Vhornyak was having trouble staying awake after the potion had worn off. It certainly healed his wounds but his body felt lethargic and almost lifeless now. This was now his third time taking one of the college's potions and the after effects were worse and worse each time. He swayed and wobbled on top of the horse until he eventually collapsed and fell off the saddle and crashed into the ground.

He wasn't really sure where he was because he had been nodding on and off and the horse just took him where it wanted. He didn't even really remember the sun setting last night or it rising this Morning. He didn't even bother to try and remount the horse and instead moved to lean up against a tree. Mud was still with him and came over to sit on his lap.

He sat there and petted the dog for some time. He was starving and didn't have the energy for much of anything else. He wanted to get back to the city but knew he wasn't going to be to much more than an easy target in the state he was in. That was all under the assumption the city was even still there in any form he knew it to be.

The horse was relieved to not have a three hundred pound load anymore and walked away from them to a nearby creek. He thought that was a good idea himself and slowly brought himself up and trudged his way over to the creek and sat back down next to the water. Winter was almost assuredly here by how frigid the creek was but he didn't mind much now. He splashed some water on his face to try and relax himself. He tried to cup some water in his hand to drink.

His armor and clothing were stripped from him after his fight with Casix and the cold was catching up to him. He recognized a couple of berries that were safe to eat and started to pick them. Well, atleast he thought they were. A couple of them had thorns that normally would be unnoticed by him but in his weakened state were like knives drilling into his hands.

He quickly ate the few berries and was still
trying to fight himself to stay awake. He could faintly hear the sounds of branches crackling and the sound of weapons unsheathing. Mud started to growl and take a defensive posture as he heard the noise. The horse became spooked by the noise and took off. Vhornyak couldn't do much as the horse ran off, and with it, the sword he got off a body when he escaped.

"Damn" was all he could say to himself as he watched the horse run away.

The sounds of whoever was approaching became louder. He grabbed a rock and decided to play dead, knowing he couldn't do much to defend himself. Mud began to bark and growl viciously and then several Thalmor agents came into their sight. One of them shot a crossbow at mud, who quickly jumped out of the way.

"Go on, boy!" Vhornyak yelled at him.

Mud was confused for a moment but listened to his friend and bolted towards the agents. He managed to get a good bite on one their hands as he ran past. They shot a few more bolts at him, which he dodged as he ran off as fast as he could. Once he was out of sight, he went to the tree and grabbed Vhornyaks gauntlet with the potions still in them. Vhornyak dropped it while dozing off earlier and didn't realize he didn't have it anymore.

"So that insane savage wasn't lying. He really did get your arm." One of the Thalmor said as he saw atleast a half dozen of them surround him.

He knew he didn't have the energy to fight even one of them now, let alone all of them. They tried to pick him up and he did the only thing he could to defend himself. Just lie there. Everytime they would try and lift him up he would just go limp and they would have to fight through his weight.

He started to laugh at them as they finally got him into a sitting position and then tried to pull his body up and he would just let himself fall and they'd have to start all over.

He was again lying down and one of them stepped on his remaining band.
"I've had enough of your games Orc, get up now."

"I don't know gentlemen, I'm kind of tired. This spot is nice anyway, it's got berries"

The Thalmor agents then began all kicking him repeatedly and he took notice of something. They avoided hitting him anywhere that could seriously hurt him. He had no way of defending himself and his ribs, his head and chest were all being spared. They weren't trying to kill him and the only reason they wouldn't is because they were ordered not too. He couldn't do much physically to stop them but he could sure irritate them.

"You elves don't play a lot of sports growing up in the Isles do you?" He said to taunt them while laughing.

"Come on! I've kicked chickens harder than this and they lived to give me breakfast the next day. Put some power behind it you milk drinkers!" He said as he continued laughing.

The one who was stepping on his hand pulled a sword and held it to his wrist.
"Did you just call us Milk drinkers? You've been spending too much time with these stupid Nords. Now, Get up and come with us or I'll take your remaining hand. You'll have no way to shove ale down your throat every night."

Vhornyak huffed but then allowed them to all pull him up. He walked with them this time but would occasionally let his weight go dead again just to make them have to try harder to pull him along. It took them about fifteen minutes to walk him maybe twenty yards away to their carriage as he laughed and taunted them to the entire time.

When they finally arrived at the carriage they made him crawl in the back. They pulled several ropes out and tied both of his legs together and then tied his right arm to the side of the carriage.

"Rest assured, we're smarter than those militia." Their leader said as he then he took a piece of thick cloth and started to wrap it around his mouth.
"And I've had quite enough of your rambling mouth."

"I won't be weak like this forever, I remember faces all too well, Elf." Vhornyak made as last one statement before his mouth was covered.

The Thalmor then signaled for the horses running the caravan and the rest of the Justicars surrounded it on foot as they travelled. From a distance behind them Demetri and the other two Penitus Oculatus agents hid behind the trees and watched as they took him away.

"Are we going to stop them?" One of them asked Demetri.

"No, this a battle well certainly lose. I'll keep following them. They are heading back towards the city. You two quickly head back to camp and let The Dragonborn know we've found him. Please get there before dark. Knowing he's alive might prevent some violence…or create even more. We'll find out." Demetri said to them.
