Chapter 8 (Halloween 2024 part 3)
*Electra Sinders vs Viper Takagi*
Electra Sinders (who wore a KISS costume) and Viper Takagi (dressed as a massive cavewoman) faced each other inside of a rustic shack with old furniture. There was no electricity, and the only source of light came from the window that faced outside where a dense fog rolled up. While the two faced each other, Sayuri Rogue's voice was heard in the loudspeaker.
"For this match, we are issuing last woman standing rules! Whichever woman stays down by the count of ten will be declared the loser, and the winner will be whoever is left standing! Other than that, there are no other rules! Anything can be used as a weapon and the match can take place anywhere, even outside! Fair warning though: the fog outside is filled with a chemical designed to slowly lull whoever breaths it into a sleeping state! So if you fight out there, you better finish things quickly! So let's begin this hardcore match!"
DING-DING!
Electra decided to start the match smart. Before her opponent could take a step toward her, she dived to the side disappearing behind a torn sofa. Viper turned around it, but she saw no sign of the rock star. She didn't know where she was until Electra jumped her from behind. Viper quickly retaliated by lifting Electra up and tossing her across the room hitting the wall.
The wall didn't break upon impact, but it did cause a board to bust out. Electra grabbed the board and pried it out of the wall before swinging it toward Viper. She Japanese Amazon raised her arms to shield her head, but much to her surprise, Electra instead aimed for her leg. The wood shattered causing Viper to drop to one leg. Electra then jumped up to a rusty chandelier that hung over head and swung over to Viper. She landed a kick to her with the help of the chandelier knocking her on her back. She then waited for the count.
1… 2…
Unsurprising, it wasn't enough for Viper who already starts standing back up. She got up to one knee before Electra gets behind her and applies a sleeper hold on her. She tightens her hold as hard as she could trying to knock out her opponent. However, Viper's will proved to be stronger than she thought. With sheer force of will, Viper ran backwards and crushed Electra with her back onto the wall. Electra let go and fell to the ground.
With Electra off her, Viper turned to her opponent and stomped on her repeatedly. Each stomp took more out of her with each strike. After ten stomps, Viper stood back to allow for the count.
1… 2… 3… 4… 5…
Electra broke the count by standing back up. She groaned in pain, but she powered through. She glared with murderous intent toward Viper and shot a kick at her. Viper caught her foot, but she surprised her by kicking with her other leg. Viper was knocked backwards and tripped on the arm of the sofa.
While Viper was on the couch, Electra found a stool and picked it up. She saw Viper standing back up and swung the stool at her. This time, it was aimed at her head, and it broke upon impact. Viper steps backward and nearly tripped over the table, but Electra finished it by jumping right onto Viper's body. The two of them fell over and Viper crashed right through the faded table behind her.
Electra stood back up and watched Viper while the count went on.
1… 2… 3… 4… 5…
Again, Viper was starting to get back up. Electra knew she needed an edge, so she looked around. That's when she noticed a pumpkin in the corner of the room. She rushed over to it and opened it right up. She reached down to grab whatever was inside, but when she got a grip on it, she immediately screamed and raised her hand which had a burn mark on her palm. What was inside was a smelting-hot ball of metal, so it was clearly the trick.
While Electra blew on her hand to stop the burning, Viper recovered and turned to her opponent. She rushed at her and caught her with a tackle that carried her to the window. She stopped right in her tracks and used the built-up momentum to throw Electra right to the door shattering it as she fell through. Electra rolled outside until she landed in a paddock that looked like it was made for horses. Already, she could feel the fog slowly lulling her to sleep, but she had the strength to power through.
Viper headed to the door to follow her opponent outside, but she stopped when she noticed something on the front porch right in front of her door. It was another pumpkin. Remembering that the last one turned out to be a trick pumpkin, she knew this one was a treat, so she opened it up and pulled out what was inside. Much to her delight, it turned out to be a gas mask which she then put over her face before going out to face Electra Sinders.
The Japanese Amazon met Electra in them middle of the paddocks as if they were confronting each other in a large wrestling ring, but with a wooden fence surrounding them instead of ropes. Electra started to feel dizzy, but she went on to try and attack Viper, but she easily dodged it and went behind her to lock in a rear bearhug.
