Alice closed her eyes to ponder the elusive puzzle, but when she looked up, she found herself standing in a place filled with ruins, with a huge figure approaching from the horizon. Wasn't that familiar outline the Jabberwocky she had defeated with the Vorpal Sword years ago? The dragon flapped its wings and emitted a piercing roar as its shadowy form rapidly approached, seeming to intend to devour her once again.
However, Alice did not feel fear this time. She recalled her bravery and determination when facing the Jabberwocky many years ago. Although she now had nothing in her hands, a thought flashed through her mind: if the Vorpal Sword appeared again, she would easily defeat it. And just then, something magical happened—the glowing Vorpal Sword truly appeared in her hand, and her body was once again clad in the silver armor she had worn before.
Without hesitation, Alice waved the Vorpal Sword and greeted the Jabberwocky's attack with lightning speed. The sword's blade was like a rainbow, instantly slicing through the dragon's neck. The Jabberwocky emitted its final moan, and its huge body fell from the sky, crashing heavily to the ground. With the dragon's death, Alice's armor and Vorpal Sword gradually disappeared, as if their existence was just an illusion.
She stood there, took a deep breath, and realized that she seemed to have gained control over the dreamscape. This space was changing according to her will. She turned around, and Dark Tarrant appeared behind her again. So, she took a step forward, walking towards where Dark Tarrant was.
While Alice was battling the Jabberwocky, in the real world of Wonderland, after the Red Queen's explanation, Tarrant was restless. He kept pacing back and forth in front of Alice's room, anxiously wanting to go in and see her. However, the White Queen and the Red Queen stood firmly at the door, their attitude clear: "Tarrant, Alice needs time to overcome the toxins in her own body. The virus is too dangerous; no one can get close to her except for the two of us."
Tarrant tried to argue, "I won't leave her. I can be by her side, even if it's just standing aside."
The Red Queen shook her head gently, her tone stern yet caring, "We understand that you want to protect her feelings, but the best way now is to let her face it alone. Alice is stronger than you imagine. We all believe in her."
Unable to resist the queens' orders, Tarrant reluctantly stepped back. He left the White Queen's castle with heavy steps and returned to his tea party. The usually lively tea party now seemed dull and uninteresting to him.
Tarrant sat absentmindedly at the center of the tea party, his gaze occasionally drifting towards the direction of the palace in the distance. He was anxious and restless, taking off his hat, which he almost never removed, and unconsciously playing with the ribbon on it, but he could not concentrate. The twins, TweedleDee and TweedleDum, continued their jokes in front of him, trying to break the tense atmosphere at the tea party.
"Oh, Tarrant, look at your worried face," TweedleDee teased. "Is it because Alice is not here that you feel everything has become so boring?"
TweedleDum immediately agreed, grinning, "Yeah, the tea party shouldn't be so dull! Do you miss her too much?"
Tarrant did not respond to their jokes; his face was dark and可怕. His fingers tightly gripped the edge of his hat until the twins realized the awkward atmosphere and stopped their mocking laughter. The other friends at the tea party gradually became aware that Tarrant's mood today was significantly different from usual.
The Mad Hatter cautiously approached Tarrant and asked with concern, "Tarrant, what happened? You don't look quite right today."
Tarrant took a deep breath, put down his hat, and finally spoke, "Alicewaspoisonedafterreturningfromthemazegarden.Sheiscurrentlyreceivingtreatmentinthepalace,andboththeRedQueenandtheWhiteQueenaretakingcareofher,butI...Iamprohibitedfromenteringherroom."
The people at the tea party fell silent, each wearing an expression of concern on their faces. Mary the Dormouse was the first to speak, her voice soft yet firm: "Alice is a warrior; she will definitely get better. She has overcome so many difficulties before, and she will definitely be able to do so this time."
The March Hare nodded in agreement: "She is our hero; nothing can defeat her."
Other friends chimed in as well, expressing their support and blessings for Alice. The tea party was now filled with concern and prayers instead. Everyone knew that Alice was an integral part of Wonderland; her strength and courage had not only changed this world but also each one of them.
They began to pray for Alice. The Mad Hatter's friends each expressed their concern and wishes for her, each silently hoping in their hearts for her swift recovery.
