Oh, I totally forgot about this.

Turns out a fan called mkyalvarez62 created a MyCast page that gives a sort of physical idea of what the characters in this story look like under the name Umbarawolf117. It's really cool actually for characters who don't have live action counterpart so the concept in it of itself is awesome.

Jason Momoa as Quinlan Vos is unusually awesome.

Anywho, thanks for all the support in the last chapter and we're only getting started.

I really, really hope you guys are ready for this chapter and as a reminder, this has all been part of the plan since the reboot of this story. You can throw in suggestions or guesses more like but we have planned this from start to finish.

And also, thanks for everyone for pointing out that incomplete sentence last chapter. Guess I was tired or something from noticing it and has been corrected.

In addition, a promise I made to some fellow writing comrades of mine who write different stories from mine.

See, I always talk about wanting to create unique and different stories and these guys are all about it.

Check out VixenRose1996 and DLTA-BOT. They've got some unique stories, different stories that need more love and attention, specially Bot cause he chose a challenging crossover, a man after my own heart and ambition. Give them a look when ya have the chance.

Anyways, on with the show.

Avengers Infinite Wars Chapter 73: Götterdämmerung

The sun was shining, the flowers were blooming, the birds were singing-

"We're no strangers to looooove~"

-Earth music was flaring through a nearby console. Oh and the children were playing… somewhere…

Everything was quite nice on this day on Naboo.

Yet there was this odd feeling in the air.

Anakin didn't know why, but something was rather off.

His memories seemed rather foggy as he lounged around at the lake house property Padme owns on her homeworld. He didn't know why he was here in the first place.

"Anakin…"

That voice… was familiar to him. He couldn't quite place it right away.

"Anakin…"

Skywalker got up and searched for the source calling to him. He reached out with the Force when he couldn't find it visually, soon feeling something dark and malevolent.

Turning around, he saw a figure in the shadows from the lake house.

"It's true about what they say." Spoke the stranger. "You being the Chosen One."

Anakin was guarded as he soon realized who this person was.

"Join me…" The stranger soon revealed themself as the Son, in his darkened glory. "Together we can change the balance of the universe… my friend."

The Jedi Knight scoffed at what he just heard. "Friend? After what you did to my own? After that little display do you really think I would join the dark side willingly?"

The Son shook his head with marginal disappointment. "How simple you make it… light and dark, as if there is one without the other. So much more than just the two. Aligned, you and I can restore balance wherever we go, peace to the universe."

Anakin defiantly glared at the Celestial.. "By becoming a Sith. Never."

Rage and power roared from the Son, as everything around them started to burn erratically. The peaceful setting of Padme's lake house is now a setting of destruction and misery.

"We will destroy the Sith," Yelled the Son before calming down slightly with a sinister smile, "and the Jedi."

The fires surrounding them grew hotter and larger as the Son shifted into his monstrous form. He lunged in to attack Skywalker when-

*GASP*

-he woke up.

Panting, Anakin looked around and saw himself in the backroom of the shuttle.

"Whoa there Anakin, where's the fire?" Asked a familiar voice.

Looking over, he saw Peter and his padawan standing over him.

"It looked like you were having a nightmare, Master." Ahsoka noted with a look of concern.

He groaned softly. "Something like that. Have we left Mortis yet?"

It was then did the shuttle rattle and shake about, momentarily unbalancing those in the back.

"Nope." Peter dryly said, making Anakin roll his eyes.

"What's taking so long?" Skywalker muttered to himself.

"If you're done napping, I could use a little help here." Obi-wan called out from a co-pilot seat.

Looking onward, Skywalker saw it was dark outside, making him realize he was napping for several hours. He decided to rest earlier when their continued efforts of leaving Mortis weren't successful at all since this morning.

Traditionally, they could've gone straight up to orbit and left from there… Yet there was something blocking their path.

"Any luck getting outta here?" Asked the Jedi Knight, getting to the front and relieving Vision from co-piloting for the time being.

"Unlikely." Said T'Challa from the nearby console. "We've been attempting many avenues, yet all have been dead ends, as it were."

"My money's on the Celestials keeping us here." Called out Peter from the back. "They were not happy with what we did back at the monastery."

"Wouldn't be surprised if this was their form of revenge." Ahsoka added in from the back.

"Could be, but I doubt the Father and Daughter would be that petty."

Vision was about to comment when he heard Peter groaning harshly. Looking over, he saw him gripping his head as if he was suddenly experiencing a severe migraine.

"Peter-"

"Something's wrong." The young teen said, looking around for anything that may pose a threat.

The Mind Stone flared soon after, making Vision realize something was indeed wrong.

The two Avengers soon heard struggles from right behind. Whirling around, they saw the Son was restraining Ahsoka.

"Leaving so soon?" He tauntingly asked.

In an instant, the dark Celestial opened up the bottom hatch with his powers before he dropped through it, all the while clutching the Togruta padawan to his frame.

"AHSOKA!" Spider-Man shouted.

Peter leapt right after them and immediately fired a webline at the leg of the monstrous bat-like creature that was now the Son. He looked upward to see Ahsoka struggling in the Son's talons, who looked back with a scared expression.

"Don't worry! I'm coming! Just hang on!" Peter assured, grasping tightly at the web line.

"Really bad choice of words, Peter!" She screamed out.

As this occurred, Vision phased out of the shuttle and took off.

"Peter, Ahsoka, I'm coming!" Yelled out the android, flying straight towards them.

Inside of the craft, the others saw what happened and were more or less confused in seeing Vision leaving. Yet things were answered when lightning flashes revealed much in the darkness in the distance.

"What the-"

"Ahsoka!" Anakin yelled, spotting the demonic form of the Son having his Padawan in his talons.

"And Peter's in hot pursuit." T'Challa said, pointing to the young Avenger dangling for dear life.

"On any other day, that might seem strange." Anakin noted, pivoting the ship to go after them. "But then again, with our lives…"

"Vision, what're you- where in the blazes is Vision?" Obi-Wan asked, looking back to see the android was no longer in the ship.

"There he is." Anakin said aloud, making Kenobi look back forward to see the wielder of the Mind Stone flying after The Son and two teens.

Flying down into a chasm, the three separate parties moved to continue to chase after the Son and kidnapped Padawan.

The Son was flying all over the rocky terrain, hopefully to get rid of the pest latched onto his leg and the one bearing the Mind Stone. Swinging around with a lot of effort to finally get rid of them, but they were very persistent. He soon realized he needed to fly into some hazards.

The dark Celestial used both the Force and his own natural powers to hopefully turn the tide.

He started by cleaning his wings through the rocky pillars and sending them hurtling back at Vision, Peter and the shuttle.

What the Son didn't know, for the most part, was that one "pest" had been knocked into the occasional stone spire on this "joy" ride of his.

"I swear…" Peter groaned out, "I would throw up right now if Ahsoka's life wasn't at stake."

Spiderman tried to stabilize himself, but the monstrous bat-creature was the one steering this whole time was making things harder to do so. Didn't even help when he had to keep avoiding some projectiles thrown his way, courtesy of Ahsoka's abductor.

"Would've enjoyed being on a roller coaster or anything else over this." He was soon smacked against a rock spire which seemed to appear from nowhere. "At least I would've had something to stay sturdy on."

In his mild nausea, how such a thing ever happened, he barely missed the warning from Vision on what obstacles were ahead.

*Smack* "Ow!" *Smack* "Ack!" *Smack* "I'm definitely feeling this later!"

Soon the Son went upwards to make the young Avenger soar before performing several loop de loops at fast speeds.

"AAAHHH! I'm gonna diiiiieeeee! I'm gonna diiiiieeeee! I'm gonna throw up! And then I'm gonna diiiiieeeee!" Spiderman screamed out with him not enjoying any of the spinning and twirls one bit as he wasn't in control of them at all. "AUNTYYYY!"

The Son was getting really annoyed now by the persistent boy. Having enough of him, the dark Celestial halted and let Spiderman basically fly past him. By the time the young Avenger realized this, he looked back and saw a massive steam of red Force lightning shoot out of the creature's mouth.

