Time to meet Dr. Wilkinson

Dr. Elias Wilkinson finds himself caught in a treacherous game, led by a mysterious map and pursued by men. His journey will lead him up notable trails and rivers where he plans to change history. But is that what Heyes and Curry want? What about the Devil's Hole Gang? Sinclair's men?

Every author writes a Curry and Heyes prison story. This is mine.

Warning: Major character death (Heyes) but hopefully with some positivity in it, alongside the sadness. Kid in Mexico, six weeks after, then one year later.

Decided To start compiling these author chats. So this will always be "in progress."

They had been after amnesty for almost three years and it hadn't been easy, but the last few months had been harder than usual. (not a death story)

This will be an on-going piece of short stories with each chapter being a story unto itself, none more than about 5000 words. That way I won't be taking up so much space. While it says In Progress, each chapter will only be posted when complete

One of the members of the Devil's Hole Gang runs into a storm returning to the hideout. (this is my first attempt at writing in the first person, please forgive any blatant errors)

My story of "the missing years" starting two years after the Boys' Valparaiso days to their crime partnership in Devil's Hole, gleaned from tantalizing clues in a number of episodes and in keeping with the spirit of the series. My story begins in 1871 when Curry is 17 years old and Heyes is 19 years old. I hope you enjoy it.

Minor characters in each episode may only have one or two scenes in the episode and may not always know how an episode ends. This will be a three-chapter piece with each chapter devoted to a full season of episodes and giving a minor character the opportunity to voice his or her mind, usually about Heyes and/or Kid but occasionally about someone or something else.
