Summary: Naru was heavily abused at the orphanage she was entrusted to by Hiruzen. After a brutal and uncalled for beating for an innocent question Naru discovers her seal. Being curious she tampers with it and accidentally releases her mother Kushina's chakra that was sealed in it.
The woman deciding that she can't leave her daughter alone any longer, she merges with Kyuubi and stays within Naru's mind to raise her daughter through her mind. Naru has great talent and will be as great, if not greater than her parents before her. But with power comes enemies.
Chapter 1.
Konohagakure; the Village Hidden in the Leaves, located in one of the five great country, the Land of Fire. Konohagakure was founded and built by two the most legendary ninja's of all time, Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama. Both had been childhood friends until the bad blood between their clan's disrupted that, it wasn't until both were fully grown and leaders of their respected clan that they stopped the clan battles and became allies building a village naming it Konohagakure. It didn't take long for more and more clans to join until the small little village boomed into a large and most famous of the Five nations. Of course with many issues such as Madara's betrayal, three ninja wars, betrayals and much more, but nearly 80 years later the village was still standing strong and powerful.
There had only been once that Konohagakure had been crippled greatly and that was three years ago on October 10th. It began as a great, normal day for most, but for two people it was the greatest day of their lives. Those people were Uzumaki Kushina and Namikaze Minato who just so happened to be the Yondaime Hokage, today was the birth of their first child. But they had to take strong precautions because Kushina wasn't exactly normal, actually she was a jinchuuriki, a human that had a biju sealed into her body being a living cell for the giant dangerous beasts and she held the most powerful and feared one of them all Kyuubi no Kitsune.
They moved her far from the village because when a female jinchuuriki was pregnant, the chakra that held the seal was weakened and there was a risk that Kyuubi could break free. They had her sealed into a room with Minato ready to close the seal if it opened. What they didn't know was a powerful and strange man was on his way to ruin their lives.
He made his way through the high seals and six anbu taking the new born baby captive in which Minato was forced to leave Kushina's side to save his daughter, and by time he got to Kushina again Kyuubi was extracted and she was on deaths doorstep. He left her with her baby girl and headed off to fight Kyuubi was was being controlled and used to demolish Konohagakure. Minato succeeded and moved Kyuubi was the village and freeing him from the fox from the hold of the man. Seeing no way to save his beloved Kushina and knowing he would be helpless without her, and having a feeling that his daughter would be important he sealed the beast into his daughter with his and Kushina's chakra and turned her into an orphan.
Konohagakure was able to rebuild and the Sandaime retook his Hokage seat after Minato's death and began to fix all the little issues the best he could.
So while Konohagakure seemed like it was a great village, had great people, amazing shinobi, a wonderful home, it wasn't completely real or true. In fact this village hid a deep, dark secret. Those smiling people were cold and mean, but only to one single member, and that person was a three year old child.
She was the Yondaime's orphan, of course only a select amount of people knew her birth lineage because of her father's popularity if others knew they could go after the child in revenge, so she took on her mother's maiden name Uzumaki.
Naru Uzumaki the three year old orphan who was treated like a germ, a pest and was completely unloved.
From the day she was brought back to Konohagakure she was kept in the hospital being taken care of by a few nurses, but at almost three she was too old and was moved into Konohagakure's orphanage. And it was the worst thing that ever could of happened.
In the upper section of Konoha a three level building stood that was located right next to Konoha park, the building had it's own fenced in yard, a section of trees in the back and a Koi pond in the back.
The building was pretty fancy, it was painted an off white with royal blue roofs, polished wood floors, two bunk beds in each room with who large chests for the kids possessions, there was a room that was used for studying, an art room, a large cafeteria that could fit every single kid and adult in the whole building.
When the girl was brought to the orphanage they promised to take good care of her, they smiled and held her hand, asked if she was hungry, at least until the door shut. Then they showed their true feelings. They pushed her away, told her to stop her crying. Then they had to put her in a room, but she wasn't put in one like the others, no, instead they put her in a room the size of a closet, it had an old mattress thrown on the floor with two pillows and a old blanket with holes in it, a beaten up trash can, a desk and chair, there was only a small window on the wall and that was it.
She tried to fight not to go into the room but they shoved her in and shut the door and left her there to cry. It didn't take long for the baby to realize she was on her own. The biggest issue she had was she was still in diapers, luckily the bags the nurses at the hospital packed contained extra diapers. So it took her almost a month to somewhat learn how to potty train herself. She had to learn how to get her own food, how to clean herself, she had to teach herself everything the adults were suppose to teach her. She became independent and taught herself everything, albeit it wasn't the best teaching but she took it.
She tried to teach herself how to read and write, and because she was doing it maybe thought she was stupid, she stuttered and was very quiet, but she was far from stupid, in fact she was very smart but she didn't know how to express it out loud. She was very observant for a toddler, she stayed to the side and looked. For the one thing she wanted more than anything was to find her family so they could take her from this hole. She wondered where they were, why she wasn't with them, all kinds of questions would spin around in her head. So she would at people and their looks but could never find someone who looked like her but came up empty that was until the one day she saw a photo of Namikaze Minato, he had the same yellow hair and his bright blue eyes were close to her violet blue eyes, his skin color was the same, they could have been twins.
So after days of working up the nerve to ask she ventured a try. She walked from her little room and found her orphanage mother and took in a deep breath before tugging the woman's skirt gently. She turned with a smile before it dropped and gave her a cold look, Naru slunk in fear slightly.
"What do you want?" She asked, Naru gulped.
"I wanted to k..know.. wh.. who are p.. pa.. parents?" She struggled. "Is it the fourth h... ho.. hokage?" She asked.
The woman gave her a dark look, she stepped back in fear. "The Yondaime?" She asked. "Why would the Yondaime shame himself and have a burden like you!?" She snarled, Naru whimpered tears worked at her eyes and she shook. "Don't ever compare yourself to the Yondaime!" She said, Naru whimpered. "You were unwanted! Your parents left you behind hours after your birth because they hated you!" She snarled, Naru whimpered and tears finally began to fall at the woman's harsh words. She felt her heart and dreams crack with each word. "No one wanted you but we got stuck with you!" She spat, Naru whimpered.
"No." She said rubbing her eyes.
"Are you calling me a liar?!" She snarled and reached out, Naru cried out in fear as she was jerked over to with her to a chair and thrown over the woman's lap. Naru stiffened and cried out knowing what was happening next, she struggled and screamed, her foot catching the woman in her stomach, she coughed.
"You little brat!" She snarled and raised her hand brought it down like lightning on the child's behind, she cried out in pain and screamed as the woman's hand came down again and again in painful cracks. She sobbed loudly and struggled to get free but she was much weaker than the woman. At one point her shorts were moved down so the blows landed on her bare skin making her scream loud.
"I'm sorry!" She sobbed.
Kids and the other adults came out to see what the commotion was, they saw the scene and moved the kids away but other than that made no move to help the baby.
The mother finally stopped and Naru fell off her lap and curled up sucking her thumb sobbing still, mother stood up panting.
"Let this be your lesson! Now go to your room, no supper!" She snarled pointing, Naru whimpered and somehow got up and scrambled down the hall pulling at her shorts sobbing loudly. She shot into her 'haven' and shut the door and threw herself to the mattress, she sobbed and screamed loudly wishing to never wake up again, to leave this hell forever.