At that instant, Peter was unprepared for the strike as he was launched further away and disappeared into the darkened fog down below as he was no longer hanging onto his webline.

"Peter!" Ahsoka cried out, distraught at the sight of seeing her friend fall to the ground below.

Regaining his bearings Peter remained undeterred, quickly firing two web lines at some nearby pillars and pulling back with all his might.

Just as his webbing reached its breaking point in its elasticity, Spider-man slingshot himself at full power, flying right towards the two the Son had taken Ahsoka to.

All the while, Vision and the shuttle with the rest of the team had lost them in the thick fog within the seemingly endless terrain.

"Where'd they go?" Anakin gritted out, no longer seeing the Son, Ahsoka or Peter.

"Vision, do you see anything?" T'Challa asked with the android looking around with his eyes narrowed.

"No." He reported back. "This fog is- Look out!"

Obi-Wan and Anakin reared back slightly at the sight of a glowing orb of some kind that they were flying straight towards.

Unfortunately, they turned the ship too late with one of its wings clipping the large structure they nearly crashed into.

Their ship began spiraling down to the ground, Anakin desperately trying to maneuver it so at the very least they could land right side up.

Vision saw this and immediately flew down to try to catch them. Reaching the ship, Viz shot his hand out to grab the top wing of the ship but failed to control his strength, having grabbed the top and ripping a chunk of it out.

"Oh dear." Was all Viz could say, momentarily pausing to look at the metal in his hand before flying after them in hopes of still catching the falling ship.

Just as the ship crashed into the ground, Vision managed to catch it, this time making sure not to grasp it too hard but enough to slow it down.

Still, there was some damage done with the underside and engines taking a brunt of the damage.

The shuttle came to a halt, being slightly off the ground as Vision was holding it up before he gently set it down.

Floating down to the ground, he watched as the Prince of Wakanda and two Jedi stumbled out of the shuttle in a slight daze.

"Were you even-"

"Yes I was." Anakin cut his master off irritably. "It was a giant tower, kinda hard to miss, don't ya think?"

"Enough." T'Challa sternly said, getting in between the two Jedi. "We have more pressing matters to attend to."

Anakin grunted, looking down for a moment before back up to take a look around to see just where they were.

"Where'd they go?" He asked straight away. "Where's Ahsoka and Peter? Where'd the Son take them?"

Vision's Mind Stone pulsed again, the Avenger slowly turning around to spot something off in the distance.

"I may have an idea." He spoke up, gaining the rest of the group's attention.

All four men looked ahead now at a large tower not far from where they stood with the green orb that they had nearly crashed into situated atop the structure.

"I take it that must be The Son's domain." Kenobi mused, crossing his arms whilst keeping a wary eye to their surroundings.

He felt an uncomfortable air about this place that was setting him on edge slightly.

"What are we waiting for?" Anakin rhetorically asked, taking a step forward only for his former Master to quickly move to stand in his way.

"Wait a moment, Anakin." He said, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Let's not be hasty and just rush right in."

"How can you say that Obi-Wan?" Skywalker said with a scoff. "Ahsoka's been taken captive and Peter went after her by himself. We can't just leave the two."

"I understand that Anakin, I do." Kenobi said placatingly. "But we must think for a moment as to why. This was no accident. The Son brought us here for a reason. We must exercise caution. Any action we do here can bring about dramatic repercussions to the galaxy and possibly the universe at large."

"I don't care about that." Anakin retorted. "I'm not just gonna leave the two of them to let the Son do whatever he wants."

"But Obi-Wan is right." T'Challa spoke up. "If this is the Son's domain, we'd be playing right into his hands. We have to move carefully through here if we are to save them."

"Rushing into something we don't understand is dangerous." The Jedi Master added. "If we are to do this, at the very least we should confer with the Father. He told us that it was he that controlled his children."

"And that Anakin was meant to replace him." Vision tacked on, seeing Skywalker scoff dismissively.

"As if I'd do that." The blue eyed Jedi firmly stated.

"We are wasting time however." T'Challa declared. "Since there are four of us, we'll split up. Anakin and I will move to see if we can get Ahsoka and Peter out of there ourselves. Obi-Wan, Vision, go speak with the Father. Even if this is the Son's domain, this world must be his entirely. Perhaps the Daughter can help us as well."

"Why not bring Vision along?" Anakin questioned. "Wouldn't he be more useful with his extra firepower and all?"

The Prince simply shook his head in response. "The Father was able to immobilize him via the Mind Stone. Who's to say that the Son is incapable of doing the same. And that's not even suggesting that the Son may try to take the Mind Stone. Do we really want to go about risking such a matter without having the Father and Daughter by our side?"

The others didn't respond to his queries but they knew Panther's words held a great amount of weight and truth to them.

"Then it has been decided." Vision said. "Obi-Wan and I will speak with the Father while you two see if you can get Ahsoka and Peter out of there."

Anakin and T'Challa nodded with the former seeing his old Master having crossed his arms with a deep frown marring his face.

"What is it?" He asked, the two Avengers looking at him then at Kenobi.

He didn't respond at first until letting out a disgruntled sigh.

"I don't like this." Obi-Wan freely admitted. "We're playing right into his hands. This is exactly what he wants in dividing us. This place is strong in the Dark Side of the Force. I know you've felt it, Anakin."

"I know but this is my fault that we're in this mess." Anakin frustratedly said. "Ahsoka getting kidnapped, Peter going after her, all of it just because they think I'm the "Chosen One"."

Those last two words were spat out as though they were a vile poison in his mouth.

-Scene Cut-

Within the deepest parts of the Son's humble abode, his secluded Tower, saturated in darkness, lies a peculiar jail cell. The only occupant inside struggled to free herself with all her might.

"You cannot keep me here." Ahsoka bellowed out. "You hear me?"

The Togruta used everything she had, both her natural strength and her Force abilities. Yet the restraints wouldn't budge.

"Save your energy."

Ahsoka snapped her head over, looking at who spoke. There she saw, roughly a foot tall or so in height, an impish creature. It had long ears with pale purple skin and beady black eyes.

Seeing this thing here made her question how it was in here along with how it was relatively free.

"You have been left to die."

This only infuriated Ahsoka, making her struggle more in her restraints.

"I will escape, one way or another." She proclaimed, refusing to believe such a thing.

"Impossible." The impish creature chuckled. "I have been here for more years than I care to remember."

"I am a Jedi. We don't give up easily."

"Jedi? Huh." The imp waddled towards her and inspected her. "But so young." He walked towards the side and seemed to climb up the wall. "Where is your master, child?"

"He will come for me. And so will my friends."

"And if they do not-"

"They will!"

The imp was unfazed on the interruption, only coming close to her face now. "What makes you so sure?"

"Because they've done it before! And they'll do it again."

"So trusting." The imp shook his head. "What happens when they break that trust and fail you?"

Before she could answer, she felt the shackles holding her arms up to the wall open up for her. She let out a sigh of relief as she began rotating her wrists slightly before massaging them a bit.

"Thank you."

"The chains…" The imp seemed to quickly move when she wasn't looking as he was now on the ground and in front of her. "The chains are the easy part." He moved one hand to his head. "It's what goes on in here that's hard." He then moved his appendage to his chest. "And this being the worst." The one who freed her began encircling her. "You are alone now. If you want to survive, you must forget your master and your friends."

Ahsoka only shook her head. "I don't think I'll-"

She halted whatever she meant to say when she felt her arm being tugged down. Looking over, she saw the imp ensnare it before baring his sharp, crooked teeth. In a swift action, he bit down hard onto her exposed flesh.

"AAAH!"

Yelling out in pain, Ahsoka yanked her arm back just when the imp released her from his jagged maw. She cradled it as she saw blood seeping from the wound and a massive ache spreading all over her limb.

"Why'd you do that!?"

The imp only chuckled as he backed away from her. "You are mine now."

The padawan widened her eyes, backing away as she saw the imp transforming into the Son before her very eyes.

Fear took over as she kept on moving but began staggering upon feeling something spreading more profusely; originating from her bitten arm.

