2 Days Later

"Elia Martell." Visenya spoke quietly, lighting a candle for her deceased sister-by-law. "Rhaegar Targaryen."

Since returning to King's Landing, she has found herself either in the Dragon Pit more, or the Sept, trying to keep herself away from all of the chaos occurring on a daily basis within The Red Keep. As promised to her by Tywin, Visenya appointed Brienne to guard Sansa on a daily basis, in which Sansa greatly appreciated. Sansa had taken a liking to Margaery, which Visenya was still hesitant towards, but after listening to Margaery speak to Cersei, only for a few moments, and watching how angered the Queen became, Visenya let the friendship slide.

"Rhaenys Targaryen." She murmured, before lighting another candle. "Aegon Targaryen."

"Rhaella Targaryen."

Along with protecting Sansa, she also had been discovering more and more about her dragons. She learned that while Aegonar could hunt for himself, and flew with any type of weather, Sunspear on the other hand, would not hunt for herself, and she would not fly in the rain. Furthering Visenya's belief that with the personality that her golden dragon possessed, she was meant to be a cat, but born a dragon.

"Eddard Stark." She sighed, holding back tears as she continued to light candles. "Catelyn Stark."

"Robb Stark."

She felt a small tear fall from her cheek, when she said Robb's name, as she regretted their last conversation together. She was angry with him when he died, and he died thinking she was disappointed in him. Now she was guilty on how she didn't express how much she thought of him as a brother. She quickly wiped her tear away and regained her composure before she stood up from her kneeling position, allowing her to walk out of the Sept.

Instead of heading back to the Red Keep, she opted to head to the ruins of the Dragon Pit, where unknown to all citizens of King's Landing, held two dragons. She swiftly mounted her horse, before urging the horse into a slow canter, in the direction towards the Dragon Pit, her blonde hair braided intricately to avoid catching dust during the ride. On her way, she glanced at the citizens of King's Landing, looking on to them with worry, considering their King was not taking good care of them. The only thing Joffrey cared about was torturing animals/people, killing anyone who angered him, and trying to manipulate Tywin into giving him Visenya's dragons...though the later would never happen as long as Visenya was alive and well...Tywin would never disregard their deal...Jaime made sure of that.

As soon as she was just outside the Dragon Pit ruins, she dismounted her horse and walked in to the center of the amphitheater where she saw a fearful squire looking everywhere trying to find the dragons along with Tyrion, and another man, who had a live goat attached to a leash.

"Here she is." Tyrion began gesturing to Visenya, walking toward her to meet her. "We've been waiting for you."

"My apologies." She sighed gesturing to the other two men. "These are the individuals you spoke to me about?"

"Yes." He nodded. "Princess, may I introduce you to my personal squire, Podrick Payne, and Ser Bronn of The Blackwater. Gentlemen, Princess Visenya of House Targaryen."

"Princess." Both men spoke with a nod.

Visenya raised an eyebrow in disbelief before turning to Tyrion. "This is the best you could do? A knight and a squire?"

"Would you prefer Joffrey and his crossbow?" Tyrion spoke with the same sarcasm Visenya had.

"At this point, I couldn't tell you." She said with a sigh before glancing over both men. "Follow me."

They all followed her into the middle of the pit, as she looked to the sky.

"Where are they?" Podrick asked. "I thought they live here?"

"They do." Visenya mused. "But they fled knowing you'd be here...they'll come back, knowing I'm here."

They all frowned at her in confusion before they heard two distinct loud roars, making Visenya smile. All four heads looked up to the sky to see the sapphire blue and gold dragons landing at the distinct end of the pit. Tyrions eyes widened in disbelief. As a child, he was fascinated by dragons, never in his life would he think he would be able to see one, and now, there were two sitting a mere few feet away. While the dragons were still too small for a human to ride, they were large enough to engulf a horse, if not a group of horses with ease.

Visenya smiled as she looked on to the dragons. "Ynot lit! (Come to me!)"

