Chapter 10: The Royal Wedding (Part 2)
The moment of truth has come! Finally the ceremony was about to begin. All the guests were in their respective seats. Those in charge of the music were an orchestra band. The director greeted the guests with a bow. He took the baton and began directing his band to begin playing the famous music of the wedding march. At that moment, Gil Gordon entered accompanied by his mother. They both greeted and smiled at the guests as they walked down the aisle. Gi got there and noticed that near him was his own father, his best friends Goby, Nonny and Urchin and Mr. Grouper as groomsmen.
A few minutes later, it was time for the bride to enter. At that moment, Molly Gentilella began her march accompanied by her father. She carried in her hand a bouquet of white roses. Gil couldn't stop looking at his soon to be wife in that beautiful white dress. Molly noticed that and her cheeks turned pink. That beautiful march felt eternal. Finally, Molly walked down the aisle in front of her future husband. Her father released her and settled next to Molly's mother. On the bride's side we can see Miriam, Robert, Mia, Deema, Oona, Zooli and Charlize being the closest companions.
"Molly...you look beautiful...like the princess you always were" Gil whispered at her.
"Thanks, Gilly….You look like a handsome prince" Molly admitted with a low tone of voice. Finally, among them appeared the respected and beloved Queen Demanda. The couple decided to take a short bow to respect the authority figure.
"Greetings to all the people present! We are here to unite Molly Gentilella and Gil Gordon in holy matrimony. This is a great honor for me as it is the first wedding to be held at BubbleTucky Castle in a long time. And I, Queen Demanda, am honored to be the one to lead this sacred ceremony. Marriage is the basis of the new family they want to form. This is like a race where both of you must compete together if you want to reach your goals…" Queen Demanda continued with her speech. The whole place was silent as she spoke. The couple only paid attention to the words of the monarch who was marrying them. While Molly looked calm, Gil looked slightly tense. In fact, he wanted to say something at that moment.
"Huh….Wait….I... I want to say something before continuing... I can't…" Gil interrupted the ceremony. Everybody gasped surprisedly.
"(gasp) DRAMAAAAA!" Deema shouted in shock.
"G-Gilly? What happened?" Molly was confused.

"Huh?" She didn't get it.
"Molly, you are the best thing that ever happened to me...and I really love you with all my heart. And I adore the relationship we've carried to this day. But... this commitment terrifies me... This is new to me and... I don't want to lose you because of some mistake I'm going to make... You know more than anyone my imperfections... And I'm afraid that those things will take you away from me... The same thing happened with my parents... I don't want to live that with you... That's why I'm afraid, I don't know how to be a perfect husband ...and if the day comes...To be a perfect father...I'm simply afraid of losing you..." Gil lowered his gaze. They all fell silent. I promise to be loyal to you and take care of you with all my might for the rest of my days" Gil said all of this with sincerity. Molly was moved and even thought that she was going to cry with happiness.
"Awwwwww!" Deema, Oona and Zooli said at the same time.
"That was beautiful. Very well...Molly Gentilella, it's your turn to say your wedding vows" Queen Demanda said.
"Okay….Gil Gordon, you are the most amazing guy I've ever met. You are someone brave and tenacious. No matter what comes your way, you never know the word give up. "I do!" Gil said without any doubt.
"Perfect. Now. Molly Gentilella, do you take this man to be your husband, to live together in holy matrimony, to love him, to honor him, to comfort him, and to keep him in sickness and in health, forsaking all others, for as long as you both shall live?" The monarch asked her.
"I do!" Molly answered happily.
"Ïf there is any who would object (to whatever), let them speak now or forever hold peace their" Demanda said it due for protocol. It seems that no one was against that union. "Molly, take this ring as proof of my love and fidelity to you" Gil placed the ring on his wife's finger. Molly smiled and took the other ring and took her man's hand gently.
"Gil, I give you this ring as proof of my love and fidelity to you" Molly said this before placing the ring on Gil's finger. Immediately, a lobster man in uniform and serious expression appeared.
"Ahem…Miss Molly, Mr. Gil...please...sign here and here" He was the lawyer for the union to be legitimate. It didn't take long for both of them to sign that legal paper. He simply bowed goodbye and withdrew so the ceremony could be concluded. The young couple looked into each other's eyes and held hands.
"By the power that the crown and the state give me, now I declare you: Husband and Wife!" Queen Demanda said loudly. She set her sights on Gil "Gil, you have the right to kiss the bride"
"It will be a pleasure" He smiled at her bride.
"Gilly!" She said before Gil brought his face closer to hers and they both joined their lips in a romantic kiss. That was the most romantic kiss of both. Everyone decided to get up and clap loudly in happiness for the new marriage.