She could feel it, the corruption. It was flowing through her, burning her, tainting her. She collapsed onto the ground in utter agony with tears in her eyes.

'Anakin…' She thought in utter duress, thinking of her Jedi Master. Before long, they were overshadowed by someone else. 'Peter… Help me…'

The Togruta eventually stopped moving. No longer erratic, only calm remained.

Opening her eyes, the healthy blue she bore soon bled into a sickening yellow with red surrounding the rim.

Elsewhere in the Son's tower, Peter felt a number of things.

For one, his body ached all over from him crashing and colliding into a number of hazards earlier. After the failed attempt of saving his friend, Spider-man was sore all over when the adrenaline eventually wore off. Yet he was fighting through the pain so he can continue his pursuit of rescuing Ahsoka.

Second was him feeling his senses flare. It was as if he was going to be in immediate danger at any possible second, just for him stepping foot into this place and not leaving.

Walking through the tower, Peter looked around as he occasionally held part of his body.

After all the mess so far since earlier, his body was more or less thrashed. His suit was torn up at every other place, especially a lightning blast scorch mark on his chest; courtesy of the Son. He didn't know if he could get in touch with the others as his suit's systems were perhaps fried by that Force attack. Not even Karen, who could either be fully disconnected from her or the copy inside the suit is no longer here.

At least he has a backup of her back on Coruscant in case of anything.

During his exploration, he checked every nook and cranny he could get into in hopes of finding Ahsoka. This whole place felt unusually elaborate though Peter could hazard a guess as it being intentionally designed this way.

Eventually he came across something that was… peculiar…

Suspended between four overarching pillars was a black orb within a gyroscope. It aimlessly bobbed up and down and if Peter was seeing it right from the lighting, it was spinning as well.

He wouldn't have really minded and went elsewhere but felt an odd pull towards it.

Peter stared at the strange black glob and from the slight circular upper shape it had formed, it seemed like it was staring right back at him.

It seemed to be intently observing him until it shuddered slightly and from the glob came white eyes.

No…

Lenses!

This thing was imitating the lenses on his mask.

But… how?

Spidey didn't know why, but his scientific curiosity got the better of him as he got the odd black orb out of the gyroscope-like device. A mixture of timing, webbing and a quick yank had it out of there. Peter had the object rested on his hand and began inspecting it before realizing something.

The orb wasn't solid at all, but condensed… material?

An instant later it seemed to fall apart, melt even. But instead of falling off his palm, it seemed to cling onto it and spread.

"WHOA! What the heck is this?" He cried out, seeing the material rapidly spreading up his arm and going to the rest of his body. He then began trying to pry it off, but to no avail. "Get off! Get off! I should've left this thing alone!"

The black material ignored Spiderman's pleas, only encompassing all of the young Avenger from head to toe. It soon sunk into the suit the Earther wore and seemed to adapt with it, in a sense. Not truly melding with it but becoming another layer.

Working its way around through the tears and openings presented onto it, the black substance did what it could to meld with the teenager.

Said person ended up blacking out and collapsing a split second later.

He lay there for what was only a few seconds until he jolted back into the waking world.

Coming out of his unconscious state, Spiderman groggily got up and did his best to stabilize himself.

'What was that just now?' He internally asked, freezing slightly from the extremely weird shifting of his suit.

"Why do I feel all… slimy?" He commented in confusion before holding his head. "And I feel… something… like something is poking in my head?" Peter muttered out. He looked around and pondered to himself with a shake of his head. "Must be this place. It's really getting on my nerves."

Walking away from his spot, several thoughts roamed through his head. What happened to him? What was that black stuff and was it all in his head because of this tower? And the most prevalent of them all were still Ahsoka's present whereabouts.

As he continued his exploration, Peter halted in his tracks when he saw something… strange…

Looking over, he saw his reflection… yet it oddly wasn't.

Reason being was that it was him… in a different outfit?

What was once a torn up and battered primarily red and blue suit was now an encompassing black. The only white present on the suit were his lenses, the spider-emblem on his chest and back along with the web designs.

Peter would've been more weirded out at first, as he thought it was all in his head. But then it came at full force when he looked down and saw it was legitimately real.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" Peter exclaimed, running his hands all over his face then the rest of his body.

He quickly pulled his mask off to make sure he wasn't seeing things. Lo and behold, this really wasn't a trick of the light or his eyes.

"Wha-" He looked down at his now black suit. "What is this?"

Patting his chest and abdomen, Peter once more felt the organic and slightly slimy feeling that was his suit. Holding up his two hands, the young Avenger clenched and unclenched his hands several times experimentally.

This felt… different.

The pain he felt previously was lessened considerably, as if he was being held together or something.

His suit being black…

He turned his head over towards the four pillared structure in which he found the black blob in.

Was that what it was?

Blinking, Peter felt his suit vibrating slightly, a thrumming heard in his head. Almost like it was a confirmation of his assumption.

So that thing he got from the sphere was-

"AAAH!"

That sound-

"Why'd you do that!?"

Peter's head snapped in the direction of Ahsoka's voice, the teens eyes widening in fear and dread.

"Ahsoka! I'm coming!" He yelled out, quickly sliding his mask back on and running at full speed towards where he heard her voice.

Answers to whatever this suit was could wait. He had a friend to save.

-Scene Cut-

As the heroes underwent their separate journeys on the strange world, the residents of said world were in the middle of having a small meeting.

Within the monastery of the planet, the Father sat on his knees with his eyes closed and head bowed forward. To his right was his Daughter who was also on her knees with her hands clasped together making her look like she was praying.

The Father then shifted his head up slightly as he detected someone to his left, someone all too familiar to him.

"My Son." The Father greeted, slowly opening his eyes. "I see you have grown stronger."

The Son walked up to his Father, regarding him for a moment before looking up to admire the stone statue that represented his bestial transformation.

"Have I now?" He airily asked. "How so?"

The Father faced his Son with a stern gaze. "You forget who you speak to. I have warned you many times before. Vanity is a greater poison than you would believe. It is what led us to our imprisonment."

The Son then sneered venomously. "You mean it is what led to your imprisonment! You just took my sister and I with you after forging our Mother's prison."

The Father didn't respond to the vitriolic retort, calmly raising his hand to make sure his Daughter remained where she was.

"I… understand your frustrations my Son." The Father said in hopes of placating his child. "But you must also understand why we must stay here. The Judge deemed our transgressions against our kind and it is our duty to stay here. We must maintain the balance and keep the Queen of the Stars at bay."

The Son only gazed at his Father with a discontent glare. "And was it not you who wished for her to be free? Do you not love her anymore, Father?"

Seeing the elder bristle gave the Son a sick sense of satisfaction.

"I live with that regret every single day, my Son." The Father earnestly stated before his face became far more furious. "But do not forget what led her down that path. Who was it that drove her to choose to bathe in the Pool of Knowledge and drink from the Font of Power? Who was it, with his insistent means of challenging his sister that led to their Mothers' own transformation into one of us?"

That made Son wrought with guilt yet he forcefully suppressed it and glared back at the Father.

"We could have saved her. Could have helped her!" He argued passionately.

"You could never hope to even match the power she now held."

"YOU COULD HAVE!" The Son rebuked. "Were you not her equal?! Did you not truly love her?! You gave up on her the moment Arishem deemed it so."

"Do not speak of Arishem as if you understand him." The Father admonished. "He is far older and more powerful than either of us."

The Son snarled at his Father, the man turning away from him.

"Things have changed, Father. The arrival of these Avengers, the Mind Stone and that totem."

"They have. But that does not give us the right to interfere?"

"The right?!" The Son hissed. "Was it not you who brought them here in hopes of meeting the Chosen One? In hopes of seeing the potential that you sought after to be true?"

He didn't respond at first with a solemn expression. "I did. I wished to see what I believed could be possible in this galaxy to be true. But that was a dream I should have abandoned long ago. He is not like us. He is not meant to be. Even if he had the potential to ascend, one must ask, would he choose to do so willingly? After meeting him… no, he would remain as he is."

