Chapter 11: A New Person with Supernatural Power (1):
Ryūji's POV:
I heard some strange sounds, so I walked to the source.
Hiroshi's POV:
We were trying to figure out what Poseidon was trying to tell us. "How can you stop her," asks Mayako.
"I don't know," I said.
"And what is Sadako up to," asks Mayako.
"I-I don't know the answer to that either," I said.
"Are you hiding something," asks Mayako.
"We should just keep moving," I said.
"You are," says Mayako, "what is going on?"
Dr. Domyoji's POV:
"How did the cells go missing," asks Director Inawashiro.
"We're still investigating," I said.
"How did it happen," asks Director Inawashiro.
"The lock of the door isn't damaged," I said, "could be an inside job."
"Nonsense," asks Director Inawashiro," who would steal something so dangerous?"
"The cell structure is beginning to show some abnormalities," I said, "this new could do lethal damage to humans. If the virus spreads..."
"Take the necessary precautions," says Director Inawashiro, "who could have done it?"

I tried to make a call while doing research on Ryūji Takayama.
Hiroshi's POV:
We were still walking. "So, are you ever going to tell me what's been going on with you," asks Mayako.
"I'm sorry, I can't," I said.
"I don't know what you're thinking," says Mayako, "but I can tell you this, Sadako has to be stopped for good!"
"Let's just keep going," I said.
"She's evil and wants to kill us," says Mayako.
"Maybe we can change her," I said.
"What is with you," asks Mayako.
"You wouldn't understand," I said.
Dr. Domyoji's POV:
I was running through the halls. Director Inawashiro developed a high fever. He broke out in spots. "Could this be..." I started saying.
"It's horrible."
Ryūji's POV:
I was walking through the woods. I saw a certain cabin. It brought back some memories. I felt like the world around me was spinning. I was getting dizzy.
Sadako's POV:
Something about him... no, they must all feel my wrath! All of them!
Mai's POV:
I was sitting there. The music box then stopped. I tried to get it to work again. I even shook it. I then threw it through the window.
Hiroshi's POV:
Mayako was still trying to get answers from me. "I'm sorry, but I just can't explain it," I said.
"Why not," asks Mayako.
"Because I'm trying to understand it myself," I said.
Dr. Domyoji's POV:
"Professor, you think so too," I asked.
"I was shocked too. But the symptoms are exactly the same."
"It was announced in 1980 that the VH virus was wiped out," I said, "it no longer exists."
"Perhaps an organization has been preserving it secretly."
"Could it be a strategy of the virus," I asked.
"A strategy?"
"It happened before with the MB virus," I said, "the virus disappeared suddenly at the peak of an outbreak and lay dormant for a period of time. This virus could be hiding in human cells, multiplying undetected. I believe it's survived this way."
"The virus pretends to have been eliminated, re-surfacing when human resistance is at its weakest?"
"Yes," I said, "it's hiding in the cells. When there's a chance, it reappears in its mutated form. Could it be that the cells stolen have this virus?"
"Surely not!"
"If someone uses it to commit crimes..." I started saying.
"Then we're in big trouble."
"Professor, why are you so pessimistic," I asked, "we can't give up! Science is so advanced. Perhaps the impact won't be too great."
"Fool. If the virus really exists, you should have warned me about it earlier... We'll have to wait and see now."
Hiroshi's POV:
We were still walking. Looks like Mayako's given up trying to get me to talk by now. But I have a feeling she's going to try later.
Dr. Domyoji's POV:
"No problem with his coronary artery," I said.
"No sign of abnormality so far."
I then checked his pulse.
Hiroshi's POV:
Mayako and I were still moving. We then stopped and Mayako attacks me. I think Sadako possessed her! "Sadako," I said, "please, if you have to kill me, then wait til my time is up! Don't force Mayako to do this!"
Mayako then stops. "What just happened," asks Mayako.
"We have to break this curse," I said.
Sadako's POV:
He's right, I shouldn't kill him now! He still has some time left!
Hiroshi's POV:
Mayako claims to have seen Ryūji Takayama! "I think I saw him," says Mayako.
"He couldn't be on this island," I said, "let's go."
...
We ended up going back to the cabin and found Poseidon again. "Poseidon," I said.
It turned out to be Sadako in disguise. She glares at us and disappears. "I am really beginning to not like her," says Mayako.
"Let's keep moving," I said.
"What's the point," asks Mayako, "we'll still die!"
"Why," I asked, "why does she keep playing with us?"
"Because she's evil," says Mayako.
"Remember what Poseidon said..."
"For all we know, he was probably Sadako the whole time," says Mayako, "she's pure evil and she wants to kill us because it amuses her!"
"Remember her story..."
"Oh, boo-hoo," says Mayako, "why should we be punished because her mom killed her for something that was her fault to begin with?" Mayako then walks out.
"Sadako, if you can hear me," I said, "I'm sorry for what happened to you! Please, spare us!"
"Don't waste your time," says Mayako, "I'm going to find Ryūji Takayama! I know I saw him, and he has to know how to destroy Sadako!"
