Sean had called an ally in Russia, who luckily seemed to know about Myshkin, who he called an interesting but evil man. Apparently, prior to becoming a healer, Myshkin had been an assassin for the FSB. His victims had died terrible deaths from radiation poisoning. Sean was working on something else when Nick and Hank walked in his, wearing awful blue plastic overalls given after decontamination.

"You ok?" Sean asked as they entered.

"They cleared us." Nick told him.

"We feel like idiots." Hank added.

"No comment." Sean said, before sitting at his desk. "So, what do we know about our suspect?"

"So far, just his name. Alex Renko." Nick advised him.

"They've got him in isolation." Hank said. "He's dying of radiation poisoning."

Nick looked at Sean. "It had to be Myshkin. He's definitely a koschie. We found out they can kill or cure with their touch."

Sean nodded. "Fits with what I got. Turns out Myshkin was a paid assassin for the FSB."

"Sounds like his sins have come back to haunt him." Hank commented.

"Let's bring him in. See what he has to say. See what he'll admit to."

"You know a man named Alex Renko?" Nick asked Myshkin. He had agreed to come in for questioning. Sean had joined Nick and Hank in the interrogation room.

"Should I?" Myshkin asked.

"You poisoned him with radiation two days ago." Hank said. Myshkin glanced at him.

"And you used to work for the FSB." Sean added, leaning forward. "We know you're a koschie."

"I saw you heal that boy." Nick said.

Myshkin looked at Nick. "You saw it?" He asked. And although Sean couldn't see if, by the movements Myshkin made, it appeared he had woged. He looked steadily at Nick, coughing slightly. "Now I know what you are, what about the rest of you?"

He looked up at Hank who shook his head and said no. Myshkin turned his attention to Sean. "It's a long story." Sean told him. "Now, why did Renko want you killed?"

"I promise you. I don't know." Myshkin said. He sighed. "I'm sorry for what I did to that man. He attacked me, I had no choice. Yes, I was assassin for the FSB. But I wanted to find peace and do penance for the pain I caused. So, I swore an oath to God to only do good, heal the sick."

"My concern is not your redemption. My concern is that Renko's accomplice may still be after you." Sean said.

Myshkin nodded. "Ah." He shrugged. "I'm already a dead man, Mister. And every time I heal, I die a little more. If someone tries to kill me, I'm not going to fight it again. Why should I? Soon, I will be in Hell."

Sean glanced at Nick and hank briefly, before turning back to Myshkin. "I suggest that you leave the country. Immediately."

Myshkin nodded again. "My wife misses her home." He said, thinking about it. "She will be happy to return."

Sean nodded. "You're free to go."

"I can go." He said, standing up. "Free, I'm not." He said with a bitter sounding laugh, as Hank's phone rang. Hank answered it as Myshkin left.

The conversation Hank had was short. He advised them that Renko was awake if they wished to speak with him. It may be the only chance they would have.

Renko was a pitiful sight. Covered in bandages and what wasn't covered consisted of open wounds and boils. Sean was able to converse with him before he fell into unconsciousness again. Sean found out that Myshkin had killed Renko's father; and would kill someone else. As they left the hospital, they questioned whether anyone at the house was related to Renko. There were a number of possibilities, including both his wife Olga and the housekeeper, Larissa.

They headed back to the house. Once they arrived, Hank headed around the back, while Nick and Sean knocked on the front door. Olga opened the door, not looking happy to see them. "What is the problem?" She asked.

"Where's your husband?" Sean asked in reply.

"Upstairs, in our bedroom. He's got that little whore with him."

Noises from upstairs diverted their attention from Olga. Nick and Sean entered, moving further into the house to see Larissa, the housekeeper running down the stairs. Myshkin was stumbling behind her, mumbling about having changed. Nick started up the stairs. "Stay back." Nick ordered; gun drawn.

"Mysha, what happened?" Olga asked Myshkin.

"She stabbed me." He replied.

"Larissa, come here." Sean ordered the housekeeper, as Nick put his gun away. Larissa slipped past him, heading down the stairs. Myshkin pulled a pair of scissors out of his chest. As Larissa reached the bottom of the steps Olga grabbed her.

"Let her go." Nick called out, pulling his gun back out.

Larissa screamed as Olga woged. Sean wasn't sure what wesen she was, but she had tusks that she used to slit Larissa's throat. The housekeeper collapsed on the ground, blood gushing from her neck.

"Get down." Nick ordered Olga, as they directed their guns towards her.

Olga's face returned to normal as she looked at Nick in surprise. "A Grimm." She said, although she looked unfazed.

Hank came in from the back, gun also drawn. "You heard the man, on the floor!" He ordered.

Sean hurried over to Larissa, attempting to stem the bleeding. "He killed us all." Larissa got out.

Sean looked at the detectives. "I don't think she's going to make it. I can't stop this bleeding."

"Move." Sean heard Myshkin's voice come from behind him. "Move, I can help."

"Stay back." Nick told him.

"I don't think we have another choice." Sean said.

"No. She tried to murder you." Olga yelled out, from where she had been handcuffed by Hank. "Mysha, Mysha, don't! It will kill you." Myshkin dropped beside Larissa. "You're too weak."

They watched as Myshkin placed his hand over Larissa's wound. Larissa gasped, as Myshkin collapsed beside her. "No!" Olga cried, trying to get closer to Myshkin's fallen body. "You fool."

"Forgive me." Myshkin rasped out, before dying. Olga broke down crying, as Nick called an ambulance.

"Hey, how was your day?" Lorelei asked him from the living area as he walked in the front door.

A warmth filled his chest. It still surprised him, having someone to come home to, who was happy to see him and generally interested in hearing about his day. Sean approached where she was sitting at the kitchen table, laptop open in front of her. "Long." He told her with a tired smile, as he bent down to kiss her. "Wouldn't you be more comfortable on the bed or the couch?"

"Maybe, but I like the view from here." She said, gesturing to the view of the city from the window. "I made chicken Caesar salad for dinner. There is a bowl in the fridge if you're hungry."

He pressed a kiss to the top of her head, before moving to fridge to grab the bowl. After grabbing a fork, he moved to sit with her at the table. "How was your day?"

"Not too bad. I went to the movies with Katie and Melody, and a couple of the others." She said, glancing back at her laptop.

Sean took a look and saw that she was looking at cars. "Shopping for a new car?" He asked, taking a bite of the salad.

Lorelei nodded. "Yeah. I think the old car I have has finally died for good. I've seen a couple of cars within my price range." She smiled at him. "I've been saving up to buy a car since I got my first job at thirteen. Babysitting the neighbour's kids. Aunt Marie set up an account that pays out a rather high interest rate."

"What's your budget?"

"About 10 grand." She replied, and Sean's eyebrows raised a little. "I'm thinking a 2008 Nissan Murano. It seems to be a reliable family car. There are a few with good mileage around Portland."

Sean nodded. "Maybe I can take Friday afternoon off, and after your doctor's appointment we can go look at a few cars."

"Sounds like a plan, I can meet you at the precinct and we can have lunch beforehand. Fuel ourselves up."

Sean smiled at her, leaning over to kiss her. "I look forward to it."
