So this is set sometime before Dragons Rising S1 and after Infinity War, except there was no Civil War and the Avengers were able to defeat Thanos easily, Peter is an Avenger in training as well as Kate, Wanda and Harley, Vision is still alive and has the Soul Stone

the first thing Lloyd felt was something soft under him, making him slightly confused, the beds on the bounty were never this soft he tried to sit up and groaned as he felt a sharp pain in his head

"hey, take it easy. you had a nasty fall" a voice he didn't recognise, his first thought was that he had been kidnapped again, but then logic took over when he realised that villains would never give a prisoner a bed as soft as this one, opening his eyes slowing he saw a man with dark brown curly hair staring him him

"wh-wha hap'en?" Lloyd slurred

"That's what we were hoping you could tell us," another voice said. Were you lucky Underoos was on patrol when you fell from the sky"

"Tony, wait until he's fully awake before answering questions," the first voice said sternly

"Come on, Bruce. This kid comes falling from the sky, dressed as a ninja, eyes glowing a strange colour. Not to mention Thor's strange reaction to the kid. Can you blame me?"

"not a kid" Lloyd groaned, he hadn't been a kid since he got hit with tomorrow's tea

"you look 16, meaning you're a kid" the second voice deadpanned, lloyd just groaned, he had deemed it unnessacery to celebrate his birthday since...forever? darkly's were never that big on celebrating anything unless it was related to evil, the ninja had celebrated his birthday once, but after that, they got too busy; The overlord returning, Zane's death, the ninja disbanding, morro, the list went on. but Lloyd never really felt disappointed by the lack of any birthday celebration

"Look, I just need to make sure everything is fine, we can interview him tomorrow," the first voice said in a firm voice that reminded him of Zane when the others were being stupid

"...fine," the second voice said and Lloyd could imagine the eye roll he then heard footsteps step away from his bed and the sound of a door opening and closing

"Sorry about Tony" so that's who the second voice belonged to "My name is Bruce, what's your name?"

"Lloyd"

"nice to meet you, Lloyd, try and get some more rest, we can talk more tomorrow"

Lloyd nodded and closed his eyes and slowly nodded off into a restless sleep

The next day, Lloyd's head was feeling a lot better so which meant he was fit enough for interrogation by Tony and another lady who was as scary as Nya, who despite being the master of water, had a short temper to rival Kai's, scratch that. her temper was worse, he still had nightmares of when Nya had lost control of her powers and her reaction to it

"So, where ya from kid?" Tony asked

"Ninjago"

"never heard of that place" the woman stated

"that is because it is a different universe" another voice said behind the duo, they turned to see another man floating into the room, that couldn't be possible there was only 1 master of gravity and...well... he had been turned into a snake's dinner

"Strange? What are you doing here?" Tony demanded the strange man

"I am the sorcerer supreme, and it is part of my duty to watch this world for any magical threats, yesterday I felt a strange disturbance enter this world and used a spell to lead me to it, and it led me to...him" the man indicated to Lloyd

"so, you're saying he's from another universe?" the woman asked and the man (Strange was his name?) nodded

"yes, though I am unfamiliar with this world as it exists on the outer edge of our bubble"

"bubble?" Tony asked

"yes, the multiverse is a vast and enormous space filled with endless and evergrowing worlds, so to keep things simple the first sorcerer supreme used their powers to communicate with Asgard to group other worlds together as once every thousand years or so, called the convergence happens, during this time certain worlds overlap with one another which can allow for things to crossover accidentally, just like this young man. the reason for this grouping was to help any universal jumps"

"why hasn't S.H.I.E.D have any record of these events? surely if someone from another universe crossed over to ours we would have a record of it" the woman asked

"because back then, it was easier to locate a crossover, there were fewer people and technology was not as developed as it is today" Strange sighed

"so, if you can travel between worlds, that means you can get me home?" Lloyd asked hopefully

"maybe. I have not visited your world before, it is dangerous to visit worlds too far away unless it is necessary, it may take me a while to find your world" Strange said regretfully

"but I have to go back, my friends...I need to know if they're ok"

"what were you doing when the convergence happened?"