Electra gritted her teeth as Viper tightened her grip around her waist. Electra finally let out a cry of pain feeling reality slip out more and more. Desperate, she reached behind her and managed to grab Viper's gas mask. She forced it off of her face and delivered a backward headbutt to her face to make her let go. While Viper tended to her stinging head, Electra put the gas mask on her own face and took a second to breathe and see clearly.
Electra turned back to Viper who just recovered before kicking the dirt right to her face. The Japanese Amazon was startled by the earth before Electra hit her with a drop kick knocking Viper back down to the ground. She then waited to see if the fog would help knock Viper down for good.
1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8…
Much to her surprise, Viper managed to get up, but she was starting to feel the effects of the fog making her drowsy. Electra used it to her advantage and grabbed Viper before throwing her to the corner of the wooden fence. She then bashed her head on the corner post repeatedly before backing off. She thought Viper would fall again, but instead, she rested her body on the post.
Wanting to end this match then and there, Electra ran over to splash her body right onto Viper's body. However, the Japanese Amazon surprised her by stepping to the side allowing the rock star to land right onto the solid, wooden post. Viper then grabbed the back of her head and bashed her face repeatedly on the post until it broke allowing Electra to breathe in the fog again.
With all of her willpower, Viper climbed up to the middle part of the fence and picked Electra up in an upside-down position. She then leaped up and landed a harsh piledriver right onto the semi-solid ground. They both collapsed on the ground while the countdown began.
1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9…
Despite the pain, despite the fog, Viper Takagi had enough strength to pick herself up and use the wooden fence to pick herself up before the end of the count.

DING-DING!
"There you have it! After a grueling battle, Viper Takagi became the winner by a split second! The Japanese Amazon proved her place among the hall of winners tonight! Let's move onto the next match then!"
*Midnight vs Cleopatra*
Like most Halloween's Midnight came in a traditional vampire costume which highlighted her gimmick more than usual. Her opponent, Cleopatra, wore bandages around her body like a mummy. They both stood in the ring while the company crew brought a black casket to ringside.
"Of course, no Halloween Special is complete without a casket! And who better than the two wrestlers who use coffins as their background, Midnight the vampire and Cleopatra the mummy! There are no rules in this type of match! The only way to win is to put your opponent into the casket and close it above them! Ready! Set! GO!"
DING-DING!
Midnight decided to start the match off strong. She charged ahead to Cleopatra and leaped high into the air with her knees bent forward. She dropped on her with a meteora, but Cleopatra quickly recovered by rolling Midnight over and catching her in a Boston crab lock. She wretched hard at it before Midnight used her legs' strength to power out and throw Cleopatra off in the process.
Cleopatra was sent to the ropes and bounced back. By then, Midnight had already stood back up and shot a kick to Cleopatra's stomach. She then wrapped her arms around Cleopatra's body and held her up squeezing her with a tight bearhug. Cleopatra lost her breath for a few moments before she shot her elbows at Midnight's head until her hold loosened. She managed to break free from the vampire's grip and leaned backwards onto the ropes, which was where the casket was set below from.
Seeing her opponent tired, Midnight ran to her with a clothesline. However, Cleopatra saw her coming and ducked while pulling the top rope down. Midnight tripped over them and landed on the closed casket outside before rolling off. Cleopatra stood back up and climbed over the ropes to stand on top of the casket. She waited until Midnight stood back up for her to jump right off and land a diving lariat on her causing her to hit the ground hard.
With her opponent down, Cleopatra seized the moment to head to the casket. She grabbed its lid and powered it open. That's when she looked inside and saw two pumpkins resting together side by side. One of them was clearly the trick pumpkin, and the other, the treat pumpkin. Cleopatra took a chance and picked one of them at random.
The pumpkin she opened contained two large and metal wristbands that were both a lot heavier than they looked. They almost felt like a pair of small dumbbells to carry.
"That's it." Cleopatra realized to herself in her head. "If I can put these on Midnight's wrists, it'll be harder for her to escape from the casket. Just gotta put them on."
With the wristbands held behind her back, Cleopatra turned to Midnight, who was still on her back with a face full of anguish. She approached her ready to slap them on until…
"Surprise, sexy!" Midnight shouted flashing an evil smile. She then grabbed Cleopatra's head and bashed it with her own causing her to grunt loudly and drop the weighted bands behind her. Midnight returned to her feet and grabbed Cleopatra's throat with both hands and held her up off her feet. She then slammed her down onto the floor stunning her whole body.