"Long live the bride and groom! Long live the bride and groom!" All the guests present shouted with happiness.
"This is so beautiful! BUAAAAAAAAAA!" Deema began to cry dramatically as Oona and Zooli comforted her.
"YOO-HOO!" Goby, Nonny, and Urchin squealed with happiness while clapping their hands.
"BUAAAAAAAA!" Robert started to cry too. Miriam just patted his back.
"Please darling...don't overdo it...please" Miriam said trying to hold back her tears of happiness.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Don't forget to go to the event room! It's party time!" Gil shouted loudly.
"Someone said: Party!" Deema said excitedly. At that moment, Molly and Gil joined hands for the wedding exit. The guests began to throw rose petals to respect the tradition. They all sent their best wishes. Although everyone knew that a very fun moment was coming: The Wedding Party!
All those present arrived at the Castle Events Room, where the wedding party would take place. At the start, everyone was greeted with a glass of drink and food was being served. Colored lights immediately appeared throughout the room. At that moment, some model lobster women appeared with different outfits used by the famous pop singer. In the middle of it, a female guppy older than them appeared. She was a guppy who has brown skin, black, Afro-style curly hair and brown eyes. She wears purple star-shaped ear-rings and a black bikini top, and has a purple star tattoo on her left cheek. Her tail of hers is black with dark purple patterns on it.
"How long has it been, Molly!"
"S-S-STYLEE!" Molly was shocked when she appeared in front of them.
"You're really here!" Gil said surprisedly too

Deema simply decided to fall and move on her knees in celebration before the stage
"THAT'S HOW IT IS! GOOD NIGHT, BUBBLETUCKY!" Deema shouted loudly. Everyone ended up clapping and shouting with happiness. But no one was happier than the newly married couple, especially Molly.
"I can't believe it! You brought Stylee for me!" Molly said with a joyful tone of voice. Her eyes even shone with excitement.
"And for me, of course!" Gil added.
"Please darling! You two are our best friends and you deserve the best!" Deema smiled at them.
"Congratulations, Molly. I wish you and Gil a happy life together" Stylee congratulated them.
"Come all here!" Molly ordered and all of them hugged each other. That was really a great moment for everyone present.
After that moment and the toast, a very beautiful and romantic moment arrived: The dance. The music team was in charge of placing a delicate piece to start the waltz. Everyone was attentive to the initial dance. Gil and Molly come face to face. They both bow to begin, as if it were a royal dance. They both get closer. They both hold hands. Gil gently holds his wife's waist while Molly puts her hand on her shoulder, they both keep looking into each other's eyes and begin to dance to the music. It was a truly magical moment. They both looked at each other with love and moved by mere instinct. They would treasure that moment for the rest of their lives.

She couldn't contain herself and laid her head on her now new husband's chest. Gil gave her a kiss on her forehead and they continued dancing together until the piece was about to end. Everyone applauded when they saw the dance.

"Molly, I want you to know that I love you with all my heart. And know? This is very hard for me to accept...Accept that now you will be in the arms of another man. And more than it is about Gil. "Gil, I always wanted you to be an exemplary man... And you know something? I'm seeing it in you. Despite everything, you were always brave and determined in everything you did. I'm proud of you...It's hard for me to leave "my little guy"...But I have to be realistic: you're not a little guy anymore...You're a grown man. I love you, dear" Gils mother said with some tears.
"I love you too, mom. I am the man I am because of you and dad. Thank you for all the sacrifices you made for me. It's not easy to have put up with me, I imagine hehehe" Gil smiled at her. Both of them hugged each other.
After that beautiful dance, the newlywed couple met in the center of the dance floor again.
"Hey, all you single girls come here!" Molly said excitedly. Lots of single girls got together and they all knew what was going to happen. Molly decided to throw the bouquet of flowers to follow the tradition and see who would be the next couple to get married. All the women began to fight over the bouquet, but only one of them was victorious.
"HAHAHA I WIN!" The winner was Deema Wahler! "OHHH GOBYYYY!" She called him with a special smile. When her boyfriend realized that she had the bouquet, he blushed and gulped.
"Uh Oh! Guys! Save me!" Goby ran away while Nonny and Urchin held back the urge to laugh.
"HEY! DON'T RUN AWAY FROM YOUR FUTURE WIFE! I KNOW WHAT YOU WANT! LET'S GET MARRIED AND YOU WILL LIKE IT!" Deema yelled dramatically as she chased Goby across the dance floor. Oona and Zooli couldn't hold back their laughter.
