Where I've Been

A/N: He everyone back with a new chapter with a story I just didn't update. I'll be honest I didn't know what I wanted to do with this, how to write it, and I was so focused on my other stories, so I will see I will write this, I don't know how long it will take me to write this chapter out, so please bear with me.

But last time we seen Jaune saving a pregnant Nora, from a Grimm, native to Menagerie. Looking bigger, and a new weapon. Again, I based it off of Optimus' shield blaster from Age of Extinction, and Last Night. Say what you want about those movies, the weapons there were pretty cool.

And the girls, and Ren, all thought about Jaune for the first time in a long time. They were so focused on each other, and didn't think about him. They essentially thought that he was the friend that is just there, to support them. Now they show regret, and maybe some…..attraction/ romance for him?

So without a further ado, let's go!

Jaune was walking forward in front of everyone Crocea Mors out, and ready to attack if he had to. His old friends seen him take down an Alpha Raptoride, with one shot. And they can see his fox who's name was Temari, looking up every so often, and her ears twitching keeping a look out for them.

Ruby was looking at her best friend, in slight awe. He was always taller than her, but now, he was like a giant to her, he became more muscled, even more sure of himself now, and he upgraded his weapons. Without her knowing. She pouted a little, for him not telling her, but it grew to sadness a little.

She didn't think about Jaune for the last few years, just so focused on Weiss, huntress work, and the others. But she never really brought him up, and just forgot. Seeing him now though.

She didn't know what to do. She wanted to speed at him hugging him with all her heart, and yell at him for not telling them where he was. But, she can tell that she didn't deserve to be upset with him, he had all the right to be. She remembered how she felt for him after the time she knew him. She will admit that she had a small crush on him, but in her younger mind, she didn't recognize it.

But being with Weiss a lot, that crush went towards her, and it grew to love. But yet, here is Jaune now, alone with no one to share that love with, sure he had that adorable little fox with him. But no one of his size to hold him in his arms, and no one to hold him in their arms. She wanted to hold her vomit boy again, and she will figure out why he was not there.

Weiss thought that, he looked so mature again. And she felt sick to her stomach thinking that again. So much so she wanted to stop, get on her knees and cry. She felt like the scum of the earth, only attracted to him because of how he looked. This was the dork who was originally head over heels for her.

And now, he is a warrior who is rugged, and looked more combat capable than the others around her right now. He never once reached out to them.

He never called, visited, or wrote. She needed to know why. Despite everything that happened between them. She does genuinely care for him. In Atlas, she felt almost a spark in her heart for him. Sometimes seeing him fight, and protect others made her heart flutter sometimes. But Ruby came in, and that love was turned towards her. She didn't even think about him anymore. It was like Beacon again, except she was stuck up, and she didn't hate his guts. He was someone she truly come to adore, almost like Ruby, seeing him made her loins burn, and looking to her side, she can see Ruby was feeling that to.

Here they were crushing over someone while being together, thinking Jaune will just open his arms to them, because they batted their eyelashes at him.

He didn't deserve that. He deserves something that is real, and she wants to build that relationship back again, and she can see the look in her partner's eyes. She has been around Ruby for a long while, and they can see how each of them feel for the most part. They will work hard to fix this, at least get back to him being a best friend.

Blake was kicking herself so hard right now. She had a huge crush on the rusted knight, and here he was, a knight but not rusted anymore really. Seeing that Jaune was her childhood "fictional" crush, ended her obsession with him. She chalked it up to her and him not being close to each other. Sure she seen him as a friend and trusted him with her life when it came to combat, she never sat down and actually talk to him.

She also did have a negative opinion of him back at Beacon, he was incompetent in combat, a really big dork, and she found him embarrassing with him floundering around. She had a bad opinion of him.

But, she saw him grow, and become a better fighter in a few months. When Blake told her friends about her past, they all accepted her. After sometime, before the Vytal Festival, Jaune told her his secret.

How he got into Beacon illegally.

When she asked him, why he would tell her this. He responded with

"You were brave enough to tell everyone about your past, and I felt that you would accept me too. Pyrrha knows and accepted me, but I don't know about the others. And we don't really talk much, and I thought this could be a start, maybe?"

After that, Blake held Jaune in a higher regard. She encouraged him to tell the others, believing if they accepted her, a former terrorist, they will accept a guy with a forgery. They slowly started to at least talk more, but the Vytal Festival happened and they were separated because of Cinder.