Midnight grabbed one of Cleopatra's mummy bandages and used them to pull her up to her. "I gotta say, you look good with your body tied up. Must be a kink of yours. I'd love to experiment, but unfortunately, I have a match to win." She then dragged Cleopatra over to the coffin and looked inside seeing the lone pumpkin that was left unopened.
"Oh. What's in there?" Midnight asked before scooping Cleopatra up and readying her for a powerbomb. "Why don't you go and see?" She slammed the Pharoah of Submissions onto the pumpkin shattering it underneath her back.
At first, nothing happened and Cleopatra was left groaning. Then, her eyes popped out and she screamed in pain rolling around the inside of the casket. She then revealed a bunch of ants among the remains of the pumpkin and on her back biting into her skin. Midnight laughed at that.
"That's some trick!" Midnight laughed. "Well, time to say goodnight."
Midnight grabs the lid and planned to pull it down shut on top of Cleopatra. However, much to her surprise, Cleopatra sat back up and used her arms to keep the lid from being completely shut. She was still in pain from all the ant bites, but she wanted to win over everything. So she powered through the pain and forced the lid up so hard, it hit Midnight by her chin and caused her to stagger backward. Cleopatra then climbed back out of the casket and grabbed Midnight before tossing her back into the ring.
Once back inside, Cleopatra sat herself on Midnight's back locking her in her famous Sphinx's Riddle. She had the vampiress trapped in her hold. She knew submissions wouldn't count, but it would help a great deal to tire her out. It was only a matter of time before Midnight fell limp with her eyes rolled back. Once she was out, Cleopatra wasted no time in picking her up and throwing her out of the ring and back into the casket.
Cleopatra was on her way out of the ring when suddenly, ominous music began playing all around the arena. Everyone froze when four spotlights shined on four hooded figures placed in specific places among the audience. They were easily recognizable as Midnight's brides, and they were reciting a Latin chant repeatedly while aiming their hands toward the casket where Midnight was at.
With no time to lose, Cleopatra raced out of the ring and grabbed the casket lid. She was about to close it when, suddenly, the lights went out completely. The whole arena was pitch black. When the lights came back on, Cleopatra was horrified when she saw that Midnight wasn't in the casket anymore. She turned around and saw the vampiress standing right there with a bloodthirsty grin to her face.
"Trick or treat!" Midnight shouted grabbing the spooked Cleopatra and holding her over in a fireman's carry. She then headed to the nearest steel steps before repositioning Cleopatra so she would hit her with the Darkest Hour right onto the steel steps. Cleopatra screamed out in pain and rolled around ringside fighting to stay conscious.
Midnight stepped closer to Cleopatra when she felt her foot step on something. She looked and smiled when she found the heavy wristbands that the Pharaoh dropped before. She picked them up to examine them before smiling over at Cleopatra again.
"Ah. I was wondering what you found in that other pumpkin." Midnight said. "Well, I think these look much better on you anyway." She proceeded to lock the wristbands onto Cleopatra's wrist.
After that, Midnight lifted Cleopatra up and threw her back into the casket. She then grabbed the lid and proceeded to slam it down over her. Cleopatra tried to raise her hands to stop it, but the wristbands plus her exhaustion and pain left her unable to lift her arms. All she could do was lay there as the casket was sealed shut.
DING-DING!
"And Midnight is the last one left standing! She had some dark magic and her brides coming to her aide, but at the end of the day, the match goes to the vampire queen of Xtrema! Now, onto the main event!"
*Team Xtrema (Queen Bee, Scarlette, Platinum Mask, Clementine Cirrus, and Thunder Mana) vs Team Iwashigahama (Rainbow Mika, Yamato Nadeshiko, Maple Storm, Vivian Nishiki, and Pepe Ishiwata)*
The main event of the match was just about ready all that were left were the teams. The first team consisted of Xtrema wrestlers, including Queen Bee (wearing a Beetlejuice costume), Scarlette (in a Deadpool costume) Platinum Mask (wearing makeup to make her look like a masked Frankenstein monster), Clementine Cirrus (in a Lone Ranger costume), and Thunder Mana (in a Bigfoot costume).