"Something similar was happening to our world. The sixteen realms were merging together. Master Wu, along with my brothers and sister, went to save people who were getting caught up. The last thing I had just seen was Jay and his mech disappearing into one of the realms before...before..."

"you woke up here" the woman (he really needed to get her name) finished for him and Lloyd nodded

"yeah..." Lloyd sighed

"hmm, interesting, it appears that convergence was indeed happening in your world-"

"realm" Lloyd interrupted, he was getting confused by the different wording that Strange was using (he had a basic education, give him a break!), Strange gave him a slight glare for interrupting but nodded

"the convergence was indeed happening in your realm, but as far as I can sense, you are the only one of your wor-realm to fall into ours" Llopyd sighed at that statement, while he wished one of his brothers had joined him in this realm, but grateful that none of his villains had fallen into this world, who knows what they could get up to in this realm "I promise you, I'll begin work straight away to find a way to get you home" with that, Strange bowed and floated out of the room

"I have to go inform Fury, and so should you" the woman said to Tony

"you go ahead, I'll catch up" Tony said to the now-named Nat, who rolled her eyes and grabbed him by the back of his shirt and dragged him out of the room, Lloyd watched the duo leave the room and sighed when the door was closed, leaning back against the bed and stared at the ceiling when he noticed something in the vents, he leaned up to get a closer look but couldn't see anything, taking a quick look around, he jumped up and pulled out the vent grate and jumped into the vents

"hey there," a young voice behind him said, looking over his shoulder he saw a teenager dressed in red spandex staring at him

"hi?" Lloyd said slowly, wishing he had his Dao with him but at least he still had his elemental powers to defend himself

"I'm Peter," the teenager introduced himself, holding out his hand

"Lloyd" he replied slowly, shaking it

"oh, so you're the kid Mr. Stark was talking about"

"Mr Stark?"

"Yeah, you know, Iron Man?"

"Iron Man? Who calls himself Iron Man?"

"Tony does"

"aaahhh!" Lloyd exclaimed and fired a small burst of energy at the new voice, not having sensed his presence during his conversation with Peter, boy, Uncle Wu would have his head if he heard that, the energy burst caused the new intruder to go flying back against the opposite wall of the vent, hitting it with a loud bang

"oof" the voice groaned "Well, that was...unexpected" Lloyd looked and saw a man around Tony's age with a quiver and a bow strapped to his back

"Woah, cool," Peter gasped at his powers. "How did you do that? Are you a mutant?"

"a...what?" Lloyd asked in confusion but was quickly wrapped up in some rope, but luckily they were not encased in vengestone "Hey!

"let's go Atomix, you've got some explaining to do" Bow-man said, dragging him out of the vents with Peter close behind

ah, the never-ending debate about Lloyd's age, the Lego website says he's like 20-21. Still, the Lego Ninjago wiki says he's like 17ish? in DR but that could just be his physical age, not his mental age so he is a really confusing debate. Plus, there's never a clear idea on the time skips between each season however, I think he was around 16ish during SoG which is why he now has a deeper voice (yes, I know he got a new voice actor, but the writers might have decided to make that decision to show Lloyd is growing up), plus apparently in Hunted, the other ninja are like late teens?

But since the ninjas were technically able to drive cars and buses in season 3, I would say the other ninja are in their early to mid-20s in Hunted. Since his age was never revealed before and after he was sat by tomorrow's tea, it is really hard to determine his age. I think he's around 18-19ish (physically) during DR (mentally...maybe around 16?) If you have a different age for Lloyd, I'd love to hear it!

While we never see Lloyd receive any form of education other than ninja training, I believe Zane made sure Lloyd would be able to do basic math, read and write and no one argued with him

also, Lloyd's mistrust of Peter is due to him having very little to no interaction with kids his age, makes sense considering he, grew up in Darkley's and running away and living in the streets before moving in with the ninja. plus Harumi really gave him trust issues

final note: when writing this story, I was debating if it should happen during or after Infinity War, in the end, I decided it should be set after, but I may write a one-shot where all the ninjas are in Infinity War
