Here's another chapter! Kitsune's finally moved in! I knew she'd move into the dormitories, but once I got started on it, I felt like it just made sense to put her with the Class 1-A dormitory. It didn't make sense to put her with so many classmates that she didn't know. I feel like U.A. actually looks after their students for the most part and even their teachers. Uraraka and Kitsune are finally talking things out. That moment about Ryukyu I thought was cute :) Now it's Uraraka's time to finally talk things out!

I highly recommend reading The Winter Dance, and everything else after that just to get the full experience especially if you want to know who Kitsune is!! Enjoy :)

Later in Class 1-A's common room...

Midoriya sat down at one of the tables, trying to focus on getting some school work done. Everyone was either doing school work, eating a snack, or playing games by the TV. He tried to focus on getting some math done, but he kept glancing over at Kitsune's dorm room. They had been in there for a while now at this point. Something about Uraraka and Kitsune hanging out together made him feel antsy. He felt she was talking about things that she should be talking to him about.

He even sneezed, knowing full well that they were talking about him. He tried to get a little bit done, but he didn't his leg to stop shaking. He brushed his hair out of his face as he tried to finish some of his math.

"Dude. Can you stop shaking your leg like that? It's really distracted," Kaminari said to him from across the table.

"Sorry. I just..." Midoriya trailed off and some of them noticed how distraught he looked, "Does Ochaco seem to be acting different to you?"

Kaminari, Ashido and even Iida looked at him, and he knew that they wondered the same thing. Even Yaoyorozu seemed to stop what she was doing to come over and join in on the conversation.

"That you mention it, she has been a little distant the past couple days," Yaoyorozu pointed out.

"I know what it is," Ashido said to them with a knowing smirk.

She stared directly at Midoriya who got flustered and stiffened up on the spot.

"Izuku... She's clearly jealous of you spending time with Melissa," Ashido told him, "You've been hanging out with Melissa so much, that Uraraka feels left out. I'm surprised that she hasn't snapped at Melissa or you yet."

Midoriya looked at Ashido and felt so embarrassed that he even brought this up with her. Iida seemed a bit worried about Uraraka however as he adjusted his glasses.

"You know, I don't blame her," Iida said to Midoriya, "You have been spending a lot of time with Melissa. You didn't even really talk to her at all during lunch time. Even hero training, you kept getting Melissa involved with your improvements on your quirk."

Midoriya felt his cheeks burning bright red as everyone around the table stared at him.

"W-Wait a minute! Melissa was just helping me with improving my hero costume! Sh-She's done that before! I-It wa-wasn't anything like that!" Midoriya tried to explain, "If something was bothering Ochaco, then why wouldn't she say anything to me?"

"Because she's Ochaco, and she keeps things to herself," Ashido explained to him, "You should know this by now, Midoriya. You've been dating Uraraka for what, three months already? You should understand by now when Uraraka is jealous."

Midoriya slumped his shoulders, feeling a little cornered by a few of his friends. He thought about it for a moment, and he guessed that he should've acknowledged her more. He didn't even really hold her hand or anything around Melissa. She kept getting between them when he actually thought about it for a moment.

"Th-This is my first time dating... I-I'm not good at noticing these sort of things..." Midoriya mumbled to them with a blemished face, "I guess I could talk to her later..."

"You should give her some space first. Let her cool off. Trust me, you don't wanna mess with Uraraka when she's in a mood," Yaoyorozu explained to him.

Midoriya gulped, feeling a little nervous about talking to her about this. He had to at least try to get her to say something so that he can understand what's going on with her. He tried to get back to his school work, but he couldn't now that he was worried about Uraraka. He got up after a while and grabbed something to eat. He couldn't find anything and grabbed a water bottle. He took a big gulp of it, feeling a little nervous about talking to her. He looked back at Kitsune's dorm room and wondered if he should wait for her.

He decided to listen to Ashido and Yaoyorozu and go back to his school work. Then he felt his phone vibrate for a moment, which made him flinch. He felt a little embarrassed and looked at his phone. He got a message from Melissa. He didn't know if he should look at it or not. Since Uraraka wasn't done with moving stuff around with Kitsune, he looked at it.

Melissa: Hey! I just got started on inventing something special for Gym Gamma! I think you're gonna love it!

Midoriya smiled and looked up to see no one notice him reading a text from her. Ashido was too busy trying to get Yaoyorozu to help her with school work. He smiled and got back to the message.

Izuku: That's awesome! You can tell me about it later when you're done :)

Midoriya was about to put down his phone, but then looked back at Kitsune's dorm room. He knew that Uraraka was busy, but remembered what Ashido told him. He was so busy with Melissa, that he forgot to acknowledge or really do anything with her. He felt bad and decided to send her a text.

Izuku: Hey. I'm sorry for what happened. I still care about you and would love to talk to you soon :)

Midoriya smiled and sent the text. He felt really good about it and hoped that she saw it as a way to finally get together soon. Maybe even go on a date. Then he got another text from Melissa.