After them came wrestlers from Iwashigahama Women's Pro-Wrestling, such as Rainbow Mika (who wore her blue Story costume from Street Fighter 5), Yamato Nadeshiko (who wore makeup like a kabuki to match her outfit), Maple Storm (who wore a zombie football player uniform), Vivian Nishiki (in a skimpy nurse costume), and Pepe Ishiwata (in a Sonic the Hedgehog costume).
Once all ten wrestlers were in the ring, Sayuri Rogue announced the final match. "And now, the moment we've all been waiting for… the main event, the Captain's Fall match! The rules are as follows: each team must have an assigned captain (Queen Bee for her team and Rainbow Mika for hers). The match will follow tag-team elimination rules, meaning if someone is pinned or taps out, they are out of the competition. But if the team's designated captain falls, then the match is over automatically and the team who defeated her wins the main event! I hope everyone's excited, because I am! Let's go!"
DING-DING!
The first in the match were Clementine Cirrus and Maple Storm. The two of them confronted each other before meeting each other in a very close collar-and-elbow tie-up. The two of them grappled with one another while also pounding their fists at each other's backs. After a moment, the two of them pushed each other off, and Maple Storm shot at her with an elbow bash. Clementine stood her ground and took the brunt of the attack before returning with an elbow of her own. Maple attacked again, but this time, Clementine ducked underneath it and got behind Maple before throwing her backward in a German suplex. She stayed in the bridging position for the pin.

Maple Storm kicked out of the pin and rolled away from Clementine, who then returned to her team to tag in Thunder Mana.
Once tagged in, Thunder Mana quickly got Maple Storm with her signature spear. Once connected, Mana hooked Maple Storm's leg for the pin.
1… 2…
Pepe Ishiwata quickly moved in and kicked Thunder Mana off her teammate. The referee lectured Pepe and led her back to the ring apron. Meanwhile, Thunder Mana picked Maple Storm up by her arm for another attack, but just then, Maple grabbed Mana by her head and dropped her in a facebuster. She then picked Thunder Mana up and threw her to the ropes in an Irish whip. Of course, she bounced off the ropes where her team was, and Yamato Nadeshiko tapped her back with her hand to tag herself in. Of course, Thunder Mana didn't see it as she caught Maple Storm and flipped her over before going for a pin.
The referee didn't count confusing Thunder Mana at first, but she got the idea of what was going on when Yamato caught her from behind and locked in a sleeper hold. As she pulled her opponent away, Maple Storm rolled out of the ring to join the rest of her team. Meanwhile, Thunder Mana struggled to endure the perfectly-locked sleeper hold. Members of the Xtrema team tried to reach out to Thunder Mana and she tried to reach back to tag one of them in. However, Yamato pulled her away and threw her to the ropes. She then ran to the other ropes at the same time before they collided in the ring. Yamato crashed to Thunder Mana with a clothesline from Hell. She then covered her for a pin.

This time, it was Scarlette to made her way into the ring and pushed Yamato off to save her teammate. Unlike before, Rainbow Mika retaliated by climbing to the top of the corner and jumping off to land a dropkick on Scarlette. After that, both women rolled out of the ring while Yamato followed her friend's lead. She climbed up the nearest corner and jumped off to land a diving splash onto Thunder Mana. However, the Xtrema wrestler raised her knees at the last second causing Yamato to grunt loudly in pain. While she clutched her stomach, Mana returned to her team and tagged in Queen Bee.
Admittedly, it was risky for the captain to be in the ring so early in the match, but she knew just how to win. She ran right to Yamato as she stood up and grabbed her by her leg. She then rolled her over backwards and used herself as leverage to keep Yamato down with a surprise pin.
1… 2… 3!
"Yamato Nadeshiko has been eliminated!"
Once Yamato left the ring, her place was taken by Vivian Nishiki, who quickly got up in Queen Bee's face terrifying her with her intense stare into her eyes. Although startled, Queen Bee threw a punch which Vivian dodged effortlessly. She launched another punch that Vivian dodged. Queen Bee threw one more punch which turned out to be a feint that Vivian fell for. Queen Bee finished her surprise with a knee strike hitting Vivian in her gut.