That isn't the only regret. She knows Sun followed her home, and he thought he was doing the right thing, but he was stupid, and he thought that she was going on an avenger quest, but all she did was run away with her tail in between her legs. He was there to give her support, she didn't see that until later. When her life was in danger, and her parents were in danger.

When she first met Sun, sure her heart skipped a beat at first, it was in shock first, but then it was attraction. And she will say this, she loved looking at his abs, so sue her.

He was annoying, but kind, dorky, and he truly had his heart in the right place. He wanted to do good for her, and his friends, despite his care free spirited and his throwing caution to the wind demeaner. He stood by her side when the White Fang started targeting her and her family, and he took a stab for her. He swore to her father to look out for her, and dad agreed, despite not liking Sun.

Her mom on the other hand saw the appeal of him. And she liked him, she felt that the two of them could have been great together.

And in truth, she felt the same way. She wasn't ready for the two being together, so she gave him a goodbye kiss on the cheek, she wasn't ready to give that kind of kiss yet at the time.

When she finally rejoined team RWBY, she noticed how sad, and angst Jaune was. Ruby, told her the Jaune truly blamed himself for Pyrrha's death. She seen Jaune train himself to utter exhaustion, while listening to Pyrrha's last message, and training film she left him, over and over again.

Blake's heart reached out to him, the amount of guilt he felt, and weakness he felt, she felt that herself. She wanted to reach out to him more. But she was busy trying reestablish her relationships with her team. Especially Yang. She opened up to her about her past trauma, to get her head out of the White Fang. She was her partner, and she wanted to make amends.

Learning about Salem and killing Adam, really brought them closer. She just forgot about Sun and Jaune right there and then. She doesn't know when she started to not pay attention to anyone outside of her team, but she never reached out to Jaune, when he learned the truth. He was able to move on thanks to his two remaining teammates.

None of her team helped to lift up their friend, but she also noticed something.

When she came back to the team, Jaune made sure that she was alright, and able to be back with her team. He used his semblance on her once in training and it felt like a blanket wrapping around her, and her mother holding her.

It felt amazing, and Jaune kept up a smile for them all, despite him breaking inside. They were all falling apart for the most part, but he kept up a fake smile for them, so they can keep moving forward.

Where was she when he needed it, where was she when he was trapped in the Ever After waiting for them. Where was she when she was swapping spit with Yang, with both top and bottom lips at that!

Where was she, after Salem was defeated. He was forgotten, along with Sun. Learning about the true Rusted Knight, made lose the attraction towards him, all because it was Jaune Arc.

She really did think lowly of him, and he still cried, smiled, and happy to see him. She swears to get to know him better, and show him a much better friend. She will do anything she can, and she will ask Yang for help with this.

Yang, was just stunned. The dork, and her deep part of her mind, this loser, was a hunk! She remembers the dorky guy puking on her boots, and right then and there, she didn't really like him. She was pissed to have her boots puked on and already written him off as useless.

Hearing that her sister made friends with him, she was extremely hesitant. She always introduced Ruby to people, thinking that they can break Ruby out of her shell. But the thing is, the people who she introduced Ruby to weren't really dorks, she tried to get the cool kids to like Ruby, so she will be as happy as her hanging out with other people.

She didn't want Ruby hanging out with other people at the 'bottom of the ladder.' She felt that she would never break out of her shell and grow to be better. And she found Jaune to be barely scraping at the bottom. And she felt that he will just drag her down. When initiation happened she was thinking of getting Ruby to avoid him, and 'persuade' Jaune to not talk to her sister again.

But, he surprised her. He fought side by side with everyone during initiation, and he saved her sister from a fall, so that was a plus. And Ruby talked about how Jaune was to her.

She said he didn't see her as weird, he was interested in hearing her, and eager to get to know her. Yang could accept that, and was glad that Jaune befriended her.

Her opinion improved even more when he reached out to her. She thought that Ruby reached out to him, out of pity at first, but it was Jaune Arc who reached out to her sister. She was grateful to him, for him to actually reach out to her sister, rather than her introducing her friends to Ruby. Or them befriending her sister just to get to her.

Over time she seen Jaune as an embarrassment, seeing how poorly he was in combat. She thought that Jaune should just leave before he gets himself and his team killed. The only good thing in her mind that Jaune was good for was being the butt of her jokes, making her laugh at his attempts to ask Weiss out.

It was funny to see him flounder with that sometimes. But, she could respect him as a leader, because his team respected him, to the highest degree from what she has seen, and he was a great strategist. That gave him points in her opinion. While he wasn't good at fighting, and academically, he was smart where it counted, and that's what mattered to her in her opinion.

