw Hacchin coming on over.

"Oooh! I have never seen an octopus man before!" He chuckled and placed both hands behind his neck, making Usopp shake in light fear of Luffy suddenly being disrespectful. "SO you must be Hacchin! We heard you were taking care of Nami while Bellemere was away?" He asked and tilt his upper body to the right, as Hacchin grinned happily and nodded his head.

"Yes! You must be this Luffy we heard about, I must say you definitely give me a surprise to see how young you are for a pirate!" He laughed and began grabbing each bag with one hand each. "How are you all doing!"

Kuina giggled softly, "We're hanging in there, some close calls here and there. But nothing too serious that we cannot handle." The swordswoman said and lifted the bag up and handed it over to him, with Hacch8in nodding and thanking her. "You?"

"Oh I am doing good! I just made some new udon recipes I have been trying out. They are Nami's favorites, you should all get a taste when you can!" He laughed and hefted the bags on his shoulders and approached Usopp, who chuckled nervously and happily handed thebag over.

"Oh=ph really, maybe…maybe when the deal and transaction is done. We could try some." Chuckled the stuttering boy as Hacchin happily nodded and approached Bellemere, who smiled and closed her eyes happily as she bent down and lifted the bag for him.

"Thanks Hacchin for everything, I hope Nami hasn't been too much of a troublemaker." She said and had Nami gasping.

"HEY!" She retorted and humph while looking away and crossing her arms. Getting The villagers blinking their eyes and feeling confused of how relaxed the straw hats seem to be, along with Bellemere? Nojiko though was snorting and holding back her giggles and laughter- seeing how casual everyone is being around Hacchin. That it even had some of Arlong's crew members staring confusingly too and taking note how the Straw hat pirates aren't treating him with ill intent? They look to one another, as one just shrugged their shoulders and they all began waking forward to go and help Hacchin with the bags and setting them down close to Arlong who approach them and watch each and everyone one of them opening up the six bags, watching gold, trinkets, cups and many doubloons and crowns anything gold rolling out of the bags. Surprising everyone there as they bug eyed at the sight, including Nezumi who widen his eyes and leans away from the wall of the gates.

"Arlong…these…these." One of the Fishman began saying and stuttering as Arlong himself was speechless. "These are…legendary."

"Treasure island treasures…" Arlong whispered out, having Nami widening her eyes and lifting her hands up to her mouth. Did she hear him right?! Did…did Luffy and Bellemere found the legendary island of Treasure island!? She whipped her head towards their direction and saw how proud and smug Luffy and Kuina were about finding the said legendary island and it's treasure, she even blush a little when Luffy smiled at her when he felt her gaze on him and nodded his head with a thumbs up. Making her look away and back to the gold that were in front of Arlong.

Nezumi however wasn't going to fall for it and believe that these are fake. Nobody, no one in the world knows that the island existed. It was just a fairytale, a children's story book.. No way the island actually existed let alone is true. He shook his head and began stomping his way over and laughing, "Arlong please, these can't be the Treasure island's treasures. It is just a stupid children's fairytale story, that is told and read to little kids to put them asleep and fill their minds and thoughts with pathetic fantasy!" He said and walked over and stopped in front of the Arlong pirates watching the crew looking over the doubloons, gold and even pearl necklaces- they even held up and examined some of the cups and bottles that were also made of gold. "I mean- these have to be fabricated fake treasure that they found on some washup beach and painted everything to be gold."

Before Bellemere could retort, she saw Arlong suddenly reach out and grabbed the man's collar and lifted him up. "Shut the hell up," he then tossed him into the water as he yelled and splashed into it, resurfacing and sputtering out water from his mouth. Shock and wide eyed at Arlong's sudden change of attitude and mood. Arlong glared at him and then looked at Hacchin. "Hacchin…are these actually the Treasure islands gold and treasures?..no wait." He stopped and decided to ask Bellemere and the pirates, since they had been there. If the description is right.