"But you have shown me that I too can reach an even greater power!" The Son argued. "To reach my potential and surpass it."

The Father then faced his Son with a forlorn expression. "And by bringing them here, I have only emboldened you to the Dark Side of Force. But it is not too late, my Son. Cast away that pride, that vanity. Do not become what you should not be." The Father's expression became more stern now. "Lest I be forced to contain you as I did many times before."

The Son appeared unperturbed by the threat.

"Will you now?" He calmly asked with obvious doubt. "You're looking rather frail, Father. Are you unwell?"

"I am not dead yet."

"Oh? Then maybe we should SPEED UP THE PROCESS!"

The Son whipped out both hands and unleashed a torrent of red Force Lightning that the Father blocked by raising a single hand.

He grunted at the power behind the lightning but held strong, gradually pushing the lightning back.

Seeing this, the Son sneered hatefully before his red eyes began flashing slightly. The clothing he wore slowly morphed into a blackened, stone-like armor that crept up his arms towards the rest of his body.

The lightning he was shooting from his hands changed from a reddish tint to a more orangish-gold, making the Father inhale sharply at what his Son was doing.

"Do you truly wish to draw Judgment upon us once more?" The Father questioned as he too began to change.

"And risk the chance of freedom?" The Son shot back, his body beginning to grow. "Yes."

"Brother, stop!"

The Son clenched his teeth in frustration, momentarily glancing over at the Daughter.

"Stay out of this Sister." He spat out. "This is between me and our dear Father."

"I cannot let you do this."

"You cannot even stop me."

The Daughter sent a Force Push that was laced with an orange tint of energy that sent The Son hurtling back.

He winced at the telekinetic blast coupled with the additional energy laced into it and retaliated violently by unleashing a shockwave that threatened to encompass the entire room.

The Daughter gasped, stepping back as she raised her hands in defense only for her Father to step in front of her and absorb the attack.

He struggled slightly, hands curling as the fluctuating energy was erratic and difficult to contain.

Yet this was all nothing more than a distraction as the Son burst through the energy, his arm surrounded by lightning and the orange energy and struck his Father in the chest.

The elder sailed through the air and flew out the front door of the Monastery.

"Father!" The Daughter cried out, running towards him whilst the Son watched on in disgust.

"I've always hated you, Father." The Son said before turning to leave.

All the while…

Vision and Obi-Wan Kenobi arrive at the entrance to the Monastery, the former having the Mind Stone ready for anything whilst Kenobi held his Lightsaber in hand.

After having the Son kidnap Ahsoka and really, the way these beings treated them as a whole, it was better to be prepared rather than being caught off guard.

But what they did not expect to see was the Father flying out from the Monastery and landing upon the ground with a brief flicker of electricity coursing around his body.

"What in the world?" Obi-Wan said in utter bewilderment, kneeling down to the being. "What just happened?"

"Father!"

The pair looked up to see the Daughter hurriedly racing down the stairs, running right towards them before dropping down to her knees and cradling her Father's head.

"What happened?" Vision asked straight away.

She looked devastated, placing a hand on her Father's cheek.

"My Brother's doing." She regrettably said.

Kenobi wanted to ask for more clarity but sighed, moving to get the Father up. "Come on. Let's get him to a place where he can rest."

The trio moved the Father to his personal chambers where they set him down on a slightly elevated circular platform within a diamond symbol drawn upon the floor.

"Is he alright?" Vision asked, watching as the Daughter's hands glowed and hovered over The Father and it seemed to assuage some of the pain he had garnered judging by his relaxed expression.

"We will leave him to rest."

"But we need to talk to him." Obi-Wan stressed out.

The Daughter shook her head. "Not until he's stronger."

"But your brother is losing himself to the dark side." The Jedi argued. "He's taken our friend and we had to leave another behind."

"Then he must have his reasons." The Daughter stated, regret evident in her tone.

"The same reason he had for attempting to murder your father?" Viz question with a raised brow.

"He would never do such a thing."

"Denial isn't just a river in Egypt." Said Vision, earning confused reactions from both Obi-wan and Daughter. "I joke."

"This is no time for jokes." The Daughter said, clearly unamused.

"I know, yet you can't deny such actions your brother has enacted. Your Father could have died from your brothers' actions."

"It's not his fault." Defended the Daughter. "My nature is to do what is selfless, but my brother's will always be to do what is selfish."

"Then know you must help us." Obi-Wan implored.

"I cannot interfere with the ways of the Force nor the galaxy. My father forbids it. We must abide by the will and judgment of Arishem."

"Your brother will flee this place and wreak havoc on the universe, let alone this galaxy." Obi-wan continued on with his case. "There's already enough turmoil as it is. We can't risk any more breaking out. You, Anakin and Vision combined have the power to stop him."

The Daughter was silent for a number of seconds, gazing down at her Father who had his eyes closed and hands over his chest.

She knew that she could not interfere with what was happening right now but that didn't mean that there wasn't a work around.

"Come with me."

She stood up and left the chamber with Vision and Obi-Wan following after her.

It took what felt like hours for the Daughter to guide the Jedi and Avenger to their intended destination. A secluded cave some distance away from the monastery.

Entering inside, they saw something far down below. Something with turquoise flames all around, encircling some sort of altar.

Upon the walls were symbols that may be a language of some kind that neither Jedi nor Avenger was able to discern along with drawings of beings…

Beings that were framed in a manner to be shown that they were larger than planets, larger than suns. Titanic figures made of unknown stone in a litany of colors, who appeared to mold the cosmos within their hands.

Descending the long flight of stairs, they came to the altar which was composed of several pyramid-like objects entrapping something in the middle.

"I can go no further." The Daughter announced, making the pair look at her in confusion.

"Why not?" Obi-Wan queried.

"What lies ahead was created which neither of us could access. A safeguard." The Daughter then looked at the two visitors. "When you reach the altar, it will give you what you need."

"I… I don't understand."

"He who wields the blade will be able to control my brother."

While Obi-wan was confused on what she meant, Vision gave a clearer answer to the little mystery.

"For it is the only thing that could effectively kill either of you. More specifically, a Celestial, no?"

"Correct. That blade was made millennia ago when Arishem brought his judgment down upon my Father, Brother and I."

This unsettled the Jedi greatly, not liking the idea of such a weapon existing in the first place.

Yet what other choice do they have?

Obi-wan leapt down and landed near the altar. Approaching it, Obi-wan saw the flames lowering themselves as if inviting him in. They sensed he wasn't a Celestial at all. Not even influenced by them at all, only coming upon his own free will.

Approaching the structure, the Jedi saw it open up for him, revealing a handle with no blade attached. He raised an eyebrow in confusion but had a feeling what exactly would occur.

Reaching in and grasping onto the object, turquoise flames sprouted out from the handle, forming a long metallic blade which resembled a short sword or a long dagger.

With the Dagger obtained, the three departed to the Son's domain.

Speaking of which…

"This place feels like a maze." Anakin Skywalker complained, rounding about what felt like a corridor that they had already gone through several times already.

"It is likely meant to be presented in that manner." Black Panther said, looking through some of the doors and hallways they passed by. "This is a domain of treachery and deceit."

Both Avenger and Jedi arrived at the Son's tower not long ago. That was the easy part, what was the true challenge was navigating their way through the structure.

It would take forever for them to find Ahsoka, let alone where the Son and Peter were at.

"Obi-Wan was right about this place." Anakin said with a grimace. "The Dark Side of the Force… it permeates the air itself."

"Hmmm, I admit… I feel a great degree of pressure emanating around us." T'Challa revealed. "Is it the Force that you and I feel right now?"

"Well, you and the rest of your team are all void of the Force." Anakin reminded him. "But… maybe this place is so powerful with it, you can feel it too."

The Prince hummed in thought, frowning as he thought about that possibility. "Maybe. Yet I feel it may be something else."

"Huh? What does that mean?"

Before he could answer him, he turned the corner of the corridor and T'Challa no longer saw himself in the Son's tower, but somewhere else entirely.

It was rather easy to tell, given the high tech, yet ancient architecture was replaced by something more… modern from Earth?