She seen him grow to a warrior fairly quickly, but she still seen him as vomit boy, and didn't take him seriously.

But when Beacon fell, she grew to hate him. Because her sister left, and the rest of his team left with her, leaving her behind. When she finally got out of her funk, she still felt anger towards him.

In truth she was afraid that Jaune will just get her sister killed and she was worried about that. Getting to Haven, she seen that her sister grew, and was alive and well. She was so glad with that, and she chalked it up to Ren and Nora keeping her alive, and them protecting Jaune.

But, seeing Jaune, he was bigger, and more confident, not the false bravado he used to have, and that threw her for a loop. She was just bitter, and angry at the fact that they left her. But she could see the problem of them staying with her.

She didn't want to better herself, and she didn't want to move forward. So them leaving was the best option.

Training at Haven with everyone else, she can see how much Jaune improved. And she seen that he was hurting inside. Ruby told her about how he felt about Pyrrha, and what he does with training.

Yang felt sad, and angry at herself, thinking so selfishly about him. That he was the reason for her baby sister was leaving, and that he was going to drag people down.

But hearing how he kept up a smile, how he tried to keep himself together for the sake of his friends really struck a chord with her. She started to respect him a lot more, and tried to see him more of a friend.

She was shocked to hear how much he cared for them, despite how she and others talked behind his back.

His team and friends did love and care about him, to the highest degree. But sometimes they would talk bad about him. Agreeing that he drags them down sometimes, but Ruby never said anything bad about him. And how happy he was to see them every day.

She felt like a true bitch. All of them talking bad about him, calling him vomit boy out of spite, instead of the playful banter he and Ruby used. She didn't deserve him, and she knows it. And seeing him becoming stronger and more skilled in a short amount of time really impressed her.

She knew about his transcripts, and she was so pissed at him for it. But learning about Blake made it easier to accept. He wanted to live up to his family name, and how his family didn't believe in him, and essentially gate kept him from training. Jaune Arc truly gained Yang's respect, from that. He just wants to do the right thing for everyone, and respects everyone.

She always teased him, out of spite, thinking that he would never get a girl as hot as her, which is why she always laughed at Jaune for trying to pick up Weiss. And at the time, she didn't know what Pyrrha saw in him. But now she did.

The way of how hard he worked, the will he had, the care he showed for all of them, she could see the reason why Pyrrha liked him so much.

If he was trained since he was a kid like her, he would have been able to beat Pyrrha by himself!

She will admit, he was a hunk since seeing him at Haven, and she was guilty of looking at him with his shirt off when he was alone. And she did her inner teenager and spied on him in a hot spring, and she fell over seeing what he had. And thought that's probably why he falls over so much. She couldn't look at him straight after that.

Speaking of staring, he never looked at her like a piece of meat, or stare at her chest. She could see that he would sometimes look down, but quickly look away. She had to giggle at that, he was trying to be such a nice guy, and not look at her, and he did good, and she knows with how she dresses, it's hard not to look. And the respect for him went up even more.

She grew to truly adore him in Atlas and the Ever After. In Atlas, she seen how dedicated he was to the kids, where even she didn't do. She was always around Blake and no one else. But seeing him caring for children, he was like a father for the children, and that made her womb clench, she wants a kid one day. And seeing how the mothers gush over him, and lust over him was funny, and for some reason, filled her with a twinge of jealously.

She was so focused on Blake, and her feelings for her was high, so much she was barely paying attention to her team and her sister.

In the Ever After, she will never doubt Jaune, and he is part of her family regardless. He waited for them for years to come, and was so alone, she couldn't fathom that loneliness, and not being able to talk to anyone.

And in there she and Blake established their relationship, and nothing else mattered.

But, there in lies the problem. Nothing else mattered. She always put the pressure on Ruby since she's the leader. She didn't worry about her other friends, and just with Blake almost 24/7. She never fought and trained with her sister team, she was always with Blake. She even questioned her own sister's leadership, and seen her as the problem.

Hell, she didn't even notice how her sister was falling apart until it was too late! Both Ruby, and Jaune were falling apart, Jaune was alone for a long time, no friends, or people to talk to, his psyche was almost hanging on a thread, and she felt that the people pleasers kept that together, and with them gone, he lost his anchor, and blew up on them.

When Ruby came back, and all of them left, she reestablished her relationship with Ruby, and they grew closer again.

