THE CHESAPEAKE AND USS GOODELL MURDERS PART 1
This morning ZNN Guy Ross the reporter does the news report about the USS Goodell the old navy ship served in the military service for 60 years sailing the waters of Southeast Asia and Persian Gulf now planning preparations for the sinking starting tomorrow which will transform into artificial reef "The semtex won't be activated until the ship is towed safety out of sea" Mr. Chang goes on continuing the plans including creating it unsinkable Guy Ross slowly walks back only to bump into something he turns around to see where he just bumped something concealed in type of disposable body bag much to his view realized 3 bodies concealed into plastic bag sealed with duct tape around when 3 bodies are discovered bloodied what it looks like stashed nearly on top of each other with the walls completely stained with the 3 victims blood Mr. Chang begs and yells "Not another one" frightened his hands are rapidly blocking the cameras man view
JOB POSITION AND INVESTIGATION ON THE USS GOODELL
This morning she just stepping into the directors office just now he puts the phone back into receiver in this meeting with the main director about the plan that had to do with her father offering his job in the Far East Field Office in Japan in the role of SSA Director Vance was speaking to her about the Far East Field Office job role he shortly got off the phone with man nickname Moondog who was Knight old buddy his full name Brain Mooney who worked at Camp Pendleton as Chief REACT Training Officer while she was in recruit training to join the REACT team during the events of 2013 her training officer would be kicking people butts this was all before she was assigned to Washington DC recruited and assigned to Thomas Dalton for REACT Vance confirms sounded good news Brain "Moondog" Mooney ended up taking the Far East Field Office job good news for her no going overseas she knows it would be difficult and bad for her love interest Dr. Palmer and the team would weigh on them finding out about this Vance confirmed to her that Chief REACT Training Officer position in Camp Pendleton has been left opened except before any answers can be revealed she receives message from the leader she had to go take responsibility for her duty calls for her regular employment for the team she could not miss the case knowing if things can get worse the conversation about the job position had to be put on hold while Torres and McGee nearly were ahead of them Parker waited for her in the car the 2 had normal brief conversation turned quiet for Knight who was in deep thought not knowing what to say to her supervisory lost in thought until getting into the crime scene walking onto the docks onto the ship the special agents have normal conversation did not had to with the case but about the special agent planned position Knight being upped to Chief if that could happen even for Torres who was the one closer to her in Texas investigating where the dismembered marine victim lived Torres talked to her about the Far East Field Office position wether or not she was going to move on from MCRT instead of not going to another state it was going to be in another country feeling of bittersweet moment while Dr. Palmer arrives to work late due to his daughter having serious meltdown over lost scrunchy she forced him drop her off a block from elementary school instead is on time for the crime scene the team briefly passes by ZNN reporter Guy Ross who is now reporting the incident with the cameraman directing on him the team gets into the ship where the corpses are discovered Dr. Palmer examines the bodies its believed to be the works of the mob group the mafia the cartels the team have dealt with them in the past before its obvious the mob the mafia the cartels did it and Parker confirmed "We got 1 woman 2 men" up on the dock Lacy and Mr. Chang get into an argument accuse him of not adding security cameras in anger leading blaming for the victims deaths McGee restrains Mr. Chang arm back not wanting for him to run get up into Lacy's face Lacy the ships owner who is shouting "the poor guy got tire tracks on his chest" McGee pulls him farther away Parker, Knight, Torres speak to Lacy questioning to him about what happened last night he is talking to the special agents completely frustrated and livid about the bodies dumped on his own ship questioning "Who's gonna want to park their boat here after this" someone pulls up man in blue overalls name Edgar who is Lacy says overnight guy an ex con who formerly committed robbery in his younger days Lacy states he is now a sweetheart he is coming out of the car not happy "Bad enough I spent all night here I told you I was real busy when you called" when he said real busy the special agents see there is wet red completely all over his overalls mainly his stomach it raises the question the red flags looks like he could be responsible or involved in the killings he is handcuffed he is taken to the interrogation room where both Torres and McGee are completely interrogating the ex con now in dark blue NCIS uniform he calmly explains confesses the answers whos blood it was calmly answered about what he was doing "I was in the middle of gutting beautiful 4 point buck" Torres and McGee are questioning him about what clearly happened last night on the dock
Inside the Autospy Room Dr. Palmer confirmed the bodies were stashed between 2:00am to 3:00am the cause of death for the 3 victims Thomas Mackin died from blunt force injuries, Susan Sidor from the stab wounds and the unidentified homeless man was clearly struck by a car based on the headlights bits on his clothes the 4 special agents was going to leave the headquarters Parker and Knight were going to Sidor's place in Chesapeake and Torres and McGee will notify Mankins wife in Springfield the team separates Dr. Palmer wants to have short conversation with Knight about the team referring to her as Chief earlier while Dr. Palmer used to be using sense of humor nobody found funny or amusing mainly failed now he just the job offer she was possibly chosen to have for Camp Pendleton Dr. Palmer felt unhappy with her his fears of losing her having meltdown in front of her reminding the people he lost in the past including the deaths to his wife to COVID-19 his mentor Dr. Donald Mallard of old age in disappointment he just lets her go now for Knight her feelings about wanting to take the job is left unknown her soon to be ex boyfriend is feeling hostile