Vivian staggered backward clutching her gut. Queen Bee was about to attack when the sound of feint laughter stopped her in her tracks. Vivian looked up back at her with a wide-eyed stare and a laughter that grew in her voice. Queen Bee then went for another punch, but Vivian caught her arm with her own and pushed Queen Bee backward right toward the referee. She was knocked down on impact which gave Vivian the opportunity to drop down to her knees and launch her arm up hard between Bee's legs.
"NISHIKI NAD KNOCKER!" she screamed causing Queen Bee to buckle her legs and fall to her knees. Thankfully, she was close enough to her teammates to tag one of them in before getting out of the ring. The referee stood back up in time to see it. That someone turned out to be Platinum Mask.
Platinum Mask knew her size would give her an advantage, but she also knew that Vivian was no pushover, so she approached cautiously.
"Come on, shiny-head." Vivian snickered wickedly. "Let's play."
Platinum Mask closed in and attempted to grab Vivian, who sidestepped out of the way. Thankfully for Xtrema, Platinum Mask saw it coming and quickly struck her with a backfist punch. The impact hit Vivian on the head and knocked her right down. She then covered her for a pin.
1…
Vivian kicked out. Platinum Mask then grabbed her by her legs and was about to roll her over for a Boston crab. However, Vivian quickly slipped right out and tagged in Maple Storm, who quickly got back in the ring and struck the unsuspecting Platinum Mask with a running punt kick to her head. She then caught her head in a side headlock before running over and slamming her down with a bulldog. She then rolled her over for the pin.
1… 2…
Platinum Mask managed to kick out of it, but that didn't stop Maple Storm. The football wrestler grabbed her by her legs and held her up over her shoulder ready to bring her down with a powerbomb. However, Platinum Mask managed to counter it by slamming Maple Storm down with a sunset flip. She kept her down for a pin.
1… 2…
Maple Storm managed to reverse their situation by pushing Platinum Mask over and rolling her onto her back putting the pin on her.
1… 2…
Platinum Mask not only kicked out, but she rolled away from Maple Storm, who then charged at her with her finishing tackle move, the Klondike Gold Rush. Platinum Mask gasped loudly as she landed in the middle of the ring and Maple Storm covered her for the pin again.
1… 2… 3!
"Platinum Mask has been eliminated!"
Scarlette hadn't had her chance in the ring (at least officially), so she went into the ring as fast as she could, and she struck Maple Storm with a running clothesline before hooking her leg for the pin.
1… 2…
Maple Storm kicked out, and Scarlette quickly caught her in a dragon sleeper hold. The Canadian tried to fight out, but Scarlette used her free hand to grab one of her arms to slow down her struggles.
During the submission hold, Mika stopped when she noticed a group of men in staff coming out from the audience. There were two groups, and they each brought a pumpkin which they laid out on the ground. Mika jumped off the apron to investigate.
"Yo! Are those trick-or-treat pumpkins?" Mika asked eagerly. "Let me at it!"
"Sorry, but no can do." the staff member said. "Xtrema rules state that the only people in a tag match who can claim these pumpkins are those who are currently tagged in."
Mika pouted and returned to her group watching Scarlette try to slowly transition into her Scarlette Lock. However, Maple Storm managed to roll out of the hold and escape Scarlette's hold.
"Maple, go for one of the pumpkins!" Mika shouted pointing at one.
Maple Storm nodded and left the ring to go for one of the pumpkins. However, before she could open it, Scarlette springboarded off the ring ropes and landed right on top of the football wrestler. After standing back up, it was Scarlette who opened up the pumpkin and pulled out what was inside. Much to her confusion, it was a red card with a drawing of a boot on it.
"What the…" Scarlette asked.
"Scarlette has been eliminated!"
"What? No!" Scarlette protested. "I wasn't pinned, and I didn't tap out!"
"That is true," Scarlette announced, "But you were unfortunate to draw out the Boot Card, a little trick I came up with. Meaning, you get the boot, as in instant elimination!"
"But… I…" Scarlette said before admitting defeat and leaving.
"If that's the trick pumpkin, then…" Mika said before realizing and calling out to her legal teammate. "Maple, go for the other pumpkin!"
Maple Storm nodded and entered the ring to go across it. She was heading right where the other men were. Unfortunately for her, Clementine entered the ring and stopped her with a tackle catching her on the ground with a rear waistlock.
