Chapter 27 Oh Whale

Deep within one of the darkest places in the ocean, the Umibozo, Iku Turso, and Leviathan were gathered together having a secret meeting to discuss current events, their partnership with Tentacular, and future plans for the world.
"Maui and his little band are with the Bad Guys and they are working together to retrieve the Instrument of Destruction. I heard they got one of the keys they need to get it." Said Iku Turso.
"Yes the Bad Guys are getting Maui and his allies to aid them and then they plan to take the heart of Te Fiti from Maui and his allies once they have the Instrument of Destruction." Said Umibozo.
"Do you think the Bad Guys are capable of doing it?" Asked Leviathan.
"I do. The Bad Guys are a skilled and crafty lot." Said Iku Turso.
"And if they do fail then Gutt and Dave's crews will sweep in and do it." Said Umibozo.
"Yes now there's Tentacular to consider. Should we still side with him and share the world or do we take him out of the equation and divide the world among ourselves?" Said Iku Turso.
"Tentacular is a powerful ally or has the same enemies as we do and wants them dead." Said Leviathan.
"That may be true, but he has a change to get the heart of Te Fiti. What's to say he won't keep that power to himself and use it against us?" Said Iku Turso.
"That is a possibility. I say we should continue working with Tentacular and keep a close eye on him. If it looks like he's going to take the power for himself, then we attack him and take him down." Said Umibozo.
The other monsters agreed.
"Now there's the matter of Monstro, the Devil Whale." Said Leviathan.
"Yes, he's a destructive force of nature that refuses to work with us. Monstro could cause us some problems in the future. We need to find him and eliminate him." Said Umibozo.
"If Monstro were to cross paths with Maui and his group, he would most certainly devour them along with the heart of Te Fiti. Who knows what eating the heart would do to something like Monstro." Said Iku Turso.
"Then we better hope that doesn't happen." Said Leviathan.
The other monsters agreed and soon the meeting was at a end.
Elsewhere, Moana, Maui, Ruby, Chelsea, and the Bad Guys were sailing along to Beast Island, when they spotted a odd shape in the distance. It looked like a blue round oval shaped rock the size of a mountain and was as long as a small island. The thing was a curious sight and Maui and Shark turned into a couple of giant hawks to go investigate it. The two flew over to to the strange formation and landed on it.
"I have never seen a mountain this smooth before." Said Shark.
"Nor one this soft. Something isn't right about this." Said Maui.
Just then the mountain shook a little and a gyser of water suddenly shot up near Maui and Shark. The two exchanged shocked looks and went to examine the spot the water had shot out of. The hole looked different from any other holes the two have seen and it gave off a weird smell. Maui and Shark exchanged looks and flew off the top to do some more exploring. They circled the side of the object and soon found themselves facing a giant eye on the side that was half the size of a palm tree! The eye looked at the two birds curiously and then the whole mound moved revealing itself to not be a mountain, but a massive whale and not just any whale, but Monstro, the Devil Whale!
Monstro was massive even bigger then a giant kraken! He had a dark blue skin, a lighter color underbelly, two black fierce eyes, and a large mouth full of gigantic sharp teeth.
"Monstro!" Said Maui.
"We got to get away from here!" Yelled Shark.
The two of them flew back to the boats as fast as they could with Monstro watching them with a bit of interest as it took notice of the boats.
"What's wrong?" Asked Moana as Maui and Shark landed on the boats.
"Monstro! That thing is Monstro, the Devil Whale! We need to put distance between ourselves and that creature and find land!" Said Maui.
"Too late! Here he comes!" Yelled Wolf.
Everyone watched in horror as Monstro swam towards the boats with surprising speed for something so big. Ruby and Chelsea gasped in shock at how big Monstro was and realized if they had tried to hunt him, they would most surly get killed by the monster. Wolf and Maui quickly got their boats going and tried to steer away from Monstro as he charged forward opening his mouth up wide. Monstro easily closed the distance and the boats along with their crews were swept into Monstro's mouth and quickly swallowed. Monstro then dove into the water to continue about his business like usual not giving a second thought to the beings it had just devoured.
