Chapter 12

Valerie settles in as she begins to listen to the two girls talking "Is he hot?" the dark skinned girls asks the red head who responds with a simple "No! He's funny!". Mels then continues annoying Amelia with questions about the Doctor "but how can he travel in time?", Amelia responds with "because he's got a time machine, stupid!". Valerie giggled at the typical childish speech she was hearing "You tell her Mom, put her in her place!" she quietly whispered.

Suddenly a blonde curly headed boy comes bursting into the bedroom "Could this be Rory? My birth Dad?" Valerie thought to herself as she watched the boy who was looking fed up. "I thought we were playing hide and seek, i've been hiding for hours!" he says to the girls in a moppy voice "Well, we just haven't found you yet!" was Amelia's answer "Ok, Hi, Mels!" the boy answered as he rolled his eyes and greeted Mels leaving the room. Mels responded to him with a simple "Hi, Rory" with her back to him.

"Oh my! Rory my Dad was so cute at this age! I can see who i got my curls from but it looks like my Mom Amelia/Amy wasn't too fond of him when they were little! I feel that Rory began liking Amy right from the start! Go Dad!" Valerie said out loud with a smile on her face. Bike made a wiggle and a short buzzing sound to knowledge that it was listen in too.

Time passed and Valerie continued to travel through time following events where Rory, Amy and Mels were together. She followed them in their school years right up to when they become young adults. There were times where she noticed that Mels had become a bit of a naughty student during her school years telling her teachers that they were stupid, telling them that the Doctor was unable to stop pass events that have occurred in history.

Valerie also noticed the even in her young adult years, Mels was becoming irresponsible almost criminal like stealing a bus and driving it through a Botanical Garden!. Where Amy and Rory thank goodness remained good. Rory was studying to become a nurse while Amy well...Valerie was a bit worried that Amy worked as a kiss a gram!. Amy had changed her name from Amelia to Amy when she entered high school. Mels still had the form of an olived skinned african appearance with black braided hair.

Valerie was so tempted to appear as a visiting teacher during there school years whether it would be in disguise or not but then she thought about what the Doctor said and not to miss with past events in time. So she remained watching as a fly on the wall (Bike Disguised) or sometimes Bike would be disguised as a moth or butterfly or even a bird to make it more interesting. Valerie would take great lengths in order to be able to watch over them without being detected.

Finally, there was an event that Valerie full in love with, she could see that Rory had a thing for Amy and Amy was completely oblvious to this. Lucky Mels was there to lend them a hand in getting together. She couldn't help but listen into the conversation. "He's not mine" Amy says to Mels, "No, no i'm not hers" Rory also says to Mels, Mels smiles and rolls her eyes while she layed on Amy's bed playing with a handmade TARDIS that Amy had made as a kid.

Mels answers them "Oh, come on! Seriously, it's got to be you two. Oh cut to the song, it's getting boring!", Amy looks at her "Nice thought, ok? but completely impossible!", Rory looked hurt when Amy said that "Yeah, impossible!". Amy then continued explaining to Mels how gorgeous Rory is, that he's her favourite guy before ending saying that he was "Gay". Rory immediately looked at her telling her that he was not gay only to have Amy telling him that he was.

"No, No, I'm not!" Rory responded with before Amy answered him back "Course you are, don't be stupid! In the time i've known you, when've you shown the slightest interest in a GIRL?". Valerie watched as Mels look totally amused as to what was unfolding "Penny in the air!" Mel softly said just as Amy continued to speak to Rory "I've know you for, what, 10 years? I've seen you practically every day. Name one girl you've a paid the slightest bit of attention to?".

Rory looking speechless and hurt doesn't answer and runs out of the room. Amy soon realizes, Valerie could almost see a light blub appear above her mother's head "Oh, my God! RORY!" she cries before she runs after him leaving Mels alone in Amy's bedroom. Valerie says Mels get up off from the bed and speaks like she was speaking to the headmade TARDIS "Catch you later, Time Boy!" throwing it into the air. Valerie prosumed that she was talking about the Doctor.

From that event Rory and Amy had began dating and eventually Rory proposed. Valerie skipped a few events of their time steam although she did stop when she noticed and event involving the Doctor, Amy and the current Melody Pond (River Song). River Song had some how graffited a famous old cliff face in the whole universe just to get the Doctor's attention.

Valerie decided to travel to this cliff face to see it for herself in the flesh, so she climbed aboard Bike, set it to space ship form and travelled to the location. She even punched in the time as to when the message was first discovered. As soon as she touched down, she pressed a button on Bike's console for it to become a Motorbike again.

"Gosh, she still has a bad streak and a flirtatious side! Even graffiting some of the universes oldest landmarks! Just to get peoples attention!" she said to herself as she gazed at the message that was left on the cliff face and indeed it read "Hello Sweetie" but she noticed something strange of the lettering. The lettering had changed from another language to english all of a sudden "That's strange, how is that even possible? How is it that i can understand this?" Valerie says to Bike who was equally confused.

After finding out the River needed the Doctors attention to defeat an invasion of Weeping Angels, Valerie watched as the Doctor introduces Amy to River with Amy not knowing at this point of time who River really is. Valerie watched battles of Weeping Angels, Cyberman, Silurans and Daleks involving the Doctor, Amy, Rory and River Song. There was even one point where Rory died and was erased from existance only to be re-carnted and sent back in time becoming a roman warrior.

Then there was the second big bang which Valerie had no rememberance off. All of the Doctor enemies had all gathered to one particular spot on Earth "Stonehenge" to end the Doctor once and for all. Thankfully he survived (River was involved too) along with Amy who spent many years locked up in what was called "The Pandorica", Rory who now was back to normal.

After the events, Valerie decided to go and explore Stonehenge as she never realised it had a hidden underground cave. She had been many times before while taking her kids on magic field trips but not once did she and her class discover an underground cave!. She thought to leave that adventure for another time and maybe bring Fiona along as Valerie know she would be just as excited to explore it.

Valerie had stopped for a bit and found herself sitting in an American diner for a rest and re-fuel. She sat in one of the booths after she ordered a coffee. The kind waiter offered to make her something to eat which she delightfully said "Oh, why not! Thank you very much!". The kind waiter gave her a smile as he responded with a "Let's see what we can whip up for you darlin!" before he headed towards the kitchen.

As she sat and waited for her coffee and surprise meal, she played with her ipad looking back at the events she had witnessed that involved her parents, the Doctor and River Song. She even watched her parents get married and the Doctor was a guest at the after party while River remained hidden in the shadows unnoticed. There was still so much to go!. Valerie had begun to lose track what year she was in with all the time travel she had been doing. She looked at Bike who had disguised itself as a bracelet around her wrist and smiled "Any idea what year this is Bike?".
