Chapter-9 :- Tenrou Island Returns
It's been a month Naruto left to check on his spy network and much to his displeasure he didn't get any new information on the Dark Guild which is really strange and Naruto knew that they are planning something big and he didn't have any clue what it is and he didn't like it at all. Now Naruto is sitting on a Rock after defeating some Vulcans that is causing problem in Mt. Hakobe region as Naruto was nearby so he take initiative and defeat them.
As Naruto is sitting he look towards the sky and just wondering what his guild member's are doing. " I just hope that they didn't cause any trouble or Magic Council will be on my ass." thought Naruto with a tired sigh as he enjoying the cold wind through his hair.
Naruto then started to remember about how much his guild mates improved throughout the year because of his training.
Flash Back :-
It's been a year Naruto started to train them all and they all became really strong because of his training as all of them now has their own Tai Jutsu style that they developed with the help of Naruto as well as they are good in Stealth though when Naruto test them they even though did good but still Naruto caught them as Naruto is a Sensory Type Shinobi and himself is a master of stealth who has many time pranked Anbu Black Ops as well as paint Hokage Mountain in broad day light wearing a Bright Orange Jump suit which clearly indicates the sign Here I am Kill me and evade Chunin, Jonin, Anbu and only one to caught him was Iruka who was a Prank star himself in his childhood and another reason is Naruto let himself get caught.
Naruto then started their training in Elemental Manupulation and they have been taught about Elemental Manupulation for another 4 month of their chosen element and just as Naruto expected Elemental Chakra Control is very helpful for their Elemental Manipulation even though they are using Ethernono instead of Chakra as Naruto also has taught them Tree Climbing and Water Walking by made them use their magic as a Neutral point which didn't have any affinity towards any element or rather any form of Magic and just like it helped him to execute his Jutsu easily with lesser amount of Chakra it did same for them as well much to their joy.
Even Though Everyone improved the one remarkabley improved were Romeo, Kinnana and Azuka as even though Romeo and Azuka are younger their determination to get strong is much stronger than anyone on the other hand Kinnana is shoke up all the teaching like a Sponge. Then there is Laki who has Wood Make Magic so Naruto instructed her to learn about Water and Earth Nature Manipulation to which she argued that it is pointless to learn Water and Earth Manipulation instead of refine in Wood Make but Naruto told her that Where he came there Wood Release is made by mixing Water and Earth Nature and he think it will help her Wood Make magic to which Laki agreed to follow Naruto's instruction though reluctantly but to her shock when She complete her training in Nature Manipulation in Water and Earth and Fuse them together with her Wood Make she was able to use her Wood Make with more ease and Naruto also taught her the Wood Release Jutsu He has seen like Wood Clone, 4 piller Wooden Prison, Wood Dome, Wood Bindings and Deep Forest Imergence though Laki was able to learn every Wood Style Jutsu that Naruto Taught her but still she can't use Deep Forest Emergence effectively but in the end she is happy with her progress and profusely thanked Naruto for his training and also said sorry for not beliving in him which Naruto just waved it off but even with the amount of training they got they still didn't able to satisfy Naruto so that he will be teaching them in the art of Espionage.
The reason Naruto isn't satisfied with their Progress so he can use their help with spy network is because of their mentality is not befitting to be a spy as they are too obnoxious and mostly charged head fast as they have that habit and it didn't matter how much Naruto try to teach them to conseal their presence or use sneak attack they failed to do so and when they are in a situation where someone is used as hostage they will charged head fast which Naruto saw when he create similar situation to test them and for this reason they didn't fit for Espionage only one who remotely was close to be fit for Spy Network is Kinnana who didn't want to be a spy and even with all of this training she didn't take many job and only look over the Bar as Barmaid and other two are surprisingly Romeo and Azuka who is too young to be a Spy and he didn't want his older sister Bisca and friend Macao to bass his skull for putting them in danger so Naruto have to handle it all by himself and added with the S class mission and responsibility of a Guild Master left him dead tired though Bisca and Kinnana helped him with job distribution as he left all the C and D class job in different files to Kinnana while he himself assign them to B and A class job and other than him there are no S class Wizard present in the guild the S class job is done by himself or one of his blood clone.
Present Time :-
As Naruto was thinking about his guild he felt his communication Lacrima is ringing which bring him out of his stupor. He bring out the communication lacrima from his pant's pocket and accept the call and surprised to hear his big sis Bisca on the other side.
" Hello Naruto where are you now ?" asked Bisca with urgency and it make Naruto worried about what Happened in the guild.
" Hello Bisca chan I am in Mt. Hakobe." repled Naruto in worried tone and then asked " What Happened is everything All right ?" to which Bisca answered " Yea everything is all right but Some representative of Blue Pegasis just came and they are claiming that they feel strong Magical Aura from where the Tenrou Island is supposed to be so what do you think we should do ?" Which shocked Naruto as it means that Tenrou Island is still intact as well as the core member of Tenrou Island are alive.