Melissa: Maybe I could come over for dinnertime! I love to meet Mei! AllMight told me that she's a new teacher here :)

Midoriya hesitated for some reason to say yes to a dinner. Something about it made him feel weird about inviting her since Uraraka was somehow jealous of her. He understood what might be going on with her, but he still needed to talk to her. He felt like he had to say something right away. She might be busy with other things like those inventions. He had to say something.

Izuku: Sure. I'm sure that Kitsune would love to meet you!

Midoriya bit his lip when he sent the message. He just hoped that things between Uraraka and Melissa would be okay by then.

In Kitsune's dorm room...

Uraraka and Kitsune were busy cleaning up her dorm room. They were getting close to finishing up to Kitsune's surprise. She didn't think that they'd get so much done so quickly. They were able to organize her bathroom supplies pretty quickly into a basket for her to have ready. Kitsune put her clothes away into a dresser that was in there already.

She even brought some snacks from home to have in her own mini fridge. Her desk had her collectibles on it, which made Kitsune very happy. They both took their time putting stuff away on her desk. Uraraka could tell that Kitsune liked her things a certain way on her desk, so she let her take care of it.

Uraraka's helped put up a couple of frames and posters on her wall with her quirk activated on herself. Once she was done, she felt her phone vibrate.

Once she got down onto the floor, she looked at it.

It was Midoriya.

She didn't expect to get a text message from him at this moment. She hesitated to open it for a minute, but then her finger pressed the button without thinking.

Izuku: Hey. I'm sorry for what happened. I still care about you and would love to talk to you soon :)

Something about the message gave her butterflies in her stomach. She couldn't look away from the message and wondered if she should say anything. Uraraka thought about what to say to him, but then got frustated when she kept erasing the message over and over again. Nothing sounded right, like she needed to talk to him face to face.

She soon closed her phone, unable to figure out to say to him. Uraraka let out a sigh without realizing it, and Kitsune noticed.

"Everything okay?" Kitsune asked her.

"Y-Yeah. It's fine," Uraraka said back as she showed Kitsune her phone, "It's Izuku. He's just... being really nice as usual."

Something about it made Uraraka smile and felt a blush form on her face. She put her phone away and noticed that everything was put away. Even her smaller essentials were all put away. She was impressed with how fast they got this all done.

"Wow. That was fast," Uraraka told her, "I expected this to take longer than just a couple of hours."

"Yeah. I didn't expect that either," Kitsune said back, "It's looks good. Thank you Uraraka so much for your help. I really appreciate it."

Kitsune gave Uraraka a hug, which made her smile. She really needed that at the moment. She hugged her back, feeling so much better. Something about hanging out with Kitsune just made her feel so good just like the last time she talked to her like this. She was just glad that she wasn't stuck in Bakugo's body this time around.

"Why don't go talk to Izuku? I'll be out in a little while," Kitsune told her, "I'm sure he would really like to see you."

Uraraka's eyes widened and felt like she could finally say something to him about Melissa. She didn't know how to go about it, but she at least hoped that they could start over or something. She did feel a little for getting upset, but first she had to talk to Midoriya. She took a deep breath in and out and headed out of Kitsune's dorm room. Before she left, Uraraka felt like she had to say something to her friend.

"I'm really glad that you're here, Kitsune."

In Class 1-A's common room...

Midoriya finally finished his math school work and tried to move on from it. He was just glad to be done with it. He looked back at Kitsune's dorm room and felt like he had to go over and say something. He didn't want to interrupt anything, but he really needed to see Uraraka. He wasn't in any rush, it's just that he really felt like something was bothering her. He didn't like seeing her so upset.

Midoriya drank from his water bottle, noticing that he had already finished it all. He had other school work to work on, but he couldn't focus on anything else right now. He needed to talk to her soon before Melissa might show up later tonight. He didn't want to make things complicated for him and Uraraka. He especially didn't want Melissa and Uraraka to get upset about something that might not be anything.

Before he could get up, he heard someone coming down the hallway. He tried not to make it a big deal when he saw Uraraka coming out. He didn't know what to do, but he knew that he needed to say something to her. He noticed that she looked a little nervous about something. Once he got up from his seat, a few of his friends noticed Uraraka coming out of the hallway.

Midoriya walked over to her, feeling much calmer than he expected.

"Ochaco," Midoriya said to her, "Can we talk?"

A few of their classmates and friends stopped what they were doing to look up at Midoriya and Uraraka standing there. Something about them facing each other seemed more dramatic than it should've been. He noticed that she looked a little uncomfortable talking about this in front of everyone.

"Maybe outside?" Midoriya said to her.

Uraraka nodded, and they headed towards the front door of the dormitory. Most of their classmates and friends were somewhat interested in what was going on. Some of them didn't even know why they were talking to each other like this at all. Something about it seemed different from any conversation they've ever had.

