Aizawa was trying to pick up the injured Rock Lock when he heard the shout from Mimic, "That yell. You heard it, right?"

Izuku nodded, "That voice must belong to Irinaka. As soon as I heard it, everything started to move. Where is he? There's too much of an echo to pinpoint him."

Elsewhere, Toga said, "I get it, you wanna hide how weak you are from the rest of the world. You look down on people because you think it makes you look stronger. So lame. That's the yakuza for ya."

Mimic shouted in fury, which Izuku heard and finally pinpointed his location. He activated One For All, smashing his way through some walls, finally revealing Mimic to Aizawa, who quickly activated his Quirk, erasing Mimic's Quirk.

Mimic fell from his hiding spot and Twice said, "Sorry, yakuza. I think we'll do what we want after all. Later!"

Izuku noticed Twice and Toga hiding while Nighteye threw one of his support devices to knock Mimic out. Izuku caught Mimic before he hit the ground.

Aizawa noticed the two League villains as well, "The League betrayed him?"

Nighteye said, "Seems so. And they used us to aid in their scheming. Though at least we're on solid ground now."

Izuku looked ahead and worried about Mirio and Danny.

Speaking of which, Mirio and Phantom were almost caught up to Chisaki and Kurono. Mirio turned to Phantom, "I have an idea. You should become invisible when we reach our target. They might try something. I'll be the distraction while you'll grab Eri. But be careful. Chisaki's Quirk sounds dangerous."

Phantom smirked, "Sounds like a good plan. Stealth mode it is." He turned invisible as they inched closer to Chisaki and Kurono.

Mirio finally caught up to Chisaki and Kurono. He said, "Excuse me, gentlemen. But, we need to talk. You've got some explaining to do. Why don't we have a chat about Eri?"

Chisaki turned to Mirio, "You shouldn't have been able to get here so fast."

Mirio took a deep breath, "I took a shortcut. Now, give me the girl. I'm here to rescue her."

Chisaki sighed, "Now that you know the situation, you've decided to play hero, huh, schoolboy? You were happy being ignorant when we first met. Unfortunately for you, this girl didn't wanna come with you. You're no hero to her."

Phantom was still invisible and intangible as he crept toward Chisaki and Kurono.

Mirio replied, "That's why I'm here."

Chisaki sighed, "I'm not getting through to you. Allow me to be clearer. You're going to die down here."

Suddenly, Mirio felt dizzy, "What's happening to my body? My balance is all off."

One of the Eight Bullets, Sakaki, was responsible. He laughed, "You feeling sloshed? Your legs look shaky and you're swaying. I feel the same. That's why I'm walking up here. Stand too close to me…"

Suddenly, Mirio was being shot at by another Eight Bullet member, Nemoto. He activated his Quirk that made Mirio tell him what his Quirk was. Nemoto chuckled, "I see. That explains how you made it this far so quickly. You used your power to slip past Mimic and the others."

Sakaki shouted, "You missed him? Stupid! What are you, drunk?"

Nemoto sighed, "That would be you. I suggest you stay silent and support your superior teammate."

Mirio groggily stood up, "I get it. Your power must have forced me to tell the truth somehow, and they put someone like you on the front lines? Weird."

Nemoto sighed, "That's true. I am in a different class compared to the dispensable pawns of this organization. I'm the only one who fully understands the young boss's ambition."

Mirio countered, "He's torturing his own daughter, and you call that ambition?"

Nemoto sighed and started to go on a long monologue about Mirio being weak and him being the right hand to Chisaki. But suddenly Phantom's voice rang out, "Dude, you talk way too much." Nemoto was suddenly punched along with Sakaki.

That made Chisaki and Kurono turn around. Eri muttered, "Danny Phantom."

Phantom became visible and turned to Mirio, "You OK?"

Mirio grunted, "Fine, but what about the plan?"

Phantom chuckled, "Don't worry, you're still the distraction."

Suddenly Kurono raised his fist and punched himself right in the face. Eri started to fall but Phantom flew out of Kurono and grabbed her, flying a few feet away from Chisaki. The Phantom next to Mirio was a clone, who waved and then disappeared.

Nemoto and Sakaki tried to attack, but Mirio quickly used his ultimate move, Phantom Threat, passing through the walls quickly and knocking out Nemoto and Sakaki.

Phantom chuckled, "I should get some royalties for that."

Mirio continued attacking Nemoto and Sakaki, "I won't stop until Eri is safe. I'm going to make sure she has a reason to smile."

Eri started to cry, "Please don't. Go back. Leave me! Otherwise, he'll kill you!"

Mirio quickly phased through the floor, trying to attack Chisaki, who dodged. He landed next to Phantom, "I'm never going to let you down again, Eri. I swear it. I'm going to be your hero!"

Phantom looked down at Eri, "Same here. Besides, I did give you a pinky promise that you would be rescued."

Eri cried a little, but smiled.

Chisaki glared at Phantom, Mirio, and Eri, "Come back, Eri. How many times do I have to tell you? It's your fault. You break people. That's just how you were born."

Eri turned to Phantom and Mirio, "Go! Hurry!"

Mirio whispered, "Don't listen to him."

"Yeah," Phantom agreed. "He's just a fruit loop."

Chisaki continued, "You know how this goes. I always have to get my hands dirty because of your selfishness. Every action you take results in people dying. You're a cursed human."

Mirio was pissed, "How could you say that to your own daughter?"

Phantom's eyes glowed toxic green as he glared at Chisaki, "You know what I think? I think he lied to us. She isn't your daughter, is she?"

Mirio and Chisaki were shocked. Chisaki asked, "How did you know?"

Phantom grinned, "Because I know someone who wanted to make me his son, and he may have been a crazy fruit loop who did several experiments and committed the worst crimes, he would never go as far as to cut me apart like you have with Eri."