But… What was going on? And where was Anakin?

About to wander about to find out what was happening, his eyes landed on something he hasn't seen in months.

The Dora Milaje.

A pair of them were standing in front of a doorway with someone else beside them.

Walking closer, he spoke up to them yet found them not responding at all. When he reached out, he saw his hand moving past them as if they were a hologram or a spirit, or if he was.

At that point he saw who was beside them, someone who wore a regal sash around his chest, all the while wearing an all too familiar armor set.

A Black Panther, guardian of Wakanda.

He stood patiently further into the hallway as the doorway opened up. The Dora Milaje walked on in and stood once inside what appeared to be an apartment.

Curious, T'Challa walked in and saw two people who were in the residency in the first place.

A man in a purple shirt with a gold chain around his neck while the other… was his dead uncle N'Jobu.

One of the Dora Milaje soon spoke in Xhosa. "Who are you?"

"Prince N'Jobu, son of Azzuri."

"Prove to me you are one of us." The Panther demanded.

N'Jobu pulled down his lower lip, revealing a glowing vibranium tattoo in Wakandan script within his mouth.

At that point, the Dora Milaje slammed their vibranium spears to the ground, causing the lights to momentarily go out. T'challa knew at this point it was when the Black Panther of this vision(?) would appear, given he heard the quick faint steps of him entering the apartment. Once the vibranium spears slammed onto the floor once more, the lights came back on to reveal the Wakandan guardian.

Theatrics… a means of startling others unprepared for one's arrival.

N'Jobu swiftly knelt when he saw the Black Panther, pulling the other man down to mirror his own action.

"My king-"

"Leave us." Commanded the Black Panther.

N'Jobu shook his head a little. "This is James. I trust him with my life. He stays… with your permission, King T'Chaka."

T'Challa whipped his head over to the Black Panther, soon realizing what was going on.

"Baba?" He whispered until he felt like slapping himself over his head. How could he not recognize the Panther Habit worn by his father?

The other Black Panther removed his helmet, revealing the young face of the present king of Wakanda: T'Chaka.

T'challa recognized that face anywhere, even as he was an old man. He was so young, roughly his age if he were to guess right.

"As you wish, baby brother." Said the king of the past. "At ease. Let me see how you are holding up."

N'Jobu chuckled as he got up and embraced his older brother. Once separating, the Wakandan king looked around to briefly inspect the apartment while James appeared confused.

Yet something about the man made T'challa feel he knew him from somewhere.

"You look strong."

"Glory to Bast, I am in good health." Said N'Jobu. "How's home?"

"...Not so good, baby brother. There has been an attack." T'Chaka pressed something on his vambrace, revealing a holographic image of an all too familiar arms trader to T'challa.

"Klaue." Muttered out the current Black Panther. He remembered him being someone who attacked his nation around the time of his childhood.

But… What did he have to do with his father needing to meet with his Uncle?

"This man… he stole a quarter ton of vibranium from us and triggered a bomb at the border to escape." Said T'Chaka with a saddened, yet stern face. "Many lives were lost." He deactivated the hologram to focus more at N'Jobu. "He knew where he hid the vibranium and how to strike. He had someone on the inside."

It was at this point did T'challa end up voicing the same question his uncle soon asked.

"Why are you here?"

T'Chaka looked at his younger brother with sadness in his eyes. "Because I want you to look me in the eyes… and tell me why you betrayed Wakanda."

A head whip went towards N'Jobu, having T'challa be surprised to know his uncle was a traitor to his own people.

N'Jobu spoke in denial. "I did no such thing."

The king glanced over to James and spoke a request.

"Tell me who you are."

"Zuri, son of Babu…"

Once more T'challa widened his eyes in surprise, one which was mirrored by his uncle when they turned and faced James; who pulled down his lower lip to also reveal a vibranium tattoo in Wakandan script.

This James wasn't who he appeared to be, but someone who T'challa knew for a great deal of his life. One who was an uncle to him and Shuri in all but blood.

In the present time, he was a great advisor to the royal Wakandan court.

N'Jobu harshly grabbed Zuri and looked at him with a pleading expression. "James. James, why'd you lie to me? You were Wakandan this whole time-"

"YOU BETRAYED WAKANDA!" Yelled Zuri.

The king soon came in and separated the two as he could see a fight was about to break out.

"Did you think that you were the only spy we sent here?" Said the ruler as Zuri went over to a false panel of the apartment wall to reveal some weapons, along with a duffle bag which was soon revealed container tubes filled with vibranium.

N'Jobu's expression became stern as he glared at both his older brother and Zuri. "I observed for as long as I could." He pointed towards the window outside, emphasizing his coming statement. "Their leaders have been assassinated. Communities flooded with drugs and weapons. They are overly policed and incarcerated. All over the planet, our people suffer because they don't have the tools to fight back. With vibranium weapons, they could overthrow ever country and Wakanda could rule them all… the right way."

T'Chaka was silent for several moments before speaking with a saddened tone. "Prince N'Jobu, you will return home at once, where you will face the Council and inform them of your crimes."

At this point, the king turned around and was about to call the Dora Milaje in to restrain his brother, when N'Jobu whipped out a gun. Zuri cried out when the weapon was aimed towards them, which caused the former Black Panther to swiftly react. The gun was fired, but not at the king and the spy for the weapon was knocked aside. And out of instinct, T'Chaka ended up burying his vibranium claws deep into N'Jobu's chest.

T'challa, meanwhile, stood in horror, witnessing his father kill his own brother, all in order to save Zuri's life.

The king laid down his now deceased brother on the ground and closed his eyes. He soon turned to Zuri and gave out a command. "Speak nothing of this."

It was at this point did everything around T'challa fade and warp, for he was no longer in N'Jobu's apartment but literally pulled back into the Son's tower on Mortis.

"...alla! T'Challa!"

He was now face to face with a slightly haggard look.

"Are you alright?" The Jedi asked, his hands on the Prince's shoulders.

"An-Anakin?" T'Challa stammered out shakily. "Wh-what happened?"

"You just vanished." Anakin nearly exclaimed, shoulders sagging slightly. "I looked for you for a few minutes and you turned up again when I least expected it. Where'd you go?"

Hearing this startled the Black Panther, greatly worrying him in more ways than one.

"What do you mean? Was I not-"

"You just vanished." Anakin interrupted him. "We turned a corner and I looked behind me and you were just gone. Then I felt a disturbance in the Force and it led me to find you here."

"And where is…" T'Challa looked around, seeing that they were still inside the tower but the room they stood in was more akin to a circular chamber. "How in the world did I get back here?"

"You tell me." Anakin said with a huff, having regained his breath. "Ran around looking for you cause I thought the Son took you too."

The Panther frowned, raising a hand to his head.

What was it that he just saw? There had to be more of this vision than what he just witnessed. There had to be! If not, then why was he shown this? Was it a message from Bast or a form of trickery from the Son?

Hopefully he could see his patron goddess sometime in the near future, or at the very least return home and seek answers. He must have them.

He shook his head, grimacing as he said this. "I'll explain later. For now, Peter and Ahsoka still need us. Let's keep moving."

Anakin wanted to ask just what happened but T'Challa was right. They can't forget about the purpose of them being here.

They quickly resumed their journey through the tower, this time opting to run now to cover more ground.

Elsewhere, the web-themed Avenger continued on with his search before finally finding himself outside at a courtyard.

'At least I'm no longer inside.' He mused to himself.

Walking further in, Peter sees a shapely silhouette in the darkness. He was able to make out most of it through the nearby lighting and saw it was Ahsoka.

As he approached, he felt his senses tingling, warning him of some immediate danger.

But why? There was nothing wrong with Ahsoka, right?

That didn't matter now, he found his friend.

"Ahsoka." He spoke out, earning a reaction out of her. "Ahsoka, it's okay. I'm here."

The padawan didn't speak up right away, only some momentary bit of silence before saying something which boggled the young Avenger.

"Peter, do you… care for me?"

The Queens' native raised an eyebrow underneath his mask.

"Um… yeah, course I do, Ahsoka." He said like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "You're my friend. Why even ask that?"

