The Daughter Of Bruce Stark Part 1

Ten Years Ago...

Today is a beautiful day in Wuji City. It was the beginning of June in California. The citizens of Wuji City has already installed their Air Conditioners for the hot weather last month. Even the residents inside Tao Palace has their Air Conditioners in each of their rooms. Boris was outside in the field at the back of the palace.

There was a storm last night and Boris spent the morning picking up the branches. He could see the mysterious floating YinYang mountain out in the distance. A gentle breeze was blowing through his hair. Boris added the sticks and branches he was carrying into a big pile before heading back inside the palace. Once that was finished, Boris walks back inside the palace and spots Brock talking to Mistress Aashi.

"Those piles of sticks and branches are all set." Boris informs the two of them.

"Excellent." Aashi said to Boris.

Boom!

All three of them heard an explosion.

"That must be coming from one of the cells down below." Brock replied.

"Ju Fen has it all under control. She can handle Zhao easily with no problem. After all, Ju Fen is an Immortal." Aashi said.

"Speaking of Zhao, I'm glad that we were able to stop him." Boris said.

"But that came with a price of losing one of our own. Even Leo now has a fear of felines." Brock lowers his head a bit.

"Yes. He won't allow anyone to touch his shoulders anymore." Boris said.

"That will prove to be a problem." Aashi folded her arms.

"How much longer do you think Zhao will stay here in the prison cells?" Brock wondered.

"Not for much longer." Xeno approaches the three of them with Ava by her side. She has long black hair and hazel eyes. Xeno was wearing a gray tank top and khaki shorts.

"The Justice Elite League is almost finished constructing the new prison in the isolated town in China near the mountains. All of us will be leaving in a couple of weeks to inspect it."

"And is Leo coming with us too?"

"No."

"Then where will Leo be?" Boris asked her. "He can't stay here by himself alone in the palace and we know that Ju Fen can't leave the city."

"I know. Plus, some of the former general Jay's soldiers are still out there." Brock added.

"You leave that to me." Xeno replied. "So, where is Leo right now, by the way?"

At the battle stadium inside the Tao Palace, Leo stood at the center of the battlefield. He raised his hands high above his head and gotten into a handstand as Panther and Ron watched. His black shirt covered his face that revealed his abdomen. Leo began to do his handstand push-ups. The two warriors watches in silence.

While the two of them watched Leo do his handstand push-ups, Ron noticed Xeno walking up to them. "Oh, hello Xeno."

"Hello, Ron. Hello, Panther." Xeno smiles at her two friends.

"Hi Mistress Xeno." Panther bows to her.

"Is there something that you need?" Ron asks her.

"Yes there is. It's something that Leo should know about." The young woman said to him.

"I'll get him for you." Ron said. "Hey Leo!"

Leo stops halfway in a push-up. "What is it, Master Ron?"

"Xeno wants to talk to you."

Leo finishes his push-up before getting back on his feet and walks over to the three of them. "Mistress Xeno." He greeted her by bowing his head to the twenty-year-old woman.

"Leo, there is something we have to discuss. Do you remember what we discussed about making a prison for Zhao?"

Leo nodded his head. "Yes I do. Did something happen to it?"

"The prison is almost complete and we are leaving in two weeks to inspect it." Xeno explains to him.

"Excellent." Leo said.

"But you are not coming with us to visit the prison."

"What? Why?" Leo questions her.

"Because the former soldiers of Jay are still out there somewhere. And you're too young to be here by yourself at the Tao Palace. Panther and her family will visit Japan."

"If I'm not staying here and I'm not going to visit the prison, then where will I be?"

"You'll be staying in Gothic City with a friend for a couple of weeks." Xeno informs him.

A couple of weeks later...

A couple of weeks has passed. It was already nighttime in Gothic City. Citizens were at the bar drinking while others had to work a late shift. There were several buildings that were abandoned or still being used.

A two thousand forty silver and black Lamborghini Veneno was driving along the road in the city. Leo was sitting in the front passenger's seat while Xeno was driving the vehicle.

"So where does this friend of yours live?" Leo asks her.

"In a mansion away from the city." Xeno replied. "They know we're coming tonight."

Once they were away from the city, they've entered an area with several hills and few trees. A tall mannor could be seen coming into view.