Both dragons then started to move closer to her, making Podrick and Bronn take a few steps back. Visenya turned her head around with a small smile.

"Something wrong?" She asked innocently.

Both men shook their heads as Visenya turned her head back around. Walking toward both dragons, she put her right hand up bringing both of them to a halt. She smiled greatly as Aegonar nuzzled her, before laying eyes on the two goats Bronn was holding. Aegonar immediately started to walk forward towards Bronn, making him take a couple steps back in fear and shock.

"Umbās, Aegonar. (Wait, Aegonar.)" She ordered the sapphire dragon, who immediately stopped trying to attack the goats, and Bronn.

"What are their names?" Podrick asked in curiosity, still admiring the beauty of both dragons.

"Sunspear is the gold one." She began. "I named her after my sister-by-law's home."

"Elia Martell?" Tyrion asked.

She nodded with a somber look before turning to Aegonar. "And this is Aegonar...after my nephew."

She then gestured to the goats. "Release them."

Bronn frowned before releasing the goats, towards the dragons. Each dragon eyed a different goat.

"Dracarys." She spoke calmly.

Both dragons then opened their mouths, allowing for dragon fire to erupt from them. Tyrion, Podrick, and Bronn all looked on in shock at both the dragons and Visenya looking on very calmly at the sight. Once the dragons finished roasting the goats, and began to gorge, Visenya turned around and started to walk out of the Dragon Pit.

"They need to be feed at least twice a day." She explained to them as they followed her expectantly. "Goats or sheep will suffice. If they are not fed, Aegonar will go out of the city and hunt...Sunspear won't. She also won't fly in rain."

"What if they are not here?" Podrick asked.

Visenya mounted her horse. "Once they sense there are goats or sheep nearby, they'll come."

"And if they try to attack us?" Bronn asked.

"Try and stay alive." Visenya smirked, before turning her horse around and riding back towards the Red Keep.

Once she arrived back at the Red Keep, Visenya began to wonder the halls, looking for Sansa. Seeing that she could not find her, but knowing Brienne was guarding her, she opted to sit out by the gardens, and read, as she hated the loud and obnoxiousness court would get.

"How'd I know you'd be out here." Jaime's voice asked making Visenya pick her head up from her book to look him in the eyes.

"Away from the chaos that is inside. You sound suprised." She sarcastically replied.

He shrugged. "I'm not."

She rolled her eyes before turning back to her book. "What do you want, Jaime?"

"I wanted to ask if you were alright." He spoked quietly making her pick her head up once again.

She looked over him. He was once again wearing the gold armor of the Kingsguard, but something about his facial expression, allowed her to realize that he was genuinely concerned about her mental state. He was worried she was going mad.

"I'm fine." She spoke quietly before gesturing back to the Keep. "You better head inside, before Cersei executes me on the spot for speaking to you."

They both let out a small laugh before he gave her a nod.

"Princess Visenya." He spoke giving her a nod.

"Ser Jaime." She said in the same tone with a nod.

As she returned to her book, she slightly turned her head to look out at Blackwater Bay. The last time she was out here, Ned had to coax her to come to the Tourney in his name, but that tourney was a mere three years ago.

"You are in my spot, my dear." An unfamiliar voice said.

Visenya picked her head up in confusion, meeting the gaze of an older woman, who was wearing a dress covered in roses.

"I'm sorry?" Visenya questioned in confusion.

"Don't be." The woman replied sitting down next to Visenya at the table. "I don't blame you. You long to get away from the little monster that is his Grace, and the murderous gaze of the Queen...as do I."

She tilted her head to the side. How could a woman be so open how she feels about people, in a place where whispers travel quickly.

"You don't know me...do you?" The woman asked with sarcasm.

Visenya shook her head, as she placed her book on the table, looking the older woman in the eyes.

"I was betrothed to your uncle, Daeron Targaryen. I broke off the union, and married Luthor Tyrell, as I saw it as a more...promising union." She explained making Visenya's eyes widen.