During the car ride to Chesapeake sitting in the passenger seat Parker is staring at the crime scene photos held in both hands his black or brown pupil eyes discovers small detail in the photo shiny little thing in the photo Parker questions to Knight "What do you think it is" wanting for her answer on this one "Uh don't know" Knight answers without even looking at the photo she was too focused on driving overall can still hear what they are saying not looking realizing evidence was not collected enough Knight turns the car erratically spinning the wheel in order to change directions where they were going to go back to the crime scene boarding back on the ship Lacy owns only to collective evidence Parker was hoping it will be quick search for the watch he hated being on ships
Torres and McGee arrive to Thomas Mackins home where his wife opens the door she feels relieve answering she just now got off the phone with the missing persons "Did you find Tommy" the federal agents told her "we have some news for you about your husband" Torres questions "When was the last time you spoke to him" Mrs. Mackin's answers 2 days ago he called her on his way from a job in Fairfax Torres shows her the victims mainly Susan Sidor part of the faculty she confesses he doesn't know the victims but everyone loved him he was pussycat except there was 1 man who caused her husband some sleepless nights Torres questions if Tommy was a gambler his wife it was only his vice "he tried to hide it I played along" she answered Torres realizes the bookie could possibly be part of the mob has That food truck of his it isn't fooling anybody" he figuring out it was the familiar man he encountered face to face 3 years ago it was no other than the man nickname Sloppy Joe Sammy
ONBOARD INVESTIGATION ON THE SHIP
Parker and Knight are onboard the ship there was little no light they were using flashlights needed the USS Goodell had little power was left abandoned after the discovery of the gruesome bodies they continue their conversation briefly about good and bad relationships "Jimmy's been planning that from the moment I turned down my dads jobs just waiting for another chance to lob that grenade" she explains to Parker but again Parker admits he's not exactly qualified to be handling out relationship advice Knight knowing the last time he said he wasn't qualified he ended up giving her some advice the 2 special agents briefly stop walking talking to each other "what's the but" staring at him Parker said "no buts this time" he hopes Knight finds the shiny little object so they can get the he'll out of here off this abandoned 60 year old ship Knight answers "why do you exactly hate ships" he quickly answers it has something to do with his old man years in the navy he comes up with another answer about men don't typically share their innermost thoughts the way women do Knight smirks telling him "I was just let go by the worlds most oversharing man" she knows the disclosure of amount of details revealing too much personal information about his life including telling the team he was not like their supervisor, his friendship with the murderer suspect, the special agents figuring out that their supervisor was possibly involved in the murder of FBI Agent Frank Ressler gripping their flashlights turning it shines on the shinny little thing until spotting a broken strap watch on the ground Parker grabs the latex glove from his pants pocket scoops up the watch without laying or leaving his own fingerprints on there "Broken strap its kind of unisex that could be a man or woman" Parker answered "Belonging to either one of the victims or whoever killed them" she said the flashlight shining the watch she was staring at it clanging is heard nearby hearing something bang Knight sees an unknown shadow figure running leads the 2 to start running even more Parker shouts "NCIS identify yourselves" they are pursuing the suspect who is running quickly so fast on his feet Knight gaining more increase in running she did track a long time ago had higher rank than others she quickly turns to the left that's where the suspect is Parker is catching up she turns to the left hearing footsteps and clattering noise in the engine room it was completely pitch black Knight climbs up the balcony moving her flashlight using the light she was following to see where the suspect went only to reveal another higher balcony this time bit higher sees movement the door latch shifts down Knight goes on the 2nd balcony running to the door latch her hands hurriedly and hastily attempting real hard to open the latch door "Its locked" shouting to Parker who is going to find another way out his shoe hits unknown long skinny thing leading him to lose his balance slips to the ground thankfully his hand still gripping the flashlight something knocks downward to the ground as he was about to work to get himself up from the ground heavy metal object pinned him back even further to the ground he yells in pain the impact weighs on him it separates from the rope hanging on moving rapidly and freely downward onto the federal agent forcing him down to the ground against his will he yells in pain his hand opens the flashlight clatters to the ground Knight attempts to find another way out she sees the supervisory special agent pinned to the ground she is running near him moving her flashlight to Parker "Parker!" she yells hearing his agonizing yell she was about to help him up he tells her to "forget me keep chasing" Knight runs finding another door in frustration trying to get the damn door open no luck pounds her hand in frustration "son of a bitch locked us in" she said to Parker now feeling frustrated and angry currently only because the intruder swiftly escaped keeping them locked in but now her supervisor was left pinned to the ground she can know things will get worse from there Knight comes back grabs onto his hand pulling him his upper body forcefully collapses back to the ground he is out of breath Knight was feeling most of this was her fault Parker slowly unable to move his lower body he stares at her calmly saying "were okay" despite breathing heavily the heavy metal object was doing further impact on his lower body
