Heal and Gaining Trust Part 2

Leo sat on the examination table. He waited patiently for the nurse after she was washing her paws. Lirong was finished washing her paws and approached the young man with a few papers that were on a clipboard. There was a health diagram of himself on the first page. "Will it be alright if you remove your pants, Leo?"

The young man nodded his head and removes his pants. He hands it to the nurse and she sets his pants down near chair. Lirong began her inspection on Leo. She began with his head. Leo's head was covered in a white bandage in case he was bleeding from the head or have a concussion. Next was his neck and shoulders. He only had a few bruises on his right shoulder that will heal in a few days. Then she moved over to his chest and abdomen. His chest only had a few cuts which wasn't bad. Lirong places her left paw on his rib cage.

"Gah!" Leo winces a bit.

"Did that hurt?"

He shakes his head slowly.

"Alright. I'm going to put a little more pressure and tell me if it hurts." Lirong tells him.

Leo nodded his head.

As Lirong began to put a little more pressure, she heard him growling in pain. The leopardess skips his boxers and went to check on his legs. His right leg was covered in several bandages to stop the bleeding. She saw that the young man came bursting through the tent and fell onto the ground earlier in his boxers. The nurse moves behind him to check his back. It wasn't too bad. She nodded and walks over her clipboard and wrote something down.

"Well, after looking at your body, you don't have any permanent damage to your body." Lirong tells him. "But you have four broken ribs. Your right foot isn't broken, but you will be needing a crutch in case you need to make a short trip to the bathroom. The rest of your body is fine."

"You didn't check underneath my boxers?"

"I checked it three days ago after Song and I removed your shirt and pants. I've asked her to turn away because you're in a relationship." Lirong tells him in a calm voice.

"I see. Is there anything else I should know?"

"Yes. You're going to stay in bed for three to six weeks in order to recover. That means no kung fu training or meditating as well." Lirong ordered.

Leo cursed in his mind. He knew she was going to say that. "Thank you, Lirong."

"You're welcome, Leo." Lirong stands up. "I'll get that crutch for you."

He watches her walks over to get the crutch while putting his pants back on. The nurse returns to the young man with a crutch. Leo stands up and places it under his armpit.

"Now before you head back, there's something I want to ask you." Lirong looks at him. "How did you receive these injuries in the first place?"

"I'd rather not say anything about it." Leo growls softly, looking away from her.

"Leo, you have to tell me how'd you get these in the first place. This is serious."

"And I told you I don't want to talk about what the fuck happened!" Leo snapped at her.

"Fine. But look, I can tell you that you were in some fight." Lirong pointed at his injuries.

"Hmph." Leo snorts at her and walks by her to leave the tent and heads back to the tent.

"I'll check up on you in a week!" Lirong calls out to him a little angrily. She turns back to her clipboard and walks over to her table.

"Hello, Nurse Lirong." Song enters the tent.

"Oh, hello, Song." The nurse turns around and greets the leader.

"How did it go with Leo?"

"It wasn't bad, but he didn't want to talk about how he got these injuries in the first. I know he got them in a fight somehow because I've seen them before." Lirong tells her. "But Leo has four broken ribs and he's using that crutch for a while, but he doesn't have a broken foot."

"And he didn't tell you how he got those injuries?"

"That's all I know."

"Alright. Thank you." Song thanks the nurse.

"I should be thanking you for letting me join your group." Lirong smiles at her.

"Anytime. See you later." Song said and exits the tent. There were a few things she had to think about for Leo. He'll have to stay with her on the bed. Song didn't like the idea of Leo sleeping on the ground when he met them last time. It's not like Song loves Leo, she just loves him as a friend and she knew that the human was in a relationship with Master Tigress.

Then there's the problem of taking a bath. That's something she'll have to worry about too because that is coming up very soon. They'll have to move tomorrow morning to get to the Valley Of Peace. Leo will have to be placed in a cart while they move.

Looking at the Ladies Of The Shade, the leopardesses were heading back to their tents. It was getting late. Song walks back to her tent to see Leo examining her parasol and a couple of scrolls that were blank.

Leo notices her by looking over his shoulder. "Song, I didn't see you there."

