Then Charlie told him he was going ask Peppermint Patty to prom. Linus was so happy for his best friend but his face didn't look happy it looked sad. Charlie Brown looked at Linus and raised an eyebrow then asked Linus are you okay?
Yeah I'll be fine. he answered waving it off.
Did you ask someone to go? Charlie asked. Wondering if his best friend found someone yet.
Oh uh. No, no one yet. Don't think I'm going this year. Linus said truthfully.

Yes we are. I wrote a song for her and played it yesterday for her. She cried and told me she loved it. Schroeder said with big smile on his face. Then said I asked her to prom infront of her mom and brothers. She said she waited for this day her whole life and yes she'll go. Her mom said she was going to help her get her dress and I gotta match. I'm not sure I want to match but if it makes her happy we will do it.

Well it might be nothing you know she really haven't changed about being crabby. She does it less now but she still the same.
