A year ago, TMNT Mutant Mayhem was the best tmnt movie in the world. I used to love it so much and I was so excited that the series will come out soon. But there was something that haunts me and that would be TCRI. And the DVD that I found shows a bad ending which traumatized me. An ending of angst and milking. It was no glitching matter, the title screen that showed me has blood leaking down instead of ooze, then the movie begins.
In the beginning, four turtle brothers were born in the sewers and were raised by a rat named Splinter who feared that humans will milk their blood. However, the brothers long to be accepted by humans but their father won't allow it so they must stay here in the sewers where it's safe.
One day, they met April O'Neil after saving her scooter and learned that she is investigating crimes around the town. They decide to help and the brothers look for information where Superfly is.
Underneath the Brooklyn bridge, they realized that they were not the only mutants in town but Superfly and his team are also mutants. Superfly told his origin story that Baxter Stockman wanted a family of mutants after he refused to let TCRI use them as an experiment. He managed to escape after his father was killed along with his siblings and they started to grow up and plan to mutate humans into mutants.
The turtles tried to intervene with the Mutanimals but they escaped, allowing TCRi to find them when Leo pulled the tracker off the unit. Leo pleaded with April for help but she abandoned them, allowing TCRI to capture them. Captured and hooked to a milking machine. Cynthia Utrom started milking all the four turtles for their blood in order to make super soldiers and take over the world. When Splinter arrived to rescue his sons, the guard told the guards to capture him and continue milking the turtles. The turtles weakly pleaded with Splinter to save them first but he did not listen and started fighting the guards. He thinks that his sons were cheering but there were not. He kept his focus on the guards and continued fighting but there were too many. They pinned Splinter down, just in time to see his sons die their final breath after being milked. There was a long silence.
Cynthia told them to burn their bodies down and bring Splinter into the milking machine as Splinter screamed for them in horror. He had been so close to save his sons, and now he was too late to rescue them. The guards unhook the dead turtles and dragged Splinter away, making the rat struggle to fight back. Before they can put him in, they heard a sound and saw April in the vent. When she saw the whole scene, she had to tell someone for help. She could try and talk to the police or Superfly but they won't believe her. Without warning, the guards pulled her out of the vent and sedated her with a poison dart. She struggled to breathe but she was shutting down and collapsed to the ground. After she died, she was taken to the incinerator. The rat struggled to get free once the guards put him in the milking machine and then Spider hit him on the head, knocking him out. With him unconscious, the milking machine started to milk. The turtle boys were also sent away, placed in white body bags and taken away as well.
Once the mutagen had been made, the super soldier apocalypse began. Humans are being captured from all over the world, the weak being milked and the strong into super soldiers. All of the buildings and life started to become demolished and rot rapidly as surviving humans tried to escape but there was no luck. The animals were also captured and being experimented on for being turned into mutants.
As Cynthia watched the apocalypse, she gloated that she won until she felt a sharp stab in her stomach. She gasped, looking at her wound and then was slapped unconscious by someone.
When she woke up, she was in her own milking machine, strapped in and could not move. She tried to get free but she could not. One super, not brainwashed, soldier approached her with a very angry expression on their face. "What have you done?" they said. "You destroyed humanity."
Cynthia said that she did it on purpose just to become hailed as a god, but the soldier shouted that she was wrong and slapped her again, bruising her. Confused, the lady asked them why they trapped her in her own milking machine to which the soldier angrily shouted.
"It was all because of you! With everyone gone, you are going to suffer!"
Unbrainwashed soldiers grabbed Cynthia's arms and legs as she protested to free herself from their grip. The soldier pulled out a knife and after a few failed attempts, she managed to stab Cynthia's skin. With each stab, Cynthia screamed in pain as the knife stabbed into her flesh. Her body started to rip open, revealing a few bits of her own organ and bones. Screaming in pain, she started coughing morsels of blood from her mouth and her eyes began bloodshot, even her glasses had fallen off, getting blood on it. She chokingly pleaded with her soldier to let her go but the mutant only screamed, "LIAR!" Opening up their mouth, they started to maul Cynthia's face, ending her life as the rest of the other mutants started to feast on her body.
And the movie ends in a brownish pale Earth where all super soldiers have taken over. As for the turtles, their spirits are still trapped in the remaining building of TCRI. wracked with guilt, loneliness and fear. They wish they could start over but they could not. They had been too greedy and wished they listened to their father and now, they are never, ever gonna be normal. They are trapped in a milking machine forever, and there is nothing that they can do about it.