"Hey! What are you all waiting for? IT'S TIME TO DANCE!" It was Chief Anderson who decided to play the music loud. All the guests were happy and it was time for everyone to start dancing. The guppies gathered together with other characters.
"I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT! YOU ARE THE BUBBLE GUPPIES IN PERSON! It's all a pleasure! I'm Alex, Gil's best police friend! I am a big fan of yours!" Alex introduced himself very happily.
"Im Todd….It's nice to meet you" Todd greeted them.
"Names Darcy….A pleasure…." She said quietly.
"Gil's friends are our friends too, right?" Goby answered.
"Yeah!" The other guppies replied. Alex walked over to Oona and took her hand. He decided to kiss her hand.
"It's nice to meet you, Oona. I hate to be rude...But I have to confess something...I was a fan of Bubble Guppies...And you were my platonic love! I liked you when I was a child! So this is a dream to me" Alex said happily.
"Huh…Thanks, I guess?" Oona was confused with that funny scene.
"Ahem….Nonny, you really are lucky to have her. Congratulations!" The crab boy shaked his hand with him.
"Thanks" Nonny said quietly.
"Very good! It's time to move the skeleton! Goby, come with me!" Deema took his hand. She took him (or rather dragged him) to the dance floor.
"Woahhhh!" Goby said surprisedly.
"Ahem…Oona, would you grant me this dance?" The boy with blue glasses asked his partner politely and bowed.
"It will be my pleasure, Sir Nonny the Nice!" Oona imitated the bow and they both joined hands to go dancing together.
"Huh...Hmmm...Z-Z-Zooli…" Urchin was very nervous.
"Yeah?" Zooli asked him. She just smiled mischievously, because she knew what he wanted to try to ask her.
"You…Hmmm…Do you…?" He was stuttering a lot until she got very close to him.
"Of course I do want to dance with you. Come here" Zooli managed to grab him by the waist and forcefully lifted him up and carried him to the dance floor. Gil's police friends were shocked to see that.
"WHAT?!" Alex, Todd and Darcy were surprised.
"Never be swayed by appearances, youngsters" Miranda appeared alongside Chief Anderson.
"What do you say, apprentice? Do you want to dance a little like in our last undercover mission?" Anderson proposed to her.
"Hopefully you can keep up with me, old master" Miranda mocked him and both started to dance.
"Come on guys!" Alex and Todd started dancing.
"Darcy, join us!" Todd proposed to her.
"No thanks, it's not my style" She crossed her arms.
"Don't you have the guts? Surely Todd, who is a snail, moves better than you" Alex mocked her.
"Hmmmm I'm going to show you two how to really dance. If anyone mentions any of this, I'll kill you" Darcy rolled her eyes and she joined them. Molly's three students: Randall, Wyatt and Tara danced together.
"Hmmm….Dylan! Come with me!" Mia took her best friend's hand, inviting them to dance.
"Hehehe…who am I to deny?" He smirked a bit until.
"Dont forget me!" Daniel joined them. The older brother sighed a bit.
"I think these bones can take one more dance. What do you say, dear?" Mr. Grouper proposed it to his wife.
"Why not?" Duncan just shrugged until they were both surprised to see someone else.
"Hi, guys. They don't forget about me, right?" It was Grumpfish!
"Wait...were you at the wedding all this time?" Mrs. Grouper asked surprisedly.
"Of course. I was part of the event security. Surely there are many characters in a single event that the writer surely forgot to mention me. But yes, I was always here" Mr. Grumpfish broke the 4th wall for some moments.
"Okay? So….Join us, old friend" Tino said with a smile.
It was a great madness in that event room. Many characters we know were present enjoying the party. It was definitely a great dance and it would be an unforgettable night. At that moment, the new couple decided to get out of all that crowd of people to have a moment alone free from all the people. Both of them were holding hands, sitting and watching the beautiful starry sky.
"It's totally crazy inside, don't you think?" Gil asked funnily.
"Maybe it wasn't a good idea to invite all of BubbleTucky. I will give the warning to the next Bubble Guppies to get married" Molly said before both of them giggled.
"That just shows how many people love us. We have done a lot for this beautiful town. So I think having a property near BubbleTucky was a great choice" Gil mentioned about their new home.
"This all feels unreal...Am I dreaming?" Molly asked him.
"Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction, my dear" Gil answered.
"Hey, I know you like parties...why aren't you inside with the others?" She asked curiously.
"I just want to be with my wife now" He touched her chin softly. Both of them smiled until they got interrupted.
"Am I interrupting something, guys?" It was Nonny quietly.