"Don't worry about it."

"Is everyone in bed right now?"

"Yes, they're heading to bed now and they took their baths too. Hm?" Song started to sniff the air.

"Song?" Leo turns to her completely.

The snow leopardess approaches Leo and sniffs him for a second. "Ooh." Song backs away. "You're due for a bath."

Leo sniffs his shoulders. "I'm good." The smell wasn't bad as it was.

"Come one. You're taking a bath." Song grabs a couple of towels and hands one over to Lso.

"Thanks." Leo thanks and walks by her.

"Where are you going?"

"To the river so I can have my bath." Leo simply answered.

"Um, actually, you're taking your bath here." Song replied as she pours the hot water in the wooden bucket mixed with soap.

Leo froze in his tracks and turns to her. He saw the large wooden bucket from when he was here months ago. It was big enough to fit three people. Leo knew he would be at this point again. He hadn't dare think about that imagination. "Why don't you take your bath first, Song? I can wait."

"No, you can take your bath first. Besides, you were completely unconscious for these past three days." Song counters him.

"Fine. I don't need help washing myself, thanks."

"But if you do need help, let me know. I'll be at the table to look at some scrolls to keep me busy." Song said to him.

"One thing. Did they happen to buy a new set of boxers?"

"Uh, no."

"Thanks." Leo replied. "Fuck me." He cursed in his mind.

Song walks over to the table and grabs some scrolls.

Leo faces the bucket, undid his pants and let it down the ground, followed by his boxers. He glances over his shoulder that Song wasn't looking. She opens up a scroll. Glad to know that she was busy now, Leo looks back at the wooden bucket and steps into the hot water. He was about to step in until Lirong enters the tent. Leo quickly turns around and takes a couple steps back until he fell backwards into the water.

"Lirong, what are you doing here?" Song looks up from the scrolls.

"I forgot to give Leo some bandages..." Lirong trailed off when she entered the tent and heard a big splash.

Luckily, Leo's head pokes out of the water and he rubs his eyes to remove the bubbles and sees the nurse. His face turned red and the nurse took notice of the human's pants and boxer before turning her attention on him. "You didn't see anything?"

"Don't worry." Lirong chuckled and places the new bandages on the table. "I didn't see anything. Song, we're still moving tomorrow morning?"

"Yes."

"Alright. Goodnight." The nurse said before leaving the tent.

Leo started taking his bath for the next several minutes. After he finished his bath and dried himself, Leo heads to the bed and sits down with a couple scrolls in his hand. He wanted to talk to Song what the nurse meant. But when he looks up, he could see Song was about to undress herself. Leo adverts his eyes and to open a random scroll just to ignore Song taking her clothes off. The next few minutes went by and Song was finished with her bath. After drying herself, Song got onto the bed as Leo was still reading the scroll.

"So Song, how come the Ladies Of The Shade are getting up early tomorrow morning?" Leo closes the scroll.

"We're heading to the Valley Of Peace to visit Po and the others. It's been a few months since I saw them last." Song looks at him. "It'll be nice to see them again."

Leo lowers his head a bit.

"Leo? Is something wrong?" Song asked as she became concerned for him.

"It's nothing." Leo snarls softly at her. "Goodnight."

"Goodnight... Leo." Song spoke softly. She truly wish to know what happened to Leo.

Leo closed his eyes. If they're going to the Valley Of Peace, there will be a high chance he'll run into Higure's minions; the Dragon Warrior, Master Shifu and the Furious Five with Panther, Blake, Kuo, Kiba and Jie. He needs to keep a close eye on these ladies and try to figure out how to get the diamond sword and iPhone back before searching for Zane. Because if Leo finds Zane and defeats him, he'll get the location to his parents since Zane was the one who sent that letter in the first place. For now, Leo will have to keep his guard up and needs to come up with a plan before he returns to the Valley Of Peace.

Author's Note: Looks like Leo won't be doing any kung fu training and meditation for a few weeks. And he learns they're heading to the Valley Of Peace. Will Leo tell Song about how he received these injuries? Or what kind of plan will Leo come up with? Song hopes to know why soon before they get back to the Valley Of Peace.