"You're Olenna Tyrell." Visenya spoke carefully. "Of Highgarden."

She smiled in response. "Yes, my dear child, I thought you were smarter than you led on."

Visenya frowned. "Excuse me?"

"If you were smart...you would've not come back here." She began. "Targaryens in King's Landing haven't done well. Your father, The Mad King was one of them."

"I am only here to protect Sansa." She retorted. "And I don't want her to be betrayed or used by your granddaughter, Sansa never harmed anyone."

The older woman scoffed. "If you really think, I tried to harm the Stark girl, you are more foolish than I thought...you and I though, have more in common than you think?"

Visenya raised an eyebrow. "How so?"

"Cersei wants us both gone, and she is not happy with her betrothal to my grandson, Loras. And based upon rumors circling, she is not happy with her brother Jaime, as he has taken a certain liking to you. But there are worse individuals here." She began.

"I can attest to that." Visenya sighed, thinking of the conversation she had with Tywin only a few days earlier.

Olenna shook her head. "I do not mean Tywin Lannister, I have that man right where I want him. I am speaking of Petyr Baelish. The man has an obsession over Sansa...and I fear it is for a dark reason. The girl is married and he still is obsessive over her, only the girl is too naive to notice it."

"Ned Stark shielded both his girls from the harsh reality of Westeros." Visenya explained. "It was until they came to King's Landing where they were met with the harsh realities of the world around us."

"And you know more about harsh realities than anyone." Olenna mused. "I'm surprised you haven't gone mad, like your father. You haven't burnt down King's Landing...and there are two dragons nearby"

Visenya shrugged. "I don't have a reason to, as long as Sansa is guarded, I have no reason to harm the Lannisters...at least, not yet, and even then, I wouldn't want to harm them all."

"Of course not." Olenna began, with slight sarcasm. "The only one's you'd spare are the man Sansa married and the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard."

"What do you want from me?" Visenya asked, tired of playing the Queen of Thorns's mind games.

Olenna leaned forward. "I want you, to work with me. My granddaughter may be set to become Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, but you and I both know that Cersei will begin to hold off everything...she won't let her son, leave her, or be manipulated by anyone but her."

Visenya frowned in confusion, but continued to listen to the older woman, whilst keeping an eye out for anyone who was going to come their way.

"I know you want Joffrey dead...he killed the man who became your surrogate father." Olenna explained. "And while Margaery marrying him will secure the Tyrell's position...she will be marrying a monster...and I won't let that happen."

Visenya's mouth twitched slightly.

"You want me to kill Joffrey?" She asked with a small nonexistent smile.

Olenna smiled. "I want you to help me kill Joffrey. Lord Varys has told me that you have quite the book collection...do you have any on poisons?"

"What type are you looking for?" A real smile came on Visenya's face.

Olenna sat back for a moment, in deep thought.

"Something strong...something he can't come back from." The older woman spoke after a while.

Visenya sat back for a moment, thinking of the poisons she knew before leaning forward.

"There is a poison that is used in Braavos...it was used in Old Valyria as well, though I don't know how you'll get it here. It is extracted by the leaves of a foreign tree...I can't...I can't remember the name of it."

"Well then what use is it?" Olenna said in annoyance. "If you want Joffrey dead, kill him yourself. I will consult with my allies of what the poison is...and I will proceed from there. You or Sansa, will not be harmed, for what you have done for me."

"Why not?" Visenya asked with hesitance.

The older woman smiled and leaned forward. "Why would I kill a woman, with the title The Queen of Dragons?"

A/N:

I've gotten a lot of PMs as to why Visenya didn't kill the Lannisters last chapter, since she has the dragons. Visenya won't do anything reckless like that because after seeing how reckless Robb was towards the end of the War of Five Kings and how he died for it, along with the fact that she doesn't have the Targaryen madness, she won't just burn somone for her own personal gain, unless absolutely 100% necessary. Hope this makes sense!