Naruto quickly composed himself and said " Bisca if what the members of Blue Pegasis said is true then Tenrou island was never destroyed and the core members who were in the island that time because of S class promotion trial were never died but they must have triggered some barrier spell that wrap them up in most probably in a Time barrier and sink the island for the duration which the spell will be active and that time is already over so it will soon appear on the surface if it didn't appear already." Which shocked Bisca but she agreed with Naruto as her brother's intuition and instinct was never a lie so Bisca prepared to ask what they are gonna do but Naruto beat her to the punch and ordered her to send Jet, Droy and her husband Alzack with Blue Pegasis team and investigate if his theory is true or not and if it's true then bring all the member that were at Tenrou safely to the guild also told her to see that None of them start a brawl and he will reach to the guild as fast as possible to which she agreed and cut the contact.
After that Bisca told those member that Naruto mention to go with the Blue Pegasis team whixh they agreed and they then left with Blue Pegasis team towards the direction of Tenrou Island.
After Bisca cut the connection Naruto pocketed the Communication Lacrima and stand up and remove the dust from his Haori and started to walk so he can reach the next town and take train for Magnolia but as soon as he take his fifth step his communication Lacrima rang again and he brought it out and accept the call which was made by Magic council massanger who gave him the massage that a meeting between the all Ten Wizard Saint has been called and he have to attened the meeting to which Naruto mentally cursed but agreed to go to the meeting and enquire for the timing of the meeting which the massanger informed him after that Naruto ended the call and left for Era where the meeting is going to be held but before leaving he wore a emotionless mask which Itachi Uchiha will be proud of then he make a Shodow Clone and ordered it to go to the guild to collect some documents that he will be needed and inform Bisca that he have to go to the meeting and he will be late.
While Naruto is going towards Era The Blue Pegasis Team consists of Ichiya, Hibiki, Ren and Eve as well as Jet, Droy and Alzack from Fairy Tail go towards Tenrou Island via Christina Vresion 2 and they go towards the location of Tenrou Island.
After reaching the location they see nothing was there so the Fairy Tail member started to question themselves if Naruto's instution is wrong this time and they came here for nothing but soon they came out of their stupor when they saw what look like a child walking on water which shocked all the member present in Cristina 2 because for Blue Pegasis team they didn't see any mage who is capable of walking on water and the member of Fairy Tail as they knew their 5th master will not teach Water walking anyone outside the guild as Naruto is really secretive about his technique and even they did not know how many technique he has in his arsenal as they only know a small amount of technique that Naruto teach them or use them in any battle he have participated while they are present. So it was really shocker for them and next minute there is a large spehere that came out on ocean top out of nowhere which shocked them even more.
As soon as the spehere is vanished they saw Tenrou Island that they thought destroyed is intact and infront of them.
They look at each other not beliving that Terou Island that said to be Destroyed is actually in front of them and intact. Soon they landed on the Island as disembark from Cristina and started to look for all the member.
After searching for about 15 minute Jet found Natsu who is sleeping without any care of the world. After finding Natsu Jet call for his comrade and told them that he found Natsu and as Droy was close to him he immediately reach Jet and see it's really Natsu.
After that both Jet and Droy tried to wake up Natsu who eventually woke up after some time and Kick Jet on the face who was not expecting it and caught completely off guard while saying not to disturb him and he is tried because of fighting.
After that Natsu open his eye and see Jet who is standing up while rubbing his brused nose and another person who oddly look like Droy but much fit from what he could remember so he ask them to confirm if they are really Jet and Droy and when both of them confirmed that they are really Jet and Droy Natsu asked Droy how did he became this fit with a shocked expression but Droy just smirked and didn't answer the question which infuriated Natsu but before he can blow a fuse Jet said that they still have to find other member and everything will be explained later when they reach the guild effectively calming Natsu down and afyter that they started to search for other members.
After that they started their search again for other member that were present on the time of Tenrou Island with additional member in their search Party in the form of Natsu and soon Happy who they found after 5 minute also joined them in their search Party and after searching for about 30 to 45 minute they found all the members that were present in Tenrou Island and woke them up from their slumber.
After they gathered together Jet, Droy, Alzack ask them about what really happened and How they managed to survive and how they didn't age a day even after 7 years but they are confused themselves as well but soon they heard a feminine voice telling them that they survived because of her and when they turned to see who this voice belong to they came to an feminine individual of short stature with pale blonde hair and green eyes.
All of the Fairy Tail members are confused who she is while Blue Pegasis member are more confused as they can't see any one other than who already present infront of them but one person recognise this individual who is none other than the Fairy Tail's 3rd Master Makrov Drayer who was shocked to see the said individual who is none other than Fairy Tails First master Mavis Vermillion and when he introduced Mavis to all of the Fairy Tail Member the expression on their face was priceless much to Mavis's amusement.
