"you're the Avatar?" Ratchet has asked, sounding dumbfounded.

I nodded. "I am. I've been saving the world since I was 7."

"how old are you now?"

"21." I said.

"alright. You're legal age sounds to me. Okay. I'm gonna repair on Magnus. You just sit tight." Ratchet said as walking over to Magnus who's laying down. His helm facing to other side.

I sighs as I heard crackling noises, hearing Magnus groaning. I felt bad for this guy. Not happy of those boys stabbed him through the grill. I mean, one of the boys did. Sorry I a lot going on in my head right now. Rubbing my sides of my head. Feeling my audios, stroking the length of that was behind my audios. Jutting upward. It kinda leaning forward but it's not. My finials is golden-like. But my audios is white. Yeah my skin is tan. So it's kina awkward. For skin.

I wasn't aware of Magnus watching me messing with my audios before I wraps my arms around my knees to hugged closed to my chest.

"something the matter Magnus?" I heard Ratchet asked.

"nothing doc."

"don't call me doc." he retorted. "don't become like Wheeljack."

I snickers.

Ratchet bristles. "something funny kid?" he hedges, looking behind me as still working on the commander.

"no." I said innocently as looking away, smirking as looking up.

Ratchet sighed as shaking his helm, resuming his work.

I knew I can't rile him up. So I let him continue on his work.

"Ow!"

"don't move. I am almost done."

"hurry up with it!" Magnus snapped. "I want to go back to my ship."

"not for awhile you're not."

I looked at them. Curious.

"excuse me?" Magnus was shocked.

"you've been stabbed. It's kinda deep so you need to rest for awhile here on medbay till further notice. Same for you Max."

"what? But I'm fine. I need to get back home." I muttered, sounding sad.

Ratchet stopped what he was doing and look at me. "look kid." his finger pointing at me. "you been threatened by some kid. And you will be our protection from now on. I don't feel comfortable with you going with some humans no more. I have strong feelings that you are not human being. You might be one of us." he narrowed his optics. "you will be staying with Magnus from now on as it seem you both have same audios type. BUT, before we get anywhere. I need to test on you and Magnus by drawing energon each one of you. But first, let me finish repairing Magnus. I'm almost done." he backed up and turned around to resuming on the commander.

I was shocked. I can't go back home. My home will be abandoned. I looked at Magnus. His head his halfway turned, has a angry expression on him. Then he rubbed his optics with his forefinger and thumb tiredly and he groaned. "alright. I'm done with the repairs." Magnus looks down at his belly and gave a grunt of appreciation. "thank you doc."

"don't call me that." he said gruffly.

I groaned tiredly as bonks my head on my arms that's relaxing on my knees.

"both of you relax while I go get what I need to draw energon from both of you." he said as he left the medbay right quick. "and Max stop bonking your head like that." he snapped as he has his helm poke out from the door.

I jumped but I obeyed. "sorry."

Then he left.

I looked at Magnus. His face is at the wall of the ceiling as he's laying down. I sighed. "I'm sorry about the bullies. I got angry as I defended you. I was stressed out of all my life been bullied. You don't have to say anything about that. But I was trying to help." I sighed and looked up then I lay down.

I heard him sighed. I looked at him and he looked away, "I know."

It kinda breaking. I didn't want him to distrust me. Probably he doesn't like humans. Not to my knowledge.

"alright. I'm back." ratchet came back with syringe. I hissed as I bristles.

"something the matter?" Ratchet asked me as I backup.

Magnus sat up with an arm over his knee, watching me with a scowled.

"I hate needles." I hissed as pointing at those syringe

Ratchet rolling his optics. Bruh! "come on. It ain't that bad. It'll be quick. I promise."

"don't keep promises you can't keep!" I protested.

"it'll be fine!" he snapped.

"to you maybe." I grumbled. "but not for me."

"I heard that." ratchet growled. "you first." he said as walking up to me.

"good- no! Magnus first!" I screamed as backing up towards the end of the berth.

I can see Magnus smirking. What you laughing at?

"easy. You're gonna fall." Ratchet caught my fall and brought me back onto the berth. slag it.

"take your arm out. Doctor's orders." he demanded me.

I sighed. But shaky as took my shirt off as my shirt has long sleeves. And they are thick. I'm easily cold from outside. Then stick my arm out to Ratchet. Looking away.

I whimpered as I felt a stung but I be still. In some heart beats later. I'm starting to feel dizziness. "uh..."

Ratchet snapped up. "hey kid. Stay with me. I'm almost through."

I puffed a huffing of air. "I can't. Take. it." I groaned as I see the light fade out."

"slag it!" I heard him snarled.

I woke up as I felt some light returning back. I can feel some ice thing on my head. I huffed. Then got up as the ice slide off my head.

"easy. You good?" I heard Ratchet asked me. I looked at him then my arm that have bandages around my arm. "yeah I'm good."

"I already done the test on Magnus. And the results came."

Since Magnus still here on the same spot. He also curious. "okay. What'd the results? Is he the human?"

Ratchet shook his helm no. I was stunned. "he's not a human at all. Period. He's the full Cybertronian. His body is changing into the full Cybertronian. He's definitely linked to you Magnus."

Magnus tensed up at those news as his optics are hardened.

I shaky looked away. Humans has betrayed me. "but those humans told me I am a human! Even though my energon is like yours!" I exclaimed. "I was born as a human being!" I sobbed.

"I'm sorry. If you were born as human beings. Then your blood would be red."

My body shook as I realized that. Then looked down, at my hands. "those humans betrayed me."

"apparently and I'm sorry that they lied to you." Ratchet said sadly.

I sobbed as sat down crying, hiding my face in my arms with my arms onto top of my knees. It makes no senses. At all.

I felt Ratchet stroking my back. "Optimus is on his way. He will tell you what you and Magnus will stay when you both recovered. Where you will stay from now on as a permanent. Magnus will stay in his ship like always since that where he live. But there's high chance that you'll live with him. But find out from Optimus first once he gets here."

I heard Magnus sighed.

Now I'm scared.
