Tyler Sanders was the newest addition to Backwoods High's growing list of
troublemakers, and he arrived with a reputation that preceded him. Dubbed
"The Laxative Ninja" after his infamous stunt at his previous school,
Tyler had a knack for causing chaos in the most unpleasant ways. His
crowning achievement had been spiking a teacher's coffee with
prescription-grade laxatives, resulting in the unfortunate educator
fleeing the classroom in the middle of a lesson.
Now, Tyler had set his sights on Backwoods High, and he had something big
in mind. After getting his hands on another batch of bootleg laxatives,
Tyler was itching to pull off another grand prank. As he wandered through
the cafeteria one day, he noticed the large, jar-sealed ketchup dispenser
that students regularly used for their French fries. To Tyler, it was a
golden opportunity to unleash his laxative fury on the entire school.
Word of Tyler's plan spread quickly through the grapevine, eventually
reaching the ears of Matt Marinara and Jason Mustard. The two had been
trying to keep a low profile since their last encounter with Keith Lloyd,
but the thought of an entire school suffering through what Tyler had
planned was too much for them to ignore.
"We can't let this guy get away with it," Jason said, pacing back and
forth in Matt's garage.
"Yeah, but how do we stop him? We don't even know when he's going to do
it," Matt replied, thinking hard.
That afternoon, the two decided to confront Tyler directly. They cornered
him in the hallway after class, doing their best to act tough.
"Hey, Sanders," Matt called out, his voice low. "We know what you're
planning. You're not going to get away with it."
Tyler turned to face them, his expression one of mock innocence. "What
are you talking about, Marinara? I'm just a guy trying to get through the
day."
"Cut the crap," Jason snapped. "We know you're planning to spike the
ketchup with laxatives. We're not letting that happen."
Tyler smirked, crossing his arms. "And what are you gonna do about it?
You two clowns couldn't stop a pig from running wild in the school, and
now you think you can stop me?"
Matt stepped forward, trying to be intimidating. "We'll do whatever it
takes. Just don't do it, man. Think about the chaos."
For a moment, it seemed like Tyler was reconsidering. He sighed
dramatically, as if giving in. "Fine, fine. I'll hold off. You two are
too uptight, anyway."
Relieved, Matt and Jason exchanged a quick glance. "Good," Matt said,
trying to sound authoritative. "You made the right choice."
But as Tyler walked away, a sly grin crept across his face. Unbeknownst
to Matt and Jason, he had already broken into the school the previous
night, crushed up the laxative pills, and mixed them into the ketchup
dispenser. His performance in the hallway had been nothing but a ruse.
The next day, lunchtime arrived with its usual hustle and bustle.
Students gathered in the cafeteria, chatting, laughing, and, most
importantly, digging into their meals. Matt, Jason, and even Keith Lloyd,
who was still nursing a grudge against them, found themselves in the
lunch line, reaching for the ketchup dispenser to top their French fries.
They had no idea what was about to happen.
An hour after lunch, the first signs of trouble began. One by one,
students started to feel the effects—cramping stomachs, sudden sweats,
and then, the inevitable stampede to the bathrooms. The halls of
Backwoods High turned into a scene of utter chaos as kids bolted out of
classrooms, clutching their stomachs and leaving a trail of diarrhea in
their wake.
Matt and Jason, having also consumed the tainted ketchup, realized with
horror what had happened. They had failed to stop Tyler, and now the
entire school was paying the price. As they struggled to make it to the
bathroom themselves, they could only curse their own naivety.
The next day, after the chaos had subsided and the school had somewhat
returned to normal, Matt and Jason decided to come clean to Principal
Smith. They explained everything, from Tyler's plan to their failed
attempt to stop him.
Smith was livid, but his anger was directed squarely at Tyler Sanders.
The police were called, and Tyler was arrested for his reckless actions.
As he was being led out of the school in handcuffs, a voice rang out from
the crowd of students gathered to watch the spectacle.
"Hey, Sanders!" someone shouted.
Tyler barely had time to turn his head before a tomato came flying
through the air, splattering against his face. The students gasped and
then erupted into laughter. But as they looked around, no one could
figure out who had thrown it.
The mystery of the "mysterious tomato thrower" was born, and it quickly
became the talk of Backwoods High. Everyone speculated about the identity
of the unknown student, but no one could say for sure who it was.
As for Matt and Jason, they were relieved that the ordeal was over. They
had learned a lesson, albeit the hard way, and were more than happy to
return to their normal school routines—at least until the next wave of
trouble inevitably rolled through Backwoods High.