"Hey you, which one of you is the captain?" He demanded and had Usopp flinched and shook, knowing he usually likes to be called captain- but decided to let Luffy handle it and sheepishly grabbed on his shoulders.

"Why he is! He knows all about the island." He chuckled out and honestly, he wasn't wrong he knew nothing about the island and any lie he came up with would probably get them killed anyway. "Right Luffy?" he said with a panic tone, making Kuina to sigh and shake her head.

""Heh of course!" Luffy proudly said and took a couple steps forward and got in front of Bellemere. "My name is Monkey D. Luffy, I am the captain of the Straw hat pirates." He then flick his straw hat upwards. "And I can definitely say that these treasures did in fact come from Treasure island." He grinned and saw Arlong looking a little unamused but grinned either way. "But something tells me you want to double check right?"

"Yeah," He laughed and then crossed his arms, "Where were the treasures stashed at. And if so, can you describe to me where they were. As everyone knows, the stories said it was hidden inside some caves and underground paths." Though he paused and saw Luffy chuckling.

"Nah, they weren't in some dirty cave or underground pathways." Luffy then closed his eyes and happily said. "They were inside a temple like ruins, that is disconnected from the main lands of the island where you either had to make a tree to cut down and form a bridge. Or if your me-" He then demonstrated hisGum-Gum powers by whipping his hand towards his right and reached out for a random glass of beer and pulled it back to him with a 'whip' and took a small sip of the beverage and gasped. "WOW that;s good!"

Then resume his storytelling, "but yeah if you're like me and used my rubber powers to get across. The treasure is inside the temple and underneath a hidden passageway." He stopped there considering he made a promise not to give away the island location. Especially for Gaiomon and his animal friends. "Oh also, there are some pirate bones there too." But I dont know who that would be.

Everyone in the vicinity widens their eyes and gasps as Luffy mentions that last part, they all know who the pirate captain was in the story who found the treasure and stored them away on said island. Arlong and his crew stared wide-eyed and looked back down at the treasure below. Arlong then saw Hacchin examining them closely and blink his eyes before turning and looking at Arlong. "IT…genuine, these are the treasures from the legend."He then stood up and faced Arlong who just was speechless!

The gray color fishman then said, "If that is true- then we're talking about over…100 million berries here!" Heexclaimed which is definitely enough to pay off Arlong insane price for both Nami and the island, freezing them and allowing the people to live without fear and worries. Arlong hummed and looked to the treasure and then to Luffy.

"Boy…the island was covered in terrible storms and constant typhoons, correct?" He wanted to be sure, as not even fishman could enter the island with how rough and dangerous the waves were. "How were you able to get onto the island without losing your ship?" He pondered and then began laughing as Luffy just straight up said.

"Oh it was low tide when we arrived on the island. So the waves weren't that bad, along with not having to worry about steering into the stalagmites that were coming upwards.". He said and had some of the villagers and even Nami to comedically collapse to the ground as if that was the most simplest thing to say or even answer to the pirate. Making Arlong laugh louder and harder.

"Hahaha, I like you boy- straight to the point and no hesitation behind speaking your truth." He cackled and then shook his head and then looked down to the treasures and stared for a few more minutes admiring the sheen and glow they were radiating off from the sunlight. He then turned to Nami who got up from her fall and lightly shook her head muttering out about how blunt the answer was. Then towards Bellemere and the villagers of the island. The man began going over his thoughts and look back to the treasure- "Alright" he suddenly said and had everyone standing there and some of them gulp, while Kuina gently grabbed her hilt of her sword

"Get ready Usopp." She whispered to him, seeing him nod and gulp, grabbing his slingshot right away and taking aim at any fishman that might attack them. Even Bellemere braced herself by lightly grabbing her rifle holster ready for any betrayal or surprised attacks from Arlong and his crew. When they all get tensed up and ready, along with Luffy getting and standing his ground, they all blink their eyes and widen them as Arlong spreads out his arms.