He saw her slowly turn her head back, the teen catching sight of something that set off warning bells in his mind. Her blue eyes… They were yellow.

"Sorry, Peter," She spoke slower with an unidentifiable tone that only further set Peter on edge. "I mean, do you care for me as more than a friend?"

Peter's mouth was open yet no words came out as he couldn't fathom just what he just heard. "...What?"

That question clearly threw him off.

Whilst distracted, Spiderman didn't notice Ahsoka was looking at him with a growing smile on her face. One which wasn't just observing a pleasant landscape but analytical in inspecting every fine detail about the body and leaving much on the imagination.

"Ooooh~~" Ahsoka licked her lips, causing the hairs on the back of Peter's neck to stand up straight. "I like the new look you have. Black and skintight."

Alarms began blaring in his head and not because of his sixth sense.

"Ah-Ahsoka?" He stammered, voice coming out in a slight squeak as she slowly sauntered over to him.

"Mmmm, you know." Dammit she was swaying her hips too much. "I always liked your suit, Petey. Couldn't admit it before now, but I've admired how well it defines you."

'Oh dear God, she just gave me a nickname.' Was Peter's thoughts as he kept on moving back while Ahsoka just advanced forward.

"The way it just fits around you oh-so perfectly." She said flirtatiously, all the while drinking in his appearance. "More so now than before."

He backed up away from her, his heart pounding and threatening to burst out of his chest. It nearly did so when his back hit against a wall, halting his progression to retreat further. His heart rate skyrocketed when she got in extremely close, looking at him with those sinister yellow eyes, in an utterly warm and greedy affection.

"A-Ahsoka." He squeaked out. "T-This isn't you. Y-You're not thinking straight."

"Isn't it?" She tilted her head, yellow eyes boring into his brown eyes as she bit her lower lip. "I've been so… conflicted with my emotions. For some time now, I didn't know how to deal with them. How they aren't the Jedi way."

"W-What emotions?"

"My feelings… for you… and Barriss."

Something clicked into place within the teen's head, a realization which surprised him greatly.

"Me?" Peter said in alarm. "Wait, and Barriss?"

"Yes." She said hoarsely, sending a shiver down Peter's spine. "The both of you don't know how much you've been bothering me. You with your suit and looks and Barriss with her form and lovely voice. Your kindness, affections, actions. Honestly, everything about you two is driving me wild and I hate that I can't just have you to myself."

Peter was really starting to freak out right now.

"And yet that hate… clouding what thoughts and affections I truly admire and adore of you." She pressed her entire body against him, grinning maniacally. "And I just want to taste and savor it."

"A-Adult!" Peter cried out. "I need an adult!"

"Oh~ but they would just get in the way." She whispered, her breath going over his covered nose, causing goosebumps to appear.

She grasped onto the oddly organic part of his mask, lifted it up before claiming his lips with hers.

The organic white lenses of his mask widened up in utter surprise.

Reboot… Reboot… Peter-exe… Reboot… Reboot…

Ahsoka… was kissing him. His friend was kissing him!

He had never been kissed before and he had to admit… a part of him was really glad it was with her.

For some time now, he had been thinking about Ahsoka and Barriss, not knowing how to perhaps tell them how he felt to them. Yet he was both scared and conflicted, given his friends were Jedi and couldn't…

His mind soon clouded from the pleasure once his mouth ended up parting slightly from Ahsoka assaulting him with her passionate lips. This got her to slip her tongue into his mouth, having her dominate his tongue with hers on the oral invasion.

She pulled away for a moment, with a look of pure lust etching her face.

"French kiss, right?"

His mind was briefly coming out of the reboot to process what she just said. "H-Huh?! How'd you-Mmph!"

She practically pounced on him this time, claiming his lips again, throwing her arms around him and slowly moving her leg up his side.

And to the Togruta, she felt all the more ecstatic when she felt his arms wrap around her, pulling her closer to his leaned and muscled form.

His thought process only got more screwier when he tried to push her away only for her to let out a rather sensual moan.

Pulling back once more, she had hand drift up to his face, pulled his mask off entirely and tossed it aside as she looked longingly into his eyes.

"Love me, Peter." She huskily whispered out. "Love me and only me-Ah, no, I can't be too greedy. Barriss wants to ravish you just as much as I do. And me her."

'Oh God please, not those thoughts!' Parker was mentally trying to figure out anyway to get those sinful thoughts out of his head.

"You can have us both." He heard her whispering quietly into his ear. "And we'll have each other. Anything and everything we can ever want, we can have. The galaxy would be at our fingertips and nothing would ever come between us."

Things would've continued if Peter didn't form a searing headache from his spider-sense, making him snap out of this makeout session of theirs.

Peter's senses soon returned to normal, making him realize things were not right here.

She leaned in for another kiss yet was halted when she was pushed away.

"N-No, I can't. Not like this." He pleaded towards her. "Please, Ahsoka. This isn't you."

"What?" Ahsoka's expression fell into that of a child being denied something she wanted. "But Peter, this is what I want. What I've always wanted. I know Barriss wants it to. She wants us both. I want you both."

'Oh my God, I'd say this was heaven on… in the galaxy.' Peter internally screamed to himself, shaking his head to clear his thoughts.

"Ahsoka… I admit, I have feelings for you too. I do care for you… way more than a friend." He confessed, making the Togruta padawan brighten considerably. It made his resolve falter upon seeing her like this, so happy; despite the creepy eyes of hers.

But in saying all this, it made him realize that these words weren't a means of trying to defuse the situation. It surprised him just how easily he said these things.

Like he was finally confessing something he should have said long ago.

"Barriss as well. And I've wanted to see what things could be between the three of us."

"I knew it~" She purred out, leaning in to kiss him once more. Yet the action was halted when he held her back.

"But not like this." Peter said with a more forceful tone. "This isn't like you at all Ahsoka. I know Barriss wouldn't like this either. Ahsoka please, snap out of it. I know you're not like this. Please, just come back to your senses."

Ahsoka was silent, having things echo in her head as her eyes seemed to darken in color.

"Do… Do you not love me?"

"Whoa!" Peter blinked, cheeks reddening considerably. "Ok, um… well… I mean… y-yea- wait, uh… alright, I've never been asked that before. I mean… I think I do."

Ahsoka bowed her head low. "Then why…"

"Huh?"

Tano glared at him, teeth clenched tightly. "You! I can feel it."

"Oof!" She slapped his chest and hers.

"I can feel it here, with you." Ahsoka was nearly hysterical. "You do love me! And you love Barriss! And I love you! I love you both! I want to be with you and Barriss! Yet you won't accept me!"

"Not the way you are now!" Peter shot back. "Cause this isn't the Ahsoka I know!"

And like a switch, a rather demented one at that, whatever love she had for him turned into utter hate.

"Then if you can't accept them, then I'll just have to kill you." Ahsoka growled savagely. "If you or Barriss won't love me I'll kill you both! Nobody will have either of you but me!"

The tainted Padawan swiftly whipped out her lightsabers, bringing them forward in arcs in the attempt of cleaving the young Avenger into pieces.

Peter acted quickly and maneuvered away from the Force weapons. Landing nearby, he picked up the discarded mask and slipped it on as he said this.

"Okay! You are definitely not in the right mind. The Ahsoka I know isn't a creepy yandere!"

"If only I knew that pathetic Earth reference." Ahsoka said with a sneer.

The young Avenger was swift to avoid the coming blows. His acrobatics and senses were able to make it so. Yet they seemed to be enhanced somehow if he had the chance to really notice if he wasn't trying not to die!

During this conflict, T'challa and Anakin found their way outside and witnessed the fighting going on.

While relieved to reunite with the two teenagers, several questions arose.

For one, Peter's suit. And two-

"Ahsoka! Peter! Why are you two fighting?!" Anakin practically, well, completely shouted in shock.

"Something is wrong with Ahsoka!" Peter yelled, yelping slightly as he ducked his head back from her green saber. "She's clearly not wrong in the head!" He added in, leaning back to avoid the yellow one.