Chisaki chuckled, "Clever ghost boy. You're right. I have no children." He activated his Quirk and disassembled the floor around him and created spikes to try and stab all three of his opponents.

Phantom quickly turned himself and Eri intangible and Mirio used his Quirk. Mirio was even more pissed, "Eri, you could've been hurt. But he didn't care."

"Told ya," Phantom added.

"I feel funny," Eri muttered.

Phantom chuckled, "Ya, everyone says that when I turn them intangible."

Chisaki growled, "Yeah, it wouldn't have been a big deal if she got hurt. If I put her back together immediately, I can revive her. Even if she's not quite the way she was before. Eri already knows what I can do."

"Ok," Phantom replied. "You have entered into crazy fruit loop territory."

Chisaki growled, "Are you just going to stand there and let my attacks pass right through you while your friend does all the work? Come fight me. But what about Eri? What will happen if she gets hurt? Under these conditions, I'm the only one who can heal her. I've sealed off your escape. And you, you won't be able to use Permeation if you hold her. So, are you two going to fight me?"

Mirio whispered to Phantom, "You can still escape with her. Get her out of here. I can handle this."

Phantom shook his head, "I know, but you need my help."

Eri grabbed onto Phantom's arm, "Please. If you try to leave with me, he'll just go after you and kill you, and anyone up there."

Phantom sighed, "That means we have to take him down before then."

Kurono regained consciousness and pointed a gun. Chisaki said, "Careful. That ghost boy is good. We have to shoot him when his guard is down. If the other one gets hold of Eri, then shoot his arm."

Kurono replied, "I didn't expect both of them to be able to use their Quirks so precisely. And that ghost boy is on another level. But both are well trained."

Chisaki said, "Can't let anything get in the way of your shot." He destroyed the spikes.

Mirio realized, "He's clearing a path so the bullet can hit one of us."

Phantom said, "Get next to me." Mirio did and Phantom put up a shield just as Kurono fired more shots.

Kurono muttered, "Dang it! I'm not going to be able to get around that shield."

Mirio smirked, "My turn." He quickly disappeared into the ground.

Chisaki knew what he was doing. "Kurono!"

Mirio appeared right under Kurono and knocked the gun out of his hands.

Kurono groaned, "Sorry, Overhaul."

Phantom noticed Mirio left his cape behind. He handed it to Eri, "Here, wrap yourself with this. I'm going to go help him. I'll keep this shield around you. OK?"

Eri nodded. Phantom quickly lowered it so he could pass through. Chisaki noticed and tried to attack, but Mirio stopped him.

Phantom quickly put his shield back up as he flew it and punched Chisaki. Mirio followed suit. Chisaki countered faster than Phantom could anticipate and hit Phantom right in the stomach, using some of his Quirk on the ghost hero.

Phantom flew back a few feet and groaned as ectoplasm started to come out of his stomach. His shield around Eri flickered until it disappeared.

Phantom noticed, "Damn it! I didn't expect his Quirk to do this much damage to me with one hit. This is going to take time to heal. And I don't have that time. I have to keep going."

Mirio punched Chisaki in the face, "You monster! How dare you do that to my friend!"

Phantom noticed Kurono going for the gun and drew in strength to fly right toward him to knock him down. He blasted the gun to pieces with an ectoblast. He coughed up some ectoplasm and saw that his wound was slowly healing.

Mirio continued to fight Chisaki, "Make no mistake. I'm stronger! You won't lay another finger on her. On anyone ever again! I'll take on anyone I have to! You've lost this fight, Chisaki!"

Suddenly a voice rang out, "Master!" It was Nemoto, he was crawling through a crack.

Chisaki quickly threw a bullet at him and ordered him to shoot. Nemoto grabbed it and put it in his gun. He knew he couldn't hit Phantom or Mirio, so he aimed at Eri.

Both Phantom and Mirio noticed this. Phantom knew that most of his energy was focused on healing his wound, so he drew into his reserves to fly toward Eri as fast as he could. Mirio raced toward Eri as well. Just as Phantom grabbed onto Eri, the bullet fired. But before Phantom could make himself and Eri intangible, Mirio put himself in front of them and took the bullet.

Phantom was shocked, "Mirio!"

Chisaki stood up, "You're diseased. Your Quirks allow you to dream you'll become something bigger. But that way of thinking is an illness of the mind. I'm offering the world a cure. Ironic, isn't it? You came here to save this girl, and it's her power that will end everything you've come to rely on. You're powerless, Schoolboy! And ghost boy, you'll join him!"

Mirio glanced over to Phantom, "I had to. You need time to finish healing. I know it's what you would have done. Let me buy you some more time."

He quickly took off towards Chisaki as Phantom shouted, "Mirio! Wait!"

Mirio ran up and punched Chisaki several times. "I am not powerless! I am still Lemillion!"

The two fought well for a few minutes, and just as Phantom's wound fully healed, Chisaki created a spike that went right through Mirio's abdomen.

Chisaki chuckled, "You wanted to become a hero so badly. And you couldn't even save Eri. Your ghost friend. You're filthy, Lemillion. Infected. But I'll fix you with all her power. Every last one of you!"

He was suddenly blasted away by Phantom, who was standing next to Eri, his eyes burning with anger. "How dare you!"

He flew over to Mirio and got the spike out of him. He put some ecto goo over the wound.

Mirio asked, "You're OK now? All healed?"

Phantom nodded, "Yeah, but that healing took more out of me than I would have liked. But I can still fight."

Mirio looked back at Eri, who was hugging his cape tight.

Phantom said, "We can protect her. You can. Go. I'll finish this."

Before Mirio could reply, Chisaki tried to start an attack, but then Izuku suddenly burst through the wall, ready to fight.