"BELLEMERE, PEOPLE OF THE ISLAND YOU ARE FREE! THE DEBT HAS BEEN REPAID!" Arlong suddenly exclaimed and had everyone standing there in shock, frozen in place and gasping lightly. Followed by Bellemere eyes widening and feeling her entire being going stiff and a weight over her shoulders suddenly disappearing and nearly felt faint. "Bellemere, promise is a promise!" He chuckled and placed his hands onto his hips and watched the mother suddenly collapse to her hands and knees, alerting Nojiko and Nami! Who ran over to her and quickly knelt down and checked her over, as they turned their attention back to Arlong who laughed and directed his attention to Luffy. "Straw hat, I must admit here I thought you were just using Bellemere to get things your way and such- while taking advantage of her situation to get treasures from other pirates."

Luffy hummed and stared as Arlong continued and pointed to him, "so take this as a lesson and a fair warning." he then darkened his eyes and said. "Not all pirates can be trustworthy, the next time we meet- we will be enemies." He then quickly throws his right arm up and says. "Alright Arlong pirates move out! There is no reason for us to be here any longer, we have no more use for this island and its people." He exclaimed and had everyone standing attention and saluting. To then hurry and begin gathering up their things and objects and such to go and then jumping into the ocean waters and swimming over to their pirate ship. Arlong walked over to the edge of the pool that leads out to the ocean and laughed "Oh Hacchin." He suddenly said and watched the octopus man stop from leaping into the ocean. "Make sure to give them your special udons. You did make a new batch right, as well. You can head home to Fishman island."

Hacchin blinks his eyes and asks, "are you sure captain?" He then turned to face Arlong and saw him nodding. "Well thank you!" He grinned happily. "I have been missing home for a long while now- so I should probably head back to the grand line and to our people. Cammie must be worried." He chuckled and then almost slipped up when he was about to dive, "oh right the udon!" And quickly turn to face the base and headed inside quickie and swiftly, making the people on the island to laugh and giggle at the octopus antics, finding him quite charming and laugh more when he came on out with some mittens and a tray with udon freshly baked and made in said tray.

Walking on over towards Nami, Bellemere and Nojiko first. "Here you go! Careful they're hot!" He laughed and wink at them, getting them to giggle together and wiping away the tears from their eyes as they happily grabbed the small toothpicks that were jabbed into the udon and took bites out of the food. "Come on Straw hat crew, you're welcome to them too!" He chuckled and laughed a sLuffy happily walked over while rolling his shoulders. With Usopp and Kuina relaxing their stances and smiling at each other and approaching Hacchin, even some of the people and mayor entered too asking if there were more.

"Of course! They are all on the table, help yourselves!" Hacchin laughed and had Arlong rolling his eyes and shaking his head. He went ahead and dived underwater, meeting up with his crew when he reached their ship and landed on the deck. As he then said to them, "Make sure we head in the direction where the Baratie is." He suddenly said, having his men chuckling and smiling. Seeing Arlong walking over to the captain quarters with a wide grin. "We're not done here in the East blue." he said mischievously as the rest of the crew eyes gleamed and shone within the ships deck and cackled as they began setting sail.

"THIS CALLS FOR A CELEBRATION!" Luffy shouted and cheered loudly while throwing his arms up into the air, getting everyone else there to cheer and yell happily in agreement as this is a wondrous and glorious day for everyone! The island was free, Arlongs debt was repaid, Nami was rescued and brought back to Bellemere and Nojiko- it was a glorious day indeed as the Straw hat crew, Bellemere who is now reunited back with Nami and hugging the girl tightly into her grasp along with Nojiko. Heade don back to the village after saying their goodbyes to Hacchin, went out and decided to make a huge festival and feast for the day and night. To celebrate their freedom and giving a second chance in life thanks to Bellemere and the straw hat pirates! This moment will forever be remembered to the village as they set out to party and dance all night and make quite the incredible festival!

Things are looking bright for the Straw hat pirates as they continue moving forward and see what the future holds! Unaware that the danger from the Arlong pirates aren't exactly gone just yet, as their adventure to the Grand line continues!