"Don't forget about me, sugah." Clementine said before picking Maple Storm up and throwing her to a neutral corner where she proceeded to hit her with a clothesline and bring her down in a seated position. Clementine then ran around before returning to her and hitting her with her signature bronco buster. After that, she pulled Maple Storm back into the ring and hooked her leg for the pin.
1… 2… 3!
"Maple Storm has been eliminated!"
With Maple Storm gone, Pepe Ishiwata took her place and ran over to Clementine as she tried to push herself up. She wasn't able to, though, as Pepe jumped high above her and stomp both her feet onto the cowgirl's back slamming her onto the mat. After that, she climbed up the top of the neutral corner and jumped off managing to slam her elbow onto Clementine's vulnerable back.
"Yeah! Go, Pepe!" Mika cheered. "Now, go for that pumpkin!"
Pepe shrugged before heading out of the ring. She found the other pumpkin and opened it up. She pulled out another red card, but this one had a black heart drawn on it.
"And it looks like Pepe's drawn the Extra Life Card!" Sayuri announced. "Now, Rainbow Mika can call up one of the previously eliminated member of her team to return to the match!"
"Really?" Mika asked with a big smile. "Awesome! Yamato, come on back!"
A second later, Yamato Nadeshiko ran back down the entrance ramp and reunited with her teammates. Meanwhile, Clementine had started crawling over to her team. Pepe saw it and returned to the ring to try and stop her. But it was too late. Clementine had already tagged in Queen Bee.
Queen Bee got into the ring and confronted Pepe. The two of them locked hands in a test of strength, but Queen Bee's raw power quickly proved too much for the masked girl, who tried to retaliate with a kick. However, Queen Bee caught Pepe's leg and held it high above her head making her struggle to keep her balance.
"Have a taste of my sting!" Queen Bee shouted before hitting Pepe's head with the Queen's Sting. She then covered her for the pin.
1… 2… 3!
DING-DING!
"Pepe Ishiwata has been eliminated!"
Queen Bee turned to see who was next to enter the ring, and much to her surprise, it turned out to be Rainbow Mika herself. At last, the two captains of the teams were face to face while their teammates watched from the side.
"What say we end this between the two of us?" Rainbow Mika offered. "I wanna be the one to kick your ass!"
Queen Bee smirked. "Fine by me. Give me your best shot, blondie."
Mika and Bee both met in the center of the ring and grabbed each other's hands for another test of strength. This time, though, they were about equal. Bee attempted to break the stalemate by shooting her knee up to Mika's stomach. She grunted, but didn't lay down. Instead, she hit her with a knee strike of her own. Queen Bee felt the sting in her stomach, but stayed standing strong.
Rainbow Mika managed to pull Queen Bee in and grab ahold of her with a side headlock before bringing her down to the mat. Queen Bee quickly wrapped her legs around Mika's head and threw her off. They both quickly returned to her feet, and Mika ran over to her and jumped backwards toward her shooting her butt toward her. Thankfully, Queen Bee saw it coming and ducked down to avoid it. Once Mika landed in a sitting position behind her, Queen Bee ran over to her and shot her with a running knee strike before hooking her leg for the pin.

Rainbow Mika managed to kick out. Queen Bee then got behind her and locked in a sleeper hold. She kept it on nice and tight while the referee knelt down to observe Mika's struggles.
"Do you give up?"
"No!" Mika shouted shaking her head. She then pushed herself and Queen Bee over to the ropes before grabbing onto the bottom one. The referee called for a rope break making Queen Bee let go.
Once Bee released Mika, she waited for her to stand back up. Once she did, she grabbed Mika by her arm and attempted to throw her to the ropes with an Irish whip. However, Mika stood her ground and reversed Bee's attempt with her own Irish whip. When she returned, Mika landed a very strong knee strike digging her leg deep into Bee's stomach making her gasp out in pain.
After the knee strike, Rainbow Mika wrapped her arms around Queen Bee and held her up with a constricting bearhug. She demonstrated her strength to her by crushing her within her grasp. Bee gritted her teeth in pain feeling her consciousness slowly slipping away.
"Looks like the match goes to me!" Mika said.
"N… Not tonight!" Queen Bee shouted.