After that Makrov asked Mavis how she is alive ? as it was the question on the mind of everyone to which Mavis told them that she is just a sprit then Cana asked about the energy she felt when she was near a grave to which Mavis Answer that it was her grave and the magical energy she felt is the reason she able to activate Fairy Sphere through Cana and now Cana didn't have any knowledge of Fairy Sphere and can't use that spell again.
After that Erza and Makrov thanked Mavis for saving them from Acnologia and others nodded their head in agreement. After that They boarded the ship that they used to get to the Island and leave for Magnolia Town all of them excited to finally return home.
As the core member of Fairy Tail are on their way to the Guild in the guild hall all of the old member are anxious as well as excited about their friends return while Bisca also worried that Naruto still didn't reach the guild as he should have.
Seeing her mother worried Azuka look upwards towards her mother face while tugging her skirt which got Bisca's attention and when she look down towards her daughter she saw her daughter smiling at her and then Azuke said " Don't worry mommy I know that Naru nii chan is fine as he is the strongest and no dark mage can beat him." to which Bisca smiled a little and pick up her daughter and kissed her cheek and thanked her but it didn't stop her worry as after bounty placed on her dear brother's head she always worried about him and mainly when Naruto was out checking on his spy network her worry increases tremendously and she always waited for her brother's call but as her brother instructed she didn't call him as she can't predict what kind of situation her brother is in but to her releaf Naruto always inform her he is ok whenever he is free.
Bisca then look at her other guild member and see that some of them are sulking as they wanted to go on higher class job but can't go as Naruto was the one that give them job that is higher than C class and only then if he thinks that the said mage can handle them selves in the job he was sending them and to determine that every month Naruto either made them spar with each other or he himself sparred with them and determine the skills of them and on the basis of his observation he assign Job that is suitable for them.
Even though it clearly restrict their choise of job that they are getting but it also help to maintain an order and also didn't involve any mage to a situation that they can't handel and it became life risk for said Mage and they all understand it and very much grateful that their guild master cared for them and do his utmost to keep them away from any harm.
Bisca soon came out of his stupor and put down Azuka to the ground who sprinted towards his big brother Romeo and both started to play and Bisca smiled a little at the scene and left to do her job that is to maintain and hand out C class and D class Job to the member that is eager to go on a job as well as help Kinnana in the Bar who serving beer to Macao andWakaba who is catting with each other about that dam smut that She hated but couldn't disagree helped them very much financially.
With a Sigh Bisca sit down on her chair and open a file that contains C rank and started to hand out who is eager to take them as well note their name for record purpose.
As Macao is drinking with his best friend Wakaba suddenly the Guild Door opens so he decided to greet Naruto and said " Ah Master you finally came back It's been a month and I hope you are alright." without looking towards the door.
But it was not Naruto that replied him but an elderly voice that replied " Month? I belive it's been 7 years as I was told by Alzack." And as soon as Macao heard the voice he quickly turn around and see 3rd master of the guild Makrov Drayer and not only Makrov but also all of the member that disappeared 7 years ago has returned and standing infront of them.
" M.. Mas.. Master Makrov you and everyone are alive and well !" exclaimed Macao as tears streaming down his eyes and not only him but also evry member who know the Tenrou group has tears in their eyes as they still can't believe that their friends are infront of them.
Seeing their expression all of the Tenrou group chuckled and Natsu came forward and said " Hey guys we are home." to which all of the members except Tenrou member shouted Welcome Back.
Soon all of the Tenrou Member started to chat with other member as they have a lot to catch up and now Macao , Wakaba, Gildarts and Makrov can be seen at the bar catching up when Makrov said " So Macao you are guild master now huh good job keeping the guild strong." To which Gildarts nodded in agreement but Macao shake his head and said " Master Makrov I am not the one who deserve your praise as in my time Fairy Tail became weakest guild and we drowned in debt." to which Makrov frowned and asked what every member of Tenrou has in the mind as they also listening to the conversion " Well then who is it that help you guys?" to which Macao and other member who were present in time of Naruto joining the guild chuckeled much to Tenrou members confusion and then Macao answered " Well that would be Naruto who join the guild after 4 years of your disappearance and also the perfect person to be your successor and it's been a year I make him the fifth master of the guild after he became a Wizard Saint as he is the reason we again stand up on our leg and became one of the strong guild." Which shocked all of the Tenrou group.
Makrov then frowned as he can't remember any mage named Naruto 7 years earlier but before he could ask more about Naruto Natsu jumped up and said " Who is this no name mage as if he is as strong as you all are making him then how come I didn't hear about him." To which Gray agreed with but before anyone could say anything Azuka shouts " Who are you to judge Naru nii chan who clearly strongest when you look like an idiot." Much to the shock of others.