Midoriya and Uraraka walked out of the dormitory, feeling a spring breeze blow through their hair. Something about it felt really good as they walked over to the stairs. Midoriya sat down on the stairs and gave her some room to sit down with him. He smiled at her, and she seemed to give him a subtle one back. She sat down, and he could tell that she was a little nervous about something.

For a while, they just sat there looking at U.A. in the distance. It felt good just sitting there together for a moment, not saying anything. Midoriya felt the cool breeze, but noticed that it was warmer than usual now. He could feel it start get pretty warm as the sun got closer to the dormitory. It felt really good to finally have a nice day like this.

Then he looked over at Uraraka, and he felt bad that she still looked upset. He didn't like seeing her like this. He always loved the way she would smile at him and inspire him to be a better hero. She's always been there for him, even when he never noticed it. He felt bad for not acknowledging her, but hoped that her and Melissa could at least be friends.

He let out a sigh and put his hand on top of hers.

"Ochaco..." Midoriya said to her, "I-I... I'm sorry."

Uraraka's eyes widened in shock and whipped her head to face him. Midoriya didn't look away, but was a little nervous. He held her hand as she looked at him with such beautiful brown eyes.

"I-I just... I just wanted to help Melissa settle down here in U.A. I didn't know that you were upset about her staying here," Midoriya told her, "I guess I was just so excited to finally have another friend that I kind of..."

Midoriya didn't know what else to say. He wanted to keep apologizing, but quite know what to tell her. He didn't want to be pushy. If she wanted to talk about it, he wanted her to feel comfortable enough to come to him. If he kept pushing, she would just get mad again. He looked at her and noticed that she didn't say anything. Something about her eyes however looked like she was still holding back some things.

He couldn't look away from her and held her hand.

"Ochaco. I want you to know that I love you," Midoriya said to her, "We've been through a lot together already in just three months. I don't want Melissa to get in the way of that. Of course I like her, but you're my girlfriend. I would never intentionally hurt you. I like seeing you smile, and... I miss that."

Uraraka's eyes widened as they sparkled against the sunlight. He couldn't look away as she looked at him with eyes that made his heart ache.

"I-Izuku..." Uraraka said under her breath, "I-I just... I-I can't compete with someone like her..."

Midoriya's eyes widened, shocked to hear her even say such a thing. He held her hands, not wanting to let her go.

"Melissa... There are things about her that you relate to more than anyone here in U.A..." Uraraka confessed, "I-I can't... I can't compete with that... You and Melissa... are more similar and relate to one another more than us as a couple. You two were even born quirkless."

Midoriya's eyes widened in shock, realizing that this was more than just jealousy. This was about his quirk and how different he was compared to everyone else here. Now that she knew about him being born quirkless, she saw things differently because of it. He never would've thought that she would feel this way because of One for All or Melissa being quirkless.

Midoriya looked at how hurt she looked and didn't like that what all of this was doing to her. He tightened his hand around hers, catching her attention.

"Ochaco. We have been both born quirkless, but you shouldn't let that get between us," Midoriya said to her, "Melissa and I... we're just friends. We may like certain things that are similar, but that doesn't change the fact that you've always been there for me. You're always inspiring me to be a better hero, even if you don't realize it. I like making you smile, and I don't want you to think that would ever do anything to hurt you. I care about you, and what we've been through together is even more amazing than being similar to Melissa."

Uraraka's eyes widened, and Midoriya noticed tears forming around her eyes. He leaned into her and carressed her rosy face. She felt so warm and soft, which made him melt to her touch. She gently grabbed his hand, catching his attention. She stared into his eyes, and they felt so relaxed in each other's arms.

"You really mean all of that?" Uraraka asked him in a whispered tone.

Midoriya didn't hesitate in that moment and smiled at her.

"Yeah. I really do," Midoriya said back.

Uraraka smiled and leaned into him. She kissed him, and he felt so warm as she wrapped her arms around him. He embraced her and held her close as they kissed. He felt so much warmth and comfort as she kissed him. He didn't want to pull away as he moved his hand up to her hair. It felt so soft and comforting that he kissed her back. She let out a giggle, making him turn bright red. They soon let go of each other as he felt his face heat up embarrassment.

"I-I'm sorry. I-I just really missed that," Uraraka said back with a slight blush, "You know, we haven't had a date in a while. Maybe we could have one soon?"

"Yeah. We should," Midoriya said to her as he calmed down, "Just... not tonight. Melissa's actually coming over for dinner. She's pretty excited about meeting Kitsune."

He noticed her flinch a little, and he held her hand for comfort. He smiled, showing her that he cared about her. Then she shook it off and smiled at him so genuinely that it made him so good.

"You what? I'll give her another chance," Uraraka told him, "Melissa has been through a lot. I shouldn't have been so quick to judge her."

Midoriya smiled even more, and he kissed her hand. She blushed so much that she looked away for a moment.

"Thank you Ochaco for understanding."