Anakin took a moment to regard his apprentice and immediately felt something was very wrong with his Padawan.

Rushing in, he got between her and Peter, blocking her blade before pushing her back .

"What happened to her?" Anakin asked, raising his Lightsaber with Black Panther joining their side.

"I've got no idea, Anakin!"

Ahsoka only glared at the young Avenger. "Liar! You know why!"

This only confused the Jedi Knight, making him question his padawan.

"What's wrong with you, Ahsoka?"

"Always with the criticism, Master." Ahsoka viciously said, eyes filled with rage and hatred. "Never really believing in me, trusting me. Not being proud enough. Well I don't need you anymore."

Skywalker soon figured out what had to be the cause of all of this. The yellow eyes, the blackened veins running all over her body, the putrid taint of the Dark Side.

"Ahsoka. Ahsoka, listen to me. The Son did something to you. Snap out of it. This isn't you."

"Isn't it?! I feel more like myself than I ever have. In fact, I never felt more alive! And yet… yet Peter betrayed me." The Padawans' eyes turned back to the web-themed Avenger who stared back with his lenses narrowing slightly.

Unleashing a Force Push on T'Challa and Anakin, Ahsoka ran right at Peter who deftly began to avoid her swings.

"You betrayed me." Ahsoka shrieked. "We could have been so much more together!"

Just as she went in for an overhead strike, Black Panther stepped in, holding up his arms with his Vibranium suit absorbing the blades with nary an issue.

"Peter, what is she talking about?" Asked the Wakandan.

"Can we talk about this later when she's trying not to flay me alive!?"

Leaping away and gaining the high ground, the tainted Togruta glared at the trio below her.

"The Son asked me to give you a message, Master. He said if you don't join him, he will kill me."

"We won't let him do that, Ahsoka!"

"Then you will be forced to kill me." She chuckled out before bearing a frown. "But I might just request to hold that off until I kill both Peter and Barriss."

That last part really drew in more confusion.

Anakin now looked at Spider-Man with a bewildered look. "Barriss? Okay, Peter, what is she really talking about?"

He was really, really grateful for having a mask to hide his reddening face.

"I… I don't know." He lamely said.

"LIAR!" Ahsoka screeched, now pouncing at him.

"YAA~~" Peter jumped back, the Padawan pursuing after him like a hungry predator.

The older Avenger and Jedi needed to stop Ahsoka before she hurt herself and Peter, all before demanding their sought after answers.

-Scene Cut-

Inside of the tower, which appeared to be some sort of throne room, the Son looked through the stained glass window to the outside, overseeing the 1 v. 3 fight taking place.

He smirked at the little bit of chaos he put into the padawan.

Who knew she held such affections for the Spider Totem.

Speaking of the dark Celestial couldn't help but notice the Totem was wearing that thing. He must've found it in his tower. But how? The safeguards on its container shouldn't have been breached once he, his sister and Father brought it here all those years ago before their forced imprisonment.

Hopefully, soon enough, he'll find the answers.

During his observation, he wondered if the Chosen One would indeed be forced to kill his student. All the while, he focused more on the Wakandan.

Something was off about him. Something has changed about his very being. As if he was touched more by the divine than what he noticed yesterday.

But this only added more intrigue for the Son.

This was just three of these Avengers that have come to this galaxy.

From what he and his family had detected, there were nine more out there. What else can these beings bring to the table?

But before he was able to dwell any further on these topics…

"Sister, what a pleasant surprise." He said without looking at the trio that entered his throne room. "And you brought friends."

"What have you done, brother?"

"Done?" He said in mock confusion. "I have done what is right… or what is wrong, depending on your point of view."

Vision soon spoke up. "Your father is dying. Why'd you do it?"

The Son regarded the synthetic Avenger with a more wary eye, briefly glancing at his forehead.

"You have no idea what it is like, do you? To be imprisoned for a crime you did not commit. Here you stand with an ingot that came with the birth of the universe, freely able to flaunt yourself without any consequences while those who truly understand that power are forced to be chained and locked away."

"We drove her to make that choice with our needless conflict. This could have all been avoided-"

"That was over 100,000 years ago!" The Son cut her off with pure anger. "He is just so selfish, but not in the right way. He should've rebelled against Arishem and made things right in the universe. Not having that decrepit judge sacrificing world after world -filled with life- to repopulate more of our kind. Not having us sacrifice those we love and care for. Father should've taken him down back then, yet he relented and forced us into this prison. He took too long to die, so I decided to move things along. Now, why are you here?"

"Stopping you, that's what." Said the Avenger.

"I won't let you leave this planet." Added in the Daughter.

"You will try." The Son said, hand raised with electricity dancing in between his fingers. "And neither of you are strong enough to keep me here."

"Not alone." Kenobi said defiantly. "And we'll give it our all."

The Son only laughed maniacally and fired off lightning from his hands with the Daughter raising a shield to deflect it.

Vision flew up and shot a beam from his forehead which injured the Son but he brushed it off, throwing a handout at the android.

The Avenger grunted, feeling the same weight that he felt from before when The Father grabbed hold of him through the Mind Stone.

"You have no idea the power we possess or understand." The Son shouted maniacally. "What makes you believe a toy can compete with the likes of me?"

Straining his head around, Vision managed to look at the Force-user and fired another beam that struck him in the eye.

"AURGH!" The Son yelled out, hand over his eye. "You shall pay dearly for that!"

With the Force and his advanced power, he grabbed all three of them with the Daughter managing to free herself.

The Son flung both Obi-Wan and Vision out of the throne room but the latter managed to right himself in the air and flew back in, diving headfirst into the Son's back.

All the while, Obi-wan crashed through the stained glass window and rolled out onto the courtyard, groaning in slight pain.

"Obi-Wan!"

The Jedi Master looked up to see Black Panther standing over him, kneeling down to help him.

"T'Challa," Kenobi said in relief. "Am I glad to see you. Are you alright?"

"Alive, if that's what you're wondering?" The Prince said, hefting the Jedi up to his feet. "How'd you get here?"

"Vision and I came with the Daughter to confront the Son. But where is Ahsoka?"

The Panther turned his head with Obi-Wan following his line of sight to see the young Padawan fighting both Anakin and Peter. The Jedi Master had to take a moment to process what he was looking at.

"Wait a minute, why is Ahsoka fighting them?" He asked in alarm. "And… is that Peter? Since when could his suit turn black?"

"The Son corrupted her and we're trying to stop her. As for Peter… I'm at a loss."

With the two Jedi and Avenger, Ahsoka slammed her lightsabers down onto Skywalker's. Much of the Force gifted to her by the Son flowed through her, empowering her in the fight in order to slay both her respective master and love interest.

"Getting ahead of yourself, aren't you, Snips?" Said the Jedi Knight.

This only got the padawan to snarl. "Don't call me that. I hate it when you call me that!"

"And what if I said it?" Peter suddenly asked.

She looked at him, a bit of color coming back to her dulled skin. "...You get a pass."

This Peter earned an annoyed look from Anakin before focusing back at Ahsoka.

"Oh c'mon, you get angry at me and not at him." Anakin complained rather childishly.

"Hey. She gave me a nickname earlier, so it's only fair if I-WHOA!"

Peter avoided a thrown lightsaber swing, attempting to cleave off his head from his shoulders. He maneuvered out of the way again when Ahsoka used the Force to bring it back to her.

"She really has it out for you." Anakin remarked.

"The master and the traitor will fall to the student today." She proclaimed darkly, making Skywalker deadpan.

"Scratch that, she really wants both of us dead."

As he finished saying that Black Panther rejoined the pair with Obi-Wan right beside him.

"Two Avengers and two Jedi. Finally a challenge."

"Didn't I just tell you not to get ahead of yourself, Ahsoka?" Anakin jokingly admonished.

The padawan didn't give a verbal response, only letting her upcoming assault do the talking.

Inside of the tower, the Son's attention was split between the conflict outside and the one he's partaking in personally.

"Can you feel it?" He said with a sinister smile, a black aura surrounding him. "Can you feel the anger, the hate, the fury?"