Bisca quickly move towards her daughter and said " Azuka don't say stuff like that apologise to Natsu now." To which Azuka said " Why mom he is clearly insulting Naru nii" but before Bisca could said anything Erza asked " umm Bisca who is this kid?"
" She is my daughter Erza." Replied Bisca which shocked Erza who then said " I missed your weading" to which Bisca chuckeled nervously.
Natsu soon move towards Azuka and after reaching to her he pat Azukas head and said " It's none of your concern little Bisca and I am very strong after all I am Fire Dragon Slayer." But Azuka swat his hand and said while doing a silly dance " Yea you are really an idiot who says hey look I am a Fire Dragon Slayer I am strong." Much to the embrassment of Natsu and amusement of other member.
Gray smarked and said " Look flame brain a kid is also know you are an idiot when she first saw you." Which angered Natsu greatly and he ready to punch tne day light out of Gray but before he could move there is a swarl of wind and Natsu was thrown on the floor harshly and when he try to stand up he felt a pressure on his back as Naruto's clone is keeping him down.
Natsu turned his neck and look at Naruto to see an emotionless face looking at him. He then yelled " WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?" to which Nauto's clone answered " I am the guild master of this guild brat and I will not tolerate you thrashing my guild." Much to the shock of Tenrou member and they have one thing on their mind " I didn't feel him coming in." but before the situation became worse Bisca shouts " Naruto what are you doing? Release Natsu he is one of the member that disappeared on Tenrou Island." To which Naruto's clone sighed and move his foot and left for his office to collect the document's that his creator asked him to collect but there is a stunned silence in the guild hall as all of them are shocked because any of them didn't see Naruto's poker face ever as Naruto always has a smile on his face.
Soon Naruto's clone came with all the document that are needed and move towards Bisca and after reaching Bisca he said " Bisca chan I am a Shadow clone not the original as boss is called for the Ten Wizard Saint meeting urgently so he sent me to get the documents and to inform you he will be late." To which Bisca sighed but nodded and then the Clone disappeared in the Flash of Black Lightning.
As everyone was stunned Makrov thinking " He is certainly very fast and what was that is it some kind of teleportation spell but I didn't hear about any Teleportation spell before." And open his mouth to ask it to Macao but Erza beat him to punch and said " Macao how can you give the responsibility of the guild to someone who clearly doesn't respect his guild member."
Macao open his mouth to answer but Bisca answered in place of him " Erza Naruto didn't disrespect any guild member and care for everyone and it wasn't even him but his clone and Natsu was going to start fighting in the guild hall and Naruto hate that that's why his clone acted that way." Which shocked Erza and she lowered her head in shame that he judged someone before considering why he did what he did.
" So this is my successor huh." Makrov mused " He didn't look that strong but the force he use to slam Natsu down says other wise." He then turned towards Macao and asked " You said he is a Wizard Saint so what sit he hold?" to which Macao smarked and said " 5 sit that you previously held." Much to the shock of Makrov who shouts " WHAT" much to the confusion of other.
Mirajane than asked Makrov " What's the matter?" to which Makrov explaind how only person who is strongest after the 4 god of Ishgar hold the 5 th sit and then after that the rest of the sit was held by strongest wizards recognized by Magic Council.
Makrov then asked " How did a wizard this strong came out of nowhere within 7 years?" to which Macao told all of the Tenrou Group " Naruto is actually not from Fiore and he came to fiore with the help of a Space Time spell he use to left his land where he is only survivor of the war and his enemy use a spell that ultimately destroyed everything around and Naruto barely left with his life and everything is destroyed there and he met Yajima san who took him in and he join the guild because Yajima san asked him to join and help us though he also want to help us himself as well."
After hearing Macao explanation Everyone other than the member that knew about became shocked and saddened and their admiration of Naruto grew as he lost everything but still have the determination to go on and as time goes on Macao, Bisca , Jet ,Droy , Laki started to tell them what Naruto did for the guild and it also cause every member of Tenrou thought they will be as strong as their new guild master.
As all of the old member is telling about what Naruto did for their guild Erza and Mira noticed a poster with Naruto's face on pinned on a board curios what it was about they move towards it and when they see it closely they became shocked as it was a bounty poster and not only that it was the recent bounty poster when Erza ask about it to Bisca she told about Grimoire Heart reforming and how Naruto taking them down one by one and about Naruto's Spy Network which also shocked them all though Bisca also told Erza that Naruto think her as most beautiful women in the world much to the red head's embracement and Mira's jellousy.
After hearing that all of the Tenrou member are also thankful that a strong Mage like Naruto joined their guild while Erza and Mira want to know Naruto more closely and see what kind of the person he is.