But, she never reached out to Jaune. She saw how lost he was, he was gone for decades, and no one really checked in on that. The only one was Ozpin, whom he confided with. But through all of that, she never talked to him really. She was so focused on her team, which was good, but she never talked to Jaune, and sat down with him.

When he left again. She wanted to pound his face in at first. But that quickly left when in her own words "that amazing kitty bellabooty" was in her 'face'. She kept in contact with Ruby, Weiss, Nora, Ren, and everyone else. But…..not him. Why was that?

She didn't want to lose him again and she will do anything to bring him back in their lives. Heck she will let him stay with them. He was a strong fighter, and, she and Blake were thinking of a family and was thinking of the right person to do it for them.

She knows that she can't just say that outright, that would be way too scummy, she has been working on that over the years. She will reestablish a good relationship first. But first they all need to know

'Where have you been Jaune Arc?' Was the collective thoughts of all of his friends.

As they approached one of Kuo Kuana's entrances, the guards eagerly let them in. They made it the Belladonna Estate to drop them off, and he turned to them.

"Well this is our stop. If you need me I will be guarding the area for the celebration, and meeting." Jaune said to them, he started walking away when he felt two people grabbing his arms. Nora on his left, and Ruby on his right. They were looking at him, with an intense glare.

Jaune could see her silver eyes glowing slightly, and tears threatening to come out.

"Easy Rubes, your powers are starting to leak a little." Jaune said to Ruby causally. Ruby just squeezed harder, and got a little angry.

"Is that all you have to say?" Ruby questioned, with the others looking on with bated breath. "You just show up after two years and not say anything to us, and just go back to work?!" Ruby yelled at Jaune, with tears coming down her cheeks. Nora was in the same boat.

"I agree, you can't just drop us off, and you not say anything to us. About where you've been, and why you haven't called?!" Nora yelled at him now crying. "You haven't texted, you haven't written anything! So Jaune Arc, why haven't you said anything to us, what were you doing?!" Nora yelled out, with everyone around looking, and his friends wanting an answer too.

Temari just looked at Jaune, and gained a sad face, and made a sad sound. Jaune just turned his head forward, and looked down. It was like that for a minute.

"Well, answer me fearless leader?!" Nora yelled out. They heard Jaune breath in and out.

"You were all busy, and had each other to look out for. I didn't want to get in between that." Jaune said, he was turned around quickly Temari jumped off him, Nora, and Ruby gave him a mean upper cut, that actually lifted him off his feet. Ruby took hand to hand more seriously after the ever after, so she will do what she can. That blow caused his helmet to fly off and Jaune to land on the ground.

"What are you talking about you bastard?!" It was Ruby who yelled at him. Causing everyone there to look on with wide eyes.

They seen a glow coming from Temari. She was growling, and she started to grow bigger?! She grew to be the size of a horse, and she grew nine tails! She looked more mystical and her fangs bearing towards the two and she grew very sharp claws, similar to other clawed grimm. She leapt at them to attack, they and their friends were about to fight back. But Jaune jumped in front of them, and Temari bit down on his shoulder, the fangs going into him. The others were shocked by this, but Temari still wanted to go after them

"Temari stop, it's Ok, I'm fine you don't have to do this!" Jaune yelled out, holding his partner back, she started to claw him in the back, and thankfully not penetrating his armor but leaving claw marks. Jaune had enough!

"I SAID STAND DOWN TEMARI, RIGHT NOW!" Jaune yelled out to her. It was so loud some people had to cover their ears. Temari stopped and let go and started pouting. She was sad that she hurt Jaune. But Jaune looked at her as she went down on her stomach. Jaune just rubbed her head and ears.

"Hey it's ok girl, you were just worried about me, and thank you. This is something I need to do though, by myself ok?" Jaune said to her, she whined in agreement, staying that size.

He turned to them with his helmet in his hand. He was smiling slightly, his aura healed and protected him well enough.

"Sorry about that, that is essentially Temari's semblance, without it she is still powerful, but with it activated it's hard to beat, and at first hard to control. Which is how I got this scar on me." Jaune said pointing at his scar. "She tends to lose control when gets angry like that, especially when I get hurt. We are still working on that." Jaune said while looking at Temari. She just looked away.

The others just looked on in shock. They felt that it was going to be a fight to the death, but Jaune stopped that. There he is again protecting them with nothing in return.

