A woman on an unnamed island was in labor, giving birth to a strong baby boy. "I'll name him Gabriel. Lunas D. Gabriel."
Present Day
Gabriel, a dark-skinned kid with black hair and brown eyes, wore a blue short-sleeved shirt, as the island he lived on was pretty warm year-round.
Gabriel was fishing, something his mom taught him to do. She told him that the more seafood he eats, the bigger and stronger he'll get.
The thing is, Gabriel already knows this because he isn't from this world originally. Gabriel was known as Darryl before he was born into this world, the world of One Piece. He died in a tragic accident before coming to this world, but it came with some positives, like a system.
"Rachel, show my stats," Gabriel thought.
Sure.

"Living here isn't so bad. I have a good mom, and this island is protected by marines. I just know that in this world, if I want to make any impact, I'll have to get stronger."
Before he could continue his thought, a voice called out, "GABRIEL!!!!" Josie called out to her son that dinner was ready, and if the kid was anything like his dad, he'd need a lot of food to grow.
Josie was a slender woman with brown skin, reddish hair, and gray eyes. She was fairly tall, standing at 6'2". She was very beautiful. She was a kind woman and a former marine herself. She was capable of protecting what she loved.
As Gabriel arrived home, his mother thought, "You look just like him. Hopefully, you won't be like him too." She then smiled at her only child. "I made your favorite," she said. Gabriel got excited and yelled, "Shark fin soup!!!!!!"
Later
"Mom, that was great! I want to eat your food forever," Gabriel said suddenly. "I'll keep making food for you because you're my baby boy," Josie laughed. "Yeah! I'll keep eating so I can be big and strong like you." Josie simply smiled. "It's time for you to go to bed, Gabriel."
BOOM*
"What was that, Mom?" questioned Gabriel. "I don't know. I hope it's not what I think it is." But it was. Their island was under attack.