"Oh! Nonny! Is something wrong, friend?" Gil asked him.
"Everything is okay in here...However, I just wanted to give you two...my wedding gift" He admitted.
"Wedding gift?" Both of them asked confusedly.
"It's just...it's something personal and I don't want everyone to find out...So, take it" Nonny just handed them a sealed envelope. The couple looked at each other and decided to open the envelope. Both of them were shocked to see the content.
"No way! These are... Plane tickets... and a luxurious hotel reservation... IN THE CARIBBEAN?!" Molly was shocked.
"Gil had commented that this is the plan of the two of you...I just wanted to make your job easier..." Nonny explained.
"But Nonny...this is very expensive..." Gil said.
"Do you have any idea how much I earn as a university professor?" Nonny replied quietly. Something that both were surprised to see was that Nonny gave them a slightly suspicious smile "...Happy honeymoon" He said that before going back to the party with the others. The newlywed couple looked at each other nervously and blushed a little.
"Wow, Nonny surprised me" Molly commented.
"Me too…..Me too…." Gil simply took his wife's hand so that they both looked into each other's eyes.
"So...travel to the Caribbean as a honeymoon?" Molly smiled at him.
"Well yes. I wanted us to go somewhere tropical. Nonny was the one who recommended this place to me" Gil admitted with a special smile.
"You are wonderful, you know that?" Molly touched his cheek.
"I don't know how much. You are the extraordinary one here" He said with a lovely tone of voice.
"Gilly….I love you, my dear husband"
"I love you too….My lovely wife"
They both ended the scene with a beautiful kiss on the lips. Finally they had finished the courtship period and together the era of marriage would begin. What would life be like for both of them from now on? That's a mystery, but they can handle anything together. Where will they go on their honeymoon? It will be something for another time. The most important thing is that they would start a new stage in their relationship. They will be together at all times, until death do them part.
What a long chapter! But I can tell you that it was worth it. This chapter is kind of awesome. Full of emotions, love and romance. Who doesn't like wedding episodes hehe? What we do know is that this marks the start of a new phase for these beloved characters. Now they will face different challenges. They and other couples on the way hehehe

While everyone was happy about this great celebration, others decided to plan something in the shadows. This is the case of a character that I bet many have been ignoring. We will look at the ruins of the old Cadaverini Mansion, residence of the former leader of the criminal organization Bossi Cadaverini (who had died). In that place we see how the conference room was in ruins, but it was an important meeting area. Some remaining members of the House of Cadaverini were gathered. We can see that a young guppy appeared in front of them. He was an adolescent guppy with short straight brown hair. He had black eyes and his skin color was brown. His tail was red with orange triangles. Also, something unusual is that he had triangle tattoos on his neck.
"All hail the leader of the House of Cadaverini, Harris Cadaverini!" The boy said loudly. They all bowed. Now the members have changed. They no longer wore the Italian mask. They now wore masks of skulls, demons, masks with horrible faces.
"Thanks for the introduction, Nacho!" Harris appeared wearing a black mask with an X-shaped scar over his left eye. That was his identity, known to him as Mr. X. But he didn't take long to remove the mask "UGH! I needed fresh air, guys! Do you not get tired of the heat with those masks or is it just me?...Nope? Alright! Finally our weekly meeting. Anyone bring news from BubbleTucky or Big BubbleCity? Please! Anything!"
"We have received news. Subjects known as Molly Gentilella and Gil Gordon got married" One of the masked men informed him.
"Owwww! How cute! How romantic! SO CHEESY! I'm offended that they didn't invite me. ME! THE GREAT HARRIS CADAVERINI! Well I guess I saved the wedding gift" He said it chaotically. None of his men dared to question his strange and erratic conduct.
"Don't you think we should take advantage of the fact that they are not prepared?" Nacho proposed to him.
"My dear friend Nacho! You are so smart... but so dumb too. We can't go on a wild goose chase, fella….The recovery of power of the House of Cadaverini is going little by little and we can't do nonsense like that. Let those guppies enjoy the silly "holy matrimony". After all, they will be together until death do them part. And by death...I mean me, of course...HAHAHAHA" He laughed evilly.
"Sir, your plan is still standing... Right?" Nacho asked nervously.
"Of course...I wish to see my old friends" At that moment, another masked guy appeared and showed him several papers about many people. Among them we see Scarlet, Gregory and Robynn "But do you know something? I also want new friends. It's always good to meet new people. And I think I know who they could be...Hehehe" He smiled when he saw new faces in the photos.
"The city will soon be ours, sir! Please everyone praise Lord Harris Cadaverini!" Nacho bowed at him.