"Jaune…..thank you for the help there…..but…we still had time for you….you didn't have to leave us." Ruby said looking down now crying more. Weiss and Yang came to her side to comfort her. "Like Nora asked, where were you Jaune?" Ruby asked again with the support of everyone there.

Jaune just looked on and sighed.

"I was doing huntsman work." Jaune said to them.

"After Salem I knew places needed hunters to help get them on their feet. I was going to go to the bigger settlements, but I knew you all had that covered. So I decided to help out smaller settlements and give them protection and hope." Jaune said to them.

The others widened their eyes at that. They did hear about a huntsman doing work in smaller settlements and doing good work. He was dressed as a knight, but the others never looked into it. Except for brief looks when seeing about him protecting shipments, people, and deliveries for people out there outside the main cities.

They were so focused on the main cities, and each other, they didn't do research on him! Except for Nora, she looked into him more and more, but could never pin point him, especially since she helping Ren rebuild Kuroyuri. And that she is pregnant of course.

Nora didn't tell anyone this but, she did leave out to look for him. Not very far though, just near Kuroyuri with rumors of his presence.

They didn't realize that Jaune was slowly and steadily improving places on the outside, while they were doing work on the inside.

He was also reported to really be helping out the Faunus when it comes to bringing better equality. They heard of him helping out Menagerie for the last few months, with shipping goods, supplies, dust etc. And the worst thing is Yang and Blake didn't even know!

So it was Yang that decided to speak up.

"But, why didn't you come by to at least say hi to Blake and I?" Yang asked with genuine hurt in her voice. Blake just nodded too. Jaune just looked at her, his eyes almost unreadable.

"I didn't want to get in your way, and didn't want to impose." Jaune said to her.

"Bullshit! You know your welcomed here!" Yang yelled out her eyes now red. Blake held her girlfriends arm to calm her down. While she and everyone else thought and felt the same way. But Jaune just continued.

"You all were busy with big things, Weiss, and Ruby the new SDC, and Atlas, Ren and Nora, Kuroyori, and you two with Menagerie. I knew you all were busy and I couldn't do anything to see you. So that is the reason why I didn't see you guys." Jaune said to them, giving a sad smile.

"And for that, I am very sorry for that, that wasn't right or fair to you all. But with this job, I could probably be able to talk to all of you, but for now, I got guard duty to do." Jaune said to them. He turned around and started to walk away, and Temari stood up and started following him.

They all just stood there in stunned silence. They can't believe that the man who did a lot for them would just, not visit for over a stupid reason. They just stood there stunned, all except for Nora and Ruby, they were both furious.

"That is a lie and you know it." Ruby said to Jaune, he just stopped his back still turned to them.

"You know that Ruby, and I would just say screw the responsibilities and came to see you." Nora said to him her eyes ablaze with rage, and tears.

"Something like that would not have stopped us, and we were not that busy for the last few months, things started to calm down, and you could have come and visit us. Visit me in Atlas, and Visit Nora in Kuruyori!" Ruby yelled out.

"You wouldn't like my answer." Jaune said to them his voice now lower, and more, vulnerable? Temari looked sad at him.

"Why wouldn't we like your answer, Jaune Arc?" Nora asked now walking towards him, along with Ruby.

"Because, you would hate me, I did for a selfish reason." Jaune said now starting to shake slightly.

"Jaune you have been doing so much good work for everyone in smaller settlements around Vale, Mistral, and others! You deserve to be a little selfish for yourself!" Nora yelled at him almost close to him.

"I can't say!" Jaune started to raise his voice.

"Yes you can Jaune Arc, you can tell us anything, so come on Vomit Boy!" Ruby said her silver eyes now glowing

"TELL US WHY/ TELL US WHY?!" They both yelled at Jaune. The knight just turned around. His eyes shining yellow, a trick he picked up with his semblance, and a little boost the tree gave him.

"BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE HURT TOO MUCH SEEING ALL OF YOU!" Jaune yelled at the top of his lungs, everyone shook hearing his voice booming. Nora and Ruby, froze in shock with Jaune blowing up like that. But what did he mean by it hurting him.

For the first time there Ren actually spoke up.

"Why, would seeing us hurt you?" Ren asked genuinely hurt and curious as to why. Jaune calmed down with Temari licking him, and snuggling him a little wrapping herself around him and her tails snuggling him, she did that when he needed comfort, he then started to cry a little.

"When I woke up and I seen you all together, kissing and being happy, I couldn't be around all of you." Jaune said looking down.