"Their conflict is feeding you, isn't it?" The Daughter more stated than asked.

"This must end."

Vision sought to go outside and resolve the issue himself. Unfortunately that wasn't the case when he was blocked by the dark Celestial.

"Not by you." The contempt The Son held was palpable.

The Daughter and Synthetic Avenger resumed, the trio clashing once more in the center of the room.

Back with the conflict outside, things were roughly at a stalemate. The four were able to overpower the controlled Ahsoka and seek to knock her out, yet she was making it rather difficult. Whatever power bestowed to her made it so.

"We need to stop her." Obi-Wan stated.

"But how?" Peter asked. "I tried webbing her up but she keeps freeing herself."

"The Son's empowerment is keeping from falling." T'Challa said, eyes narrowed beneath his helmet at the Padawan.

"I'm open to suggestions." Anakin said, desperate to free his Padawan from the control of the Son. He then heard his former Master speak.

"I have one."

Obi-wan pulled out the Dagger, having the turquoise flames sprout out from the hilt to show its true form. "We cut off the strings from her puppetmaster."

"What is that?" Peter said in slight awe.

"It can kill the Son." Kenobi declared, pointing it directly at Tano.

Once the tainted Padawan looked upon the Dagger, something within her snapped; making her voice sound demonic and warped.

Ahsoka rushed in, more determined to take down the four before her.

Inside of the tower, the battle waged on between the siblings and the Avenger.

"You don't have to do this."

"Then stand aside."

"That's very unlikely."

The Son unleashed a torrent of black and red Force lightning, which was met by a beam coming from the Mind Stone. Both powers collided and sought for dominance. Vision struggled to hold his ground, yet the assistance of the Daughter feeding him additional power made things a bit more even in retrospect.

Unfortunately it wasn't enough as the Son was shoving more power to his assault more than before.

Unbeknownst to either person in the chamber, a new arrival made their appearance who sought to make their presence known.

"STOP THIS!"

With a mighty push, the Son, the Daughter and Vision were thrown out of the throne room and crashed into the courtyard.

Those already in the courtyard halted their fight upon the arrival of those from inside.

The Son was the first to recover, standing up to glare at the other fighters who were recovering from the surprise arrival of him and his two opponents.

"You will stop this madness at once."

Looking at the high ground, the Son saw his Father standing above them.

"So glad you could make it to our little party, Father." His voice was laced with venom.

"I will not make you repeat myself. End this my Son or be put down."

"You are too weak for me, old man. You mean nothing to me anymore."

The Son expunged a shockwave of lightning that sent the others flying back before he then sent a concentrated stream of Force Lightning at his Father who was holding it back with his hands.

"No more strings, no more containment, no more weaknesses!"

With one last added pulse of his power, The Son broke through The Father's defenses and sent the being down to the ground. He began electrocuting him violently with the Daughter crying out for her Father.

"Anakin!" Obi-Wan called out to his former student, seeing him be the closest to them. "Hurry, take it!"

The Jedi Master threw the dagger he received from the altar only for Ahsoka to swoop in and grab it.

Peter instinctively fired a web at her but she used both her saber and the dagger to cut through them before she ran and jumped to land by the side of the Son.

She looked back at Anakin then at Peter, smirking darkly in triumph at them both as she held the dagger aloft.

The Son finished his electrocution of his Father, turning to his thrall with an evil satisfied smile.

"Everything has transpired exactly as I planned." He proclaimed, gazing down at Ahsoka with approval.

The Father, all the while, looked up to see what the Togruta was holding and gasped in horror.

"You showed them the altar?" He asked, turning to his Daughter.

"I am sorry, Father. I didn't know how else to stop him." She said, openly remorseful of her actions as Obi-Wan and Vision helped her to her feet.

The Son held out his hand to the Padawan.

"Give it to me, child."

"Ahsoka, no!"

"Don't give it to him!"

She looked back at Peter and Anakin with a coy smirk yet when she turned to the Son, conflict entered her eyes as she tightened her grip upon the dagger.

Sensing a feeling of defiance rising within her, the Son applied more of his control of her and grinned as she now held up the Dagger and dropped it into his hand.

"Thank you." He said with a pleased grin. "Your usefulness has come to an end."

Without even looking at her, he pressed two fingers upon her forehead. A silent gong of sorts was heard and her eyes rolled back. The Jedi and Avengers down below watched in horror and despair in seeing Ahsoka collapse to the ground.

Thunder and lightning cracked across the sky once Ahsoka's lightsaber rolled out of her lifeless hand.

"NOOOOOO!" Both Parker and Skywalker yelled out, the pair running forward with anger fueling them in the attempt of taking down the Son. Yet it was all for naught as they were shoved back by a powerful Force push, courtesy of the Son.

The clouds above let out another crack of thunder.

Vision broke off from The Daughter and Kenobi to fire a beam at the Son who used the Dagger to deflect it and sent it back at him.

T'Challa ran up and jumped into a spinning kick that the Son blocked, not even faltering from the expulsion of kinetic energy that exploded from their clash. He simply grasped the foot of Black Panther and flung him away.

He then turned back to his father as he held the Dagger up.

"The Jedi have brought me the Dagger, and you have brought yourself. Now, Father, you will die."

The Father's eyes widened as the dagger was held aloft before him.

"FATHER!"

The Daughter shot forward, in hopes of intercepting her Brother with time seemingly slowing down for the briefest of moments.

*KRAAA-KROOOOOOOOM*

From the clouds above, a pillar of pure light shot down from on high and crashed right in between the Son and The Father.

Everyone had their gaze focused solely on the seemingly perpetual pillar of light that came down from the heavens above until it just vanished all together.

In its place stood a lone individual.

A man.

But not just any man.

He was armored in a fantastical set of armor that had a collared blue tunic with red piping and black pants. Over the blue shirt, he wore a black vest emblazoned with silver overlay. He wore a bright red cape that connected at the shoulders of his vest. His arms were covered in a form of chain-mail and he wore detailed, black, knee-high boots.

And in his raised right arm was a hammer that was humming with power.

His hair was blond and his eyes were an electric blue with a mighty beard to match.

The new arrival slowly lowered his hammer and looked upon both the Son and the Father before focusing on the latter.

"Are you the Celestial known as the Father?" The man asked straight away.

Rather than respond verbally, the Father could only slowly nod in shock at the man.

"I am-"

"Thor!" Vision practically exclaimed.

Thor Odinson, God of Thunder and Prince of Asgard turned to see-

"Vision?" Thor said in complete astonishment. "What're you-"

He then looked around to see who else was present, looks of clear shock being directed towards him.

"A Black Panther?" Thor muttered in surprise. "And… Jedi…"

He then noticed a lone body lying next to him, that of a young teen girl who appeared dead.

There was a taint to her, a stench of corruption and darkness that overwhelmed the light and innocence within.

And it came from the other Celestial standing next to him.

Now, someone like Thor would normally come across as one who to be a bit of a meathead, more focused on combat then he is on intelligence. But in the time of his banishment to Earth those few years ago to fighting alongside the heroes of Earth as a part of the Avengers, Thor has learned a great many deal of new skills to his arsenal.

One of these new abilities was called "reading the room" as the phrase goes on Earth.

And in doing so, the God of Thunder was able to pick up on the sense of grief, the loss of a friend, a dear one at that. It all stemmed from the actions of a single individual whose power eclipsed his own yet that didn't matter to him.

Slowly, Thor turned his head to the still bewildered Son, detecting the same darkness that infected the girl permeating off of him.

"You…" Thor slowly said. "You must be the Son."

The red eyed being was certainly surprised at being identified by this stranger named Thor.

"The Son…" There was a crackle of energy that began emanating from and around the God of Thunder. "Who is said to be the most dangerous of the three imprisoned here."

Without warning, Thor swung his hammer Mjolnir up into the jaw of the Son, sending the Dark Side user hurtling up into the sky before crashing down hard upon the ground.

Lightning crackled around Thor and Mjolnir as the god stepped forward.

"A being who murders the innocent so indiscriminately." Thor growled. "Come Celestial. Thor will have words with thee."