With a surprising demonstration of her own strength, Queen Bee powered her arms out to pry Mika's off. She managed to free herself and retaliate with her own bearhug. But she didn't start crushing Mika's body. Instead, she picked her up and charged forward to a neutral corner. She then lifted Mika up and set her up to the top turnbuckle where she climbed up to join her. She then wrapped her legs around Mika's head and sent her crashing back down with a Frankensteiner.
Seeing their captain in trouble, Yamato and Vivian were ready to save her, but before they could, they both felt their ankles grabbed from behind. Clementine and Thunder Mana caught them and pulled them off the apron they then brawled with the two of them while their captains finished things inside the ring.
Queen Bee knew a unique way to end the match. She climbed up the top of the nearest corner again and waited for Rainbow Mika to stand back up. When she did, Queen Bee jumped off and connected with a diving Queen's Sting from the top rope. Rainbow Mika was paralyzed and landed flat on the mat where the ace of Xtrema rolled her over and hooked her leg for the pin.
1… 2… 3!
DING-DING!
"And that's the match, everyone! After a long and brutal exchange of losses between the two teams, Team Xtrema managed to pull off a win in this Halloween special main event!"
Queen Bee stood back up and triumphantly flexed her biceps in victory for the cheering crowd. As she did that, Rainbow Mika slowly stood back up. She smiled at Bee and playfully and eagerly slapped her hand onto her back in congratulations.
"That… was… AMAZING!" Rainbow Mika shouted.
"So you're not mad you lost?" Queen Bee asked.
"Who could be mad?" Mika asked. "I held my own against the Queen of Pro Wrestling, and it was the most memorable Halloween of my entire life! We gotta have another match someday soon, just the two of us!"
Queen Bee chuckled. "Maybe. We'll see. For now, let's enjoy the night."
"Well, now that all that's settled," Sayuri Rogue said, "In one hour, we will name our night's MVP! Everyone who won their respective matches will meet up in the ring while the fans cast in their votes!"
*MVP*
After an hour of voting, the fans were eager to see who would be the final result of the night. They stared at all the evening's winners as they stood proudly in the ring while Sayuri Rogue stood at the center with an envelope in her hand.
"Ladies and gentlemen," the announced, "It is time for the final event of the night… the results for the MVP of the 2024 Halloween Special! Every girl around me is a winner tonight, but after you all cast in your votes, only one of them can be the most valued player of this year's All Hallow's Eve! But before I start reading, let's take a minute to acknowledge our winners!
"First off, we have Azraella Bloodstone, who with some supernatural strength managed to get a win over her much heavier opponent, N-Bomb. Next, we have Artemis Creed and Jasper Jones, who prevailed in their inferno match. After that, Liza Surkova managed to win her Trick or Street Fight with not just her strength, but her brains too! Fenix Malvada won her match next by literally burying La Calavera six feet under! Once again, Hotrina prevailed in her holiday special match against a near-perfect duplicate! Up next, Team Spirit had teamwork and luck on their side when they bashed open a pinata full of candy and won their special ladder match! After that, Viper Takagi endured harder in her Last Woman Standing match! Midnight may have had questionable winning methods, but all in all, she still sealed Cleopatra in her casket and won the penultimate match! And finally, the team consisting of Queen Bee, Scarlette, Platinum Mask, Clementine Cirrus, and Thunder Mana stood strong against our special guests from Iwashigahama! Congratulations to you all, but let's see who the fans liked best!"
Sayuri Rogue used her black fingernail to cut open the envelope and pull out the paper inside, which she read aloud.
"Our third place winner is… Queen Bee!"
"Really?" Queen Bee asked. "I won the main event, but I still got the bronze? Weird."
"Our second place winner is… Fenix Malvada!"
"Dammit!" Fenix grunted. "I was so close this time. Next year, I'm gonna have to step up my game."
"And lastly, in first place, our MVP is none other than… LIZA SURKOVA!"
Liza's eyes lit up in surprise. "Wait, really? I'm the MVP?"
"Don't act so surprised." Sayuri said handing the MVP a check while everyone cheered. "You used more than just your muscles to pull off your win tonight. Savor this victory, Surkova."
Liza smiled before holding her fists up into the air making the audience cheer even louder.
Sayuri clapped her hands before addressing the audience again. "Well, that's about it for the 2024 Halloween Special! Have a happy Halloween!"