"Seeing all of you happy together, I didn't want to get in between that. I didn't want you all lose focus on each other. But most of all, I didn't want to be alone in all of that." Jaune said to them. This really confused them.

"What do you mean by being alone?" Blake asked this time getting close like everyone else. Jaune looked up to the sky and breathed in and out.

"Every one of you have found your special someone, while I was alone in all of it. It was almost like being alone in the Ever After again. I couldn't handle that. I knew I would just get in the way of you all, and I didn't want to be the odd number in there." Jaune said to them.

He was right it was stupid and it was selfish they were about to voice their complaints, but Jaune stopped them.

"But before you all say I am an idiot, really think about it. I am surrounded by all this love, but no one to share it with. And before you even say you can introduce me to someone, no I don't want that. I learned that never works out for me personally." He said to them confusing them, he just sighed at that

"My sisters tried to hook me up with their friends, and set me up on blind dates, and the dates were always disappointed that it was me. From then on I told them not to do that, and they agreed. And, seeing the girl I liked, and the other girl I grew to like date each other, makes me feel that I am a guy to date or fall in love with." Jaune said to them.

That shocked everyone there, especially Ruby, she didn't Jaune started to like her, she would have said something, but she didn't know how to express her feelings right!

"And the worst of all, I see myself as a curse." Jaune said confusing all of them at that

"Qrow used to say that he cursed due to his semblance right? But now he has better control over it. But I feel that I am cursed in finding love, or something growing towards it." He said to them, waiting for his explanation to end.

"Important people near me always either suffer or die. The first girl to truly like me for me Pyrrha died. I was forced to kill Penny, and those mothers who flirted with me. I went to go see their kids, and majority of them are orphans now thanks to Tyrian, and Cinder. They all died when I was close to them. I was then betrayed by Alex in the Ever After, but learned she did it to help me, but through all of it I know this, just me being around will just cause pain onto others, and again, I know I can now never have that love, and being around all of you, will just make me truly sad in the end. So I feel that me being away and doing my job as a huntsman to make you all happy, is the best course." Jaune said to them, crying slightly, sadness so strong that extreme tears coming out wouldn't do it justice.

Jaune just looked up to their stunned and sad faces.

"I told you all it was selfish, and I think I overstayed my welcome, I still got a job to do." Jaune then put his helmet back on his fox unwrapping herself around him. He just turned his back to them.

"It was great to see you all again. I truly do hope you all end up happy please?" Jaune questioned or rather pleaded for them to be happy.

Jaune just walked away with his horse sized nine tailed fox by his side. The girls and Ren just looked on in shock and sadness. Seeing that this man was so hurt inside broke them. He truly felt that his existence was a curse and that him being alone is a way to keep others safe and happy.

But they couldn't accept that. They heard how lonely and loveless he felt around them. Even by seeing how much they love each other fills him with joy, and sadness.

The girls didn't know what to do. He confessed that he grew to like Ruby, and seeing his old crush and his best friend get together, he felt like he was the problem. That broke their hearts,

Especially of those of Nora and Ruby.

Nora knew what it was like to feel loveless, and she refuses to let anyone feel that.

Ruby felt that she failed him as his best friend. He was willing to let himself be miserable just so they can be happy. It wasn't right, he suffered just as much as them, even more so.

He was always there for all of them, but never for him! When they all felt better, he kept giving a piece of himself to them, because he didn't want to lose the people he truly loved. They always turned to him, to make them smile, and they never did with him.

Ruby made a vow right there and then. She will make him happy and loved, no matter what Jaune says. He needs to see even though they are all together, they want him in between them! But, she can see where he is coming from. Not only her but everyone there.

Being surrounded by love, and no to give it back to you can really hurt.

Ruby looked at Weiss, and Weiss the same. She was going to talk to her about something, something so daring she never thought it would even work.

Yang and Blake were thinking the same thing, but Blake wanted to reach out Sun first, he deserves her apologies too.

Nora and Ren swore they will get their brother in all but blood back!

'We will make this right for you!' They all thought at the same time.

The knight protected and helped everyone around. He was the inspiration on how Huntsmen and Huntress' should be. It is now their turn to help the knight, and be loved.

I tried to convey how the others felt seeing him again, and what they thought of him in the past.

Jaune was so alone in the series. People want to make Jaune to be alone while everyone else is with someone and happy. And I tried to show what it feels like to be around all this love and to have no one to share it with. Hopefully the next one will be a lot better.

Because Ruby wants to have Jaune in her life again, the more permanent kind. You all know what that means.