"Here we are." Xeno smiled as she pulls up in the front. She turns the engine off as Leo got out of the car. The kid grabs his black backpack and a gray bag as Xeno grabs the diamond sword.

They both walk up to the front door and knocks on it. The door opens to reveal a maiden. She has short hair and brown eyes.

"Hello, Mistress Xeno. Hello, Master Leo." The woman smiles at the two of them.

"It's good to see you, Halle." Xeno shakes her hand.

"This must be Leo." Halle looks down at the kid.

"Hello."

"Come inside."

"Thank you." Xeno said as she and Leo enter the manor. "Is he here right now?"

"He's on his way back from the pier with a special guest." She replied.

"Who is it?"

"I have no idea. But the three of us are going to visit them down there." Halle answered as they entered another hallway and the living room was to their right.

They approached a bat statue that stood on the corner where the hallway splits. Halle taps the black bat's head. Leo watches with a surprised look on his face as the statue opens to reveal a dark passage way. Leo and Xeno follows Halle through the passage way and was going down the stairs. When they reach the bottom, Halle looks over her shoulder and said "Welcome to the Batcave."

Leo walks by her and see they were in a very large cave. There was a triceratops on the right standing next to a statue of Abraham Lincoln that was several floors below. He saw a couple of training equipments to the left from the road that leads to an exit. Then Leo saw a butler waiting on the side.

The three of them heads down to the main floor. As they approach the butler, the sounds of an engine can be heard roaring at the other side of a cave.

"Here comes the Batmobile." Halle said to Leo.

A customized black car with a two short horns was entering the cave and came to a halt. The windows were tainted in red and the vehicle itself is a black vigilante. Leo watches the roof of the vehicle slides open and a girl hops out of the vigilante. She is the same age as Leo. The girl has short black hair and emerald eyes looking at the cave. She was wearing a full dark black ninja suit.

Her emerald eyes fell on Leo, Xeno, Halle and the butler. "Hello, Myers and Lopez. I've heard about you two from Father."

"Samuel and I are at your service, Mistress Evelyn." Halle smiled.

"Indeed." Samual bows his head to the girl. He has a short buzz cut with red hair and black eyes.

"And who are these two?" Evelyn notices Leo and Xeno standing beside Samuel.

"Oh." Samuel notices Xeno. "Mistress Xeno, it's good to see you."

"Likewise, Sam. Nice to meet you, Evelyn. I am Xeno, a kung fu master from Tao Palace. And this young boy here is Leo." Xeno introduces herself and Leo.

"Hm." Evelyn folds her arms and turns to her father that hops out of the car. "How many other servants are there besides these two?"

Evelyn's father is a tall man. He was wearing a grey high-tech suit of lightweight and highly flexible body armor with black gloves and boots as the tall man wore a black cape and mask that covered his face.

"Sam and Halle are not servants. They're friends." Batman spoke.

"Hm." Evelyn folds her arms over her chest. She walks away from the adults and sits down on the chair.

Leo walks over to the edge to get a better view for the other floors below them.

"Listen, you're going to have her be settle here for the time being. This will be Evelyn's home for the time being." Batman said to Sam.

"As you wish, sir." Sam nodded his head. "And what about the young boy, Master Bruce?"

"He'll be staying for a couple of weeks since the masters are going to visit the prison."

"That is correct, but I won't be going to visit the prison. I have a mission to do after this." Xeno replied. "Some of Jay's soldiers are still out there, including Cindy Banner. But if I run into trouble, I'll let you know."

The three residents watches her turns around and approaches Leo.

"I'm leaving now, Leo." Xeno informs Leo. "I'll see you in a couple of weeks. And here."

Leo retrieves the sword.

"You're going to need this."

"Thank you, Mistress Xeno." Leo bows his head.

They watched Xeno leave the cave. Leo walks up to the computer to see his reflection in the screen.

"I will show you and Evelyn where you'll be sleeping tonight." Sam said behind Leo and Evelyn.

"Fine." Evelyn gets out of the chair and followed the butler up the stairs.

As they walk up the stairs, Leo stops because he notices a display case. The uniforms in the case caught his eye, especially the two costumes on the end. He decided to take a look at it tomorrow. Leo was tired and left to catch up to Evelyn and Sam.
